Frankie was spectacular - on-time, very thorough, detail-oriented and takes pride in her work. Would definitely use and refer her again!

Unfortunately I had to tell Merry Maids that we could no longer use the company. We have used them for the past year. As of late I noticed that the cleaning person or persons, (they had difficulty sending two people) we’re almost cleaning at a frantic pace. Today right after they left the manager called to tell me they were raising the price from 145.00 per week to 240.00 per week. She was very rude and said the cleaning was taking too long and they were calling other customers also to tell them the same thing. She also mentioned that due to COVID their prices were going up! The management expects the gal to clean a 1700 square foot home thoroughly (3bedroom two bath) in 1 hr. and 15 minutes. The management is being very unfair to their employees. So BEWARE after your contract is up, they raise the price!! I sure did not feel like a valued customer!

Leslie’s team has been cleaning my Airbnb for the past few months and they always do an INCREDIBLE job. My guests comment on the cleanliness every single time, without a doubt! The attention to detail is extremely important to me, especially with Covid, no one wants to stay in an Airbnb that is not spotless. Leslie’s team always delivers!! From clean floorboards, spotless oven, clean fridge, perfectly made beds, every room in the house is always in great shape.

All the cleaning ladies do a great job and are pleasant and cooperative. Renee Bollinger who did my most recent cleaning job willingly did some extra chores because I had very recently had back surgery.

I hired Queen of Maids to clean an apartment for my son and his roommate. They did an awesome job! Will definitely hire them again in the future.

One of the cleaners was fast and efficient and good. The others seemed to have no experience, were slow and did not respond to requests, and spent most of their time talking to each other. Near the lowest value I have ever seen from a cleaning company. At least they were on time.

Mary and Abby came and did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient and left our home spotless. They even left a note and some dog treats. Everyone that has come from maid pro has really done a great job.
