I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! I now have Best Plumbing and Remodeling in my Service Repair Phone List. Highly Recommend this company. Anne D.

American Veteran took car of my plumbing issue in my vacation home. They where fast and very clean. Godwin was amazing he found the issue in minutes that other plumbing companies could not find for days. I have found my forever plumbing company with them.

Customer service from the start was better than most. Prices seemed similar or better than competitors. I like to think I can read companies/individuals pretty well and from the start everything lined up with this company for me. Andrew was genuine and efficient. Although the task was more than we both bargained for, it was handled professionally and efficiently. Choose wisely but consider Fahrenheit, they seem to have the right idea!

The technician came on site, suggested an excellent resolution, did the work well, and I never needed to deal with our problem any longer. After years of my house not having proper water pressure, the problem was resolved. Great job!

Mike with MJS is an honest and reliable company. During the recent storms through Central Florida, most companies were either ignoring my call or trying to scam me in a time of need. Mike assured me he would take care of all of the damages to my home in a timely manner and honest price. Owning a custom home with unique architecture, I was so pleased and excited to see MJS fix all of the damage done by those nasty storms. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Jim has been my plumber for years in the Orlando and Kissimmee area. I cannot say enough good things about how he cares, his emergent scheduling when needed, his pricing, and his absolute genuine compassion and his attention to every detail. I too am sorry that he will be retiring soon. He is the part of the declining number of trade related service providers that are only concerned about getting it done, done right and at a fair cost. And, always with a smile.

Kevin was here today for the annual plumbing inspection. He was professional, respectful and helpful. He answered all my questions, even if they seemed odd lol. I couldn’t be happier with his service today. We’ve always used De Hart and I’ve never had a trouble or complaint.

I can’t speak to the actual quality of technical service provided by Pete’s Plumbing, but I would stay as far away as possible from this unprofessional establishment. Whoever picks up the phones and deals with scheduling (I believe Amy) is seriously the most rude and nastiest person I have dealt with when dealing with a maintenance vendor assigned by our property manager. When you first report an issue one would think one has to assess the issue to know what they are fixing to begin with. Well upon scheduling our appt and mentioning this was my reason for the appt, I was rudely corrected that they don’t do assessments and that they are just there to fix the issue. Yet, they don’t even know what the issue is. The attitude and comments made throughout my less than 5 min call has led to me spending more than 5 mins to write this review to warn others to not use this business for their plumbing needs. This vendor is so bad that within 20-30 mins after scheduling our appt, I received an email saying the appt was canceled. Oh, I forgot to mention the scoff I got when saying only Friday’s work with my schedule and the was such an inconvenience because the scheduler had to back out to go to Friday instead of Tuesday. Back to my appt being canceled…I immediately reached out to our property manager to see what was going on to which they responded that after the call they had with Pete’s Plumbing they decided to terminate their relationship with them. If they talked with who I talked with it is no surprise to me that this was the outcome. This is your only warning now. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PETE’S PLUMBING!!!

I do not advise this company. After everything is agreed Jorge does not meet the deadline to start and does not answer any more calls. I will look for another company to do my job.
