never have I gone on a construction site and been publically mocked and insulted and laughed at before in 12 years of work until this morning. Instead of being ready and getting thier job done I was subject to ridicule by tharp workers whom rathered played on his phone, mocking me and taking pictures and giggling. I would've said something to the site manager for tharp but he's initiated the name calling.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Great service from the Service Tech Thomas Marshall. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well as a true Professional. He just reaffirmed why I have always used Modern Plumbing and will continue to in the future.

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

I called Chambers Plumbing after having two other plumbing companies come out and give me a quote. Chambers Plumbing came out and worked with me and made me feel very comfortable, he quoted me a price much lower than the other 2 companies price, I agreed and he made the repair on my copper water pipes. I could tell he knew what he was doing! The leaking water pipes are a thing of the past! Thanks Chambers Plumbing, I will definately use you again!!

Never, ever use this company! I have an American Home Shield Warranty and they dispatched this company to my home. Choice plumbing NEVER called me for 2 days and when I finally reached them they scheduled me for a day and a half later when I had NO water in my home. The plumber arrives and was at my home for about 4 minutes and says he can't fix the problem and it's not covered by the warranty due to 'wear and tear' however when he writes the report, he stated that the problem was due to excessive force!?! I have lived in and maintained my home very well for 16 years, I didn't abuse the shower handle. They recommended I call another company. They already received their service call fee... what a joke! Dishonest, unprofessional and would never want this type of company back at my home!

Trent truly goes above and beyond! We have used his service on two separate occasions, and he has found our leak both times very quickly. He is professional, courteous and does an amazing job. Highly recommend him and his company!

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I found this company from next door... lots of high ratings when I searched for a plumber. I thought I had a water tank leaking in my garage and they tracked down the real source of the leak, which was from a totally different area. Quick response, handled and repaired it right away while keeping me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. Jorge is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We've been using him for all our plumbing, remodeling and gas pipe needs. I've been in Orlando 30yrs and his professional manner and responsiveness is rare.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

They refuse to stand behind their work. Literally the worst plumbers I have ever dealt with. And I’ve dealt with a lot owning multiple properties.

In response to the company’s response to the above: This is 100% my experience with Bryan Plumbing. This is 100% accurate. They never called back after I explained the issue twice to 2 different people at the company. This after they took my money and “did the job” and I have had to have 2 people come and fix their mess.
