Very efficient and quiet while assisting us in our task. Seattle Plumbing come highly recommended! Extremely courteous and deferential. Afterwards, the area was thoroughly cleaned.

They completed about 20 minutes of work and charged for an hour. Completely overcharged for the work that was done. The worst customer service from a manager I have ever encountered. He said I was demeaning for asking why I was charged so much for the work that was done. Will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Highly suggest you go elsewhere.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Every other plumber I called had an automated phone tree in place, but a real person handled my call at Ballard Plumbing, quickly connected me to a plumber, and they were both patient and helpful through multiple follow-up calls, which made a tough experience much better.

Highly recommend this company for replacement/repair of water heaters. When our water heater broke down suddenly, I found this company online. They answered my phone call on a Saturday morning and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The technician, David R Pullen, showed up to the premises on time. He is knowledgeable, straight forward, and competent . He inspected the water heater damage, quickly gave me the run down of the new building codes, gave a quote for replacement of the heater that was beyond repair. He got the nod from me to go ahead with replacement of the unit. He carries units of different sizes in his van. He did not need to leave and come back to get a replacement unit. He finished the work on time, cleaned up the water heater closet, hauled the old unit out into his van and installed the new unit without any mess. He reviewed his work with me afterward and gave me clear instruction on inspection of the unit for possible leaks on day of installation and on the future. He then reviewed the detailed invoice warranty that he had written up. He charged my credit card and left without any glitches. This company knows what they are doing. Found our heater leaking Tuesday morning and he was out Wed early afternoon. Home depot and 4 other plumbers all told me Sunday or after. So Evan did a full replacement in about 3.5 hours, everything was clean and neat and he even moved the spot slightly so that I could more easily access my main water shut off, he explained everything clearly and wore his mask as requested. He even spent a bit of time letting my 4yo talk at him which made the kid's day. Price was fair and im pleased with the quality. 10/10 would absolutely work with again.
