Sam is the most knowledgeable and friendly plumber I have ever worked with. Sam came to our house for a backup sewer in our basement. He fixed the main issue and recommended additional services for our old sewer line. He was extraordinary efficient with his work, got the job done in timely manner and finally put back the landscaping better that was before. Highly recommend Price Buster Plumbing!

These guys have been my go-to since 2015. Super friendly and efficient. Great value. Wyatt just did an amazing job re-plumbing my bathroom. Had to go into the crawl space and cut away all the old 1950 pipes. The only plumbers I will let work on my house.

After checking for recommendations on the Nextdoor forum, I called this business to repair our outdoor faucet which worked intermittently since the last winter. It was easy to make an appointment for the next day. Zack (sp?) arrived within the timeframe with his well equipped truck. His work was meticulous and detailed oriented. I was especially reassured by his multiple-checking all new joints and for leakage. There was a suspected tiny leakage in the new faucet coming from a manufacturing defect and he took pains to remedy it. Can't describe his attention to detail and quality work well enough. Seeing his work gave me confidence of his expertise. I think we have found our default plumbing service!

Stellar Customer Service! From the moment I called I was in good hands! What a breath of fresh air to find a company that was responsive and professional in every way. Wilhelm and Mike were on time and very knowledgeable telling us just the right amount of info to inform but not confuse. He replaced our expansion tank and gave us estimates for a toilet repair and setting a shower pan that we were very pleased with so we hired them for more work and feel very well taken care of for a very reasonable price. We had all the galvanized piping replaced with PEX and also a tub set. They hooked up a new water main for us as well to the meter. Will and Kenny couldn't have been any better! They were courteous, professional, an excellent at their job. If something came up that was not in the line we were thinking, Will would consult me about it first before we made a decision.

I contracted with Sam and Rudy for a waterline replacement. The whole process has been very smooth with office manager Alex always promptly update the project status in advance and the team being on time doing solid work. When I started the project, price busters plumbing was competitive among other contractors, and what I further appreciate is the frank / straightforward way they delivered the offer, rather than a lot of if and buts homeowners may experience elsewhere.

The team is really friendly from the very beginning, and that honesty made it an easy decision to give my project to Sam right away. Sam also helped me fix a facet free of charge. From this project I'm also glad to know whom to contact in the future if any plumbing issues.

Wyatt and Kenny came out to replace our water main line from meter to home that had been leaking. They work professionally together and do quality work, not rushing to finish the job. They tidy up after each day and in general were great to work with, answering any questions I had. Even planted new grass where trench was dug. Highly recommend them and would hire them again for other jobs in the future.

My husband & I were both so impressed with PriceBusters service! We called because of some sluggish flushing & the shower drain periodically backing up (in our 1959 house). We were amazed when workers were dispatched to our house that same day!!! John & Ben worked hard to identify our problem as some kind of blockage. They did their scoping and made numerous attempts to clear out the pipes. The problem turned out to be pretty serious- blocked sewer line out near the main. John jumped into action, calling the city of Lynnwood to have them come check the main and to start the process of getting a permit to dig & repair. It took both John & Ben quite a bit of effort to unbury the old sewer pipe in order to open it to extract what turned out to be a “log of tree roots”. It was enormous and super dense. Once that was fixed, John made the call to get the city inspector out to approve the repair. Once the inspector agreed that all was good, John & Ben got to work again, cleaning up, refilling the holes, and even swept our driveway next to where the pipe was located. Not only were both Ben & John hard working, they were good-natured, friendly, and informative every step of the way. We honestly enjoyed their company and are very grateful to have had them help us through this plumbing disaster. Kudos to each of them- and to Price Buster’s for such great service!

My 82 year old mother had an emergent situation crop up and sewage was backing up into the bathtub and she was unable to use her toliet. We called several places and they could not come out for three days. I called Pricebusters and told them the situation and they were out to us within an hour. The service was the best that I've seen by far. The men that came and did the work were kind, empathetic, extremely personable and easy to work with. They let us know every step of the way what was happening and if there were any additional costs for the repair. We highly recommend Price Busters and crew and are so thankful for their kindness and their impeccable service!

I hired them because the price is cheaper. The guy did the work was late over 4 hours, which I waited
in my car for over 4 hours - I don't live there and it's a hour drive distance for me. They didn't tell me in
advance that the guy will be late, until I call them after waited in my car for half a hour, they said the guy is on
the way, and after I waited another hour, I called them, they told me the guy is on the road to my place, but
took another more than 2 hours for the guy to come. When the guy came, he didn't apologize but complain too
late for him. And I gave him $20 dollars tip, he still not finish the work and went home. Though he promised
to come back the next day he never comes back to finish the work. I call their office, the guy said that the price
was quoted low and asked me to pay more and threatened me to bring the old water heater back to my house. I
would definitely not recommend to hire this company.

I had a major leak in my main waterline for my 1950s Shoreline home. After getting multiple bids to replace it, Price Busters had the most reasonable price. They were also very professional and clean on top of that! Johnny ( The lead plumber) and his sidekick James were top notch. They explained everything in a way that I would understand and always had a big smile on their face! Alex and Tyson ( The office Managers/Dispatchers ) were extremely easy to work and made me feel at ease during the whole process. Plumbing problems are a home owners worst nightmare but Im so fortunate that these guys came to my rescue!

Awesome Company. the staffs are very knowledgeable. Zack came to my house and fixed the connection of my dishwasher in less than 5 minutes. we hired a handy man to install and fix the problem twice but it did not work.
Zack also gave us great advises for our rental property about plumbing leak detection which saved us a lots of money and effort if we went with other plumbing company's advices.
We are very impressed by their expertise and responsiveness. the company is easy to reach. the staffs are friendly and on time.

The team at Price Busters were all around phenomenal 🙌. I noticed 2 inches of water in my basement and was in a pinch and in need of a plumber! I had a friend use them to repair and line her sewer so I thought I'd give it a shot and called at 5 pm. Alex (the office manager)setup an appointment for someone to come out at 9 the next morning. Zach and Beau showed up on time and were very professional and gave an excellent quote for a French drain system, the quote was half as much as other companies! From the call to completion was 3 days with great updates from Tyson (the other office personnel). So next time you have a plumbing emergency and ask yourself who you gonna call? Know the answer is Price Busters Plumbing.

Price Busters was recommended to us by our water service insurance company. They repaired a break in the sewer line rapidly saving our tenants from having to vacate the premises. Additional scoping revealed a lot of deterioration further down the line. They contacted us immediately and got our permission to line the entire sewer pipe at a reasonable price. Our tenant said they were courteous, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Price Busters.

The disposal quit and I found a small amount of water underneath it but couldn't find where the leak was coming from. I reviewed local services through my next door community and got a few estimates. I chose Price Busters and they had someone available for me within an hour. I got a call to let me know they were on the way and after a very thorough inspection of everything that could have leaked, the disposal was the only culprit left. I received a couple of quotes, made a choice and called back to set an appointment. This was my lucky day and the plumber was close enough to pick up the part, come back for the install, make sure everything was clean and dry. Less than four hours, from the first call to the finish is unheard of and I'm sure it was part dumb luck on my part and careful skill on the part of Price Busters. They'll be getting my business.

If you're looking for a very comprehensive and thorough look at your plumbing issues these are the guys to go to. Their pricing is incredible, and beyond that you will walk away feeling great about the way in which your home was treated. They went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right and every stoned was turned in not only fixing the issue thoroughly, but making sure we understood how to prevent it in the future. Also, where the exact problem was, and what could be done to repair short and long term without trying to have an ulterior upsell. It felt honest, easy, and informative. My recommendation and satisfaction for the way they work could not come any higher.

I had price busters come out to clean and repair my sewer line. They cleaned the pipe and re lined my entire sewer. The price of all of that work was very reasonable compared to other companies that came out for a bid. The office was very informative and easy to work with, and the plumbers that came out were polite and professional. Defientely recomend, 10 out of 10

The short: Quick, reliable, well priced and friendly.
The Long: I had a leaking sewer line outside the house as the pipe is old concrete which needed to be replaced. The options were to either dig it all out, encapsulate or do a pipe burst. Price busters recommended an encapsulation (Perma liner) which is a neat technology which cures epoxy in place within the existing pipe. The method is less impact-full to the garden and cheaper as they dont need to dig the entire trench. Price busters came out to provide a quote and performed a very through inspection, both with a camera and marking out where each bend was in the pipe. Beau and Mike were both very friendly and explained everything to detail how it was going to be fixed and gave me a price on the spot. Alex back in the office was also great working with, coordinating schedules and payments.
The job itself was executed flawlessly, they didnt make too much mess and cleaned up after themselves (Note they didnt try and fix everything back to how it was, I know some companies may do this, but Price Busters focuses on their job which is plumbing not landscaping and thus they are good at it). There was one minor modification I requested with the clean out pipe location as it was not in a convenient location which they quickly made the changes.

Price Buster boys did it again! Excellent, clean, quality work from Wyatt, Seth and Jason. I had Price Buster line my sewer 3 years ago and they did a great job so I called them again to help with basement bathroom plumbing and they nailed it! I've called upon Price Busters a few times over the years and they have always been impressed by their responsiveness and their expertise. They are very easy to reach and schedule. Austin, the plumber is great. He's pleasant, understanding and great at diagnosing and fixing problems. Also, they were very willing to come back when something needed to be adjusted.

We've used Price Busters multiple times now, first for sewer line repair and second for resolving an outdated and leaking faucet. Both times we were given expert service and extremely competitive pricing. Especially for the sewer they were able to undercut everyone by almost 50% since most contract out to them. Absolutely will use them again for any further plumbing work.

When we returned from vacation, we discovered a significant leak between the water shut off and the house. It was dumping 180 gallons every couple hours. We tried for *days* to get in touch with another company we had previously worked with. After they came out for an inspection, they totally ghosted us. So, WHO YOU GUNNA CALL? Price Busters! On Fourth of July weekend, I called Price Busters and they answered after hours. I couldn't believe it! First thing in the morning, they had a truck out to inspect and complete the work. They did it for thousands of dollars less than a competing company, too. Price Busters plumbers were professional, timely, tidy, and knowledgeable. I'm a forever customer now.

We are Wenda and Larry Reed (for some reason our daughter and son in law's names are on this Google link). Price Busters had installed a new liner in our sewer line from the house to the street a couple of years ago, doing a good job, showing us every step of what they were doing, at a much lower bid than some competitors. So we called them when our kitchen sink refused to drain. It took two attempts to clean the drain, over two days, as the blockage was way, way down the pipe. It was a very difficult job, but they did it professionally and cheerfully - Wayne and Wyatt - and took great pains to keep everything clean. It was expensive, but we could see that they were not overcharging. Everything was explained as they worked. They turned up soon after we called the company and came on time.

They came promptly to repair my sewer line. The problem I have with them is that they left a large scratch from their trailer hitch in my cement driveway and damaged my ADT sign. I had to purchase a new sign.
Unfortunately they had to cut into my cement to reach the broken pipe and the patch job was not great. They had promised it would look professional, but I'm not satisfied. It's very uneven and doesn't line up to make it smooth.

Price Busters are the best! Over 20 years of dealing with sewer back up I finally had funds to fix it. Zach, one of the owners came to assess the problem. Within 90 minutes he had two of his guys here with a camera to find the problem and flush the system. Zach also said he would be back to double check it. Within a half hour I got a call from Alex with a bid.I took a couple more days for bids then Zach was back as promised. Because of his personality, professionalism, seeing how much he cared about pleasing his customers and the price I hired them. Mentioning the next time my kitchen pipes come loose I knew who to call, he immediately said let's take a look now. It was wrong pipe fittings, next thing I know he is taking care of it on the same deal. Wrong size pipes happen when your son does the plumbing. Lol! Zach the excavator, Austin, James and Haung (probably wrong spelling) were all very friendly and very professional. This company went above and beyond my expectations. They cleared my main sewer line out to the street from a clog, added an exterior clean out for future maintenance, and lined my 50 year old cement drain pipe. They also fixed a small water line leak and a tankless water heater leak.
They were professional, provided options, had good communication, good service, and cleaned up the site, all for a fair price.

We called Price Busters to do several different jobs for us, including unclogging a shower drain, installing a new shower pan, and updating the plumbing in the wall to prepare for a new faucet/shower head. All the team members we encountered were very professional, and we appreciated their timeliness and rapid availability.

During the project we did have one issue arise which proved to be a bit of a challenge. Thankfully we were able to work with the owners Zach and Beau directly, and greatly appreciated their professionalism in handling the situation and helping us reach a desirable outcome.

Went pretty thorough when came out for the estimate. The price is the most competitive (I had 10+ bids) and seems to know all the code and regulations for the repair. We had a big repair project and have 4 different crews working on 4 different days. It’s not an easy repair since the pipe had a lot of rocks inside and they had to dig very deep as well. Nonetheless they all worked very hard and we appreciate their work. They restore the landscape afterwards to the best of their ability. The communication is timely and friendly. Would definitely recommend for the reasonable price and the hard work.

I spoke with staff at 6pm, they were at my house the next morning to give me a bid. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the bid was. Michael Fisher arrived the next morning, and my BIG umming job was done that day.

We have an older house and our main sewer line in the basement got plugged up and got backed up with water. I called Alex around 5:10 at night and had 2 of his employees come within 30 minutes and fixed the sewer line in 30 minutes. Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced.

Woke up to a burst pipe and quickly shut off the main. Now what? Across the street PriceBusters was doing a sewer line repair and I cautiously walked over and mentioned the problem to John. Without hesitation, he came over, assessed the situation and plugged the line within 15 minutes. I was so appreciative and he was just so damn helpful. When I called the office to book an appointment to fix the line permanently, Alex answered the call. This guy is a Mensch as well. They were all booked but he said he would call around and see if someone could come out to my place. Their crews were slammed and no one was available, but the fact that he sincerely tried to make it happen for me was great customer care. I like these guys a lot.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. Beau showed up within a two day window of calling for a quote. He was extremely efficient at diagnosing the problem and within 30 minutes I had a quote in my inbox. This was a preventative job versus an emergency; however, we did have a specific timeline to get it done. The Price Busters quote was more than half the price of the first quote from a very popular local plumber. At first I thought, no way, this can't be possible. I was wrong. I continued to be amazed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were able to schedule the job in a timely manner and were extremely accommodating to ensure minimal hours without running water to the house. Alex did all the scheduling and the play by play of progress and when the job was complete, they sent photos and videos and made it very easy to pay online. Just wow!! Did a great job installing my Mom's PRV in their house that was pretty old. Professional and cordial, while also being affordable!

From the detailed bid until the work was completed, it was a stress-free pleasure to work with Price Busters. John and Wyatt were able to replace a 60-foot, 60-year-old main water line and interior shutoff valve by digging only at the beginning and end of the line without any disturbance of plantings or rocks in the yard or interior walls. And it wasn't easy digging four feet down and 1-1/2 feet underneath the concrete porch slab. Along with Gabe, Jeff and Don, they made it easy for me to lead a normal life for those three days, and Alex kept me posted on when everything was going to happen, which was much appreciated.

Beau and the A-Team knocked out a huge task in one afternoon; replacing a stretch of decades-old concrete sewer pipe (all quite unfortunately underneath my back deck). Highly recommend Price Busters Plumbing. I have used their services for sewer repair and replacement of a water heater. Always punctual, willing to explain all options and best price compared to competition. Most importantly, Alex and his crew guarantee their work even when it's finished. We are in the process of selling our house. Alex had fixed a sewer issue for us in spring of 2019. Fast forward a year and during an inspection, an issue with the connection to the city main was identified. Alex sent out a crew to verify that it was indeed responsibility of the city which was confirmed. His help in this process has made us a customer for life.

Price Busters Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the main water line, adding a water shut-off valve, repiping water in, and repiping the drainage in our 1940s home. They were professional, punctual, and provided high-quality service at a very reasonable price, especially compared to several of the quotes we received from other companies. There was a small scheduling hiccup due to circumstances outside of their control, but Price Busters handled it professionally and had excellent communication. All staff members on site were respectful and courteous over the course of their 3-days with us, and they did their best to ensure our house was in the best condition possible when they left. I would highly recommend Price Busters to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind that their plumbing work has been completed to the highest possible standard.

We have used Price Busters for years & they always deliver! Johnny has always helped us out! When we moved out of our old house we had some major plumbing issues that needed to be fixed in order to sell. It was a daunting task to us, but their guys handled it perfectly. New bath tub faucet, pipes in basement, new toilet, all flawless. When it came time to move into our new home, there was a lot of fixing up to do as well. They scoped our underground gutter downspout drains, scoped our sewer drains, replaced a toilet, & replaced a mud room utility sink. I was a little particular about the placement of the utility sink as we were getting a new (larger) washing machine & after the guys had left I realized I forgot to mention that to them! I called back & Alex in their office was super nice & said it was no problem at all. They came back out within a day or two to extend the utility sink drain pipe so it would fit in the spot, making room for the new washing machine!

They connect me to sewer line service in Kirkland. Great people to work with, great value. Mike was super nice guy and great to work with very positive and can-do-attitude. Alex was always updating me of the process, on top of it. Beau, the owner, is a nice guy and easy to work with. put the ground back just as it was before. all together great people and professional. 100% recommended.

He knew really well what he was talking about helping be be assured I was not going to face a big problem down the road.

They did all the plumbing for our entire home: 4 bathrooms, and our kitchen later, Price Busters has received a customer for life. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. I was fortunate enough to have one of the owners come in and do the work. All I have to say is that the customer service was top notch, and am very happy we chose Price Busters Plumbing!

I had such a great experience with Price Busters Plumbing! Zack and Beau came out really fast, professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly.
I was stressing about the sewage leak from my building. It was all over the street, thinking it was going to be a very expensive repair...
Once they diagnosed the problem, Zack and Beau reassured me that it was going to be a small repair and no concrete would have to be removed. (Thank god) It was just a clogged pipe due to root build up. It would need to be blasted and some piping replaced.

These guys completely saved my hide. We were listing our house on a Friday and on Monday night our water heater decided to crash on us. We were panicking in fear of having to delay putting our house on the market. Luckily, Zach came to the rescue and we had a new water heater installed less than 16 hours later. (!!!) His staff was kind, efficient, respectful. Can’t believe how we lucked out with these guys. I will use them again and again for all my plumbing needs! Thank you ZACH and Team!!

They were quick to come out and give initial bid for a project, but upon replying twice over email and once over phone, they would not respond to further questions about the bid, such as material being used and slight adjustments to the bid (like wrong sized pipe indicated in quote). On the call they said they would get back but after a week I gave up waiting. The plumber and staff was friendly otherwise. Initial bid price seemed reasonable.

Very nice on the phone but not reliable. Technician came, advised me to purchase my choice of toilet which I did. Scheduled a date to install. I called them night before to confirm and they confirmed. After waiting for hours, a call from the technician apologizing he wouldn't be able to make it. Rescheduled for 2weeks out. Again 6pm Fri night, I called to confirm. I was informed that they were sorry but the technician wouldn't be able to make it again. I suspect overbooking themselves and has better priorities. A courtesy phone call during work hours a day or two would be appropriate. Please Don't deal with Price Buster plumbing.

I am a returning customer . The first time was for my house to convert the septic system to sure system. It was a very very excellent and very net job this guys done for me . Especially the price unthinkable to compare with other companies out there . I called five different companies to compare the price . It was unbelievable different than those others . Here is what I say if you don’t SHOPE around for your project , the pricey you going to pay it will be a rippe of with out a doubt.
No wonder why the come up the name PRICE BUSTER they really really price buster . They did amazing job with a reasonable price and with a short period of time .
Also in my second project It was my house main water line was broke and leak . They did the same thing with reasonable price and short time they replace my main water line with a new water line . Amazing job and very very reasonable price.

I used Price Busters to fix a water leak. They quickly sent out an excellent plumber, Cory, on a Saturday. Cory was professional, very knowledgeable, a hard worker and cleaned up after himself. He quickly found the problem and did a fabulous job fixing it! I highly recommend them!

Needed to repeatedly troubleshoot French drain backflow and basement underground leak. Work quality was professional, although they had to undo some of their work to get to the ultimate problem, which they corrected. Crew worked very hard. I'm satisfied that drainage on that side of house is working properly.

Zach and his team did a fantastic job! They were on time, clean, cordial and were amazing gentlemen to have around our house with my wife and baby!

Beau arrived ahead of schedule, which was great because water was leaking from our ceiling. He had all the tools and parts on the truck, and was able to quickly fix the problem. The cost of the repair was quoted before the repair was started. We are very glad we called Price Busters.

I used price busters tonight to help unclog my kitchen sink as I was prepping food for a family barbecue. They came out instantly! Team did an excellent job with our sewer lining. They were positively referred to us by a friend but we still cross shopped and their quote was the most competitive. Overall very happy with their communication and the final product.

I used price busters plumbing to replace a water heater, as well as replace some CPVC lines in my crawlspace, and Hydro jet out my side sewer line. All of that was able to be completed in one day with two technicians. It was very helpful that they were able to perform multiple services within one day. We moved into a trailer home that had been left alone for about a year. When we moved in the sewer pipe outside had gotten full of roots from a nearby tree. Our indoor plumbing was out. Bo and his team were quick to reply to my problem and dispatched his team to our residence. They worked in a rain and windstorm until it was dark to rectify and fix the problem They were all polite and eager to get the job done. I really appreciate Bo and his team for getting us up and running. This was one of the worst root infestations that they had encountered and they tackled it head on until it was fixed. I highly recommend them to solve your plumbing problems. I would call them again if there is ever a plumbing problem.

Done very dangerous work in our property, put the Water Lines in the Wood Floor Joists now weaken by the wholes, place on top and on side of the original Gas Ducts and Return Vents custom made locations , and placed a very unbecoming looking line (out/in side) in the Living Room. To date for weeks has continue to cause STOP work us from continue repair/replace damage to our fire/smoke out unit, to get our Gas Furnace, Ducts/Return Vents, Drop Ceiling, Electrical and Lighting system install by other businesses, can not work. We have made many contacts in person, text. emails, calls and correct the water lines work still not done..

Set up a Saturday appointment to reconnect my sinks after new countertops were installed. I waited all week for this appointment. I work a job I really can't miss. They called and cancelled on Friday evening after 6 pm. Now I'm left with no working sinks. If they weren't okay with a Saturday appointment, they should have said so up front. I'm obviously not going to reschedule with these unprofessional liars.
