We also requested an estimate for some plumbing projects. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining various options. He emailed us a detailed estimate on the spot. I was able to have my water heater replaced the same day I called Direct Plumbing & Rooter about my leaking water heater. I was given a quote over the phone and the final amount due was close to what was quoted. I opted for a larger tank which increased the price a bit. The technician that came out was friendly, efficient and his work was neat. I am satisfied with the work done by Direct Plumbing & Rooter.

One technician from Direct Plumbing & Rooter checked my furnace, which had been on and off, and ensured that it was working. He was efficient, very personable, and explained everything he was during his inspection. He suggested follow up service in the fall. Communication with him both prior to the call and after was excellent and very professional. The service charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Hired Direct Plumbing & Rooter to install drainage for a new kitchen double-sink. We have hired him before and as always he was polite and very professional, showing up exactly on time. Also it was great of him to accommodate us on timing so the period without use of our sink was minimal. He even noted from a picture that our old system didn’t have a vent so he installed and we will have better drainage going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again or recommend to anyone!

Came home last night from dinner to find water on the floor and a leaking water heater. Called Direct Plumbing & Rooter around *a today. Was told to expect the installer between 9-12. Technician arrived around 10, with new water heater installed by 11am. Very professional and polite technician.

Direct Plumbing & Rooter was very courteous, patient and quick. I can't recommend him enough. It's only been a day since he replaced the clogged, disconnected and cracked drain pipes under our kitchen sink, but it's holding well. Very pleased with his service.

My technician from Direct Plumbing & Rooter was very particular and did a fine job with the install and addressing other issues causing water heaters to go out before they should.

We added a couple of floor drains in our basement, replaced a corroded drain pipe and reworked some HW and CW connections. They ensured that the significant amount of dust that was generated when the concrete floor was removed was contained and cleaned up after the work was complete.
