Tankless Water Heaters of Orlando

This company was chosen by my gas company to do the job. It was supposed to be a replacement installation , because I had a tankless water heater that was not working. The tech came finally the next morning after my appointment to do the job and he left a botched mess. It looks like a rigged up mess. I called Michelle about it but she didn’t answer, so I texted her with photos. She said that she would talk with him, but never heard back from her. Pictures to follow

My schedule window was from 1-3p so it was surprising to get a call at 1150a asking if I was ready for the installation. I had a 30 minute drive back to the house and once the tech got access to the garage, he got right to replacing the older unit with the new Rheem one. He was friendly and very helpful with my questions. Glad I can get hot warm back into the house again.

My window of arrival was 11:30-1:30p. But Austin arrived much earlier, and I was happy about. He got in and went to work right away. He was quick, and professional. Kind and polite.
