Jay saved me THOUSANDS by removing a stuck cartridge ring despite multiple “plumbers” charging me >$500 to tell me that the ring cannot be removed and that I would need to find multiple contractors to penetrate the exterior wall and remove the valve/cartridge ring from the back of the shower.

Jung's plumbing were great, they replaced fixtures in the bathroom and a clogged drain. They explained what the potential costs would be as they suspected a stopper would need to be installed and they were accurate with the estimate. They were professional and the installation looked to be good quality. They also thoroughly cleaned up afterwards around the bathroom sink after the installation, unlike other plumbers we've had in the past that left a mess after.

I have had 2 excellent experiences with Green Planet. Eero (pronounced arrow) was a straight shooter who isolated a gas leak for me last winter. Last week Justin replaced a cartridge in an old bathtub faucet that was leaking. The first replacement cartridge unit he tried was not successful, which he explained to me (likely some issue in unit) as he redid the work with a separate new cartridge.

Justin showed up on time, got the work efficiently done in 1 hour. Eero was equally prompt and courteous. These guys are pros as is Jeremiah on Green Planet dispatch. I like working with these guys!

Good communication, answered all my questions, and install was easy and fast. They only use high quality water heaters too (not what you find at Lowe's or home depot)...after they left, I noticed a small gas smell from the gas valve (our valve, not one they installed), so I contacted them again and within a few days, I had a tech over to fix the small leak. No extra charge. Now THAT is how you take care of your customers! The technician who came out was great. Highly recommend Einstein Plumbing for your hot water install.
