Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

My technician from Direct Plumbing & Rooter was very particular and did a fine job with the install and addressing other issues causing water heaters to go out before they should.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

Fast, friendly, great prices, and complimentary coffee!! What else do you need? All plumbers should get their supplys here because They NORMALLY have everything. But If you need a specific fitting be very specific! But otherwise great place to get your plumbing supplys.

The owner took my call late in the evening, she was nice and understood my concerns.

A leaking pipe is a nightmare. Called Mike’s plumbing and they were at the house first thing in the morning. Hayden crawled under the house and appeared saying, “easy fix.” Thirty minutes later he appeared with the copper pipe that had a hole in it and made the necessary repairs. We were so relieved and a huge thanks to Mike’s plumbing and especially Hayden.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we called the number that was on the water heater itself, from the last time we got it replaced 10+ years ago— Don’s Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. We called before noon and they were able to come that afternoon to replace ours. Our service guy was really terrific. Practiced social distancing, was friendly and efficient. Great company, will always use them!

We smelled sewer under our deck and called her immediately. She was able to work us into they're busy schedule starting the day after we called. She was very responsive even answering my calls with questions off hours. She diagnosed my issue in a timely manner and was very professional and up front about the issue and how much it would cost to repair the damage. Having a sewer leak at your house can be a bit scary and yet at no time was I concerned after talking to Trisha that this issue would not be resolved. They finished when they said they would and put everything back as before so it looked as if they had not even been there. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had with Trisha and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone.
