Fred's Plumbing is my go-to company for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and always provide top-notch service. I've been a satisfied customer for years! We bought our home and 3 weeks later, we came home to the water heater gushing all over the garage. 2 weeks before Christmas... we called our home warranty company who sent out another company and it's was a miserable experience. We ended up reaching out to Fred's Plumbing & Water Heater Repair and I am so glad we did. Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they went above and beyond to make sure they got to us before Christmas. They drove out the same day as we gave the green light. 5 stars for sure, and I will absolutely reach out should we have any issues in the future. Highly recommend!! It's really too good...

Needed my water heater replaced and brought up to code to sell my home. They were able to come over the following day. Within an hour I had a new water heater and overflow tank, and they re-did the piping. I had a new overflow tank in my garage that was brand new, but it was the wrong size he swapped me out without a problem which was really nice as I was outside of my return window. Definitely would use again service of Fred's Plumbing & Water Heater Repair.

What I'd like to highlight is the sense of ownership that they have in their service / product, that is hard to come by these days. Recently, there was an electrical smell coming from the utility closet in the house that had the water tank. I was able to identify the smell (and smoke) coming from the water tank, and sent an email with detailed pictures and a video, hoping that Fred's Plumbing & Water Heater Repair might be able to come by sooner than later to take a look and hopefully resolve. Great work by them.

Sent an email at midnight, got a phone call from Fred's Plumbing & Water Heater Repair at 8am that they would be able to come by midday. Came by around 11:15am, and was able to help replace a corroded part in the tank and help fix some of our (old) wiring. On top of this, was not charged for any repair which was a pleasant surprise. Incredibly thankful for the quickness and responsiveness these brothers have. Perfect!!

The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.

I noticed that my hot water tank was leaking this morning. I found this company on YELP with 5 star reviews and now I know why. I called this morning at 10am they gave me a window between noon and 3pm. Dillon called at 1pm to say that he was 30 minutes away. Once he arrived he assessed the hot water tank and gave me a very reasonable estimate to have it hauled away and a new one installed. He had it all done within 45 minutes. I found it interesting that he placed a drip pan underneath the new tank. What a brilliant idea. He was professional and personable. What fantastic service!

Highly recommend this company for replacement/repair of water heaters. When our water heater broke down suddenly, I found this company online. They answered my phone call on a Saturday morning and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The technician, David R Pullen, showed up to the premises on time. He is knowledgeable, straight forward, and competent . He inspected the water heater damage, quickly gave me the run down of the new building codes, gave a quote for replacement of the heater that was beyond repair. He got the nod from me to go ahead with replacement of the unit. He carries units of different sizes in his van. He did not need to leave and come back to get a replacement unit. He finished the work on time, cleaned up the water heater closet, hauled the old unit out into his van and installed the new unit without any mess. He reviewed his work with me afterward and gave me clear instruction on inspection of the unit for possible leaks on day of installation and on the future. He then reviewed the detailed invoice warranty that he had written up. He charged my credit card and left without any glitches. This company knows what they are doing.
