I called this plumber to come over and fix my kitchen sink. They showed up, fixed the leak, and everything was good for a very reasonable price. The plumber was professional and understanding of my situation. I would recommend them for the job!

We own 2 homes. Keith and his dad, Richard Fowler, have done a lot of work at both of them. They are on time, careful when in your home, respectful to you, and clean up well when they are finished. Their prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

Our water heater went out and they had a new one installed the day after we called. Travis was super friendly and explained everything. Very professional and did a great clean up job as well.

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!

Good people to do business with knows what they're doing

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

They were called out to get the water heater started. They told me that it needed parts that would be $600, or a new one would be $1300. Hmmm, a day later my brother came over, went to Ace Hardware, bought a $10 piece and fixed it. You should be ashamed of yourself for not even trying to fix it. Total disrespect for a company that works that way.

I have now used Reasonable Plumbing twice. On both occasions, it was the business owner, Solomon, who handled my problem. He was prompt, polite and extremely professional. The most recent matter required re-plumbing my finished basement’s sewage pump. The price was “reasonable” but more importantly the finished work was quality plumbing. They have definitely earned my future business. Would highly recommend.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!
