I can't say enough about how awesome Pat is. He worked tirelessly to remove a stubborn clog in the sewer line. It was past normal working hours and he did not charge anymore than his original quote even though he put in way more time that I am sure he expected. He went way beyond to make sure the job was done and he cleaned up the mess. You will not regret giving Pat your business. 10 stars!

Pat did a great job. He even offered to coach me through the work for no charge! He clearly cares about you as a customer getting the outcome you need above all else and that’s tough to come by.

Pat recently installed a back-up sump pump for my home. Pat was efficient, quick to respond to my call, scheduled service for the next day and showed up on time. This put Pat immediately in my Exceeds my expectations. He gave us a fair estimate and discussed our options and most importantly did great work. He was easy to talk to and took many extra steps to insure that I was up to speed on what he was doing as well as he took the extra effort to clean up and help us get our SUMP PUMP area clean and dependably operable! If you are looking for an honest and experienced plumber, Pat is the best around. I was experiencing an issue w/ my sump pump discharge line, and Pat quickly diagnosed and assisted me with correcting the problem.

He did such a great job, I had another water emergency a few days later and he was my 1st call. I reached out at 6:00 in the evening and he asked if he could come over at 9:00....not in the morning, but that night! He truly cares about his customers, and I will not look anywhere else for plumbing services.

Not only did Pat install a new battery backup sump pump for us, he also fixed and reconfigured the whole setup for better, more efficient operation. He is very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Pat is knowledgeable and dedicated. The external drain to my sump froze late into a very cold night with heavy snow. He came out without hesitation, explained what was wrong and what my best options were with more than reasonable prices for each. After the decision was made the issue was quickly resolved. In the end, he headed off a potentially bad situation and my sump system received some great upgrades at a fraction of the price. I know because I was doing some research before the incident. Pat knows his trade and his limits and is not afraid to make recommendations for the benefits of his customers. I have no reservations recommending him for any plumbing needs.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks. Pat responded to my call quickly in the event of rainy weather. He took a long, good look at the sump pump, trying to figure out why it was failing. He was very patient with me, communicating through writing notes as I am deaf myself. He even bothered to explain why the pipe for discharging water was not good and why it needed to be replaced. To sum it up, I have not seen any honest worker, like Pat, before and I was very pleased with his work. Highly recommended!

I had a situation on a Sunday and it was also the day before a holiday. My everso amazing warranty company doesn't have emergency services so I had to pay out of pocket. In my furious search I came upon Patrick. Again with it being Sunday and the day before a holiday I thought I was going to be under more water that I already was. Pat was here within an hour a took care a my water pipes. He also gave me some cost saving tips. You don't get that type of service these days. I will be calling him should I have any other issues.

I called this morning Pat worked me in since I am consider an essential worker and couldn't take off. He was so nice, did a Fantastic Job! Very Reasonable! Highly recommend him !!!!!

Sewer drain backed up and I called for an appointment. He came out the same day, and got the job done for me!! He was honest with me that the problem could potentially be bad (luckily it wasn't), and he didn't sugar coat anything, which I appreciate. He also gave me an estimate on a sump set up replacement to bring what I currently have to code, and it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the previous quote I got. I also trust him more than the other company. Will be calling for all my plumbing needs from here on out!
