This local plumber was able to repair my water heater in one day. I was worried about whether it would be worth the cost, but I completely forgot about the issue after it was repaired and now my water heater is working great.

?Home Depot should most certainly find another plumbing company to partner with as they tarnish Home Depots reputation, customer services is AWFUL!!!!!!!! set up an appointment and after i missed a day at work they never show up, which upset me a lot, when I called them they just never had me on the system for that day. I set up an appointment for another day from 8am to 10 and they called me to let me know the technician was late and that he was going to be there after 11:30. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!????

He wentabove and beyond, with his kind, professional attitude. Phillip represented his co. Snyder AC with loyal acknowledgment. Iam very thankful, for his expertise and technical accuracy. Hefound a faulty thermostat, to be the culprit all along. I informed him, others on two past calls, had not determined that, to be the issue.
