Very pleased with our experience with Armor. We have used their services multiple times for different occasions

We had high hopes as they were recommended to us. Unfortunately, they have been out twice and our issue remains a possibility. My biggest concern is that we asked on the second visit for a video - they first said a $100. By the end of the visit, it grew to $250 just for the video. And guess what? No video! With a struggle, we apparently have a video, but have no idea of what it is. As the invoice has been 'reitemized' and still does not justify a cost jump - it is with this lack of clarity and lack of pricing commitment that I post them so poorly.

If you live in Treasure Island or surrounding area and are in need of the services offered I would highly recommend Armor Appliance & Plumbing. I spoke with Karen on the phone who was super nice and took care of getting us on their schedule right away. Ryan was the repair professional who was on time and just super nice and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he found to be the issue with our water heater and fixed it asap. We also had a small issue with both of our toilets and he was happy to solve those as well. Ryan cleaned everything up and was super professional. I am glad to know they are right down the road and we will definitely use them and recommend them going forward. Great Plumbers for the Treasure island area. Above and beyond. We have had several plumbing issues that they have resolved for us. They also were reffered to us by one of the largest property Management companies in our area. A+ all the way!

Almost one thousand bucks to connect 2 toilets to the sewer and hook up a shower, found out today the toilet in the main bathroom is still not connected to the sewer. Bad way to do business.

I requested them to snake the drains in my house. Instead they came out, said the drains were fine, refused to snake them, and charged me $140. If you're looking for someone to not do what you asked and then charge you for it, then Armour is for you.

Family owned business that treat you like family. I recommend them highly.

We had a broken sewer pipe under our kitchen and Armor was able to reroute our pipes under our driveway to tie into the main sewer line. They worked hard and relentlessly to reroute our pipes. They went above and beyond by putting plants back in place - they even cleaned the side of our house where they worked to reroute the pipes. Ed Cox helped us understand the best route for us to take with the least amount of damage to our home. They are honest and dependable and I would absolutely hire them again to work any plumbing issues!

Noticed a broken pipe leaking water all over my yard late at night and left a voicemail about my leak. Robin called me first thing in the morning and I had a plumber out to me before my first cup of coffee. Ryan did a great job! He did quality work and was very professional!

I was referred to Armor Plumbing by a friend, and spoke with Karen via office phone. She was able to give me a reasonable estimate for the replacement of two toilets (newer elongated/higher seat) with quality America Standard products, as well as replacement of washer on/off hose bibs. Ryan did a meticulous and careful job, being cognizant of my white tile flooring. Armor plumbing held true to their pricing with no hidden additional costs. They are trustworthy and professional, and I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Armor plumbing.

I want to commend Armor Plumbing as the best plumbing service I've hired in the twenty years I've lived in Pinellas County. It is hard to find a good plumber, and the young man they sent to our home was prompt, courteous, effective, and reasonably priced. I'm told my property manager recommends Armor, and I can easily see why. They are the best we've found since moving to Florida and I plan to call on them again.

I have dealt with a great many home service providers, and Armor was by far the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with in every respect. I spent over $1000 for them to install 3 new faucets and hook up a dishwasher. They no showed once, it took many phone calls to get them to answer the phone and reschedule (and they complained about my numerous phone calls), they came out 2 days later but left after an hour (with nothing installed) because of a family emergency. It took many more phone calls to get them to send someone else, who came 2 days later. Hooked up first brand new faucet, it leaked everywhere, and they told me it was defective. I ran out to buy another one so it could be installed without them having to come out for another trip. I could not test the dishwasher after it was hooked up because I needed an electrician to install an outlet. i had the outlet installed, and no water would come to the dishwasher. Called them repeatedly, again, they said the dishwasher must be defective, and they refused to come. I asked my condominium maintenance man to take a look, and he unkinked the hose that the plumber installed. Dishwasher works fine. Throughout this time, 4 adults and one toddler had only the shower faucet and tub faucet for water. The trip was supposed to be a special occasion since 2 of my children had not yet met their nephew. Ruined by Armor. I
