Update: The technician returned 2 days later, apologized and fixed the leaky toilet in 30 min. No problem so far and he also honored the $49 off coupon for new customer.

After the first estimate, I waited 8 days for the technician to return to fix leaky toilet. But the technician never showed up and kept playing phone tag with me. I called them 3 times within 2 hours but only got to their phone service operator ensuring the technician is coming. Then I finally got to a live person the fourth time and said he left me VM. What a waste of time when they charge $385.45 with tax for a leaky toilet.

King Plumbing restored my faith in plumber-kind, much less humanity today. We had a water feature from a leaking upstairs shower that was fixed in 10 minutes and at no cost. The service was amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would highly suggest this local plumber to clean your drains. The whole process was easy because of how quickly they responded and how professional they were.

I believe I have used Hans' Plumbing on four separate occasions now, for faucet replacement, sink + faucet replacement, shower cartridge replacement, shutoff valve replacement, and removing a broken-off shower arm from a tile shower wall and installing a replacement. Top notch gentlemen, never had an iota of a problem. Please give them a try, you will be very pleased that you did.

CPS Plumbing was amazing. They came out in record time to replace our water heater. The price was unbeatable and the craftsmanship was remarkable. I literally can’t believe how honest and professional the whole experience was. Checked our whole plumbing and didn’t try to upsell. I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

Definitely a company to keep their number close. I highly recommend it! Professional, efficient, and very passionate about providing excellent services. I had my sewer pipes cleaned, and talked with them about short-term, long-term scenarios as well as received reasonable recommendations. By far, excellent service.

I've called other vendors before and they all have significant wait times for service. When it's freezing outside and your heat goes out you can't wait a week for service. Done Plumbing & Heating has always been able to respond to the several heating and AC issues we've had very quickly. They are highly professional, their service is great and their prices are fair.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They were able to get onsite in about an hour and were extremley nice and profesional. We had sewer water coming out of the floor drain (ew). They were able to get everything fixed in a timley manner AND they cleaned and disifected the entire bathroom and utility closet. You can't even tell or smell the fact we had a sewer flood. I will never use a diffrent plumber.

Great place to work

I run a Montessori school downtown and have been SO pleased with Tony Capra's plumbing. They are responsive and take care of my 20 classrooms with many issues.

I contracted with Denver Plumbing Solutions to install all an new plumbing system in my home renovation, which he described as about 1.5-2 weeks of work in rough plumbing and a couple for days for final plumbing work . Garrett was very helpful in providing the quote, and was very responsive with communication and showing up for work up until the first progress payment was made. At this point, we had not found a reason not to trust him, and paid for work completed as well as some in advance for a few activities that were to be completed in the next week or two, given that the inspection was supposed to occur the next day. Since making that payment in early August, it has been hell to get Garrett to respond to any form of communication, let alone show up to complete the work. After the week of the progress payment, we did not hear back from Garrett at all until mid-November. He showed up to do a quick swap in a single stick of PVC in place of an existing line that had leaked, and once again again promised the work would be completed in the next week or so. The next day I received a text from him saying that he could not schedule an inspection because the city had denied his request. Despite many calls, texts and emails since that day, we have not gotten a single response from him. At this point, our house has basically been sitting waiting to pass a rough plumbing inspection for close to 5 months.

My biggest issue is the non-responsiveness and lack of follow through, but I think it's worth noting that a number of items were broken when they did perform work (our gate to our backyard, a window, and a few stairs) and Garrett either promised to fix it (the gate) or told us that we couldn't prove it was him (window). At that point we just wanted the work done and didn't make a huge issue of it.

I can understand that these are unprecedented times, but this level of unprofessionalism and difficulty in communication seems pretty ridiculous, to the point that I honestly feel that I got scammed. Not normally a review person, but wanted to make sure no one else fell for the front that I did.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!
