I was very impressed with this company. We did light redesigns of both our guest and master bathrooms. The teams that came to do the work were timely, professional, and polite. With a newborn in the house the team was considerate and would do what they could to keep the noise to a minimum. The outcome of both bathrooms is fantastic. We are very happy with all of their work on both the demo and installation/hook-up side of things. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a leak behind the wall in our master bath shower that was causing some damage to the drywall outside the shower door. Getting companies to give us an estimate was a struggle but we finally did get three firms to come and look at what we had and give us a proposal.We liked Van immediately. He was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was talking about. His proposal met all of our needs and was what we considered reasonably priced. There was a three week wait time between accepting the proposal and start of work which we thought was reasonable.The day his workers were scheduled to begin the tear-out they called to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they first looked at the location of our bathroom and then placed runners from the front door, all the way to the shower. They began work and worked steadily through the day with only a short break for lunch. They completed the initial tear out the same day, Friday, and allowed the bare studs to dry over the weekend. This also allowed me to spray the black mold thoroughly with a mold and mildew killer. They completely cleaned up their mess at the end of the day and left our bathroom in a useable condition while we waited for the next phase of the job.This job required removal of the old pan, installation of a new one, and inspection by the County. ACP&T pulled the required permit and scheduled the inspector. They blocked the drain hole and filled the new pan with water to show the inspector that it did not leak. Inspection was completed a few days later and the tile crew arrived with the now expected courtesy call beforehand.The tile crew worked with the same ethic and neatness, arriving after a courtesy call and working steadily through the day with only a short lunch break. Again they used runners to cover our carpet from the front door to the shower. The work took several days and they cleaned up their work area each day.The tile work is first rate and the completed job is beautiful. We are very pleased with Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Bob and Austin replaced the cartridge inside the shower control in 2 bathrooms. It was becoming very difficult to turn the water off and on. After the replacements, the faucets are now super easy to use as opposed to the arm-wrestling contest we were engaged in every time we tried to use the shower. These guys were respectful, professional, funny and took the time to explain how the pipes were configured behind the wall. We will definitely be using Atlantic Coast Plumbing again for any other issues.

Vann and his crew just finished remodeling the shower enclosure at our Condo, and I don't think they could have done a better job!!! Kyle and Drew were on time, neat and very efficient. I recently hired Atlantic Coast to remodel my master bathroom. They completely removed all the existing tile and fixtures, installed new tile on the floor and shower area, rebuilt, tiled, and installed a new tub, and then installed a new shower enclosure and new fixtures. The guys worked all day every day until it was complete. They did a wonderful job making recommendations for design and fixture placement, their tile work is excellent, and they cleaned up every day--leaving my house as clean as possible, considering drywall and tile dust are inevitable with a renovation like this. Vann is wonderful to work with, and his crew Drew, Jimmy, Chris, Kyle, Melvin, and Bob the plumber are so nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for your great work!

This family owned business has a work crew with many years of experience and it shows in their work. From the initial visit and quote to the competition of the remodel of our bathroom we were very pleased. The craftsmen that installed the tile shower were the most polite and courteous crew we have ever dealt with. They placed cloths on the walkways they used to make sure and not damage any floors in the house and kept all the construction debris contained. They kept us involved in the process explaining each step and giving us options to make sure we were happy with the result.The finished bathroom looks great and is functional. The shower door and fixtures are top quality. We would certainly use this company again for any future remodels.

This is a great company to work with!I called for an appointment about a problem with my shower and the salesperson, Vann, came out the next day. He evaluated the situation quickly, made practical suggestions for a remodel, an then came in with a reasonable quote. Drew and Kyle were the installers. So polite and considerate taking good care not to damage anything or disturb me while I worked. ACPTCORP renovated our bathrooms while we were 1000 miles away back home in Canada during COVID. The work was completed August 1 year ago. The company did a terrific job. We chose Atlantic Coast Plumbing and tile after seeing their work on a neighbors bathroom remodel. We had been looking for a while without luck so we called for an estimate. Vann and his office staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. They always kept us informed of any changes in scheduled arrival times. We weren't exactly sure how to approach the remodel but Vann suggested several options based on our own ideas. He and his team were very efficient in the execution of the project and couldn't have been more professional in dealing with all our questions and on the fly changes. Atlantic Coast remodeled our master bath. Vann was very easy to work with and did a great job answering all of my many questions. Drew and Kyle did our tile work and we could not have been happier with the way it turned out. We just finished up a renovation of our master and guest bathrooms (complete gut job including wall teardown in our master bath). These guys are AWESOME. We've only lived in Jacksonville for two years, and I've been wanting to gut these bathrooms since we moved in - however, I had a terrible experience with painters when we moved in and needed to paint out house and was absolutely dreading getting into a project of this size.I've heard so many nightmare stories from friends and family members when it comes to working with contractors and renovations that I kept putting off this project. Then, when I did decide to finally go ahead and do it, I got estimates from about ten different companies in Jacksonville - most of the companies were complete flakes and never followed-up or sent estimates. Several said they wouldn't pull permits for stuff I knew required permits, or they'd pull permits but it would cost me more (sketchy). It was incredibly frustrating.We decided to go with Van based on gut instinct, basically - and that was the best decision we could have made. Atlantic Coast made everything really easy - when they came out and said they'd install and I'd order everything, I was a little hesitant because I didn't feel like I had the time or energy to do that. But it wound up working out great - I ordered most things online, had them shipped to the house, and it was low-stress.The guys that come out and work are excellent - they are super professional, on time, QUIET, polite and very neat. They put down drop cloths and plastic and covered everything they walked on and cleaned up after themselves daily. I work from home, in an office next to the guest bathroom they renovated, and once I put on headphones, I couldn't even tell they were there the week they redid the guest bathroom. I can't say how much I appreciated that. We stayed in the house for most of the renovation, the only time we left was during the demo of the master bathroom since it was a gut job and dusty.Contract was straightforward, Van was clear on the few things that were going to cost us more as they happened (MINIMAL additional cost and it was because of things like a bunch of fancy extra tile we decided we wanted to add).Everything is gorgeous - the tile work is perfect and they really were just a pleasure to work with. We're already showing off the bathrooms to all of our neighbors.

I recently had Atlantic Coast remodel my master bath consisting of a tub to shower conversion, shower door, tile, and toilet. Vann (owner) was great at recommending ideas based on the value of the home/neighborhood and tile colors (my only requirement was beige and nice looking). The installers are actually his employees and they do excellent work. They probably aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I think laying tile is an art. Now I don't have to look at uneven grout lines when taking a shower. I will definitely be using them again when I get around to my guest bathroom.

The bathrooms in our 30 year-old house were looking very dated so we engaged Atlantic Coast to remodel them, the master bath a few years ago and the guest bath recently. Although we had a general idea of what we wanted, Atlantic Coast provided excellent input on design and fixture selections. Their design/fixture input plus their professional installation resulted in amazing looking, modern bathrooms that we are extremely proud of. We were very satisfied with Atlantic Coast and would highly recommend them.

We use Atlantic Coast for our Condo Association so I already knew how awesome they were before I hired them for my own personal situation. They were very attentive to our preferred requirements for re-plumbing a toilet over a concrete slab and was able to repair it to perfection. I am about to call them again, in fact, for another issue with my other bathroom - and will continue to in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently purchased a new to us home that needed extensive updating. Called ACPT, received a fast and fair estimate, and scheduled the work. We had a master, second bath, 1/2 bath, backsplash, fireplace and entry way tile all completed by Jerome and his crew. The work was done quickly without compromising quality. When a tile I purchased wasn’t installing well, they were honest and advised me to go with another choice rather than just installing it. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of this group. Thanks guys and keep it up!

I never post reviews BUT, these plumbers are excellent. They found and fixed a plumbing leak in a wall that was vey hard to find and repair.We really liked that they gave you a date and time they were coming and the office called 1/2 hr before they arrived to give you an exact expectation as to when they would be at our house. It just doesn't get any better than that !!!!!! The plumbers who came were very experiencedgot right to work no fooling around both men worked as a team it was fixed in no time. worked involved opening a wall discovering were thisnasty leak was coming from and cutting into the concrete floor to repair.

We put off remodeling our circa 1972 green and pink bathrooms for three years because we dreaded dealing with contractors and having our home torn apart. Finally, we couldn't take it any longer and started the process of finding the rightperson for the job. Remodeling becomes a very close relationship!Our first try was not successful and we were discouraged.Then, a friend invited us to her home to see their bathrooms that had been remodeled by Atlantic Coast Plumbing & Tile. WOW!! Her bathroom was beautiful. We called and met with Van the following Monday. Less than a month later we are two painted walls and two custom pieces of woodwork (not ACP&T's department) away from two totally completed gorgeous bathrooms!!I cannot type enough complimentary words to describe the great work Drew, Jordan, Nick, and everyone else in this family owned and run business do. From the minute we met with Van, we knew we were in professional and dependable hands. He oversaw every step of the entire project! He coordinated and scheduled the electrician, the cabinet installation, and the custom wood trim work. Our home was minimally disrupted and we were always able to use one bathroom. When Drew and Jordan finished for the the day, every piece of equipment was folded up, tucked away, and stored neatly out our paths. If it's possible to have guys tear up your house and be a pleasure to have in your house at the same time...it was these guys! Heck! Some days they were so quiet, I barely knew they were in the house.As I stated, I can't type enough good things about Atlantic Coast Plumbing & Tile, but I have to stop at some point. I will end by stating that my husband and I have been recommending them to everyone we know and one couple has already called for their bathroom remodel!Oh! Did I mention they also cut an arch in our tile, laid our wood floor in the hall, and placed molding around the arch where the tile met the carpet? That's all...really. The end. Just one more thing...they took great care with our spoiled cat, too! No more! (Unless you want to call me)

What started out as a small plumbing issue quickly turned into a huge dilemma, but between the office and the field, they were professional, knowledgeable and competitive, and got us back on track quickly. We used them almost 30 years ago and were totally impressed so when we wanted to redo our master bath we called them again. Same result. They did an awesome job! They would have been in an out in a week but they had to stop to do something right instead of hiding it. That was impressive. The tile and plumbing guys really took care of our home. Recently hired Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile for the renovation of my two baths. The bathrooms were torn down to the studs. Tub to walk in shower conversion. My bathrooms are gorgeous! Vann and his crew are a pleasure to work with! Far exceeded my expectations! Vann promised 6 days for each bath & he kept that promise!!

It was a pleasure work with Atlantic Coast Plumbing on our recent kitchen and bathroom vanities installation. Sue in scheduling was very accommodating, Vann Jr. was very helpful in his advice and Bob our plumber was very knowledgeable and offered great tips. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

My wife and I live in a home about 20 years old. We have been updating and refurbishing a number of rooms in the house. We finally decided to do the Master Bath and called a number of so called professionals to assist us.We had a variety of responses and estimates but noone really met our expectations.We then happened upon Atlantic Coast Plumbing. Vann was very responsive and came over in a timely manner to do measurements, provide design ideas/options and promptly provided an estimate.My wife worked in the flooring/tile industry in the past so had a good working knowledge as well. Vann helped us select tile options, possible structural changes and also allowed us to shop for the tub, fixtures, cabinets and vanity top options on our own but still provided expert planning and input.We had a shower pan leak that needed repairing, tile rip out, removal of the existing vanity, carpet rip out and on and on. We got our ducks in a row and the start date was set...Everything went off like clockwork! The rip-out was quick and clean with his team, the tile work and plumbing turned out amazing. The shower was enlarged and a bench added with recesses for shower items. They installed our faucets and fixtures, frameless shower enclosure and dropped the new tub in. Additionally, they coordinated and worked well with our cabinet and countertop folks as well.Bottom line - An overwhelmingly professional, beautiful, functional and expert job from start to finish. Could not ask for anything more.If you fail to call Vann and his team at Atlantic Coast Plumbing, you will certainly live to regret it! Hope he does Kitchens as well.

Atlantic Coast Plumbing & Tile is the way to go for your bathroom plumbing, tile and remodel. We had a complete master bath tear out with new walls, floor, reduced soffit with overhead shower, new towel rack and fixture installed. The tile work is second to none. Vann, Drew and Jordon are top notch professionals.We were expecting a mess but were surprised that at the end of each day, we didn't even know they had been in the house. They covered the adjacent furniture from the bathroom and the walkways in the house. We had these guys do a remodel of our bathroom including installing a cast iron tub, new toilet, & installing cement board and new tile. The work was done by Drew is excellent. The suggestions he made during the job came out looking beautiful. The owner Vann suggested putting in a cast iron tub instead of steal enamel, I'm gad he did although his guys carrying it would probably disagree. The negative was that they did not seal off the work area allowing concrete dust to cover half the house. They did apologize for this but it took me 9 straight hrs to clean the mess! The quality of the work and the pleasant experience of working with Vann Parrish and his employees will bring me back to this company again.

Everything about this business was a wonderful experience. I had a pleasure working with Vann to get everything we wanted done, and let me tell you, the result is amazing. I received plumbing services from Atlantic Coast due to a toilet leaking from the base of the toilet. I contacted Atlantic Coast and they had someone out there the next day. Austin was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour and half. Atlantic Coast is not the cheapest plumber you can find but their prices are reasonable compared to most other companies and I will continue to use them in the future if need be. Thank you.
