Wow. No one likes to hear that you need a new AC, but Pro Tech AC quickly set up my installation, was on time and if you want to see hardworking teams, Pro Tech AC were an shining example of how a big job gets done right. They worked through out the day and into the evening to get the job done so that I could have a working AC. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They earned my trust. I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional.
