Extremely rude customer service on the phone. No show for appointment, no call, no notification.

I called Kwik Fix plumbing on a heavy rain day because of my property's backyard water issues. The Customer Service picked up the call, she was quite not sure and didn't understand the issue I described, she passed my call to the technician - Mr. George Fenwick for assisting me, I sent him videos and he was the very fast response and did professional work. He came onsite on the same day and in an hour for the inspection.He is so professional and honest and took the time to explain there was nothing wrong with the pipes or the Plumbing and how it should be fixed the problem, it is a drainage issue that needs landscaping work instead of plumbing. Moreover, he volunteered to help us to dig the hole all the way from the backyard to the front to let the water out, it was heavy rains, he went above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a solution outcome. Thank you, George Fenwick, for being dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate.Kwik Fix Plumbing – George Fenwick is definitely my to-do list.

I hired this company to replace both of my toilets in my home. After failed attempts and lots of frustration I called & scheduled to have them installed for me. I scheduled my appointment with Chris who was very knowledgeable, asked me questions that I didn’t even think of & knew exactly what I needed. He was patient and understanding explaining the need to know. I had an appointment within the week! Jeremiah came to my home prompt, on time with a friendly attitude. He was professional and also patient with my lack of knowledge. He got to work right away, kept everything clean & even explained to me the grout process to fill in gaps that were left from the previous toilet. I am so thankful for this company, because I now have a piece of mind knowing my toilets are no longer leaking or wobbly. I would highly recommend, and will be referring anybody I know that needs any type of plumbing service to these guys. Thank you, thank you Aldridge & Son’s!

Left a message for emergency service they said it would be time and a half for the service. I agreed to pay that charge. They finally called back saying there was no way they would be able to get here today. All they did was hold me up from finding somebody that could come fix my problem. I would never recommend or use the service.

This is an amazing company. They stand behind what they do. I had a drainage issue in which my whole house was backing up in January. The problem happened again today and they sent someone out to fix it. Apparently, it's the Charmin ultra soft I started using that is thicker and heavier and some smaller toilets are not strong enough to push all, mostly on just one flush. Their service people are so nice and knowledgeable. The trip today was no charge since it was nothing but TP. I highly recommend this company. Others quoted higher and weren't near as nice, quick and accommodating.

They came out on a Saturday to replace our water heater and were still affordable, wow!

Would not use again. 8 week contract pushed to 32 weeks.

Elvis is amazing! Of all the plumbers I have worked with in Jax, these guys are the best. Super responsive, and better pricing then the guys with all the fancy commercials.

I've used Kingdom Based Plumbing for a couple of different maintenance-related items. They're quick, the quality of the work is great, and the owners are legitimately nice people. I would hire them again and I would refer others to them.

The company we lease from uses Kimball Pluming. I had a couple of issues that have needed attention this year, including a tub and toiletwhen we moved in, and the garbage disposal today. Kimball Plumbing offers a secretary for scheduling. The guys are professional, clean, personable, and competent in their work. This time Billy came out to help with the garbage disposal and was terrific!

This is a great company to work with!I called for an appointment about a problem with my shower and the salesperson, Vann, came out the next day. He evaluated the situation quickly, made practical suggestions for a remodel, an then came in with a reasonable quote. Drew and Kyle were the installers. So polite and considerate taking good care not to damage anything or disturb me while I worked. They did a fabulous on the installation paying close attention to every last detail, and they kept the house clean! Kudos to Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile! I will be telling everyone about the great work they do!
