Called them out on an after hours clog in my main drain. Seth reached out to me right away to let me know that he was finishing a call and would be headed this way. When he got here he was extremely clear about what he could do. He cleared the line very quickly and set up a follow-up to get to the root of the problem. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

The service was great. I wanted to add a 240v outlet to charge my model y more quickly so I called in. The result is very good and my garage is clean after the work!The only draw back is I wasn't know the first attempt was only for estimation but hey, maybe I missed that part during the phone call with their dispatch, and I got the service done the next day!Overall, nice guys! Nice work done!

Another local service rep shared John's number and couldn't say enough nice things about him. References by mouth mean much more, so I called. Julie, their receptionist, was pleasant and listened carefully to my issues. She assured me Tyler would be here asap in the morning. Tyler texted as I was advised he would do before he got here. He was kind, respectful, professional and quality and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue and when I do my bath & kitchen remodels! Awful plumbers. They installed a defective water heater in my home which failed after two years and flooded my home. I acknowledge that the defective water heater itself is not their fault, however, they did not install it sitting in a drain pan or elevate it. It was simple sitting on the floor. Then they did not return any of the 4 emergency calls I placed to them. Avoid these plumbers at all costs.

Our technician Michael was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions regarding ductwork that lead to bedrooms that were added onto the house and provided helpful tips to get our house running more efficiently. He even brought our trash cans in from the curb because he is such a swell guy. Even our chihuahua liked him! Seriously, the nicest technician we have had in our house. I also appreciated the VERY detailed inspection with reports, pictures and videos created by Armor Air.

Just wanted to supplement my husband’s post below. They are lucky I can’t leave photos on google reviews and that I can’t give a negative 40. But if you would like to see the destruction that they leave behind in your yard please see their Facebook page where we have left many pictures to document their total disregard for our property following their repair. It literally boggles my mind that a company has so little respect for their client that they will destroy your yard, make your garage inaccessible (my SUV is currently still stuck in a pile of mud), and accidentally cut the power line to your garage and literally care less. Their response was (and I wish I was kidding) “not our responsibility”. If that’s the kind of company and customer service you are looking for then this is your company. Again, please see their Facebook page before you hire them so you can see the damage that they could potentially leave behind. Utility Shield will be getting an earful from us as well because I want to ensure they know the quality of company they are hiring to do their repairs.

Pat came late on a Friday night and was still extremely pleasant and helpful! So grateful for him!
