Main line shut ours house down. I made one call to Adrian and he was at my house & 7:30a.m. Damage main line. Thank you for having us up and running in one day. Amazing!

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Really pleased with the service. I called Monday night when our water heater stopped working. The call was answered right away by a live person. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. I had a new water heater installed during appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. I am so glad I called them!

After hearing from so many of my neighbors about the wonderful services at Moomau Plumbing, I arranged a time for them to look at a business I manage in Palo Alto. Though quite a drive from their routine San Jose work area, they quickly said, Of course we will come check your plumbing. He arrived on time, checked out the pipes I was concerned about and said they were all fine except for one knob, and advised me how our on-site maintenance could change that out for a few dollars. Others we had out prior to Moomau, recommended expensive work to be completed - When all 'n all nothing really needed replacing, except the knob (and still months later continues to be perfect) .When the time does come to having the pipes replaced, I know exactly who I will be calling, Moomau!

If you need something done the right way, Jerry is your guy. After the recent storms, Jerry helped solve a complex water line issue caused by a downed tree. He stayed until nearly 10 PM until there was a solution and patiently taught me the ins and outs so I could solve any issues that happen in the future. My only hesitation in posting this review is I don’t want him to be too busy if I ever need him to come back.

We had no hot water for 2 days, other plumbing services took way too long to get here. Plumbing Tech Repipe Specialists Inc got out here right away and solved our hot water heater issue at a very reasonable rate and very quickly!

Well, guy couldn't unclog drain and when I ask about snaking the main drain, he stated the cap was too tight that I should make another appointment. He tried to unclog plugged bathtub, unsuccessfully.
He did repair leaking sink in rear bathroom but I guess his time was up and didnt want to clear drain...
Me, personally think I wasted $185.00 dollars this day...

The plumber changed a couple of parts on a water heater, spent four hours doing it, charged a lot for his service, but did not solve a problem of a long wait for hot water. We ended up calling a second plumber.

First, my best friends LOVE Eagle Plumbing - I have never had the occasion to use them.
Problem - and Tony to the rescue. Our neighbor inquired re: our toilet flushing and we, too, discovered a problem - just like hers! Evidently we are on the same...(insert plumbing phrase here) - main? pipe? All this to say - Tony arrived, worked on the problem - came by our home to ensure we were okay ( thank you!) and advised us to run water, etc. He was kind, considerate and professional. Impressed!

The plumber who came to fix my plumbing issue was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and he was able to fix the problem in no time. I would definitely use this plumbing service again.

We have used San Jose Plumbing a couple of times over the past 10 years at two different houses. Both times Kevin came out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work he performed. In the most recent visit, we had a obstruction in the sewer line under the house. He spent 45 minutes trying to clean out the line but the mechanical snake he had was not long enough to reach the obstruction. He was unable to resolve the issue but did not charge us for the 45-60 minutes he was here. He explained the problem and recommended another company that was more suitable to clear the obstruction. I appreciate a company that really does follow their motto of satisfaction guaranteed.
