I had a great experience with the plumber service. The plumber was skilled, prompt, and effectively resolved the plumbing problem. I'm grateful for their professionalism and would recommend them to others.

This local plumber came for my water heater repair, thinking I would have to wait weeks for someone to come over. To my surprise, he was able to answer my call immediately and came over the next day! He replaced everything that needed replacing and even gave me tips on how to save money on future repairs!

They are down-to-earth people prices are great compared to competitors work is awesome give them a call if you have a plumbing issue!!

I had a full repipe for a 2 story house including basement. All big plumbing companies were charging me with outrageously high prices. Harmon’s did it for about 2 times less and were on time stayed in touch and did an amazing job in a nice timely manner!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jesse arrived quickly after I called to replace my leaking water heater tank. He explained every step of the way what he was doing. and was very knowledgeable. He even had tips on prolonging the life of the tank. It ended up being an intense project, much longer than anticipated, but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. Great service!

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

Highly recommend this company. I had a water leak in our water meter pit due to a burst yoke and our front yard and street were being flooded. Our water company would not shut the water off to the pipe that was leaking because it would have impacted our whole street. We called multiple plumbers who all told us that unless the water was turned off, they could not fix the issue and that they would have to excavate our front yard to repair the issue. I was given quotes to repair the issue ranging from 3 to 6 thousand dollars. When I called McDougalle, they sent a crew out to review the situation and within minutes I was told they could fix the issue without the water company turning off the water and without tearing up my whole front yard and at a fraction of the price other companies were quoting me. They did the job quickly, got the problem fixed, and saved me a lot of money. I almost never leave reviews for companies, but felt I had to do it here because they were a real life and money saver!

I've had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasn't been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done.

I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet.

All in all I'm really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.

This is my fourth time using Carter’s (all for different things - sump pump, tankless water heater, water softener, septic lift and garbage disposal. All were with the same quality and professionalism.

Be forewarned this company does guarantee their work! They came to drain our basement since we had our main line clog. They ran a line, said it was fixed charged $240. It clogged again four days later We called again, they charged us again and did the same procedure and charged us again. They shared then that they don’t guarantee their work. It happened a third time- a day before my kids birthday party. We finally called another company- that does guarantee their work and they fixed the problem. Unbelievable.
