Very happy with Aldridge & Sons. Once agreed on an estimated price, they scheduled promptly, arrived on time, good attitude, and quality job. They installed a new toilet and replaced a hose bib outside. Price seemed very fair to me. Would highly recommend.

Both toilets at our office were out of order. Eagerton sent two plumbers very promptly. They were delightful. They were efficientand made no mess. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend.

Nice staff

We had our main waterline burst while my husband was showering. I called so many plumbers and received voicemails for 24 hr service providers. I even called Roto Ruter, that has yet to get back to me, over 4 hours later. I am so pleased that Betros Plumbing was so prompt to respond to our dilemma (especially with us being located in a rural area outside of Jacksonville, about 1 hour away)The waterline was fixed in no time!!!! We are so thankful for their service! We will definitely use them to properly install our plumbing that was not properly installed 1 year ago! As you can see our waterline is millimeters from the ground surface. The plumber told me code is 12 inches. Not sure how this was approved by Clay County permitting department.

They have a hard time paying their bills, 06/17/2014_ invoice for 812.50 for concrete cutting and removal.06/26/2014, invoice for, 300.00,concrete cutting and removal.07/17/2014,invoice for concrete cutting and removal.total of 1412.50 not a lot of money but for a one man operation as I am 1412.50 is. I pay my bills, I guess they got the hope and change and I got the shaft. . . . .PAY YOUR BILLS.

All my plumbing issues have been fixed by Presto; new faucet, installing dishwasher, and fixing clogs. Very professional and on time. Recommend to anyone for all plumbing needs.

I called their business number and got voicemail. I got a text before I even hung up that asked how they could help me. I described the issue, they told me a timeframe they could be here and came on time. Not only did they fix the original drain issue, they noticed a loose kitchen sink faucet and fixed it while they were here. Could have said nothing and moved on but called out the issue and fixed it. Very professional. Would highly recommend!

I recently had a new hot water heater installed by Kimball's. They were here the next morning after I called. Service was quick and professional. They even took the old one! Price was great.

My wife and I live in a home about 20 years old. We have been updating and refurbishing a number of rooms in the house. We finally decided to do the Master Bath and called a number of so called professionals to assist us.We had a variety of responses and estimates but noone really met our expectations.We then happened upon Atlantic Coast Plumbing. Vann was very responsive and came over in a timely manner to do measurements, provide design ideas/options and promptly provided an estimate.My wife worked in the flooring/tile industry in the past so had a good working knowledge as well. Vann helped us select tile options, possible structural changes and also allowed us to shop for the tub, fixtures, cabinets and vanity top options on our own but still provided expert planning and input.We had a shower pan leak that needed repairing, tile rip out, removal of the existing vanity, carpet rip out and on and on. We got our ducks in a row and the start date was set...Everything went off like clockwork! The rip-out was quick and clean with his team, the tile work and plumbing turned out amazing. The shower was enlarged and a bench added with recesses for shower items. They installed our faucets and fixtures, frameless shower enclosure and dropped the new tub in. Additionally, they coordinated and worked well with our cabinet and countertop folks as well.Bottom line - An overwhelmingly professional, beautiful, functional and expert job from start to finish. Could not ask for anything more.If you fail to call Vann and his team at Atlantic Coast Plumbing, you will certainly live to regret it! Hope he does Kitchens as well.

We had Wayne Conn handle the rough in plumbing for a bathroom we added to our house in May 2020. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They were also willing to deal with me doing the rest of the work myself, framing, electrical, tile, etc. It was a great experience and now almost two years later there have been no issues.

Shakeem was super professional and answered all of my questions!! 10/10 would recommend this place to any friend!
