Talk about a dream team! I've paid $200 with other plumbers to get an I don't know, but... diagnosis. Not the case here! They arrived early, detected and fixed the leak in no time and offered a free estimate beforehand. The team's work is quality, and everyone is very professional. I won't use anyone else in the future! So grateful to find these guys.

Joe R. was professional, knowledgeable and explained my options and cost for each option. He did an excellent job repairing my toilet, cleaned up all the packaging and was pleasant and respectful throughout the entire time he was in my home. I would definitely call ABC Plumbing again for any plumbing concerns. I was impressed with the Covid protocol ABC Plumbing uses as I have an immunocompromised condition which makes me a high risk. I would recommend AbC Plumbing and Joe R. for any plumbing concerns.

Brandon came and did a fantastic job with our new home. He checked out all the plumbing in the crawlspace, and scoped all the rest of lines under the house and in the yard. In a situation like this a plumber can pretty much tell you anything and the bill can go in the thousands quickly in an older house, but Brandon gave us a clean bill of health, and a lot of great info on the state of our new house. Ive had guys tell me i needed to re-plumb an entire structure, several thousand dollars, when i knew there was no real issue, the point being that an honest plumber is priceless, and they're getting harder to find, since a lot of companies put them on commission now. (In Georgia, don't know about FL. ) Brandon will be our first call, and I would highly recommend Dependable Plumbing to anyone who asks me.

I called and Chrissy made my appt for an estimate. The day of the appt a woman knocked on the door. It was Chrissy! She had the wrong phone number for me and personally drove over to make sure I knew the Estimator was on his way. Who does that?? I thought that was so impressive and caring. I purchased a whole house water filter and water softener. The guys were really great. Very pleased.

The guy was insulting and down right rude. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Twice the price of Midway Services and less reliable. They invoiced us for 4 workers while 3 of them stood by the truck. Never again will we fall for Batton's tricks.
