We used them on 2/24/16 to inspect our plumbing for a new home that we were purchasing 3/9/16.. The owner was aware of a plumbing issue and was willing to fix any plumbing issue prior to close. They sent their service person who indicated our main line was clogged. He charged the owner of the home $411 which she gladly paid.3/30/16We have the same problem in the bathroom and called them back and they sent someone new as we were unable to contact the initial plumber. His phone was disconnected! The new plumber told us that this was going to be a more complicated repair and the new cost was $2,144 to repair this and should have been repaired correctly with the initial service.We have 2 invoices that indicate the same problem only it is too late as we already have closed on the home. A more competent plumber would have been able to correctly fix the problem and the owner would have paid for the repair.We contacted the Regional Manager who insulted us by taking his price down to $1500. He made no mention of the warranty in service that is onthe back of the invoice which would stand by their work.Buying a home is challenging enough without having one of the professionals we hired to represent our investment fell short.They do not stand behind their product or their warranty.DO NOT USE THE PINK PLUMBER!

STAY AWAY!!! This is the worst pluming company ever they charged over $1000 just to change the knobs iand shower head. They never sealed the knobs and the downstairs lady had gotten water damage, the insurance inspector said it was the worst plumbing job hes ever seen. I called people plumbing to come back and they were extremy rude finally they came back and wanted more money to due the initial charge that was overproced to begin with.

Very good cleaner

Last week I called Apollo about poor water pressure on my outside Faucet that I use to water my yard. Today Chris a SUPER mechanic/plumber came and immediately knew what the problem was. He swapped out the old valve with a new one and Bingo problem solved. This is the second time I have used Apollo and the second time Chris came. Cody did an amazing job replacing my shower faucet. Because he took special care and very carefully carved out a large area needed for access, he didn’t cause any damage and I didn’t need tile repair, which saved me money. Came to my house on 11/28/17 and fixed some issue with pipes and sink faucet cost $295.00. Could not get the parts for the faucet and asked me to order from Delta. Was told at that time the plumber would stop by when I got the parts and put them in. Returned today 12/12/17 and charged me another service call because he could not provide the part that time?? Glad that he stepped up and did the right thing.
