We had a smelly shower drain issue, so we scheduled an appointment online to have them check out what the cause of the smell.
They came out on time, ran camera thru drain and sewer line to see any problems. They found no problem and it was just dried out sewer, so we didn't need to repair anything.
They did all these for free!!!!!
Omg... so friendly so nice. They gave us some tips do's and don'ts and amazing hardworking people! I highly recommend them and will use them if we have any plumbing issue!

Had a kitchen sink drain line that needed replacing. I described the work in detail, Roger told me 'no problem: he said could be out Monday or Tuesday (this was Friday).

I waited for their call Monday morning and finally called them to be told they decided they didn't want to go in a crawl space!!!

They wasted my time and made my tenant wait even longer as I searched, now three days later, for an actual plumber.

Joe with Simple Plumber has done two jobs for me. He fixed a leaky toilet with complicated plumbing by rebuilding the interior toilet. Most recently he fixed a broken sink and dishwasher. His work is high quality and he is a very nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!

We had a plumbing emergency late one night recently and our landlords called Beacon Plumbing. Zadrien showed up within an hour of being called and reassured us that he would get us up and running again soon as well as be able to tell us what may have caused our issue. Zadrien was professional and also calm, cool and collective given the circumstances. We really appreciate his service and professionalism.
