I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

I needed a bathroom sink and 3 faucets installed. I called Direct Plumbing & Rooter for an estimate. I was lucky enough to have Kyle come out for the service call. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner for a great price. So glad I chose Direct Plumbing & Rooter. Steve B. replaced the water heaters in our house as well as our ADU. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable (he gave me all of the same advice that a licensed plumber did). I really appreciated the transparent and upfront pricing even though one of the water heater replacements ended up being more challenging than expected. Steve clearly communicated everything and did really professional work including updating valves and all necessary bracing and drainage!

Consistently, the rudest counter staff I encounter in trade stores in Seattle. Sadly, Ferguson closed on nickerson and, therefore, consolidated seems to be my only option for specialty items nearby. I loathe pulling into their parking lot knowing the level of service I’m about to receive. I’m not a professional plumber but, I am a professional trades-person/boat builder. The plumbing on boats is often left to the shipwright: it would be nice if the sales staff at consolidated treated their clients w respect.

Wezee’s Plumbing was great - I was able to get a timely appointment at a time of day that suited me well. Dan and Edgar were polite, personable, and respectful of my home. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves, taking the old fixture and packaging away with them. I highly recommend them !

Zoltan quickly and effectively fix some leaks I was having in my bathroom, charged a reasonable price for his work and now my home is leak free.

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

I should have done this long ago. I have had excellent service from Deb and her company. They have rehabilitated a clogged toilet and put a new, City-approved, low flow toilet in one bathroom. The company is easy to reach; Deb is very responsive when contacted, and the price is very, very reasonable for the skill and attention you receive.

They are not reliable in terms of their commitments. I had an estimate with the company and it took 2 weeks for the report to arrive. When we finally scheduled the work, they came over and found the problem was more than they originally scoped. They went back and said they will come back with a new estimate.I called numerous times and after 4 days they said they will back off because there are too many previous problems and they don't want to work on it. You are plumbers. I hire you to solve my plumbing problems. It looks like this company is not competent.

Called after 8pm as our heater had died. Set up with appointment early next day. We had some concerns about heater brands, etc., but Technician answered all; and, frankly, his explanations and professional, courteous manner saved the day. Install went smoothly and they provided a clear tutorial on system maintenance. System working fine. Thanks.

Our sewer line was clogged, I called the company at noon, and they showed up in an hour to clean the pipe. They are very professional. And more importantly, they were honest and trustable. They charged me a very reasonable price for the service. Highly recommended!
