Work done as scheduled. Adam and Garrett worked hard, answered all of our questions during the process and were persistent in resolving issues that came up. They also did a great job of restoring our yard from the work done and cleaning up all the areas that needed it. Very professional.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.

He'll take the time with clients to review the video live, in person, which is something that most inspectors do not; other inspectors I've worked with perform the scope as quickly as possible, give a basic report, post the video online without speaking to the client. We were experiencing an issue with our kitchen sink backing up after the water had been running for some time (the joys of home ownership). Thoren and his colleague came to our house and provided a thorough evaluation of the root cause of the problem and the step by step approach of how they were going to tackle the issue. Obviously, it is never a great experience to pay over a $1,000 for a repair. But the technical expertise of Thoren provided me peace of mind as well as his explanation of the issue. That to me is worth the 5 stars and will have me coming to them again (hopefully not necessary) if a problem were to arise again.

I called Soreano's at 8 am to arrange for repair/replacement of my leaking water heater. They dropped other things on their schedule to get to my home by 9:30. The plumber on site was second to none. He assessed the situation, consulted me to present my options, and took immediate action to get the situation resolved. The job was not easy. He had to enlarge the doorway to my furnace/water heater room to be able to get a 40 gallon unit installed. He also found an ingenious way to repair my hose bib which had frozen last winter. Again, he consulted me about the work. When I told him that the piping behind the valve was flexible pex line, he tried something different. He was able to unscrew the hose bib from the exterior of the home, pull the valve out of the wall, replace it, and simply push the assembly back into place. The job was over and done with a minimal amount of cost and labor. These guys are second to none!

Life saver. Called simple plumber, Joe came same day service. We had just a trickle of hot water, he took very little time to figure out the problem and take care of it. no time at all we had for flow restored. He was very polite efficient and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.
