Daniel showed up early, removed old water heater and installed the new one without a glitch. Knowledgeable and friendly would highly recommend. All around a pleasant experience. Bought water heater through Lowes and you need to request this company as they will otherwise schedule directly with Kirby (bad reviews).

I will call this place back again & again!!!!!! our toilet stopped working over the holiday weekend- we scheduled a monday appointment with a different local plumbing company, only to have them “miss the appointment” today....... so I called Winters in a panic around 3:30 PM because the first company said they couldn’t reschedule me until tomorrow...... and uh we needed a working toilet!!! the lovely lady who answered was amazing, got us scheduled right away, and someone from the company was literally at our home within 35 minutes.......... I could not be MORE IMPRESSED. the professionals who came out were polite & communicated with us through the whole process. they got us back up & running and they cleaned up everything from their work. prices were totally fair! i cannot recommend this company enough!!! I would give 5+ stars if I could - i will only use Winters Plumbing from now on, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!

My overall experience with 'The Plumbing Company' was terrible. Chris and Cindy, a husband and wife team, sub-contract all aspects of their work. This makes timely resolution difficult at best. Additionally, these two do everything possible not do any work whatsoever themselves and do not come on site to confirm, verify, or inspect any work that is done by their sub-contractors or other entities.

Cindy and Chris will go out of her way to provide every scenario possible but aren't actually capable of accomplishing any of the work. The one time during our 9-day emergency sewer line repair when Chris actually came to my home, he had his helper digging in my yard, during excessive heat and humidity, while he hid out front by his truck and texted on his phone; that he didn't grab a shovel and help his own man, tells you everything you need to know about how these two operate.

Additionally, Cindy was initially disparaging about every other plumber out there to ensure that they got the job. Because we were working through our insurance/warranty company, to whom I have recommended they no longer use 'The Plumbing Company', Cindy and Chris were quick to push the work off to the city utility company, their subcontractors, and were constantly asking for updates and pictures because they didn't spend any time here on the job site. They were quick to blame delays and difficulties on everyone else and finger-pointed to the city and even their own sub-contractors when tasks could be completed or updates provided in a timely manner.

Finally, after the 9-day emergency was partially resolved and when it came time for next steps, their estimators (more sub-contractors) didn't show up and Cindy indicated that she was going on vacation and work would have to continue the following week.

Cindy, Chris, and the 'The Plumbing Company' should be avoided at all cost. If you are using a reputable insurance/warranty that chooses to continue to use them, request anybody else! These two will take a difficult job and make it worse by kicking the can down the road and avoiding the actual work at all costs.

Scheduled to come from 9am-4pm, no call, no show. I called and they were rude. Do not recommend. I only had an appointment with this company because they are the service provider for HSA home warranty. Never use them.

Excellent customer service! They were timely, affordable & honest. Nice, professional guys that explained everything, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job early. I highly recommend.
