If you're like me and dread the thought of calling people whenever something in your house breaks then this review is for you. I've called enough companies (and have them come out) to know right off the bat if they're good. Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair answered swiftly, attempted to diagnose the problem over the phone, and provided all the details and costs over the phone. Since my problem was unusual Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair came out to diagnose the problem and confirmed that my water heater needed replacement. How much did it cost for Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair to come out to take a look at my water heater and about an hour of his time taking things apart? $0.00!!! Of course, I decided to go with Rapid to replace my water heater and once again Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair came out and replaced my 40 gallon water heater. He not only replaced it, but replaced all the parts and made it look good (as much as a water heater can look good). A+ would do business again!

We called Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair on a Monday, and received our new unit the next day. Toa and Marcus, who installed the new unit, were not only professional and personal, they went over and above to guarantee a smooth transition in a basement, that held our old unit – not the easiest location for installation, yet they made it seem flawless. They took time to answer all questions and their craftsmanship was second to none, never overlooking even the smallest of details. Five stars hands down!

Steve B. replaced the water heaters in our house as well as our ADU. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable (he gave me all of the same advice that a licensed plumber did). I really appreciated the transparent and upfront pricing even though one of the water heater replacements ended up being more challenging than expected.
