I had both an HVAC and plumbing issue at my rental property. I called a few places and ended up using Ace Contractors. They were prompt, courteous, proficient and reasonable. They are clearly an expert in both fields. I will be using them again in the future for sure!

Thank goodness for Ozzy’s. We needed a residential toilet repair. The tank wouldn’t refill and we did not want to do the repair. I looked at Facebook recommendations and found Ozzy’s. With a quick call they were here in minutes. Very professional, clean and super nice. I would highly recommend their services.

LGE is so responsive. Always courteous and does a great and thorough job. I would recommend them to anyone!

Not my local area shop, but THE BEST I’ve experienced!

Called Fuller from a recommendation and they performed great! Had to have my recessed hot & cold washer supply line valves replaced. From the initial phone call to the finish, they were very thorough with questions and the details in order to get the job done right. They were also able to do it within 48hrs and I didn’t have to wait for days and days. Shout out to their guy John who fix my valves. Not only did he do the washers valves but did another one in the garage and gave me info about my water regulator. The dude rocks!

NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

I called Legacy to have a window unit a/c either repaired or replaced (including installation).I was told that they would look at the unit and give me an estimate on a new one. I set up an appointment with the understanding I would be given a half hour's notice before their arrival. The two-hour window for the appointment came and went with no call from Legacy. I called the dispatcher (Leon?) who said his technicians were behind that day and I would be given the next two-hour window on that same day. That window came and went with no one showing up. The next day at 5PM, I finally called Legacy to see what had gone wrong. The dispatcher said, no one wanted to do the job........I didn't know employees can pick and choose which jobs they do.........I told the dispatcher that I should have been informed of that the day before. His response was, Sorry about that.
Legacy is a very poorly run company. I am looking elsewhere for my a/c-heating needs...

Somehow, I've never had a go-to plumber or a plumber that I can trust and know that will back up their work and won't try to charge an arm and a leg. I've used places like Bill Howe in the past, which is essentially like taking your car to the dealership to be serviced (no personal touch and expensive). I'm so glad to have found Community Plumbing for the quality of their work and fair pricing, not to mention I no longer have to worry about finding a plumber moving forward.

I had an issue with a shower in a guest bath shower that I had ignored for awhile, but with Parents coming into town it was time to deal with it. I contacted Eric and we set up a time for the following day for repair. They were on time and kept me in the loop as far as what was needed and what it would cost. Like I said, I have used larger companies in the past and can tell you that Community Plumbing's communication is stellar and their prices are more than fair.

About May 3rd my house's sewer system had serious clogging issues.. I called Integrity and their man came out the same day. His cure was to use a hydrajet to clean out the entire system. Cost: Over $3,700.00. I was given a 6 month warranty.
Currently I have a totally clogged toilet and the adorning bathtub is also clogged. Over the last 30 hours I have called the man who did the work. I have called the office number twice and I have sent a text message to the company. There have been absolutely no response to any of my requests to call me. Go ahead, ask me if I'm upset. I will update this review if I ever get that call.

My experience was very disappointing. My understanding was the estimate / determination of the Water Leak was free. Technician looked at the ceiling and all the interior walls, before he would look at the exterior wall, where we leak was coming from, he refused to proceed without $225.00. - how can you provide a FREE estimate if you are unsure of what needs to be done?
