We have used this plumber multiple times for two different properties we own. He has always done a good job and at a fair rate. Installed new pipes in our 1936 house. Installed a new sink in our bathroom. When our renter complained that they had no hot water, Roman discovered that the renter had turned the heat down on the hot water heater. He didn’t charge us for that call, and he made sure to tell the renter what the cause was. He has been able to help us out on short notice in emergencies. He is a hard worker and has been trustworthy in our experience.

Roman failed to apply for required permit to legally access sewer. Upon filing a complaint and taking Roman to small claims court I was referred by the judge to superior court. His admission and reason for not getting said permit was that he was not certified to work on sewer systems. Consequently he was not able to obtain a permit nor did he try. The permit dept. admitted that they could not charge him with anything because he did all the work he needed permits for after the inspection dept for seattle closed. He came after hours to avoid inspection.

He also threw dirt on my neighbors property, hitting their house. Our sewer pipe should've been replaced, but instead it was patched for over $10k dollars! He's reckless, untrustworthy and will not hesitate to skirt laws in order to finish the job (poorly) and get paid. Watch out for his after hours work. It may be done illegally not to mention incorrectly and to your expense.

Do not use Wallingford Plumbing for your plumbing work

I had an exceptional experience with Wallingford Plumbing. This company definitely deserves a 5 star!! I began having troubles with my water heater on a Friday afternoon and after calling numerous plumbing companies, I finally came across Wallingford Plumbing. I spoke to Roman and explained to him the issues I was having with my heating system and within the next hour he was able to come to my home and solve the problem I was having.

Roman is very knowledgeable in his field of work, is very friendly, kind, and patient, provides great customer service, and does quality work at a very FAIR price. If you are in any plumbing needs, I definitely recommend calling Wallingford Plumbing. Roman does an AMAZING job!

The owner and only employee, Roman, hit my neighbor's car pretty hard. When I confronted him about it, he immediately refused to admit he had done it. I noted the scratches on the cars and he started screaming and swearing at me. He continued to get more and more hostile to me before trying to drive away. If he treats his customers anything like he treated me or my neighbor, I'd recommend never using him. So incredibly rude.

One of their drivers made an illegal turn onto a street that I was on correctly and we had to literally drive up onto the sidewalk to avoid being hit! Wth train your drivers to drive safely i doubt they had a plumbing issue that required them to make illegal turns onto a street.

We have had multiple great experiences with Wallingford Plumbing. Roman is friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He does great work.
