We had Wayne Conn handle the rough in plumbing for a bathroom we added to our house in May 2020. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They were also willing to deal with me doing the rest of the work myself, framing, electrical, tile, etc. It was a great experience and now almost two years later there have been no issues.

I used Wayne Conn last summer for several complicated plumbing issues and his team was very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I expected it would take several days to complete the job but only took them a day and a half. They were also the most reasonable priced plumber to boot so Absolutely YES, I recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Wayne Conn did a complete master bathroom remodel with the install of 2 faucets, sink drains, rain shower , and a soaker tub with hardware. They also replaced three toilets in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and have reasonable pricing.

Fast, courteous, and responsive - All the things you want in a plumber. We had an issue that other plumbers were unable to fix. The owner was gracious enough to come out and solve it himself. They truly stand by their work! Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Wayne Conn has done a complete repipe, installed toilets and fixed a leak on three separate occasions for me. Their work has been great, they've been very available whenever I called, and their prices are the fairest I've seen out there. I will definitely call them first for any of my plumbing needs!

After hearing and finding water behind my kitchen sink over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and asked if they had anything that day. I spoke with Vernon and he let me know they had one spot between 10-11. I took it without hesitation. Devon and Jacob were the plumbers that showed up and they were both very professional and took the time to explain to me and my wife what was going on. They were able to quickly address the issue, unclog the stoppage and give us some realistic next steps for the future. Very pleased with this company. Will use them again.

We had two different issues - one a bathroom sink that would not drain and a toilet that was broken under the part that you can see and dumping water under the house. David and Travis were wonderful! They showed me the problems and explained the possible causes and what needed to be done to correct the issues. They were very thorough and left everything clean and neat. Thank you guys!

We were out of town and our neighbor saw water coming up under our lawn. It was a huge leak and Clay County had to come out and turn water off at meter. Thanks to Wayne Conn who came out the very next day, located the source of the leak and repaired the necessary pipes. Everything was fixed before we even got home and water was on when we arrived. Responsive, qualified, and honest is how I describe everyone at Wayne Conn.

They did excellent..instead of just giving up and trying to sell me on some overpriced sewer line they took the extra time to use their machine to try to get unclogged and it worked! I will definitely be using again!! Nice guys too.
