I can't say better things about Brian and Convey Plumbing! He is extremely professional and helps problem solve to find the best solution not the quickest or most expensive solution. His work is of the highest quality and it is comforting to know I have found my go-to plumber for all my home remodel and repair needs.

Brian was awesome! He got back to me right away when my water heater started leaking. He replaced it and all of the venting two days later (which ended up being on the weekend). I was not expecting that from a one man show! He also gave me a bunch of tips about some of the other plumbing he could see without being pushy. I’d definitely use him again! Thanks so much, Brian!!

We feel in safe hands with Brian. He has saved us on multiple occasions. We have used Convey to replace a toilet and our hot water tank, and to resolve the occasional leak. Recently the water main burst outside our house while we were abroad. Brian was there within an hour of my text to shut off the supply; he then had it all repaired and service restored in time for our return.

I’ve had Convey Plumbing perform routine maintenance on my tankless water heater twice and both times they have been very responsive and professional and the service has helped my tankless water heater continue operating smoothly. Brian is also very friendly and courteous when he’s been at my house. He is great to work with.

We have used a few different plumbers for projects on our home and by far, our best experience has been with Brian at Convey. We had a tricky project upgrading our exceptionally old toilet to a new toilet and Brian did an excellent job of communicating all of the steps and options we had for completing the project. Brian has helped us with a bunch of things, from small projects (faucet handle not closing) to the medium-ish (new water heater). He's been great to work with, really responsive, and really communicative about the work. We also really appreciate his practicality; he helps solve our problems with the right blend of cost-effectiveness and long term thinking. We haven't shopped around for rates, but I feel like what Brian charges is very reasonable for the quality of the work and how easy he is to work with. All in all we're very lucky to have found Brian for our plumbing needs!

Who says plumber can't work remotely? I had an emergency situation in which I needed a plumber opinion for an ongoing project. I don't have immediate access to the project site at that time. Brian was kind enough to provide a remote consultant service over the phone after I shared pictures. He ran me through options and provided his assessment in a timely manner, while all other plumbers I contact won't talk to me without a visit. I highly appreciate his flexibility and his remote service.

Wow. I'm a first-time homeowner in the Seattle area, and suddenly my kitchen faucet is leaking down through the basement. I went searching for a plumber and came across Brian at Convey. After having reached out to a few other recommended plumbing companies in the area, I felt a bit defeated with long wait times for an appointment (more than a month out) and really pricey quotes. When I called Convey, Brian immediately answered the phone, listened to what the issue was, and told me he'd stop by in 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! He came by as promised, was extraordinarily professional and easygoing, and fixed our faucet within 10 minutes. I'm still in awe of how incredible and painless of an experience this was. Pricing was unbeatable and so fair. I've officially found my go-to plumber for all future needs in Seattle. If you're looking for a plumber, look no further. Brian at Convey is an absolute gem.

Brian did a great job! He identified the problem with my toilet and now it's working great. He also gave me advise on other plumbing related questions I had. He is very friendly and helpful. He looks out for his customers. I will definitely call him first the next time I need a plumber!

TL:DR: Good work, expensive, unprofessional.

Brian quoted me a $400 range on a gas pipe installation ($500-$900). He was professional and efficient at his work. Then came the invoice. The invoice listed one line item with no distinction between parts, labor, hours, etc, charging me the top price of the range for his work.

As soon as I asked for a pricing breakdown, Brian became incredibly hostile, yelling at me over the phone that they do not list their hourly rates and do not itemize the invoice. I reassured him that I wanted to know the price for clarity's sake. He began to threaten me with late fees and liens if I do not pay within 72 hours.

My recommendation: know what you're getting yourself into. If you are willing to have a price pulled out of thin air and hostility as soon as you talk numbers, then Brian is efficient and does a clean job. If you prefer your plumber to be professional and transparent from start to finish, look elsewhere.

We were referred to Brian by a friend and are so happy we found him. We’ve had him come out twice now and he has been super professional and communicative. His fees are very reasonable and he is a joy to work with!

Brian was creative in helping me install new toilet in a small space for guest bathroom. He was super professional and informative through the whole process. The toilet I picked out was on back order for 6 weeks, but when he came he had everything done in half a day! Super pleased. And he cleaned up after himself. Recommend.

Brian is both professional and personable. He installed a new bathroom sink faucet set and a one-way drain so rodents can't come up cellar floor drain. One of the faucets moaned so he fixed that as well as replacing an old clogged drain pipe from the sink. We think of him now as our plumber – will have him come out again when the next plumbing problem arises.

I have used convey plumbing for residential and commercial. I have always gotten fair quotes, was educated and given all the information and choices available. I've been very happy with my services and have Recommended him to other people who have related that they were very happy with his services.

I had some old kitchen faucet pipes that didn't drain well and didn't have a a vent. At the same time was doing a kitchen remodel. Brian found the time to schedule alongside the remodel. Replaced some of the old pipes, replace the old sink pipe layout with the correct elevations, and even put a vent in to update the configuration. Very good with timing and efficiency and even shared some knowledge to help me understand how my old system works and informed me of some other re-workings that would be beneficial. I have my new sink and garbage disposal installed and looking/working better than ever. Would definitely recommend if you like good communication and an understanding of your systems.

We have a toilet in our finished basement that had a long history of poor flushes that didn't clear the bowl routinely. Sometimes we would have to flush several times to clear it. Conserving water and saving on water our bill, we chose to consult a professional to see what could be done. Rather than busting up concrete and putting in a new line $$$$ he had the idea to install a pressure assist toilet and problem solved! No overflows and one flush = clear. Our landlords wanted a quick and inexpensive solution. Great customer service, professional, reliable and didn't leave a mess.

Brian was quick and efficient and walked me through the options from a cost perspective prior to the job. Everything is working great months later, so I'm happy!
