Daniel was great. He explained everything well, gave me my options and then gave me a discount on what I chose to have done. He also was able to do a project I had only asked about, he stayed and worked it in. He did exactly what I wanted and showed me the completed work and adjusted the motion sensor lights to be best for my height. All in all I’m very pleased with the work and the service. 5 stars.

Excellent! My main panel needed to be replaced after temporary repairs made by another electrician failed. Richard asked if I could send him a picture of my current panel and he was at my house within a couple hours and replaced the entire panel. I was amazed at how fast he was finished and also how clean his work was. Solaris was one of 4 electricians that I called and not only did Richard commit to having it finished the same day, he also came in with the best price. If I ever need electrical work in the future, Solaris gets the job.

Great Technician!!

We called Solaris without any reference when our refrigerator went out. We knew it was an electrical problem not a performance problem. Edward, an electrician, arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem (too many amps drawing power on the same line), and got the fridge running again. He returned with Luis and together they ran a second line so the fridge had its own line. Problem solved! These men were courteous professionals who explained the work and did their business. I will be calling Solaris again for any future electrical work. Five Stars.

The Electrician did a great job troubleshooting the multiple problems with the wiring in our house. He was patient, thorough, and concerned about cleaning up behind him. We would definitely hire them back for future electrical work.

Serviceman Pedro came out on Feb 11th to hopefully diagnose a problem with our Solar panel inverter. He seemed a little out of his depth regarding solar electrical issues and thought that the solution would be to replace the inverter panel. When asking Pedro questions it was somewhat frustrating due to the fact he had a strong Hispanic accent and I have quite a strong English accent but such is life. Anyway I came to the decision not to progress further at the current time. I paid rather a large amount for a diagnostic call and Pedro left. The next day I decided to arrange a service call with an established Solar Electric company and their serviceman sorted out the issue within 45 mins for half the amount I paid the day before. I returned to Richard at Solaris and went over my experiences with both his company and the other and this is where my review comes into play. Richard listened, explained his philosophy in running his business with great patience and I finally suggested that if we split the cost of his companies service call that would be that. Richard then returned the whole sum which I had paid with a smile on his face, we parted with a handshake. I give Richard more than five stars due to his handling of this customer, me, his business acumen and most of all his integrity and honesty.

Two men from Solaris came the first day. Edward and Jordan. They wanted to check the outside breakers but OUC had it locked up.I called OUC and they came and unlocked the breaker..The next day Jordan got the call and Edward wasn't with Jordan..The breaker was shot, I'm in poor health and need the AC on.Jordan knowing this called his boss,and the boss had 2 breakers sent to Jordan in case 0ne was faulty. My electric problem was repaired and Jordan came in my apartment and checked that everything had power..I am very pleased with first Edward who got the first call,and Jordan who fixed the problem,I will call Solaris again with any other electric problems..I'm very pleased with the company and the professional service I received and will tell others about Solaris Electric

I only wanted them to install a ceiling fan and they charged me 69 dollar JUST to come to my house and tell me that it would cost 435 USD to put it up!! This takes 10 minutes for professionals to do! 435 USD reallllly????? WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THIS IS CALLED A SCAM!!!!!
I went on youtube and did it myself and it took me 20 minutes! And I have never done this in my entire life and know nothing about wires and electricity. Even though they did Nothing, I had to pay them the 69 usd!

Jaime was able to quickly and efficiently install an outlet in our garage for our electric vehicle charging needs.

I was running late to our appointment, but Jaime was kind enough to wait outside our home until I arrived.

I received several quotes from multiple companies. Jamie was able to save us hundreds of dollars by moving around the current breakers in the garage panel to make room for the new 50 amp slot. The other companies I received quotes from didn't offer this option to me.

I will be using Solaris again in the future at our new home.

Changed my mind

Had an appointment for a chandelier installation scheduled in the 8am-12noon timeslot. I called beforehand to confirm if I was earlier in the day, and was told I was the first appointment of the day, and that the only reason they would be late is if there was an emergency overnight. Was told I'd be called 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Well 8am rolled by. Then 9am. So I called to check in, and they told me the team would reach out to me with a text for an update. 10am rolls by. Not a peep. Called again to see what the deal was, and again was told the team would reach out to me to update me. Well noon rolls by, and I hadn't heard anything. The entire time, I'm sitting at my house waiting. Then at 2pm I get a text with some nonsensical excuse and apology.

It's one thing to be running behind or late, but you ned to at least communicate to the customer what the situation is; especially a customer who is calling repeatedly to check in. But to completely ghost a customer and waste time like that is extremely unprofessional.

Would look elsewhere for reliability.

Main electrician did not know what he was talking about. Said my water heater was broken and not the breaker. Had to manualy show them the breaker short. At the end he decided to yell my insurance it was due to a surge, and that it also ruined my water heater. Of course once the breaker was replaced the water heater worked fine. Burn marks were clearly from a short over heating the breaker. This electrician dosent deserive his license.

Like most home repairs, ours popped up on a Friday after most businesses were closed. I happened to find Solaris with a 24 hour service availability. I'm so happy I called. Richard came out that night. He was patient and thorough. He was able to explain our issue and temporarily fix it until Jamie could come out Monday to effectuate a more permanent fix. I am happy with the customer service provided by both. They were knowledgeable and provided me with options. Electrical can be expensive, and they were understanding about that too. I will definitely use this company again for any electrical needs in the future.

Jaime was great helping me work with the inverter company to troubleshoot a PV system issue!

I am incredibly upset with the services provided by this company, and I think the owners should be ashamed. My friend was on the phone with the company who told her the fee for replacing one small piece, would be 400. She is quite old and heard 100, however. She restated this in front of me, repeating what she thought she heard that the bill would be 100. They asserted this statement and once she provided her card number, they charged 400. After being sent the email/charge, she immediately within seconds called back prior to the service being completed and stated she misheard the gentleman on the line and would like a refund. A rude woman then called my friend told her that they recorded the line and heard her say 400 and not 100, and therefore they would not refund the money back. As I also overheard this conversation, I do not know why she would feel the need to lie to an elderly woman. Now I don’t know if this woman also has an issue with her hearing or is intellectually disabled; however, she was incredibly rude, lacked understanding/empathy, and should consider changing her attitude. I am overall disappointed with the services here and would urge you to find business with another company with responsibility, class, and respect for their consumers.

Everyone that helped me at Solaris was wonderful. From booking my appointment to the service call, they were compassionate and knowledgeable. It can be really stressful staring down a major home repair on a budget. They gave me all my options, including the ones that made them no money. You don’t find technicians like that too often anymore.

Solaris did a great job. They scheduled my service promptly. Communicated well, and Edward arrived as promised. We fixed the issue and it was a pleasure having Edward on my repair.

Pedro and Nathan did a great job changing a GFI outlet that had gone bad and shut down all plug-in outlets in our 3 upstairs bathrooms. They also changed 2 bad on off switches on the ground floor of our home. Pedro and Nathan were very personable and professional and we know we will be using Solaris again for all our electric needs. Thank you. Two days later we had a problem and Jaime S. Came to the house. It seems that the GFI breaker for the dining area had been tripped half way by either Pedro or Nathan. You could not tell that it was not fully working and we did not touch the GFI dining breaker only the dining switches. Jaime showed us how to detect a half off breaker and now we know what to look for if a switch or breaker is not working right. Thanks Jaime S! This trip by Solaris was covered by the warranty.

Solaris was very easy to work with in regards to appointments and prompt friendly technicians. However, they charge an $89 service fee just to come out. This $89 fee I assumed would include the inspecting of the problem (I had broken outside outlets) but to my surprise, there was an additional $105 to inspect the outlets, plus another $100 to fix them. The technician was kind enough to give us a first time visit coupon to save us a few dollars. They do inform you when you call about the $89 service charge. But to charge to come to my home and then additional fees to inspect the problem was an unexpected surprise. Just be aware of all the sneaky extra fees.

Solaris and Richard were great to work with. We were installing a TV and drilled into a wire and needed service quick to make sure there was no serious damage. We called Solaris on Saturday morning and Richard was there for the emergency call by 2:30pm on the same day. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. He found the issue and luckily is was nothing serious. We will use Solaris again to put in ceiling fans and lights later this year. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time. I called last week and got an appointment to check my breaker box for Friday morning the woman in the office said the electrician would call me in the morning never received a call. So I called them at 2 pm asking if they were still going to be able to come and she said yes they were behind and assured me I was next on the list. I never received a call or visit. I called back Tuesday to schedule a new appointment and they did the same thing. So now this is 2 days of work I've missed waiting on them. How unprofessional.

Wasn't expecting to find an electrician same day within my second call searching but I did. Made my day so much easier. Really liked having the updates and photos of the employee so I know who to look for. Our tech Edward S was very considerate and nice. Will definitely call again.

My technician was Efrain and he was amazing. He came out first thing on a Saturday since I had no air conditioning or electricity in either bedrooms in the condo I rent. He didn’t want me and my family who was in town to spend another night with only one fan with 90 degree weather. We needed a completely new panel which was old and half melted. Even though the panel couldn’t be put in until the soonest Monday, he stayed much longer than he needed to and made sure he reworked things so we had air conditioning and my electricity in my bedrooms were back on. He was also extremely thorough in explaining in great detail and with much patience to owner the situation. They liked him so much they only wanted him to come back and do the work personally and took his info to bring to their office. Solaris came highly recommended to me and I can see why now. The scheduler Madeline was super responsive, caring and worked hard to get someone to me quickly. I received confirmation and update texts and the electrician Efrain went above and beyond. They are the new preferred electrical company for my condo association and I will definitely refer them elsewhere.

I called Solaris because I was trying to close on a house and needed something done ASAP. The technician seemed knowledgeable but he charged me 300 dollars and actually fixed nothing. When I asked for a receipt to give my realtor he said he would email one. I didn’t receive it so I called customer service a couple of times. She told me the same thing, but alas, still nothing fixed and no receipt! Do not use Solaris technology!!!!!

Cons: Charged us thousands for a light that wasn't in the contract. And they failed to fix the actual light that was in the contract. Would NOT recommend. Would NOT use in the future. Found a competitor at a much lower cost and did quality service.

Had an appointment scheduled 8-12 for a quote on work needed, took a half day off work to wait for the technician. No call, no show, no delay notice. Had to go to work and close to 3 hours after the appointment time i get multiple auto messages regarding agent finally going to the house. Called and left a message as I was not home and no one ever bothered to call, reschedule, or anything. Unprofessional to say the least with all the good reviews here.

He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the details of my job. He did a wonderful jobs hanging my sconce and a flush mount light over a large piece of art. He angled the light perfectly without my direction. He said Ven inquired what type of bulb I wanted such as soft light or daylight. I appreciated that insight and the fact he offered a choice. I had to leave before he was finished and came back to not a speck of dust. He asked before I left , if I had any other electrical needs that needed attention. I have been utilizing Solaris for 2 years now, and highly recommend their team!

First time I used Solaris they were great. I have currently been trying to reach them for another job and nobody will return calls or even answer the phone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are other companies out there that will actually return a customers phone call. Some of them even answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, find someone else.

Another electrician I called and left a message with on a Sunday. The lady I spoke with was super friendly and courteous, even saying I should expect a call back very shortly.

Never got the call, and no one bothered to follow up. It's amazing any company like this remains in business.

The electrician was professional, honest, and skilled. He properly traced the short circuit, identified the root cause, and finally presented me several options, from which I picked up the most convenient one to my need and budget.

I had some issues with dim, flickering lights and appliances/electronics not working. They were very proactive with getting an electrician out to my house. Richard was excellent. He was very personable, informative; he took his time explaining and troubleshooting the reasons for the issues. Great customer service.

Recently bought an electric car and needed a 240V plug placed in my garage. At 3am I scheduled an appointment and by 12pm Pedro arrived to get an estimate. Due to the extent of the project, he had to buy the parts and came back the next day. Pedro gave a great price, beautiful work done, and was on time.

The electrician “Pedro” arrived on time as promised , checked out my problem. After looking at the problem he proceeded to write up a thorough estimate. Pedro was professional and courteous, I would recommend him to anyone.

I was told the service charge was $79 even though I was charged $154.50, including a neatly $5 charge for a credit card. The guy told me he'd look into it and call back, which he didn't. When I called back again, I was told that's their charge. I'm so glad I didn't pay the $825 to lower two outlets.

From the first phone call through the service completion, Solaris was prompt and professional with service. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that two other electricians were having difficulty with. It is $89 for them to come out and give an estimate. That should have been a tip-off.
I called, made an appointment for between 10-11, and by 11:30 I could not get ahold of anyone. They finally sent someone over at noon. I was getting an electrical follow up to a home inspection.
The electrician was very kind and polite, but was at the home for less than 15 minutes and gave me an estimate of $7,000-$18,000 of work needed to make the home safe. I was so upset I tried to get out of our contract on the home, but some of the things on his estimate didn’t match what my home inspector said. I called another electrician, read the inspection report, and he said that sounded like maybe $2,000 of work on the high end, but was too busy to come out. I called a third electrician, who looked at the home and said it may be less than even that, but definitely not $7,000 worth of work.
I am so disheartened. Neither of the other specialists wanted to charge a fee to do an estimate. Both of them implied that when a quote for something simple comes back that high, they may be trying to take advantage of someone who has not done their research. After looking at prices, even fully rewiring a house this small shouldn’t cost $18,000.
I will not be continuing with this company and do not recommend them. There are plenty of other companies in the area.

My internet has been unreliable for 3 years, and I've had Spectrum out several times. Turns out the issue was old wiring. Pedro is a professional; he listened to my issue, analyzed my current situation and identified a solution within minutes. Bonus was he was able to do the job immediately! Now I have reliable internet connection and am very pleased.

I was referred to Giraldo to fix a very minor electric box problem. I needed to sell my house and the buyers were looking to make sure the electric box was under code and would pass inspection. I sent a very clear picture of the box and my request to Mr. Giraldo asking him to verify that the electric box looked okay and he responded that he could fix it all for me for the tidy sum of $700+. I was stunned and when I told him so and mentioned I would seek another opinion, he responded later and said he could do the job for $400, but that it was really dangerous and I should get it fixed right away.

I got 2 other quotes and both companies charged me $120, only for the diagnostic fee, and said that the electric box was 100% fine. All that needed to be done was to cap off some wires. They even mentioned they hated charging me that much money for absolutely no work.

Avoid like the Bubonic plague. I wouldn’t recommend this company to change a lightbulb, as they’d probably charge exorbitant prices to do so, as other reviewers have pointed out.

The service attendant was extremely professional, knowledgeable and timely! The office receptionist who set the appointment was gracious and the response time after my email request was very prompt.

Jamie did a phenomenal job installing a massive light fixture. He was punctual, professional and highly skilled. I felt like he treated my home the same way he would treat his own home. I also appreciated the recessed lighting recommendation; I’m just as happy with the additional work. The recessed lighting has transformed a dark, cave-like room into a model home living room.

Pedro came in and did great work with dropping a 240v 60 amp circuit with a quick disconnect for a pool heater. He even managed to navigate some tough spots in my attic, but he pulled it off and was very thorough and professional in his work.

Called Solaris to have a ballast replaced in my ceiling fan light. After giving them the specs they gave me a four hour window and said if they couldn't get the part they would let me know. At the end of the four hour window I called them to see what was going on and they said they sent an email to me cancelling the appointment because they couldn't get the part but apparently the email had been kicked back to them. After me reaching out to them on several occasions and even emailing photos of the part they stopped responding. They were never apologetic, would not recommend.

When I called Solaris Electric for a quote, they were friendly on the phone. They sent a technician to my home within a half hour. Pedro came to my home to give me an estimate on some work we needed. He was courteous and understanding as to what our needs were. He gave us a fair estimate of the job. We are gathering quotes at this time and have not made a decision.

I paid in advance for them to order a replacement light and install it. It's been three months and they just keep telling me to call again in a few days. Or they say they will have someone contact me, but they never do. I would not recommend their service.

Called Solaris to replace Electric panels. Their tech Jaime came to my home to look at my panels and give estimate. He quoted $17,000!!!!! That is $14,000 over over 2 other contractor estimates. Don't why they are so overpriced, but obviously will never call them again.

I will never use this company again. My renter called them for an emergency at 11pm. They showed up at 1am. They were there for 15 minutes. $339 bill. I consider that a Ripoff!!. $169 emergency fee, I think that high, but it was in the middle of the night. Then a $158 troubleshooting fee for 15 minutes? Then a $12 merchant payment fee? What is that? The emergency was a transformer had blown out from lightning, my tenant thought the patch panel was broken.

I must say this is the most professional company I have used. This company kept me updated via email and text on the upcoming work AND even gave me a picture of the technician who responded. Pedro and Lewis (I know I spelled his name wrong) showed up at my home to install my ceiling fan. My ceiling is approximately 18 feet and I must say that these two technician took their time making sure nothing was dropped or installed wrong. Both of these guys need a raise. You couldn't pay me to to climb a latter that high up. If you are looking for someone to install your Ceiling fan, this is the company to call.

Wife called this company out, they quickly diagnosed that two bad RFI outlets were the cause of the line to be out. A bit astonished when they told me it was $465 to replace the two outlets. It was $200 to have them out so no turning back at that point. Problem was quickly fixed but woah expensive.

The staff was very professional at all the time. The electrical technician Pedro, came to my house without charging any fee and he gave me four options to renew the electrical box.

I called at 4:20 for service at our business. They communicated about expected arrival time and were very prompt. Our electrician explained everything in detail, took pictures and attached them to the emailed invoice. He then made recommendations, pointing out the issues, then wrote a proposal. Hands down, they are the most professional company that I have dealt with in a long time!

We have worked with Solaris over the years on project’s involving our HOA community. The experience with the technicians has always been positive. I will have to agree with a comment made here about office communication being somewhat lax and callback time needing a boost. This last job was much better in that respect and it appears the issues may have been resolved. Insofar as Pedro, he has been excellent. Richard has always been helpful.

I called Solaris just for an estimate on repairing an outdoor outlet for the septic pump. Rich and his apprentice showed up on time and got straight to work. Rich is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me upfront pricing about the cost of the visit and the repair of the outlet. He explained what the problem was and that it was nothing we did to cause the damage bit rather the poor seals on the outlet box that let the water into the box which caused the damage. He also took the time to wind up the extension cord we had been using, replug in the cable for the septic pump and make a little small talk while finalizing the payment details. All of which hendid not have to do. It is wonderful when a technician treats you like a person and not an idiot. I will be calling Solaris again should I need any more electrical work done on my home.

Got a quote from this company $400 higher than all the other companies then they tell me if I use my credit card there is a 3.8 percent charge extra charge rip-off. Not to mention the fact that they are not even licensed in Volusia County and haven't renewed their license in six months. BE CAREFUL before you hire them get atleast 3 estimates first because they will rip you off.

I had a fault in my garage circut. I tried figuring it out myself, but, couldn't locate it. Called Solaris Electric based upon the Google Reviews I read. I also told the lady at the office I had bad experiences with other electrical companies in the past. A gentleman named Richard showed up. Very nice, professional, very knowledgeable. Trouble shot and fixed the issue quickly. I ask for Richard for my next project for sure. Thank you for making the experience a great one.

I'm very happy I got a second opinion. The estimate I was given by Solaris was more than 3k. I ended up paying $60 for another company to fix the problem.

Anyone could understand that professionals sometimes run behind when a job requires more time. But the people expecting them might appreciate a call, an apology, a request for understanding, an offer to re-schedule… ANYTHING. After spending an entire day of our lives waiting for the electrician, and making a few phone calls, we had no communication whatsoever. Nothing. Radio silence. Our appointment had been confirmed multiple times in the preceding days (at their request). Very poor.

In a world where it seems like nobody’s care anymore about customer service, this company was a breath of fresh air! It was so nice to have people who actually care! Melody was so sweet & took care of us by setting up my appointment to have someone come out ASAP when our house electricity wasn’t running fully. It ended up being our electric company’s issue but Jamie our technician called the energy company for us & told them what the issue was and was able to get us in for a “emergency repair” with our energy company. Melody & the manager also called after to follow up with us! They give me hope that there are still awesome businesses out there that are ran properly & genuinely care.

We received an on-site quote to install a chandelier into our 20 ft ceiling. We showed the tech the chandelier and the space, and received a quote. We paid 60% of the quote as a deposit and scheduled the work for the following week. At 5 pm the night before, we get a call saying they cannot do the work at the quoted price and tried to quote us for over 60% more than what we signed and agreed to. This entire situation was completely unprofessional and we will not be calling Solaris for any future work.

Edward from Solaris was on time, professional, kind & courteous, and went above and beyond in repairing our outlet. I will use Solaris for any future electrical needs; the experience has been great since my very first call to them.

Hurricane Nicole knocked down the pole that holds the electrical meter in my backyard. I called Duke Energy the day after the hurricane and told them that my case was not urgent, the electricity worked fine despite the pole being on the ground. The electrical cables from the utility are very well insulated, so the danger of electrocution was zero and that Duke should concentrate on customers without power.
Being nice does not seem to affect Duke Energy. EIGHT days later, on a Friday, Duke sent a lineman that cut the electricity. No arguments induced the lineman to give me until Monday to erect a new pole for the meter. He just showed me arrogance and rudeness. I tried to contact Duke, in the meanwhile the lineman called the police just to show his superiority.

After cutting the power, I asked the lineman what I had to do for them to reconnect, he basically told me to go to hell.

Solaris technician Jamie S is very professional. He replaced the box for the electrical meter, a huge work, took 8 hours. Not only that, Jamie followed the case from A to Z, Solaris applied for a Permit from Orange County, Orange County sent an inspector that approved the work with flying colors.

Jamie also contacted Duke Energy. They promised to hook up the electricity that same evening. Duke Energy never showed up despite sending me an email confirming that they would be here... So I will have to endure darkness for a few days more.

Bottom line: Solaris is the way to go and Duke Energy customer relations are deplorable.

Called these guys to move a light switch 8 ft over from its original spot and the guy came out and quoted me $5000!!!?? It’s literally a 3 hr job max and we have all the parts. He said $400 in parts and the rest is labor. Seriously!? I thought he made a mistake at first but no he said it going to cost $5000. Don’t waste your time call someone else.

Edward by far is the best technician that has come to my house. Prior to repairs he first assessed the issue by asking what’s going on. Then, he walked us through everything he was doing and told us what the issues could be. Finally, he told us what was causing issue and truth be told that was right about what the issue was. The good: All in all, I am satisfied with the services that Solaris provided. The technician was professional and completed the conversion of a regular outlet into a dryer outlet in a timely manner.
The bad: When I made my appointment for the following day, the dispatcher told me that he would let me know later if there were any technicians available to perform the service that day. I was running errands when I got a call that a technician was sitting outside my house. So some lack of communication, but other than that, they did a good job.

NOTE: Solaris’ response to this review will be generic and apologetic. Please don’t be fooled. They have no remorse for their obvious neglect and will refuse to take ownership for any of their faults.
Aida Luz Ibarra - Giraldo is the most unprofessional “CEO” imaginable. She is apathetic, dishonest, lacks basic business acumen and shows no remorse for the company’s wrong doing.
Richard Gilardo “president” is also dishonest. I called his personal cell phone (provided by a local consumer electronics retailer), AFTER explaining my issue, the person that answered conveniently says, “he [Richard] isn’t here, he’ll call you back”. That callback never occurred.
I hired Solaris [an electrical and plumbing company] for a TV wall mount install. They were extremely expensive for such a small task, but I used them due to the plumbing behind the wall in which my television would be mounted.

Mount: SANUS Advanced Full Motion 46”-95” one of the highest rated mounts in the United States.
They installed the mount / television (even though it took a lot longer than expected because the techs left to get “tools” for the job). Techs supposedly used a stud finder and ensured the 55” tv was secure. Both techs were fully aware that this tv was temporary and would be replaced by a much larger TV, which shouldn’t have been a concern (who keeps the same tv forever?).

Issue begins: I had a 77” television placed upon the same mount Solaris installed (also placed on the mount by a professional company). Within 30 mins, my brand new television came crashing down, ripping a large hole in my drywall and damaging my brand new television.

Why did this happen?
Solaris decided to install the mount into DRYWALL ONLY, using drywall brackets instead of drilling into studs. NO STUDS WERE USED in this process. Not one. For 5 months, 70 lbs of equipment was attached to my wall with the use of drywall brackets. As a professional company, this is obvious negligence. I’ve personally installed tv mounts and know this to be careless.
I asked 4 other TV installation companies if they would mount a tv without the use of studs. Each said “no”. One company stated “this would be a liability and would almost NEVER complete an install without the use of studs or alternate safeguards”; even if the customer demanded ‘drywall only’.

Solaris’ actions/ unprofessional responses during my emergency issue.
-Their after hours emergency line does not work at all. No answer, no response. Zero interaction.
-I had to initiate all calls. Not one callback, other than confirming that a tech would come out to take pictures.
-At no point did Solaris accept responsibility for their actions, negligence or wrong doing (it’s as if they blamed me)
-The first thing a rep said to me was “We don’t install tv mounts and/or televisions” (lie)
-Solaris: “ We will fix the drywall, but we will not reinstall the mount” (Aida Luz Ibarra - Giraldo changed her response after I explained the absurdity of her unprofessional resolution. A company is willing to gouge me for a $1000+ wall mount installation which was carelessly installed; then refuse to do the job CORRECTLY?)
-Solaris did not replace my broken mount. Instead, they brought a $60 generic/ low rated mount (my original SANUS mount = $374 top rated)
-Solaris refused to replace my damaged tv. Remember, this fiasco occurred due to the company’s neglect, irresponsible techs and misleading information. I had to replace the TV on my own.

Richard was very professional and prompt as well. He explained the process and did not pressure me in making a decision right away. I will not hesitate from using Richard and Solaris Technology in the future.

He did an awesome job!! so many people have older pools that the pool lights don’t work in (like me) and people kept telling me the only way to get the stuck wiring unstuck is by drilling into the concrete. Jaime was able to break the seal and get the wire out and replace the wiring! I now have a new, functional pool light. I’m very grateful! My only gripe is it was extremely expensive, but at the end of the day, I want a fully functional home, including the pool light!

Called to get a electrical wiring in my panel repaired to meet insurance standards for purchasing a home. Tech came out to tell me what was wrong- which we already knew was the issue. Stated that the whole panel would have to be replaced... waited for a quote afterwards. Never received a quote from them I even reached out via email as well.

So I basically paid $70 for a tech to come
tell me that my whole panel needed to be replaced...when it didn't. I had to call another company since they never sent me quote. That company replaced and repaired the needed parts and DIDNT NEED to replace my whole panel like they said.

Seems a bit grimmy/ scammy to charge someone $70 to tell them the wrong issue and not to follow up with a quote. Just avoid them

Great guys. Very professional. Two men, Richard the owner and one of his employees, came out. All items on our to do list were priced before starting work, prices were fair and competitive and the prices we were quoted were the prices paid. All the work was done in a workmanlike manner and everything was clean and cleared when they completed the job. We have had many different electricians at several homes over the years and this was by far, the best electricians we have had.

I can't say enough good things about my technician Jaime. Not only was he here right at 9am, which meant I would not have to wait around all day, but he also was amazingly kind and professional. He was even nice to my overly friendly dog that wanted to give him a hand. I definitely recommend Jaime and will be holding on to his card.
