They got my drain cleaned out, got it fixed on the same day I called, and the price was less then I thought it would be!! Adam was awesome! Would highly recommend.

Had a plumber come out a couple days prior and he recommended them but Man there were so many red flags ???1. we get a call 5 mins before our appointment asking if we need a plumber still ? huh?!?! ? 2. tech shows up sits in his van for while as if he ain’t late ? ? 3. tech seems confused when i explain what’s going then later says he’s not licensed ? 4. BUDDY JUST WAS FLUSHING THE TOILET ? WE BEEN DOING THAT! then had the nerve to think we were gonna pay for a service that the plumber we had come before them do I’m lost ?‍? unprofessional and rude

VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNORGANIZED ! I was referred to this made up business only to be left in the same predicament I was in before they came and wasted my Saturday morning. The tech came out only to not have the proper equipment for the service we requested. Not only that, he hadn’t the slightest clue on what he was doing. He even went on to mention ‘ I’m not a licensed plumber I’m only a drain tech’. WHY WOULD YOU SEND SOMEONE THAT’S NOT LICENSED??? I will say he did ‘try’ to fix the problem if you consider flushing the toilet a couple times as trying to fix it?. At one point he walked away to call his supervisor to ask him what to do. WOOOOW! Not only that I even spoke with the supervisor over the phone only for him to not even have a clear answer of what was wrong! Long story short nothing got fixed, and the tech even agreed that he didn’t do anything ??! To top it off they had the nerve to overcharge me for a lousy job performance. Just Drains is Just horrible, just pathetic, just a hot mess!

Hired to free a drain. Two guys came out...both nice and professional. However, they were unable to unclog the drain....after paying nearly $200! I spoke with the company owner who refused even a partial refund!!!! I had used them successfully 3x before......Will not use again!!!!

Plumber didn’t have all the right equipment and even said he didn’t know what to do after he put the snake in and it went the wrong way. So they said they would send someone else and no one ever showed up or even gave us a call to say they wouldn’t be able to come back. Wasted our whole day for nothing.

Technician failed to clear the sewer drain we called them to clear and then handed us a bill for $70 more than quoted. When we refused to pay the bill, the owner called with threats and would not discuss in an adult manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional and incompetent.

They were prompt and did a good job. The technician, Marty, was very nice and explained what was doing in a way that I could understand. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them!

I was a little apprehensive to call because of the negative reviews I had read, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The sad truth is, more people write reviews because they’re unhappy rather than when they’re happy. So, I called and the receptionist was very helpful & patient with me (because I was very indecisive)... but she got a service technician to my house about 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and professional. The job was done in less than an hour & I was charged exactly what I had been quoted (even though I understood the price could vary). I was very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone!

Wow! As a small business owner we value customer service highly Chris was out to our house quickly and was the most polite and hardworking plumber we have ever had. This company is fabulous and Chris exemplifies everything good about excellent customer service. polite hard working and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Plus he was nice to our rascally dogs! Great job and great work!

I would like to thank Just Drains and especially Scooter for the quick response in helping get our drains unclogged in a short amount of time. From the first call to this company, they were professional and even came at the time that they said. Scooter was knowledgeable and knew how to get the drains unclogged I would recommend this company and have them back again if the need arose. Thank you for having an amazing company for a not so pretty job to do. :)

This company is absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!! Not only did the tech not do his job he lied about what the issue really was and once I tried to call and explain that to the manager her along with a girl by the name of Brittany was very very rude. I paid $202 for a issue that was never resolved and they refused to come back out and fix. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and that was the only way I got my money back!!! They are unethical and very rude and I was sworn at a couple of times while on the phone with the “manager”. Do not use this company you will be highly unsatisfied! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ....

Awful experience. The tech couldn’t clean my main drain and advised that a supervisor would be giving me a call to come back no charge the following day. When I called the next day to find out when the supervisor was going to be out, the woman I spoke to advised that there was no mention of that on the paper work but would have him call me in 10-15 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later and the woman I spoke to became belligerent with me and said that I was rude. I just wanted my drain cleaned and to know when the supervisor would be out. She then advised me that I was not the only person in the city who had a clogged drain and a supervisor would call when he was available. I asked her what I had paid for covered and she hung up on me. I hired another company and they cleaned it out pretty easily. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Called late in the day (3pm), and they were able to squeeze me in before 5pm.
Scott showed up with a nice attitude and promptly set to clearing out my basement drain. He went over preventive maintenance I can perform to keep the drain from clogging in the future and sent me on my way.
Second positive experience with Just Drains.

Excellent service. Friendly and pleasant people. I was very pleased. when I called they let me know that they had a guy on the way to a job and once done there he would arrive for me. The Office lady, Deb, called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly ran the line and found the blockage. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was easily the worst service company experience I've ever had!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. With the name of Just Drains I assumed that they would be the best solution for removing a clog from my drain. You know what happens when you assume.... They came out to my rental property after 5 pm and charged an overtime fee which I completely understand and was happy to pay in order to get someone out to the house. The service tech calls me and informs me that he has added another 100 ft reel of cable to his machine and that also carried an extra charge so I allowed that and paid that fee as well. Then he calls me and said that the drain is still clogged, but his supervisor was going to come out the following day and look at it. I was a little suspicious about this as the entire property isn't 200 feet long and only about 40 feet from the sewer line. I'm not sure exactly what the supervisor did while he was there but he called and said the drain was still clogged and that it would be yet more money to bring out additional equipment to unclog the drain. At this point, my renters hadn't been able to run water for 2 days so I gave approval for that as well. However, they couldn't guarantee that it would work and regardless of the outcome, I still owed the full amount, even if they didn't clear the drain. After all was said and done, it cost me nearly $600 to get them to clear my drain.
The lady working in the office was incredibly rude and told me that it was they can't guarantee that they can clear a drain if I have bad drains. I explained to her that I hired her for a job and they didn't do it, so why should I pay for it? She said because you have to. I don't know about everyone else but if I don't do my job, my company isn't going to pay me, what makes them different?

Their website should read, We'll make a mediocre attempt to clear your drain and if we can't, we'll charge you more money, try something else and if that doesn't work, sorry, you still owe us. If you can't guarantee your work, that doesn't speak very highly about your confidence in your business.

I ended up paying the bill but as someone who owns rental properties, I will NEVER use Just Drains nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. The extremely rude tech that told me good luck finding anyone cheaper after I said I wouldn't use them again. After I said I would ensure (which I did) they would lose contracts with other large commercial apartment communities he replied, I don't care. The office was apologetic but it wasn't resolved. Even if I have to pay more, it's totally worth it.

Quoted me a price and then charged me $300 more after the job was done. Plus did not unclog the line the first time and would warranty the work. Many cheaper options including DIY or other companies coming in at half the price when all said and done. Anybody doing a job without a warranty is not reputable.

I have used this company 3-4 times over the last several years. I decided this time to get a price from another company. Just Drains price was over $100 less from the other company.

Horrible customer service. Basically I was deceived. I called for an after 5 appointment and though the rates were quoted to me operator failed to advise that this was the overtime rate because it was set for after 5. I could have had service cheaper the next day. When I called to confront operator advised that she had worked there six years so she knew what she said very snarky and unapologetic in the least and told me that I didn't have to use their service again. I asked to speak to a manger she advised that she was the manager. I am so hoping the local tv station investigates. Why rip off your repeat customers I use them about every six months...and I agree with another poster the customer service gets worst each time.

The customer service sets the tone for the rest of the experience with the Just drains that operates now. Rude, inconsiderate attitude!!
I have used them off and on for years, but I noticed a great difference over the last few years and then I discovered it was sold. when I spoke with the manager she stated the owner doesn't have a contact number that every complaint comes through her, and I asked who do I complaint about her, and she said her... lol
I wanted to make sure I told that one( hilarious).
I would not recommend using them not because of service directly, more for the unsupported assistance you get from Ms attitude. by the way, she said my company owed 3 dollars and she would send anyone out until we paid it in full...(wow!)

I use to use them. However, outside of other issues, they felt the need to overcharge me by 71 dollars. When I brought it up to the owner and the lady that answered the phone. They had no response or somehow blamed it on me. Customer service is non existent at this dump.
After several phone calls, and 3 emails.
That have chosen to steal my 71 dollars.

As an owner of multiple rental properties in the city, that would of used them for all of my drain cleaning. I will no longer use them.
The owner has traded stealing 71 dollars of my money, VS providing a good service and good customer service, where they would of gotten a few thousand dollars in the next 6 months to a year.
At the very least that type of decision making, shows the company is unstable and guided by incompetence. Stay away

Just Drains called to let me know they were on their way and tech arrived promptly. He followed Covid guidelines. Due to freezing temps he had a little trouble getting the drain snake to uncoil so there was a little delay as he unthawed it. Once it was able to work it was a quick process to clear the drain. Tech checked to make sure it was cleared and cleaned up everything.

HORRIBLE DRAIN COMPANY! RUDE! ALWAYS SENDING BILLS THAT ARENT ACCURATE! TECHS LIE ABOUT COMING OUT AND STILL SEND TRIP CHARGE INVOICES! JUST LAST NIGHT TECHS SAID THEY ENTERED UNIT 4 I CALLED MY TENANT AND SHE STATED NO ONE EVER CAME. I CALLED COMPANY THE LADY DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN AND TOLD ME TO SHUT UP! I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

10 years ago Just Drains cleared my 8 sewer line using a 6 cutter. So their work having lasted a decade, I called them again. I told the office, then the technician, that I had a 8 line and 40' run and needed a 6 cutter.

This time the technician used a 2 auger and apparently just bored a two inch hole in an 8 clog. The drain ran for 5 weeks before the small hole closed up again.

I called and explained how I thought the technician messed up the job. They said 30 days warranty, why didn't you call and complain after the technician left?

The phone person and manager were both quite rude saying that I was wrong about why the cleaning lasted 35 DAYS instead of 10 years and refused to make good.

When they ask if I wanted them to pay for them to come out again, I ask why I should pay for them to fix their technician's screw-up instead of calling their competitor for a proper job. They hung up.

Excellent and prompt customer service. John really went the extra mile to make sure our reoccurring sewer clog was cleared. Highly recommend Just Drains. Great price and amazing work.

Cleaning up after a noon lunch on a Saturday, my kitchen sink would not drain. I called several plumbers and either their phone rolled over to voice mail or the best appointment I could get was Monday. Since we were having folks over that night I really needed the drain cleared so I called Just Drains (I was initially scared off by the poor reviews) She said she would send someone out, Mike arrived, cleared the drain, checked out the other drains, cleaned up, and was done by 2:30. I was completely pleased with the service and thoroughness performed by Mike. I would recommend Just Drains to anyone.

I called this morning (Friday) at 8:00 a.m. and was told serviceman would be at my home by 11:30 a.m..
At 9:45 a.m. I received a call from a young lady telling me that serviceman was on his way. Bill the serviceman arrived by 10:15 and took care of problem in less than 30 minutes. Bill cleaned up his mess and ready to go on his way. This is the third time I have used “Just Drains” and am still pleased with their work.
I will be calling them again if and when needed.

Thank you to Scott who found the clog and cleared out our sewer line. He was so patient and persistent and saved us a potential bill of $3,000! He was very kind and cleaned everything up when he was finished. It had been a very stressful 2 weeks and in 2 hours he had the job completed. Thank you Scott and Just Drains!

They came out promptly to in my main drain and the gentleman that they sent was extremely kind and polite cleaned out my drain and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need that's an honest company I would highly recommend them

I used to work for this company. The only person on here I dealt with as far as negative comments go is Aaron Curtis who was not even on site when I came for the job. He became angry because he is an irrational cry baby with no logical way of thinking what so ever. I charged him 140 something dollars to run a washer line that his kitchen sink tied into full of grease build up. Did the job quickly and efficiently but getting Payment from him was the exact opposite. He became angry when I gave him the price saying his lady friend had told him it would be this price (can't remember what price he said). Who calls a company expecting a price told to you by someone who doesn't even work there and then cries about it when I was called out to a job where he can't even answer his phone? The guy that worked for him insisted it needed to be done so I did the job. He had tenants living there at the time who needed to use their sink and washer. When I have to explain something to someone who by the way acts like an irrational little boy multiple times I'm not going to be so polite. The drain business is a busy business and we don't have time for that. If the guy ever reads this ask yourself if you had anymore problem with your lines draining after I left and if so it's because your tenants keep dumping grease down their sinks. If anyone is wondering why I don't work there anymore it's because I moved on for a different opportunity and that is all. And if Aaron curtis was standing in front of all of us you would find he is also a liar because I never said I didn't care. I did however say good luck finding another company that's 24/7 at these low prices because there is no reason to complain about them, they aren't a company trying to get you for an 89 dollar drain to convince you you need to spend thousands to get repairs. His post has bothered me for months so I had to finally say something about it because we have too many Aaron curtis's in this world

The technician came out to my rental for a basement drain clean out. He showed up but said that there was no access to the basement drain and suggested a $500 roof vent clean out. This was inaccurate because this particular job has been done before in the basement and was done the next day by another company who accessed the drain through the basement drain. Just Drains charged me $60 for the service call but in my opinion did not make an reasonable effort to do the job that they were called out to do. I asked for a refund and they refused. I understand that service calls are non-refundable but I also assume that a reasonable attempt should be made to perform the services. In the end another company completed the job for $125.

I called on a Saturday, and they told me they'd be out in two hours. The plumber arrived before the estimated time. I had a floor drain in the basement that I truly wasn't sure could be fixed or if it needed to be dug up and replaced. The plumber tried multiple different approaches and never gave up. He fixed the drain with no damage. He was respectful and aware of possibly making a mess from tracking in mud as my basement was borderline flooded. Just Drains' cost was cheaper than any other company I called, and it's so convenient that they are open on weekends.

These are the absolute most unprofessional people. My issue was never resolved and once I made the “manager” aware she was not only telling me that I would have to pay another service charge but she also called me a liar and it was the very next day. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU AND YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AS BEFORE!!! Terrible terrible company!!!! I wish there was a way not to give any stars!!!!

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I'm not surprised to see that so many other customers have had negative experiences with this company. They are greedy and act in an unethical manner when given the chance. I would avoid this business and their employees at all costs.

Had toilets backing up so I called just drains fast response, got to work really quick worker said he was done showed me drains worked fine in 1 of my 2 bathrooms. He had me sign and quickly left. Upon entering my 2nd bathroom I noticed the floor tile was damaged. So I called just drains who came back out and took pictures. A month later they call and say it wasn't their fault tthe tile was installed wrong. Said it's not their fault and any plumber would have brole the tile...he said if you want us to fix your tile you will have to see us in court, and we both know your tile repair isn't worth that then he hung up on me

$200 to clean drain in basement. Very much worth the expense. Spent half that on alternative drain cleaner liquids and sewer snake. Owner was helpful with the call, quick service after the call, the man who came to my house was helpful and quickly took care of the issue.

Called Just Drains as my shower was draining very slowly. I was afraid I would have major issues and have to dig up my front yard. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to clean my drain lines all the way to the street with no digging!! I would recommend them!!

One of the best plumbing companies that I have ever used. They arrived fast, fixed my plumbing issue at a super affordable price, and they cleaned up after themselves, I couldn't ask for more and I will for sure use them again for all of my future plumbing repairs.

Useless, the technician left his dirty gloves and trash right in my lawn along with did not close the clean out. Not even a month later my drain was clogged in the same spot with no resolution from Just Drains. I would try and claim some type of warranty for this work, but their phones seem to be having a capacity limit as my calls were never answered.

The guy that came out to clean our drain was very nice and answered all of the questions I had as a new home owner. Their customer service lady was kind of rude and mean. Overall great job and very reasonable.

I saw the van across from my home so I thought I'd just inquire about their services. Contacted the office and they sent Brian right over and he was done in no time! Very nice, expedient, professional and reasonably priced! I will be using their service from now on!

Worst drain company in the city. Secretary who answers phone has a horrible attitude. Didn’t even show up for a main drain clean out that was called in early in the morning...we have 95 rental properties, we will NEVER use this company again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.....

I called ROTO ROOTER, MR PLUMBER, and another company who came to my house and couldnt fix my main line clog and they wanted 500+ to TRY to fix it. I called just drains and they came and fixed the problem in 30 mins for an affordable price and the guy was training another. They actually took their time and wasnt thinking about money. CALL THEM

Scooter came out got the clogged clear and let me know about they have a camera they can run in drain to see what is causing so much issues.

Buy 75 year old father-in-law use their service today 5 minutes after they left he runs the water the drink still backing up. He calls to see if he can come back out only to be verbally abused by the man who says he is the owner using swear words for no other reason then to be mean I guess. I don't understand why this would happen but will never use the service again.

I just spent a few thousand on improving my yard for a decent please for my grandkids to play.They came out to repair a busted line and damaged my new paving with their large machine, instead of putting aside my new outdoor carpet on the carport they ran over it and ripped them apart and left it They dug a huge hole and half filled it back leaving hills of dirt scattered along the yard.finally broke up other areas of paving in da yard and leaving hunks of dirt and mud all over the drive and walkway.

Not very friendly and when they do show up they're in such a hurry the job does not get done right and you have to call them and argue with them to try to get them back out there to hopefully to get it done right. . plumbing is still not working

Just drains is a good company that I refer all my sewer cleaning calls to..
They are very reliable and are probably about 30% cheaper than most other sewer cleaning companies in the city... They are 24 hour and will come out on sundays if necessary and are fair in their priceing...

I have a huge customer base and I wish to refer my customers to someone who I feel will treat them right and fair.... I normally refer about 3 emergency calls a week to just drains and I have yet to hear a complaint from any of my plumbing customers. Doing sewer cleaning every day is not a pretty job, but Leon of just drains is a good guy who will treat you right...

Don't call this plumbing company, the lady that answers has the most rude attitude and when you tell her the emergency they don't show up, or make a phone call saying that their machines are broke. Don't depend on these people when you have an emergency.

Had to have them come out twice but problem fixed and no charge on second trip.Service guy was very nice and polite.I would definitely recommend them.
