This is the fourth time we have used Larry for plumbing issues. This time we needed a toilet replaced. He was also kind enough to replace filters on our under-the-sink reverse osmosis system. I can not say enough good things about Larry except “hire him”.

Jerrod was very friendly. And patient since I was running about 15mins late meeting him at the house. He was able to locate the problem and had it fixed in about 30mins.

Way over priced

Jason was super nice, good hearted and very professional! I needed a new facet put in my tub! He went above and beyond to fix my problems! Great company?

Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

Chuck was very professional and very insightful on how to maintain our heating and cooling system. I have allergies and he gave me some info on a system that attaches to our furnace and blows out clean air through all the vents in our house and also takes smelly odors out. Very happy with this company Reliable and very fair priced. When you own a home, it pays to have them come out 2 times a year to maintain and check your units. 5 STARS!

The tech that came to my house was Chris. He was great! Very kind, very prompt. He answered all my questions and had my sink fixed in no time!

Bait and switch

My wife and I decided to purchase a washer and dryer from Lee Supply rather than Home Depot, Menards or Lowes because they were the supplier for the new house we were buying so we assumed they could coordinate delivery better than the box stores. I ordered and payed for the appliances on 12/12/22. We moved in on 1/3/23 and the appliances still hadn't arrived at their warehouse. Finally delivery was to be made on Wed, 1/11/23. They showed up with one white appliance and one blue one. Not what we ordered. They tried again on Mon, 1/16/23 and again one white and one blue. Third time was a charm as delivery was finally accomplished on Fri 1/20/23. It appears their warehouse and the office don't communicate very well. To make up for the delayed delivery and our inconvenience, our sales rep Rick Ferguson volunteered that the warehouse suggested they refund our $79.99 delivery charge. Of course that never happened. Next time I'll go to one of the box stores to purchase my appliances and get delivery in a day or two.

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. They were assigned to me through my home warranty. First of the didn't come in the time window they said they would. 2nd he he took all but 1 minute to look at where my pipes were leaking. Then preceded to tell me that my crawl space was too small to work in and it would be a all day . So he refused to do it. At that point I was without water for 4 days. I think he made his mind up as soon as he seen my crawl space.Then he said he would call another company to see if they would be willing to do it, which never happened. He also said whoever he called would tell me the same. The next day we got a hold of another company, they came out and said it would be no problem to get in the crawl space and get it fixed . Ive never seen such poor customer service in my life as i did from Premier Plumping. Sry so long of a comment but I'm highly upset.

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.

3. Quoted over 200% what the other quotes we're.

If one is not interested in doing the work, just say so. It's ok to be honest.

They didn't have the proper tools for what services they say is offered.... gave too old to be dealing with this vibes??‍♀️ had to be 60 or better ??‍♀️
