My parents referred me to Mark Keane 2 years ago when I was moving out of my home. We were trying to move a Seccua water system and other companies didn't have the experience and said they would have to charge for extra time to research. Odd, but true. Mark got the job done and the price was about half of what we expected. Fast foward to today, we had an issue with a crack in a pipe. I called and spoke with Christie. She was so kind and helpful and she talked me thru the issue, allowed me to text pics, and provided so much consulation that even when I realized this would be covered by a home warranty I still wanted Mark to come out so that I could have peace of mind. I totally trust this company. He did what he could for me but stopped short of what would be safe to wait on for the warranty to cover. We even tried to get him to do the work but he said we were safe to stop where we were and to let the warranty cover the rest. By the way, the home warranty company still hasn't called or come out and we are approaching the 24 hour mark. Hmmm. I wonder what that water bill would have been if I didn't have Mark out to the house.
