Chuck and team are the best. I have and old house in Ballard with a “sensitive” sewer line. I’ve used Green Lake Sewer and Drain for many years to clean the line, add a cleanout, etc.

They are professional, friendly, effective and their pricing is very fair. I’ve used the other big names in the area - but these guys are far and away a better option.

Chuck and Brian are a national treasure. Other companies gave me ridiculous quote to unclog my sewer and chuck and Brian were incredibly reasonable. Their years of experience really show in their knowledge and confidence. I’m recommending them to everyone I know.

I am super remiss not posting a review/kudos for GLS. Chuck and his team are fantastic. I have been calling upon GLS/Chuck for years. We have a rental and house in SEA, both circa 1920's/1930's lines. GLS/Chuck are super responsive and get the job done right. Chuck and Brian did a great job unclogging my driveway drain. They discovered the issue immediately and were dedicated to correcting it along with instructions to prevent the roots from coming back and clogging the drain again. Chuck and Brian from Green Lake Sewer are the BEST. They're straight shooters who knows what they're doing and won't BS you. They've cleared our sensitive sewer line several times now and after our most recent experience calling another company, I will never, EVER call anyone else. We called Greenlake Sewer first but they couldn't get out to us in West Seattle until the following day. We were impatient, as people are when they don't have a working bathroom, and decided to reach out to another company, who turned out to be total hustlers. This company spent 5 minutes snaking the line only to tell us that they couldn't clear the clog and we'd need a $10k repair. We declined. Thankfully Chuck and Brian were able to get out to us the next day where it took them about 15 minutes to clear that sewer clog with only a snake and some elbow grease. On the way out, they gave us some great advice about treating our drains with BioClean, which will hopefully help us avoid this problem in the future. Thank you Chuck and Brian -- we are eternally grateful to you and will sing your praises from the rooftop!

Chuck is an all around great guy. First to respond on a Friday afternoon then came the NEXT day, Saturday AM, to clean out my main line. Very thorough, checked the utility sink, toilet and shower to make sure everything was running and open before he finished. Then he charged me the weekday rate even though its a Sat! That was SO nice of him. I'm definitely using him for yearly maintenance of my house's sewer lines in the future.

I had a clogged drain. I called several plumbers. Chuck (the owner) was the first plumber to come out. He quickly assessed the problem, went to work, and fixed the issues. And he gave me tips to avoid the same problem in the future. I will use them again for future plumbing issues.
