I've used twice with great results both times. First time was a bigger job, adding new washing machine plumbing from the machine, through a concrete wall and floor, under the house and tied in to the main line out from the house. That was Ed and Trevor, and they were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They were both covered head to toe in dust after this job, but they were happy because I was happy. When you find a company with employees like this you keep them and you HIGHLY recommend them to friends, family, and anyone asking for a recommended plumber.

Second time out Trevor did a kitchen faucet install. I am very satisfied with the work and the faucet looks great! I can't say enough good things about them. I also feel their pricing is very good. They're honest and don't try upselling anything.

Our plans were pushed back being the day after a holiday and Barbara heard my urgency it still smells like an electrical fire....had the Fireman here!! Thank you to You and Trevor for coming to our aid and replacing our water heater!!

I had the misfortune of needing a plumber several times recently: first a leak under the crawlspace of my house, then to fix a shower repair I tried to do myself, and lastly to replace an outdoor spigot that was completely corroded. Each time Johnnie Jones Plumbing was professional, courteous, prompt, was upfront about costs, and, most importantly, knew what they were doing. While I hope I never need them again, I'm glad I have a plumber I can trust.

The lady in the office is rude and can't write down an address correctly. I had to make special arrangements for someone to be at the house to let him in and when I called upset they were 1.5 late I was told find another plumber

I hired the company to come out. Everything was scheduled, as it was for a rental property. The tenants were notified, plumbers given the code to the door, situation explained, etc. and they never showed up. When we called to find out why, the woman who answers the phone stated we were rude (for inquiring about why they didn't come after we had it scheduled and coordinated) and then hung up. When called back and she hung up again. Horrendous customer service - we would never even consider again.

Beyond Happy With the Results! I initially tried to repair my own toilet, after receiving a $200 water bill. When all was said and done, there was more water coming out of the sides of the toilet than the initial leak I started with. The operator at Johnnie Jones was very informative and through a series of questions assured me I did not need a new toilet, and also said that, in the off chance I needed to, if I did switch out toilets the City of St. Pete offered a rebate. The technician scheduled called me prior to coming over, and I was able to schedule my lunch break around the fix. He was very efficient, fixing my toilet and replacing parts in another toilet, in and out in under an hour. Further, the rate charged was very economical for the service received. I've done nothing but praise this company since returning back to work! GREAT JOB!

Much earlier than expected. I was told around 11:00, he was here at 0915!
I am not a plumber so, I cannot judge the quality of work done.
As far as value? Well, I couldn't do it so, it was worth the price paid.
If I could make a suggestion though, tell your customers to run the water for a few minutes.
I went to get a glass of water and all I could smell was the cement used to glue the PVC pieces together.
I'm sure it will dissipate in time?

I have had service on two separate plumbing issues and can't recommend this company enough. Barbara in the office and plumbers Trevor and Ed are courteous, efficient, and professional. Charges were not only competitive, but fair. From my experience with St. Petersburg plumbers, companies like Johnnie Jones Plumbing are the exception, not the rule.

Prompt, reasonable, courteous service. Classic case of do it yourself gone horribly wrong. They fixed the problems in short order. Will definitely call them first for all my future plumbing needs.

Great plumber

They were wonderful. My friend had recommended them and I am so pleased. Trevor came on time and was courteous and professional. He fixed my leak in less than 15 minutes! Because it was such a quick and simple fix they discounted the repair call. We turned the house water back on and no leak. After he left, I realized when the toilet was flushed it made a strange noise. I called and Trevor immediately came back and took care of the problem.
Companies like this are hard to find. They have a customer for life 🙂

If you are a first time home owner and not sure who to call and worried someone is going to way over charge, do not hesitate to call johnny jones! (askf or ed!!) everyone you talk to is knowledgeable, even the nice lady who answers the phone! They wont try to up sell you, just fix the problem! They are on time, on the ball and all around great! Just save yourself some time and money and when you need a plumber, call these guys!!!fantastic!!!

I had a clogged kitchen sink line. Called and set up an appointment.
They sent Trevor, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing. Pricing is transparent and reasonable for thier services. Ask and they will tell you.

Overall I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues. It does seem like the are less expensive than other plumbing services out there.

Great plumber's very knowledgeable crew

this company was scheduled to arrive Friday between 1 and 4. On Friday, I waited for this company to arrive after a 2 day water main leak, and I even called to confirm they were coming at 2:30 on Friday and I was ASSURED, they were coming. They DID NOT arrive by 5:30 so I called and they said a technician would call me. After ALL NITE and no call, I had to call another plumber and incur higher Saturday services! They lack professionalism and integrity as far I am concerned. Clearly MY problem wasn't theirs. I would AVOID Them based on this behavior.

secretary should be fired....plumber told me he would be back to my house today he just had to pick up a part from his office...never came back...called secretary and she tells me she will call me back in 5 minutes because plumber was walking back into office...never called me back so i called her back and she said he was UNDER A FRICKEN HOUSE GO FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER PLUMBER even though I never even yelled or screamed at her I was just asking about what the status is...called back and she didnt answer...this place is an absolute joke

Great plumbing company that will do a good for you and always puts the customer first!

Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable lady in the office who answered the phone, scheduled a plumber to my home in less than one hour from my calling. The faucet in the bathtub broke and I expected a very large charge for the difficulty in accessing the plumbing behind the tiles. Ed was able to replace the cartridge on the faucet handle and installed a new faucet for less than $190.00. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends!

Friendly, professional, punctual, and will let you know if there is a way you can save some money. I've hired a lot of plumbers over the years, and Jonnnie Jones is the best of the best!

I will never use this company again. We set up an appointment for 10am, no one showed. I called at 11:30 and was told he is on his way eventually. I politely told the receptionist I would need to reschedule because I couldn't sit there and wait any longer. She got all huffy, said we do the best we can, and then hung up. All I did was ask to RESCHEDULE, not find someone else. Apparently this company doesn't have the decency to tell you when they are more than 1 1/2 hours late!

Don't waste your time or money on this lousy company, clearly they don't care about their customer service.

Barbara and team (Trevor) are just so wonderful. Honest and highly skilled - gets the job done with easy scheduling and professional. They are a gem!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company does not even deserve 1 star. I had an appointment scheduled and they just never showed. I called and asked what happened and they said they just forgot. I let the receptionist know that was not okay and they should get me in immediately, considering it was their fault to begin with, in which she told me to find a different plumber and hung up on me. I called back and she would not let me speak, spoke over me, and hung up on me. I cannot believe she still has a job with the way she talks to paying customers. Very unprofessional.

Not good..out to my house 2 times to snake the line, paid $200.00 and still had to call someone else to fix the actual problem.. not happy. Would not let me pick no stars.

After just moving in , we experienced a backup in the shower. Called them and they were here within the hour. Trevor was very professional and knew just what the problem was!!! Will definitely be using and recommending them😀

If we could give lower than a 1 we would. Absolutely the worst quality of work. Used a shark bite clamp to connect pvc to galvanized pipe, used tie wraps and and string to strap up piping, non responsive, even after emergency message was left. Still no call back.

License should be revoked after the disaster and flood that was caused and their idea of what finished looks like.
