I have worked with Bueno Plumbing on various repairs - they have always been responsive, professional, and exceptionally nice.

Plumbing work can be costly (and this company is reasonable IMHO), you might as well get a top notch/reputable company to do the work!

Note: I have a BS in Civil Engineering and have done a LOT of my own home repairs over the years - I just don't do plumbing (but I do understand it).

Work Details: I originally called Bueno Plumbing to remove a failed cross-over valve at my hot-water heater (an uncommonly used valve that effectively acts as a anti-scald valve for the entire house - it had failed wide open in the cold position and was preventing hot water from getting to the rest of the house). This work was done professionally and for a reasonable price (and completely resolved the hot water issue).

Unfortunately removing that valve exposed a water-hammer issue with the copper piping in our home (it was repiped 20+ years ago and in hind-sight the valve had been gradually failing over the last 10+ years we have been in the house since we have now been able to greatly reduce the temperature on the hotwater heater). Thus began a cycle of trouble-shooting the water-hammer problem (which was not easily reproducible but would often wake me in the middle of the night). Note: The business owner said it was probably an unsecured pipe to begin with, but it would likely require opening walls up which could be costly. A number of repairs (to include opertunistic repares) were done without opening the walls. Most of this work needed to be done and there isn't anything that I would undo. All of this eliminated the loud water-hammer, but we still had an occassional soft knocking/vibrating noise in the pipes a couple of times a day, but now the location seemed to be fairly obvious. Today they showed up (the morning after I called them), looked into the area I believed to be the source of the problem and strapped the suspected pipes (pipes could easily be moved by hand and get a knock) - and to top it off, this visit was complimentary (pipes were behind a small access panel - plumber was agile enough to reach where I could not and do the work). So, add generous to the list of positive attributes for this business.

Rooterhero kept us informed about their employee and when to expect him. Once he arrived, he was professional, asked questions and determined what was needed to be done. He got the work done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the work and price to fix our bathroom

Once they arrived, not only was our problem resolved quickly but they took the extra time to lay down plastic on all of our flooring to provide protection. Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

Rafael was great he checked the drain valve on the hot water heater,a it was slightly loose he turned it a quarter turn. He suggested we replace it since it was over 20 years old. Father passed away and I am cleaning out the house we may sell it. If we don't then we will contact ARS to replace the hot water heater. We have had several experiences with ARS and there techs and customer service is 5 star every time.

Unclogged my whole drainage system.

My tankless water heater (about a year old) randomly started leaking from the PRV. I needed someone the same day because I didn’t want to waste water. There were a couple of other low priority things to address as well. I contacted Evo Plumbing and they set me up with an appointment a few hours later. A water pressure test was done and a hard water test taken right after arrival. We then talked about the water heater and my other concerns. I was told what the cause may be, and if not that it could be a couple of other things. A plan was made to perform what was thought to be the problem then would move on from there if that didn’t fix it. Everything was fully explained to me in detail and I ended only needing a new PVR, a yearly flush was completed as well. I’m glad I found a plumbing company I can rely on and keep their information on hand for future needs. Thanks, Issac!

We went shopping for our daughter's birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue.
