Florida gas and plumbing did a remodel job on my waterfront home. Rick overseen the project and handled everything in the upmost professional manner. I would recommend this company to anybody in need of a plumber who also does Gas work. Rick had nothing but solutions.

I was referred to Matt with Shasta Development to help with an entire home remodel here in Sarasota. After I had the cement slab cut open, Matt came in and re-engineered the entire drain system. He then ran all new supply lines, and overcame some obstacles and challenges that an old house presents. I had another company come out and say the pipe was broken under the home and I needed to tear out the floor. I called dependable plumbing and he diligently worked to block the clog that was deep. He finally got it and saved me thousands! Amazing job and even fixed my garbage disposal on the spot, would recommend to anyone with plumbing or drainage issues!

Recently, we had the unfortunate incident of a slab leak in our kitchen and because of terrible experiences with other plumbers, I started to ask around if anyone knew a good company that wasn't going to rip us off. Majestic Plumbing was recommended by a close friend of mine so I braced myself and called them. Chris immediately impressed me right off the bat. From his demeanor and the information he gave me over the phone, I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in his trade. He was also very empathetic to our situation, which I appreciated. He and his employee came out and after literally jackhammering through the ground in our kitchen, they located the leak and were able to repair it right away. They didn't just fix the leak and leave, either. They also cleaned up after the repair, cemented and resealed everything and left our kitchen in excellent condition. I was super nervous about the cost for all this crazy work but when I got the bill, I was surprised and so relieved! They charged a very fair price for the work that was done and I know that any other company would have easily charged us twice what Majestic did. I knew I found our plumber for life and planned on using and recommending them to others. Well, imagine our surprise when a few days later, we found there was ANOTHER slab leak!!! I called Chris again and he sent his employee out right away. He dug up his original work but unfortunately, the leak was in another spot. They were able to locate it though and again, repaired, cemented, resealed and cleaned everything up again. Of course, I was again worried about the cost of this. Not only did they have to dig up the previous work, they also had to repair two holes now and dig through cabinets for this new leak. Well, I was again surprised with a bill that was extremely fair and beyond reasonable for the work that was done. And again, I knew that I would never call another plumber again. Well...guess what? Yep! We found yet ANOTHER leak - this time in the wall behind our bathroom shower! I couldn't believe our terrible luck but I knew that I could call Majestic and get it taken care of. Chris came out the very next morning and in less than an hour, everything was completely welded, fixed, and working again. I figured this next bill was going to make up for the other two reasonable ones but nope, yet again, Chris was very fair for the excellent work he did and I was beyond happy with his service and company.
In total, Majestic came out 3 times for 3 different leaks in just a week and a half. Each time, they came out promptly, did the work professionally, and charged fairly. I mean, what more could you ask for? I could literally go on for days about how fantastic Chris is and how grateful I am to finally have found an honest professional who stands behind his work and cares about his customers. I promise you, Majestic is the ONLY company you need to call for your plumbing needs! Don't waste time calling around, don't bother waiting for other plumbers to show up, don't get raked over the coals on pricing. Just call Chris and his team and know that you will be well taken care of in no time!!!

Where to start ... Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to. I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY. I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again. Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again ... so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having. I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this? Not Kidding. This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept! You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.

Honest, affordable and very service oriented. I had the pleasure of having Ray and another associate (forgot to ask his name) come to my home to unclog my main line. Both of them were very helpful in identifying the problem and making a solution. I really appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
