never have I gone on a construction site and been publically mocked and insulted and laughed at before in 12 years of work until this morning. Instead of being ready and getting thier job done I was subject to ridicule by tharp workers whom rathered played on his phone, mocking me and taking pictures and giggling. I would've said something to the site manager for tharp but he's initiated the name calling.

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

They are on time, polite, and got the job done

John Chambers is not honorable person , he is one man show and never finish work. He agreed to do a job for us and he got couple of service call so put our job aside , he even told us he got couple of service calls after our job and he also think (not sure) there is a bigger job is coming his way so he can't do our work, he wasted our time for half a day to show him different jobs and he simply don't follow thru. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY TO FINISH THE JOB, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY UPFRONT MONEY AND IF YOU CAN AVOID DEALING WITH HIM GO TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR HE ONLY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS GUY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

Our garbage disposal died the day before Thanksgiving. Joe was here first thing Friday morning and was beyond pleasant, helpful, and respectful! He put a new disposal in quickly and was on his way. I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone. We had another company look at the disposal three months ago as it was sounding and acting funny and the person told us just don't put things down the disposal.

This company (and Trent) is amazing and has helped us on two separate occasions. Each time they responded quickly and provided all of the information necessary for repairs and insurance. I highly recommend Above and Beyond when you need leak detection services.

I found this company from next door... lots of high ratings when I searched for a plumber. I thought I had a water tank leaking in my garage and they tracked down the real source of the leak, which was from a totally different area. Quick response, handled and repaired it right away while keeping me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. They are fair and honest. Ryan, the technician was super. I would recommend them to anyone.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Repiped my shower, sink, and toilet 25/10 will recommend my water flows so much faster and stays hot so much longer

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Situation:
Called the number of my trusted plumber, Tender Plumbing Care. Phone answered with Hello. No company name.

When I asked for Tender Plumbing Care (TPC), the rep explained that he has their phone forwarded to his cell phone thus the lack of company's name. He assured me he was TPC.

When I stated that I wanted TPC because they are the company who installed my plumbing about 7 years ago, he said yes they had.

My description of the problem:
Likely a Pex pipe leak in the attic near the entrance.

Quote Estimation
Approximately 2 hours. Price for a two hour Pex pipe detection and repair, approximately $300.

Real Repair
Exactly as I had described on the phone: a Pex pipe leak with easy access.

Time required, less than an hour. Price applied, nearly $400. When I asked to speak with the owner about the price overage, he told his employee to knocked it down to $345, but refused to talk with me about it.

Given that there were no surprises about the job, and we completed it in record time, $300 would be generous.

Do not trust this company is owner.

What a joke, we were quoted an hourly labor price and after Jon, the technician completed the small pipe leak. He charged us more than triple that amount, when we reached out to the Ryan Plumbing Company, Fermin Renteria responded with “it was a difficult job, so you were charged more.” If it were such a challenging repair, why did it only take an hour to complete? Lead with, “this repair will cost you triple our labor cost!” Instead of the bait and switch. Will absolutely never do business with them or recommend. Too many honest companies out here to deal with this sort of dishonesty.
