Plumbers Masters is always professional, on time and gets the job done correctly the 1st time.Few months back got a call that the guest bath Posi temp valve was in the stuck position at 4am in the morning.Called plumbing masters and a tech was out on site at 6am and got it fixed.Most recent repair would be my washer valves leaking due to 10 yr corrosion and common wear and tear on the valves.Trevor did an awesome job on washer valves.Like always, repair was complete.Thanks

Trevor was phenomenal in assessing where the leak was coming from. In this case he had to cut through a pantry wall and garage wall to make sure where the leak was coming from. It was leaking from a worn out toilet wax ring, which he replaced. The cost was more than I expected but he provided the intangibles, such as his knowledge and getting a restoration company to come right over to get a claim going with my insurance company for the damages. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

Saul and co-worker (I can’t remember his name, sorry). They were on time and very considerate while installing the water lines. They worked long hours on Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. They cleaned up before they left. They were so trustworthy, I gave Saul the keys to the restaurant to lock up on Saturday and open on Sunday. Two great guys, working diligently , their supervisors and owners should be proud to have those guys working for them. I would be proud to let others know the kind of employees Plumber Masters employs. Great job guys!!!!

Made an appointment online and was contacted immediately to let me know they could come out sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. Our technician was Joel and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, respectful and did a fantastic job, including giving explanation and suggestions to maintain clean drains. Chad was amazing! We also worked initially with Drew and he was also amazing. So kind, explained everything perfectly and were very efficient. Something to note: we had to have extensive work done on an outdoor pipe and Chad did all the work, not only efficiently, but with such a great attitude. He was so great to work with. Top notch service! Had the handle break off the main shutoff valve for the house in the off position. Sometimes the repairs are are just too big to do yourself and you need to call the professionals and Benjamin from Plumbing Masters was, on this day, that guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The quoted price up front that was agreed upon was what it cost. Overall very pleased with Plumbing Masters.

Benjamin was phenomenal when he was on-site. He is informative and answered all of my questions as I asked them. He was teaching me, as he was correcting the issue at hand and gave me tips on how to better maintain the toilet. Not only was he helpful, he gave me options and helped outline the goal to what I wanted completed. Due to his impecable service, he will be someone I call if I am ever in a pinch. He earns five stars for his service.

We had a whole house water softener system serviced by Ben of Plumbing Masters. Initial testing showed that the softener was no longer functioning, water inside the house was the same as outside the house. Ben was very meticulous in his approach to fixing the problem. He checked to ensure the unit was plumbed correctly and also checked the holding tank for saline content. The holding tank was the problem in that salt had hardened at the bottom of the tank forming a bridge. He cleaned out the tank, we added a 40lb bag of salt and set the unit to regenerate later at night. We noticed over the next couple of days that our water was getting softer. Ben came back several days later to follow-up and found the water from both hot and cold was soft. All fixed and we are very happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend!

Roxxy in the office was fantastic, juggled schedules so she could get me in today. Jacob arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable professional. Found the problem quickly and made the heater adjustments. He was helpful beyond belief. The fee was reasonable and fair. I have their card and they are now my go to company.

I would recommend Plumbing Masters to all my friends and family. Trevor contacted me before coming so I could meet him there. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He replaced the hot water heater and taught me a few new things. I would definitely use Plumbing Masters again!

Technician was nice. Unfortunately couldn't completely fix the problem. Replaced a cartridge in my shower. Created a loud noise. Stated the part was faulty. Took a week to order another part. Installed same part and noise was still there. Stated that it was the valve creating the noise and wanted to charge another $900 to fix. Won't use this company again.

Both the Co. & the Tech gave us the heads-up call, both understood our needs, and listened to our input The tech arrived when he said he would and did what could be done quickly, and without making any kind of mess. Never trust this company. From the first step, even though they write the service for $30 on the website, they charge $49.95, and after doing the work, they don't deduct it from the total amount, and then they charge you unfairly, I just I had a leak under Disposal, but he said you should replace it, the price of Disposal is 139 dollars, but this company charged me a total of 532.36 dollars, they are really cruel.

I'm a brand new home owner who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing. I originally called Plumbing Masters because our shower handle wouldn't shut off! They sent me a technician named Lupe. He was amazing! Instead of replacing the whole shower handle, I was able to get by with just a piece being replaced. Unfortunately, he had to order it. He told me it could be 1-2 days before the part came in. But I got a phone call first thing this morning saying he had the part and that I could be his first client. He was here when he said he would be and I now have a working shower ?But while he was here yesterday, for the shower, I remembered I needed a toilet thingy replaced. He was able to fix that the same day! Talk about service! Turns out I need to replace a toilet seat also. He told me where I could find one and specifically told me to mention that it's an American Standard with an oblong shape AND bone coloring. WHO KNEW! I would've gone to the store, more likely just picked up whatever and end up making another trip back to exchange it ☹️ Now I feel better knowing that when I go to the store that I'll have a clue what I'm talking about.Lupe is not only super knowledgeable, but he's friendly and loves dogs! Even our little purse puppy.Thanks again Lupe for everything! Guess who I'll be calling the next time I come across a problem? PLUMBING MASTERS!!

I had contact over 2 days with three young men. Joel, Abdiel and Jonathan who each were very professional and helpful in addressing the classic toilet not flushing situation.I am happy the problem was identified and understand my options to correct it. No pressure to purchase anything. Very respectful.

Our repair man was Trevor, and he is excellent ?. Very professional and also personable. He knew exactly what he had to do, and explained everything to us in a way we understood also . The two areas of repair were left looking better than before he started.

I was very disappointed with the service plumbing masters provided. In June of 2021 I had my water heater replaced by them through my warranty. This week the water was not coming out hot so I called them to send a technician out to look at it. Technician Trevor Wanket came out to my residence and said it was a heating element that had gone out. I asked him what was the warranty going to cover and he proceeded to tell me there was no warranty service on my water heater. I informed him that I did have warranty and he stated to me that I didn’t. He then was going to replace the element without quoting me a price at which point I stopped him and asked for a price quote. He told me it would be $500 to replace. I informed him not to do it and he became upset. I contacted a manager and she told me the same thing and did nothing to resolve the issue , she started that she would speak with her manager and contact me back to see what they could do for me which she did not get back to me. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that my water heater was still under warranty and shipped me the part without any issues. Bottom line beware of this company’s operating standards especially if you are a female. Very unprofessional technician and I will not do business with them in the future.

Having a plumber at your house is NEVER a happy time. But with Joel as well as Abdiel, were just wonderful. They took the time to make sure we completely understood the problem as well as the solution to fix it. I would highly recommend this company and hope that Joel is your plumber!!!?

We used this company twice and both time things were missed or made worse. We spent a lot of money just for more problems. A leaking sink (that was previously fine) after their tech messed with it. Paid to have a circulator put on to improve time it took for hot water in the master only for them to install it on the wrong line. My partner called to have the issues addressed and the person we spoke with was unsupportive and argumentative.

EXCELLENT service! Easy to make an appointment, great customer service via phone, Ry arrived on time, honest evaluation of our pipe leak in the wall, fixed same day, reasonable price, very professional job, friendly fast service. Would recommend and will use this company again as needed.

Technician Danny Smit was nothing more than an onsight salesman. My free diagnosis (per phone call) turned into a $49.95 charge to guess at the problem and offer to replace the thermocouple for nearly $500 and if that did not work, replace the gas valve for more $. He quoted me nearly $3000 to replace the water heater. I decided to replace my water heater myself for less than a quarter of Danny's quote to perform the work. I called the office and was told that the charge would be reversed, only to have Danny come back to my door and argue with me about the call. VERY UNPROFENSIONAL!!I will never recommend this company to anyone.

We've called in both emergencies and for maintenance issues beyond our expertise. As homeowners, we have been pleased with the repairs and honesty in matters where their expertise is required, not their salesmanship.

I purchased a home in November and hired Plumbing masters to assist me with the bathrooms, shower, toilet installs, washer etc..Everything went really well. Mike from plumbing masters not only did hookup of plumbing and relocated a water source turning a single sink vanity into a dual sink vanity but helped me with purchase of tub and appropriate hardware for the tub. Same with vessel sink and hardware /faucet in 1/2 bath. Very professional, trustworthy, friendly, put me at ease. He helped me during the entire 2 month renovation. Mike and plumbing masters worked with my schedule, truly like family. I have made a friend and a great resource for other trades through Mike and plumbing masters. AVOID.Our basement had an issue with the sewage extraction pump plumbing, a small sewage leak was dripping where the plumbing entered the wall causing a pretty nasty looking stain.We called Plumbing Masters and scheduled an appointment. My wife would be home to meet the plumber because I was going to be out of town.He came out, saw the situation and ended up quoting us almost $6200. This technician even admitted that he eavesdropped on my wife's phone conversation, and then went outside to speak with his supervisor before submitting a quote for us.When I heard that number I assumed my wife was mistaken, but when I was emailed the quote I was proven wrong. The first thing that piqued my interest was that they were attempting to charge us $2800 for a 1/2hp pump, and 15% off the second pump, at $2500.A quick google search showed that these pumps are $300-$1000 each, I ended up buying a middle of the road one for about $450.Once I saw that, I priced everything out, and completed the job myself in about four hours for a grand total of just under $600.This man came out, saw our house, saw my wife, made a judgement call and tried to absolutely rake us over the coals.I will *never* do business with this company, and I will vehemently recommend that people avoid them. I don't care how many positive reviews they have, they should be ashamed of how they treated us.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Brad came to investigate an under slab leak that I was having. After looking at the leak he figured out there was a separate valve to shut off the water to the underground leak and that I actually didn't have to worry about the leak if I kept that valve closed!!! My hose bib would still operate, as would the pool fill, without any repairs. Very impressed with the service and honesty of Brad and this company.

Jacob helped me determine my gas in my home was capped somewhere in the walls and we were not able to move forward with the stove gas, but a different line was still working and running to my water heater. We called Plumbing Masters yesterday, May 23rd, to have our water heater flushed and were able to get appointment for today,May 24th. Saul and Trevor were outstanding in everything!!! While Trevor was doing the 50 point inspection, he noticed one our toilets was not bolted down all the way and we asked if they could fix that as well, which they were happy to do! There are just no words to describe how wonderful of a job they did , how professional they were, and transparent they were with everything! If we could give them 10 stars, we definitely would!!! We just moved to AZ and were not familiar with water softening systems. Brad was very nice and informative when he diagnosed the issue. We ended up needing to replace the water softener. Mark was quick to point out that the people who’d put in my water purification/softener system did so in a manner that they had damaged the circuit board that regulates the system controls beyond simple repair. He explained that the manner in which power had been wired to the system was not code and it had led to the damage of my system. Mark knew I did not want to hear what he was telling me but, he went ahead and told me because he wanted to be upfront and truthful with me. Mark came back the next day and installed my new system. Since the system is outside he took the time to professionally plumb the water lines and anchor them to the outside of my house. He also referred me to a capable electrician to create an outdoor power source for the water purification/softener system. I am extremely pleased with the quality of Mark’s work and his professionalism. Thank you Mark!+

This was the third time I called on Plumbing Masters for misc plumbing problems and was very satisfied with the high level of service, professionalism and detail to every problem I had. Brad, Ben and Chad checked and resolved all the issues and worked very hard in this doggone heat. I was truly impressed how quickly they responded and with their service and friendliness. We just moved into a new home and I needed some day-to-day operation and maintenance training on our RO and water softener system as well as a quick check of our hot water heater to make sure it was working right. The problem was when I called the company. I told the company that we were plumbing contracting company ourselves but we do not do clogs and if they were going to charge us l$1000 we were going to go out and buy your own machine and incorporate it into our business. Basically let’s not waste each others time right up front. They came out and tried to charge us over $1000. After I explain to them that we were plumbing, contracting company ourselves we just don’t do clogs. We told the guy that we explained to the call center that we were plumbing contracting company and they basically wasted both of our times.

Jonathan and Joel were amazing. They fixed the problems and went above and beyond. Made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. They asked if they could throw some trash away and I told them it was out by the street because it's trash day. They brought the trash up from the street and put them both away. How about that?!

Brad and his team came in after 5 weeks of us having to deal with a home warranty company. He showed compassion and professionalism throughout the quoting process. Eddie and Chad were assigned to complete the work upon accepting their quote. If we had let Chad stay longer, he would have completed the job in just a couple of days. But, since we have to sleep, he had to leave. We are very pleased with this company and expect to use them for any issues moving forward.

I called them to try and find the source of effluresence on our garage floor. He did a thorough job of trying to find the source of the moisture. Unfortunately we didn't conclusively find the source but gave options to further delineate the problem. Since he was there I asked him to fix a kitchen sink that was flowing slow.. he found the source and fixed that.

Nov2022: Plumbing Masters Ry C was here to Drain clear a line that would backflow and gurgle water into the kitchen sink when the Clothes washer drained. Ry was very professional, knowledgeable and informative describing the problem and solution options. I went with the Camera and Snake option. Sucess *****. The Washing machine and Sink have been dry and gurgle free thanks to Ry and Plumbing Masters.

They checked for leaks, notified me that a bad valve in my sprinkler system needs replaced and that I had a leak in my sprinkler system. They don’t do sprinkler system so they could not help me out, but it was very informative to find out how my meter reads and how to detect if There is a leak.

When I called plumbing masters they gave me a time on when they will arrive to give me an estimate on a leak i had but they arrived sooner which was great. He then got right to work and the problem was taken care of within 30 minutes.Plumber was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Felt very comfortable and confident with him in the house.Price for service was right in line with expectations and other plumbers we’ve used in the past.Overall an excellent experience and ZERO problems.

He showed up on time with in 24 hours. Found and fixed multiple issues. One issue came back the next morning and he came right back over to the house with in the hour to fix it again and ensure I was taken care of. He explained everything well and made it easy on us.

I had a technician come check out the error message and beeping on the water softener. When he saw the serial number and indicated that it was made in 2010. Without investigating what the error message meant or why it was beeping, he said we should replace the unit since it’s old. He didn’t even attempt to try to find out what was wrong with it. He gave me a quote of $3500 for a new unit. He also said I can purchase a new unit somewhere and will install it for $1000. He basically charged me for the service fee to come out and look at the serial number! I could have told him the serial number over the phone and I could’ve saved the service fee. It seemed like he just wanted to sell me a new unit. I then did my own research and found another company that charges $1350 for the same unit which includes installation. I gave 2 stars for the easy appointment process and communication and also for technician’s promptness. I also don’t blame the technician for the overcharging. He was following the company’s direction and protocol, I’m sure. He is not at fault. I would not use the company again.

Jacob arrived on time and was prepared to and did replace the valves. He examined the circulation pump and connection and thought we should test it over the weekend.

I highly recommend Plumbing Masters. Our tech, Saul was a rock star. Professional, friendly and took care of a messy clogged drain job beautifully. Excellent customer service, follow-up, on time and very courteous. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Plumbing Masters and I would definitely call on them again.

Used Plumbing Masters and their master plumber Jacob H, and they did a fantastic job in fixing my gas line leak issue - we ended up replacing the gas line in the house (I have a gas stove) and the city inspector said it was solid work - let me just say, it was not an easy job and Jacob went above and beyond in making sure it was done correctly - and the price was reasonable (per the city inspector) - a solid organisation that makes sure the job is done right. :-)

I have to say I was totally impressed with Jacob at Plumbing Masters. We have a tankless water heater and I did not know how to flush it out. Jacob went over it step by step while I took pictures and notes. He was very patient and knowledgeable . The price I paid Plumbing Masters was $800 LESS than what another plumbing outfit had quoted. He went above and beyond normal customer service and I will use this company for whatever plumbing needs may arise in the future.

Ry was amazing! Super friendly and to the point and got the job done in record time! Super happy! Had a leak in the main water line and even though the piping used was outlawed he was able to fix it up and it’s great! Very happy!

I am sorry to report this. I have never done this before. I had a terrible experience with one of your techs. He not only didn't fix the problem correctly but was disrespectful and rude. He left our job worse than it was before. He said we could get away with that with where we came from which he determined was New York. The man was so rude and unprofessional. Perhaps he was frustrated he couldn't fix this problem correctly. We now have to call another plumber to get the job done.

I called for a plumbing leak detection, was quoted $29.95, the dispatch then changed the price because it was a rental private owned to $49.95.The technician was WOUNDERFUL, he explained the leak and also explained that he was a subcontractor which plumbing Master did not share , then the technician said it would take 3 hours couldn't do the repair that time would come back in the am but would call the office to get a price. After consulting with what he said was THE OWNER taking 3 hours to repair sweat a cluster of 5 copper pipes with two leaking 3 hours it would be a whopping $1,295, after consideration and time and parts I agreed.The technician arrived took inventory of parts needed, made several trips to his truck he cut and repaired two lines and replaced 3 other 90 degree angle water lines with total time of 90 minutes, arriving at 930am leaving with basic conversation at 11 am, which is NOT 3 hours which was quoted for the price.The change in pricing and misleading time frame, non disclosure of a subcontractors makes me owner of 6 properties NEVER to use or recommend plumbing master!After a call back from the OWNER and much discussion and negotiations the owner offered to reduce the invoice to a flat $1000.00. Fairness and honesty is best in policy! Running a company is very challenging to be profitable and to retain employees with integrity. Working with the public myself for 35+yrs is both challenging and rewarding in the service industry.

The tech that came out had on so much Axe it shut down my lungs and made my entire house reek for hours. I called them out just to replace my kitchen faucet. They wanted over $800 to replace it because the previous owner broke the valve. I already had a faucet. That was just the price to replace it. I got someone to come out quicker and do the job for $150. Absolutely ridiculous would not ever use this company for anything.

The $59 special turned into $329 once the tech saw he needed to access the roof clean out. At no time during the scheduling call was this mentioned or asked about. When told the new quote was too high, I was asked if I'd have the work done for $180. Typical bait and switch, how much money can we squeeze out of the customer.

Lupe spent time explaining the leak how it leaks and why it leaks. I will gladly recommend this company for your repairs.

Brad came to our house to give an estimate on installing a walk in tub. He explained everything and gave us ideas and options. There was no pressure but an obvious desire for us to get what we wanted. His preliminary estimate was the best by far and well within our budget. Once we decide exactly what we want, we will have him complete the work, for sure!

If I have issues with American Home Shield (currently having issues ) not wanting to cover my repairs, I will definitely consider utilizing plumbing masters / Mr. Hirsch to complete my repairs.

I used this company for two projects; one small and one big. Both of them had the same first employee, Charyah. Both jobs required me to call the company back one or more times for repair/correction. When they were called back they were responsive and solved the problem. Still I shouldn't need a general contractor friend inspecting the quality of the work to be assured of acceptable quality.Shower repair: They left the scald guard on making it unable to flow hot water to my shower. Upon call, they fixed it to my satisfaction.Main Line repair: They did a possibly not to code use of PVC exposed to indirect sunlight, left holes in my stucco, broke the supply line to my irrigation resulting in dead plants and poor quality cement work (twice). Upon call they fixed all but the plants to my satisfaction.

I do not recommend this company. We had a minor repair needed on a 2 year old water heater. They tried to convince us that our water heater was junk and we need to buy a brand new commercial grade unit. They tried to charge us almost $600 for a 30 minute job. They only try to upsell you instead of just fixing the problem.

I had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Masters. I had a tree root growing in a pipe. Ry, Ben and Chad were fabulous every step of the way. They were professional and were extremely detailed in digging out a small space without damaging any of my plants, driveway pavers, etc. They came back the next day to make sure my drip irrigation lines were repaired and you can barely notice anything was done.

Very easy to schedule an appointment with reasonable frame of time. I was called prior to the plumbers arrival which was on time. The gentleman (Brad) was very professional and very courteous. He wore shoe coverings and also put on a mask. He worked to discover what my problem was and explained it to me in a way that I could understand! He was one of the most friendly and personable outside service technicians that I have experienced in a very long time. Jacob was efficient and was able to explain what it was going to cost and recommend I have a camera to see what was causing my problem with my washing machine flooding. Brad came and fully explained what my options are. No pressure and I will be sticking with Plumbing Masters when I have any more problems.

Ran into an outside above ground PVC pipe and it just fell off and water went everywhere. Called and within 24 hours Ry was at my house getting the situation under control. Next day we got rid of the absolute mess of piping that was there and got it all up to code and super clean! Awesome job Ry! We called Plumbing Masters for an estimate to get our house rerouted or repiped while insurance was working on repairing some flood damage.Ry was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood their recommendations and provided a quote within a few minutes. Their prices are reasonable and comparable to other high-quality plumbers in the valley.We did not move forward with the project because we couldn’t afford it and financing isn’t an option at this time. We will highly considers calling Master Plumbers up when we do have the resources to get this major update to our home.

My overall experience was great! The lady on the phone scheduled my appointment and verified the time on the day of. Drake called me 30 min in advance to notify me he was on the way. He arrived on time and cleared my shower drain without any problems. He also was sure to clean up the area once he was done which was a big plus. Called Plumbing Masters to repair a 1 water line. (3pm) Ry showed up but said he did not have a pump. Ry quoted me $ 1900.00 even though the pipe needing repair was already excavated and exposed! I do not think Ry wanted to get dirty. Ry told me Eddie would be on his way to fix the problem. After waiting for Eddie for an hour, I called to see when he was coming. Jennifer informed me that Ry canceled the service call! I called another Service. ( Parker & Son's) These professionals showed up and did the repair for less than half the quoted price from Plumbing Masters. I will never call Them again I suggest you call Parker & Sons or any other professional plumber. Ry is a weenie!

They overcharge for their time per hour $230/hr and their parts. They charged $40+ for a part that I could find the exact same part (model and all) for $12 on Amazon. Due to this I could not get a full reimbursement from the manufacturer under warranty. Service was good but I will never recommend them again due to the high cost.

Jake was friendly and professional. The quote he provided me is what I paid. He took precautions to keep everything clean while coming into my home. In all he I felt comfortable and didn't feel I was being up saled. Thank you Jake.

Jake was professional and knowledgeable and completed the job promptly with no mess. I was so happy with his work I'm definitely calling them again in the future if I need some more help in the future.

I had 2 toilets installed which also included two new shut off valves, the price for just the toilets was competitive and included the toilet seat which the competitor's price did not include. The toilets are American Standard Cadet which does have a powerful flush. My original install date got postponed and rescheduled for a week later and I received $50 off the original price quoted. Install went fairly well, although the technician did wear foot coverings I did have a stain on my carpet from what appeared to be the from stepping in a piece of the old wax ring. I felt the self closing toilet seats installed were cheap mainly because they were plastic and not because they didn't work correctly. I ended up replacing them with self closing wood seat which are much sturdier. One of the toilet tank tops didn't seat real well and rocked when pushed on. The company called and wanted to survey my experience, when I made these issues known they immediately agreed to come out to handle my complaints, they day after Drake drake came out he brought a new tank top which fits great and he cleaned the carpet stains. It should be known that he was not the technician who installed the toilets. The only complaint I have is the toilet seats, had I known they were going to be plastic which I didn't realize until after the technician had left I would have preferred to have the choice of purchasing and installing my own which I ended up doing myself anyway. All in all I was happy with the service I received , would use them again which I plan to do and recommended them as a reputable plumbing company.

The only thing I'm disappointed in was that Mike discussed with me about putting in a water softener, but didn't send me any details after the appointment! :) Would absolutely use these guys again for my plumbing needs.

Very happy with my experience with Plumbing Masters. Professional and fast and their integrity shows. Michael came in to tell me he nicked our irrigation line while completing repair on a valve and would consequently repair it for free. That shows integrity! I experienced a major leak at my home from the exterior. As a new home owner this was beyond scary. I called several plumbing service providers and no results. Finally I reached out to Plumbing Masters. My appointment was confirmed by wonderful text message that even included a picture of the technician and a short bio. Michael Pace came out and fixed the problem within a few hours. He even showed my husband a few things about plumbing which has been super helpful. He was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Michael is very personable, extremely efficient and most of all HONEST. Thank you Michael Pace. I will most defiantly recommend Plumbing Masters for all your plumbing needs.

I was pretty upset when I realized a year and a half after I bought my house our outside shut off valve was not in working order! How did my inspection not catch that?! Well Eric came and installed a brand new shut off valve. He was very friendly and informative. I am very happy and I even got to use a coupon to save some money. We love how professional this company is every time we use them. Their helpful and polite receptionist gives you a window of arrival time and calls you about 30-60 minutes before arrival time. After the phone call you get a text with a picture of your technician. It makes us feel safer about letting someone into our home having this information. The plumber today was Josh and he was wonderful. It turned out the company could not do this particular job for us but Josh didn’t just say sorry can’t help you, he gave us lots of great advise on how to proceed. Michael Pace is very communicative and professional. Explained everything in terms that were easy to understand and didn’t sell me on things I didn’t need. Went from someone telling me I had to spend $15,000 to Michael getting the job done well for $4,800 by not doing things that are unnecessary. Very trustworthy. Nick from Plumbing Masters just came out to do a hot water tank flush. He advised keeping an eye on the older tank, but did not do a hard sell on a new one (which would be nearly $2k). He also fixed a leaky shower head and replaced a part at no charge. Gotta say - his outstanding customer service and friendly, professional attitude won the day! Thank you, Plumbing Masters!

Ry C. was great. He put down a rug out front, & added shoe covers to his shoes before entering. He has had both COVID shots and scheduled for his booster on Friday 12/31.He was to find any blockage in the line to clear the sink/disposal. He was quick and thorough, his next job cancelled so he took an extra 20 minutes using his camera to check in the pipes.Recommended a few things and was on his way. He was professional and super nice.I highly recommend Plumbing Masters, and will ask for Ry if I need future plumbing. A+

Stay Away! This is the biggest rip-off company I’ve ever dealt with. I called them for a clogged drain pipe; they couldn’t unclog it and told me they would have to locate the clog with a camera. I was told that that would cost $348. They came back the next day, located the clog and sent another guy to come out and dig up the driveway and fix the clogged drain. It took this guy 3 hours to do the whole job, and the final bill was a whopping $4619! They knew that I had been unable to use water in the house for almost 3 days, and just arbitrarily threw this outrageous charge at me knowing I was desperate. They probably had $50 in materials, and the rest was labor. For the time they spent on the job, the labor came to almost $800/hr. I have never seen a more dishonest company. They should be called Plumber Master Ripoffs!

We had Drake Aden repair a leak 2 weeks ago he did a great job. We had him come back to inspect underneath of our Manufacture home problems we've had for years, come to find out the pitch is off and a complete mess with drainage. Drake did away with a lot of the original drainage and custom built it so it's more efficient. Now, keep in mind that all this was done with clearance no more then a foot & half working space, he could have just rigged it so it would be back in working order and nobody would have known better but he didn't. He kept to the original estimate and made sure it was done the correct way. Thank-you

Once again, Plumbing Masters has outdone all others!!!Here's our 9-07-2018 story:We were vandalized last evening and our outdoor water supply spigot pipe had been bent down - breaking it & spewing water all over our front lawn. So when we discovered it, we had to shut the water off to our entire premises. Immediately, we called Plumbing Masters, who said it wouldn't be until this afternoon ...but we asked to be put on the 1st available (since we had no water at all). Within the hour, Plumbing Masters called back to say Josh was on his way. (WooHoo!)Josh arrived around 9:30am & quoted a price - we agreed. However, Josh couldn't get the rusted broken pipe off; even had to make a trip to Home Depot for parts. And still, that blasted pipe wasn't budging. But, Josh NEVER gave up - not ever! Josh's perseverance & sheer brute force won ...and a new pipe was finally installed, water turned back on and the price quoted was the price we paid ...even after over 2 hours working to get the old pipe dislodged!!!KUDOS to technician Josh, who didn't give up on one heck of a tough job!!We couldn't be more thrilled with Plumbing Masters & highly recommend them to everyone!!! We had plumbing Masters come out to give us an estimate to run a gas line for my stove. Erik arrived promptly at 8:00. He explained what he would be looking for to accomplish our request. He was wearing a mask and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

He is also great at communicating throughout the process. He is the best plumber we have had the experience of working with and would highly recommend him for any project.

We worked with Brad, Drake, and Remington to get our hot water heater installed and all three were professional, explained the options we had, and did quality work. I’d recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Jessie and Chris from Plumbing Masters showed up shortly as the office personnel had indicated. Both were very personable and professional in their mannerisms and work. The kitchen facet was loose and in need of tightening and both bathroom commodes in need of some internal repairs due to age. Jessie explained what needed to be done and all repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. The guys also did a nice job cleaning up. Good job and happy with the results!

It’s hard to give all 5 stars when I didn’t get to experience anything other than consultation at this point. However, nothing but positive so far. The company doesn’t service the brand of system I own, so gave a quick assessment and recommendation for what to do. I am happy with how professional, responsive and courteous everyone (Kurtis and Stephanie) has been and will do a better job of reviewing if we opt for a new system.

Our service rep was Jacob Heberlein, who was wonderfully friendly right up front. He came after hours to help fix a toilet valve leak, and thankfully discovered a bigger problem, our water heater was also leaking. Through the search and discovery process, he recognized that our main water line was not turning off completely, so that was a 3rd issue that needed repairs/ replacement. He fixed our main water valve in the dark with his headlamp and only our porch light to work with. He came back the next day to replace the water heater.We are very grateful for the quick response, the thorough explanation of all things needing to be done, and the recommendation for a yearly membership for future water heater service and other potential repairs on parts they replace.While these emergencies are never easy or convenient, Jacob and Plumbing Masters literally saved our day (and night).

After having Plumbing Masters install my new water heater 8 years ago and come out yearly for the tank flush I had my first issue with my hot water tank. My initial set up that I purchased stated I had a 10 year warranty on tank, parts, and no labor. After 7 years of having my tank flushed nothing ever came out as far as debris. This year a bunch of debris flushed out. I was asked for the first time in 8 years if I ever had my anode rod checked, as they can deteriorate in 3-5 yrs. I had no clue what the service man Ben was talking about as no prior Plumbing Masters service man brought this up to me before. Long story short, my anode rod was disintegrated and the junk blocked my exit port where they flush the tank. So things had to be stuck into that exit port to unblock it and then that exit port was leaking the next day. I was told I could buy a new anode rod for near $300.00. I told Ben I would look at my warranty papers after I found them and get back to them. This is when I discovered I had a 10 year warranty on everything. I called Plumbing Masters and had to argue with them about what was stated on my warranty and that I should get a new anode rod and replacement port that got damaged by their service. I told them that all of their service men should be telling the customer about that anode rod when the tank is 2-3 years old (which is when they stated that it usually starts to go bad). I am very thankful for Ben and his knowledge and openness to tell me about this part. Now I know for the future what to be aware of and check on to help my water tank last.The owner of this company did stand by my contracted warranty and replaced both the anode rod and exit drain without cost to me. I am very thankful for that. Ben came out to replace the parts and I was shocked to see what a new anode rod looked like compared to the one that had gone bad. Ben did an excellent job with the repairs and my tank is back in great working order again. Thank you Ben!All I can say is Honesty is the best Policy.

One of their plumbers came out a couple of months ago to give me a quote on chaging some bathroom fixtures. We agreed on the estimate and the next step was for him to work with the dispatcher for the return trip to do the work. Unfortunately, he changed employment, potentially leaving me and the project up for grabs and needing to start the process all over again. After a couple of phone calls, the company resolved the issue and sent out another plumber (Josh - very courteous and professional) to reassess the project and get things back on track. They worked around my schedule and availability which was greatly appreciated, since the project also involved some necessary work by my tile contractor.Esmerelda and Kayla (office) were patient and understanding with my questions and scheduling requests. Josh was flexible as I needed to orchestrate the sequence of everything involved. This was handled very well and I was very pleased - thank you!

I called this company, telling them what I was advised that I most likely had a main water supply leak to pool but that I needed this confirmed. They scheduled an appt, then called me, the next day, at the time of my appt, to tell me that they don't service this type of leak. So unprofessional! They wasted my time and I'm in a hurry to get this leak taken care of. They should've told me this when I first called as I could've used another company, which I cancelled, because they said they will come out.

Craig was our technician and he did a great job. Came out on a Sunday to analyze our problem and returned at the appointed time on Monday to do the repair. I had called 3 plumbing companies. No answer on the first one even though they advertised 24/7 business hours. I was able to talk with someone with the second company. I was instructed to call their number. I left a message expecting a call back within a timely manner as the plumbing problem was labeled an emergency. I never heard from anyone. I decided to call Plumbing Masters. I was talking to a live person after the first ring. I was told the plumber would be arriving around 9 p.m. (he was on s service call and had one holding. I called at 6 p.m.). Mike Pace arrived earlier than expected due to a cancellation. He had completed the repair in 15 minutes. Mike is courteous, and professional in every way. If you need a plumber for any reason I would highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

Eric and James were extremely professional and showed up earlier than expected, wearing PPE. They serviced my water heater (water heater flush). Eric replaced the external pressure regulator valve. James replaced four emergency shut off valves that had locked up and were inoperable. He explained how I can maintain all the valves in my house from now on to keep them from needing to be replaced in the future. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with technicians coming to my house! I highly recommend Plumbing Master’s (specifically Eric and James!!!) to anyone that needs work done, and I will definitely be using them going forward. Moving a refrigerator only to find the shut off valve wouldn’t shut off. Called the evening before and Kevin arrived I think at 9 the next morning. He also kindly disattached the water supply to my washer on the way out, as the movers don’t do this. He was very kind, attentive and interactive! Called Plumbing Masters to change a shower head because the old shower head was frozen and we were afraid that we would damage the pipe trying to free it. They scheduled for the next day at 10:00-3:00 but called the morning of the appointment to see if the could come by earlier. Ron Apodaca was the technician and he was very friendly and gave us an estimate of the cost to change the shower head. It was expensive for what the work required was but we have now tried all of the major local plumbing businesses and they all charge about the same thing. Ron advised us that the pipe may get scratched when he tried to free it and we told him that was ok. He removed the old shower head in no time and did NOT scratch the pipe so we were real pleased. When all was said and done Plumbing Masters was up front about cost and possible consequences of the repair so we could make a good decision on whether to proceed with the repair or not. I will most likely do business with them in the future.

My technician was a nice guy. I would have to say he was not experienced and a two hour job turned into an all day job and a job that was left incomplete. Even with his supervisor having to come out late in the day, things did not get done. I called the office several times to discuss the problems without any return phone calls. No one ever called to schedule to complete this easy job or did they come back by to complete it. I had to hire and pay another plumbing service to come back and do this correctly and complete it. Today, end of August, I get a call. It’s been over 2 months!!!!I cannot recommend or give a good review. I certainly had hoped for good services.

We had a plugged kitchen sink and went with the pros. Plumbing Masters sent Eric and Drake to help us with our issue. They tried several different ways to get it unclogged and finally it was official. We saw the tornado in the sink. lol yay and we got a great deal price wise. The service representative that came to look at my plumbing needs seemed knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty. He was supposed to provide me a quote for the work to install a gas dryer line. A few days go by so I call. I’m told Nick will get back to me with the quote. I didn’t receive any communication back. Over the next 2 weeks I called 5 times. I had tenants moving in and Nick was aware. It’s now been a month and I didn’t receive even a courtesy call to say the would or wouldn’t do the work. It’s very disappointing and I will never rely on Plumbing Master again. I was charged for the visit yet zero follow through.

These guys are pathetic. Advertise how they are #1 obviously self proclaimed. I called to ask what method/ and what style of equipment they use to detect slab leak (no-evasive etc...)The girl on the phone was ditzy and offered zero help. All she could tell me was I would have to make an appointment and pay $50.00 just to get any information at all. I said are you telling me Plumbing Masters cant take 60 seconds to possibly get $2,500 of my business (common price to fix a major slab leak) all she could say was I'm sorry sir have a nice day!! Hilarious, I wouldn't trust these guys to fix my garden hose! Please tell me this is not the best Phoenix has to offer!!

I had a very good experience with Plumbing Masters. They quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. The fix was pricey, but I did not think it was unreasonable for the work they did. If you want to dig down five feet in your own front yard to fix a broken pipe, feel free. These guys did it for me and finished the job in a little over a day. I'm satisfied with their work.

Brad quickly determined the source of a leak in our yard. Since it was a pipe leading to a spigot we don’t use, he turned off the water to that spigot. Great at problem solving and not trying to fix something that didn’t need fixing. We have used plumbing masters before and will always call them! Thank you Brad!

We were staying at a friends Phoenix home for the holidays and had an after hours weekend outdoor plumbing emergency that required the water be shut off to the house. Plumbing Masters responded and Jessie arrived within 45 minutes of our call and completed the repair within an hour. Jessie was polite, professional, clean cut, and gave us a efficient and cost-effective solution that got us back to normal. I recommend Plumbing Masters and highly recommend requesting Jessie as your plumber.

I called Plumbing Masters today (on a Sunday morning) for a problem with our plumbing from the main line (from septic) to our house. We previously had other companies come out and they not only were unprofessional, they snaked the line and left a huge mess afterwards... more importantly, they didn't fix the problem! From the time I called Plumbing Masters they were knocking on the door 3 hours later (on a Sunday!) Our plumber Jessie Green is so friendly and we immediately felt comfortable with him in our home. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable! He did a great job and was cleanly about his work too. Jessie took the time to explain what he did and the possibility of other issues that may or may not be a cause of our problem. He even played with our dogs and shared some fun stories about his dogs. I was having water softener issues and used their 29.95 diagnostic special. I figured the tech would be in and out because of the price, but Nick B did not rush. In fact, he called the manufacturers service line and waited on hold for them. He explained to me everything that was wrong (installation wise) and gave me my options for how to correct the issue and the pros and cons of each. I was very impressed. On time, professional, personable, knowledgeable, no hard pressure sell, and took his time to make sure I understood everything. I will definitely call them for help in the future.

I must say, I was very distressed when My 8:00 am appointment turned into a 3:00 pm appointment. I had to take a day off work so I could get my shower fixed(my boss was not happy.....as her son was in the ER for a heart problem) (I could have gone to work. Since I am 2nd in command it would have given her time with her son). The first older lady I spoke to was very unfeeling and curt....which needless to say pissed me off. So when Mark came to the door I was less than nice. His upbeat personality and his professional behavior was totally unexpected and very welcome. He did an exceptional job and put my mind at ease about having the service done without any issues. I also feel that if I have any plumbing problems in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Plumbing Masters again. I would also ask for Mark Booher even though if he wasn't available I wouldn't hesitate to try another technician. I was very happy with their service I would recommend them to everyone. I do think they should have a chat with the nasty old woman who answered the phones though.

Michael Pace came out to poke at our new dish washer. It's been a story and a half trying to get this thing to work (and expensive!), so we were grateful that Mike was so thorough and clear as to how he was debugging the issue. He was polite and friendly.When it became apparent that the issue was with our dish washer and not with the installation, Mike let us know we wouldn't be charged because the issue hadn't been resolved. Blew my mind; he didn't even charge us for his time!Really felt like he was there to help us rather than just doing a job. Wonderful service; wish they were out in SF where I live (home for the holidays).

Hired for a $59 drain unclog (daughter tried flushing way to much toilet paper). Stipulation was that I have a ground clean out which I did. The tech, Ben, was awesome, very nice. He tried for a full hour to get the toilet unclogged through the cleanout and toilet. He said that the only solution was to go on the roof for $334. He went up there and it was cleared in just a few minutes. I cant justify the extra $280 for 10 minutes on the roof. If he did that when the first method didn't work, he could have been gone in 30 minutes and did more jobs. Tech was great, disagree with their pricing and feel ripped off. I would not reccomend to a friend nor will I use them again.

Ry was outstanding as person and professional. On time actually early tried every thing possible and spent 2 hours for $45. Unfortunately being an older home problem isn't as simple as running cables. Coming back tomorrow to replumb all drains properly.

Thank you for sending David to fix my neighbors plumbing issue. He was professional, polite and seemed very knowledgeable . My neighbor, Betti Ruszler, aka BJ, is 95 and lives alone. She had been without water for two days and called Plumbing Masters first thing this morning. They said someone would be out between 9:00 - 1:00. Well, David arrived by 10:00, I went down to be with her when the plumber came because she doesn't get around very well and I could show him where things were and help. David found the problem, a broken pipe connection, repaired it and made sure all water in the house was running in all faucets. BJ and I were both impressed with his attitude , knowledge of his work and his professionalism. You have a quality employee with this young man.

Brad was very informative and professional. He explained all the options we had available and helped us decide what would be right for us financially. We were pleased with his service and thankful he was able to get us back to having use of our bathrooms! We had a clog in the main line and no ground access to clear the line. Brad (and Lester) got the line cleared with high pressure and set us up to get ground access installed the next day so any future clogs can be addressed easier and safely! They (Todd had another technician with him but I can't remember his name) We had to order the part from manufacturer, which Todd did over the phone. Will have to wait for the part so no repair was done at this time. Very courteous and easy going. We had him look at another valve which was also a cartridge issue. Would recommend to others.

Franklin was efficient and professional while installing our new water softener. Although he experienced a tire blowout on the way to our home, he went straight to work when he arrived. One thing we would have appreciated was a more detailed explanation and orientation for our new water softener. Franklin merely handed us the manual. A more hands-on demonstration would have helped.

Repiped the entire home and irrigation system. Lester was outstanding and was great at explaining what was going on. Lester and Matt work together really well. I was surprised at the quick and accurate work. Definitely a positive experience. I would highly recommend them and Master Plumbing.

Zero stars!!! The only reason I put one is because I had to in order to post this review. Do not waste your time with this company. I had them come out to fix a flapper in one toilet and another toilet was leaking under the tank through the bolt so the seal had gotten old and water was leaking. They said they had to rebuild the working parts in the tank. No big deal except he quoted us $650.00! I can buy a new tank at Home Depot for $150.00. This is highway robbery. We paid him the service fee and told him to forget it! As far as I am concerned, this place can't possibly be reputable when they try to charge that much for such a minor issue!

The technician showed up the day before Thanksgiving and installed a brand new water heater. He had a really good attitude and was very professional. So grateful he showed up the day before Thanksgiving so we can have a nice hot shower before Thanksgiving meal

Had an old kitchen drain severely clogged. The plumber was experienced and fixed it quickly. Polite and professional, plus my house was a mess but he took it in stride. They were shorthanded and I had to wait an extra day. Was extremely annoyed but it turned out well. Their price was very reasonable and I will call them again. It was worth the wait. Try them as an alternative to some of the pricey bigger companies that do all the advertising!

Great customer service. Came out same day, fixed the clog so sewage was working. Then had to repair main sewage line to the house. Plumber was friendly, professional, courteous. Made sure everything was cleaned up, couldn't even tell we'd had a to huge home in the front yard. Made sure I had as little disruption of sewage line as possible. I'll use them again for my plumbing needs.

It's always scary to have a plumber come out...you never know what you'll get. This guy was great, so respectful, professional and talked to the landlord of the home I live in. Drake supposedly ordered a part for my hot water heater (that is still under factory warranty) over a month ago. Will not respond to my phone calls, operators lie to you, said she reported the complaint to management. I haven’t heard a thing from anyone at Plumbing Master’s. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. Call someone else.

Thought it was a little expensive. Jake did a great job of explaining what he was doing but 214 dollars for one hour of work is high in my book. I know there were a few small copper pipes. Don't know what was charged for the materials.

Mike answered my call and was able to help out that same day. He did a fantastic job and even after a long day of work he still made time to come by fix our toilet issue so that it would be fully functional instead of waiting another day without a bathroom to use. This is the second time he has helped out and I have been nothing but impressed. I would highly recommend them!

Mike was excellent. I had another company that completely misdiagnosed and tried to overcharge me. Mike understood the problem over the phone then, quickly, easily and accurately had the solution. It was excellent service and I was given a very clear explanation of everything so I could make the best decision.

Another good experience with Plumbing Masters. My water heater failed, which I have been anticipating due to its age. Noticed the leak this morning and 6hrs later, all done and warrantied. Prompt availability to arrive, diagnose, and replace. The technician, Levi Nunes, was professional and courteous. I am happy they were my first call.

This company overcharges people got charged 5,400.00 for a broken pipe under my mobile home guy spent 6 to 7 hours at my house, I get that it was a messy job just think the cost was a bit too high. Not only that the guy made it sound like it would be a two to three person job and that they would have to rehang my pipe, blah blah just mad cause I feel I was overcharged. 6 to 7 hours they must be charging 500.00 an hour wish I made that at least I could pay for this bill they gave me! Update. They did fix my problem right. now that I have been doing more work on my house and understand what the cost should have been I feel very ripped off. Broken drain pipe in crawl space, 1. saw the broken piece off, cost free,. 2. Measure the new drain pipe about 1foot guessing 15.00 at most. 3. Coupler 15.00. 4. Glue 1.00 That’s 31.00 in supply’s, tech gets paid what 23.00 an hour? 6*23.00= 138.00. Receptionist has to get paid as well. Man just don’t get some company’s I would rather stay small and be honest and kind and help people, maybe the rich can pay for this but most people can’t afford these kind of prices. This took me 3 years to pay off and I am still trying to find a honest plumbing company, I have gone under my house dozens of time now fixing thing myself because I don’t trust people. I had to clean up that sewage under my house and it took me a week to clean it up I also had to take vacation to do it. 52 bags to get it clean. I am an honest person who does not deserve to be taken for a ride and I have been upset for 4 years about how much this job cost. I just don’t get the price quote at all, I understand the price was upfront but I had an emergency and felt that I had to get it done. By the way Brian I see you responding to a lot of people on here which is good I am glade you do that I just hope it is not the receptionist and actually you. I did not mention that I also had the jet drain thing done to my house which needs to account for your 958.00 to pay for the 40k machine so maybe my job should have cost 1500? 1700 at most. Guess there is a lot of overhead

I had a terrible flood in my condominium from my washing machine. Plumber masters sent Steven to diagnose my problem. I had the best customer service! I was in a serious panic about what about my place. Steven was able to calm me down and intelligently explain to me the issue. I asked several questions that he was able to politely answer for me. Steven is very knowledgeable in his craft. I would highly recommend him!

Had a refrigerator water line installed. Seamless process, pleasant conversation and now I’m enjoying ice and cold water from the dispenser. Great service and today is Easter.

Feb 2020: Everything about my experience with Plumbing Masters has been A+. Customer service has been excellent, I received a competitive quote for the work I needed done, and Ben Yost was professional, an excellent communicator, and did an awesome job installing an outdoor shower system I wanted for my residential spa area. He was available afterwards to remedy a plumbing issue I happened to mention to him without having realized the severity of the problem. He instructed me on what procedure to follow to better avoid the same situation from happening again. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of doing business with Plumbing Masters and would recommend their services to friends and family alike.Oct 2020: Because I was so impressed previously with Plumbing Masters and specifically with Ben Yost, I called Ben after finding a significant outdoor water leak and after the person who had originally put in the pipe and faucet never showed up to fix the problem. Even though Ben's schedule for the day was full, once I told him the inside water to my mother's house had been shut off, he came out shortly thereafter and fixed the leak. I am impressed that Ben is very knowledgeable of his profession, that he has incredibly good customer service skills, and that he will go out of his way to help people when they are in a jam. Additionally, he let me watch him while he worked and answered my questions so that I could learn from him.

The water kept running in my toilet even after I replaced it with a new flapper. Jacob found the problem , fill valve, float and tube. He also adjusted my other toilet so it flushed properly. Chain loose on the flapper. Both toilets work properly, now.

Called Plumbing Masters for an estimate for purchase/install of new water heater. Mark came out very next day. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Gave us the estimate and proceeded to install new hot water heater. We were very pleased with his install and clean-up!! Prices are perhaps a bit higher than some smaller companies - but well worth the better product and excellent service.

Plumbing Masters have done numerous repairs at our home . They are kind, very conscientious, and have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

The price of the unclog and the camera were initially outrageous, but things really started changing when Jim and Jesse drew a very accurate picture of what I needed from the camera view. They made two proposals for replacement of my sewer line and since my toilets were so old, they threw two new toilets into the package I chose. This proposal ran into many thousands but it turned out what was needed was every penny; the actual clog in the pipe dug up was worse than what the camera revealed. They did the job completely, and David was left behind to do and supervise the actual work. He did not only the work but included those little things that made the work pleasing and professional; he went the extra mile and I would recommend him and the others (including Todd, who dug the trench for the new sewer) very highly for a raise or a position in a better-paying plumbing outfit, if one existed. They clearly delineated the limits to the contract and gave me tips for dealing with them (such as the unavoidably disturbed lawn). This little review is the least I can do in response to a job well done. Many thanks.

Plumbing Masters answers their phone! 2 others I called before them didn’t. They were out to my house within 3 hours. We had a leaking toilet (serious leak) and had to shut off the water. They responded as quickly as they could with a plumbing technician and we were back up and running in less than an hour after Matthew arrived! He was quick and efficient! Thanks so much!

I had a clogged shower. I had water and debris backed up. My remodeled bathroom was only 3 years old. They stripped the screws of the shower drain, did not take responsibility, told me I would need to get that removed before they would work on the clog and left! So, they damaged my drain and left me with the backup! I had to call the remodel guy, and he had to drill the screws out and replace the drain cover. I got rid of the backup myself! This was a TERRIBLE experience and I’ve already told people never to call this company.

Brad gave us an excellent presentation and he is obviously very knowledgeable with plumbing issues and scenarios. He took time out to answer questions, ask appropriate questions from us and did not fail to offers multiple options. I feel very comfortable with Brad & Ryan!

Just got told nobody knows the prices to replace a cartridge on a faucet. So, I bit on it and waited 4+ hours for the clown to show up.He looks at it and says How is $400 to fix it? I said NO. I can replace the entire faucet for $100 and it would not cost $300 in labor. I would prefer replacing.Then, because it is a total scam, he says what would you pay? Well, that is when I threw him out of my home.TOTAL scam that makes up pricing based upon how stupid you might be.I can not imagine what you do to little old ladies.DO NOT CALL THIS REFERRAL SERVICE. MOST PLUMBERS ARE THIEVES BUT THESE GUYS ARE EVEN WORSE.

Dave was awesome. I called Plumbing Master about a problem in my kitchen sink and they had a plumber at my door within a few hours. Very polite on the phone. They send me a email with the plumbers photo and and a bit about him. His name was Dave and he was awesome! He was very polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing the the price before he did anything. Then when he was done he explained all that he did and cleaned up. My kitchen looked liked a plumber was never there. I will definitely call them again it needed.

James helped to snake/clear a kitchen drain. Very professional & very nice guy to chat with. Shared what he was doing throughout the process and helped to clear my cog that was much further in pipe than what my lightweight snake could have addressed. I would highly recommend this company.

We contacted Plumbing Masters around 6am via their web page form, heard from them at 7:16, selected a range of time (11 - 3pm) and was told we would hear from them before someone came. I received several emails and then a phone call at 10:15 alerting me that two reps would be here by 11:10 the latest. At 10:45, phone message was that the team had a blowout on I-10 and would either be here as soon as possible or they were trying to find other service personnel who might be able to come sooner. Another phone message at 11:00 informed us that two different plumbers would come within the half hour. ....which is what happened. They reviewed everything, gave best advice and service and left before noon! EVERYONE was courteous, communicated, showed concern for the problems and gave great advice. We had read online reviews and noted the A+ rating at BBB before contacting. Would highly recommend this company based on our experiences.

From the moment that I called & till the service agent arrival, I spoke with several of the employees on the phone. Everyone of them were very friendly & also professional. I can not say enough about how Mike N was very respectful & friendly through out his time here. He was easy to talk with & helped me with making other decisions. Drake A with Plumbing Masters did a great job! We were in a bind with a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved ASAP. Plumbing Masters got me scheduled the very next day. They send out a notification of the plumbers ETA, name, photo and info about the plumber. What a great touch! They were there exactly when they said they would be, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg - very reasonable! Plus Drake quick and efficient with his time. Definitely will be using Plumbing Masters again and recommending to friends and family.

Moved into a new home. Sw gas came to turn on service detected a leak maybe under slab. Home is older ranch home. We needed services and reviewed 3 different quotes from different businesses. We went with plumbing masters the salesman Erik hirsch was knowledgeable and direct with cost and process. Erik rolled up his sleeves and helped tech julian with a full gas line replacement. Moving is stressful on its own but knowing that the job is being done properly and safely was one less worry. Would recommend company.

Great experience with Plumbing masters. Called them just before 5pm on Saturday, no emergency charge....plumber (Joe) worked 3 hours replacing water heater. Did a fantastic job. Will definitely use again

Beware They Are Dishonest and will Rip You Off! They said they would charge me $49.95 for a drain clean out in my laundry room. They didn't clear my drain. Brad Smith came to my house. He didn't clear the drain. He said I needed a clean out. He said it was going to be $898. He then said he put a camera in my drain and said the drain had water in it? He said the only fix was to replace all the drain pipes in my backyard. He said it would be between $7-$9000!!!! I told him to stop all work and that their company are like car salesmen. He still charged me $366 and my walls are all damaged! I had an honest plumber come today. I don't want to mention their names because this might not post. They only charged me $100 to clear the drain and it has a 30 day warranty. I couldn't sleep last night because I almost got taken for a ride. AGAIN THIS IS A RIP OFF WAITING TO HAPPEN!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Great Customer Service! Their Communication is definitely 5 stars! They called before arrival and texted several alerts. Mark seemed very knowledgeable and called me right away with possibly diagnosis since I am the property manager. My only disappointment is that the website said, $99 drain clearing, and when he got there he told me that it would be $279.....since my unit is considered commercial. I sure wish this was noted, or at least they could have asked me when they noticed my address had a Unit #.

This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Ben was efficient with diagnosing the issue (our shower handle leaked) and he replaced the cartridge and it no longer leaks. Straight-forward in handling the issue at a reasonable cost. We will use Plumbing Masters again and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys came out and did an amazing job. I was in desperate need to get our plumbing fixed in our new home and Plumbing Masters came to the rescue. They gave me a very fair quote and I decided to go with them. After a day and a half of digging, they ran into some more serious problems and the job actually took a day longer than anticipated. They completed the job and did not charge me a dime more. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again if needed.

After 13 years our family went through the unfortunate incident of needing a water heater replaced. Like any husband he panicked at the thought of an expensive home repair and called both George Brazil and Option One Plumbing who not only gave him the runaround but told him that we would have to wait until Monday or possibly Sunday to have our water heater replaced. It really disappointed my husband because we had been using Option One Plumbing for over 12 years and George Brazil for over 8 years so we thought that are customer track record would have made us a priority. They treated him like our emergency was an inconvenience to their company. He looked on Google and found a company called Plumbing Masters. They were not only friendly and professional over the phone, but when Mike Pace came the next morning actually early he was able to give the type of quality service that we deserved what a very very reasonable and affordable price. He cared about our needs and it definitely showed with the quality, speed, and precision of his work. We will be using Plumbing Masters for all of our plumbing needs from here on out and we would recommend this outstanding company to anyone.

The two servicemen were here all day replacing the baffles on my septic tank. They had to Cut an area out of my patio slab to repair the tank and dig out in my yard they pour new concrete after their work was completed which was very professionally done and recovered the tank very evenly. They did a very professional job and knew exactly what they were doing

The smell good plumbers sent out a guy that is a heavy smoker to provide me with a quote for a slab leak. He briefly took a tour of my house, told me how bad it is and that I needed to re-pipe the whole house.While he was talking to me, his phone was ringing and he answered - only to celebrate a big sale with one of his co-workers on another job. After he was done with looking at the structure of my 17,000 square foot house, he told me that he will get me a detailed quote and left. Quote was emailed to me about 5 minutes later at about $ 13,000.-. I'm very happy that Plumbing Masters didn't even charge me $30 for this quote because I mentioned a local radio show as sponsors. Horrible experience! I hired a company for re-piping my house for well below half this quoted price.This guy seemed shady and apparently on commission. Plumbing Masters not recommended.

Mike was great. Came when he said he would, explained everything I did wrong (lol) and went through the replacement procedure.Was done quickly, very clean, wore a mask. Overall great.My only downside was, that it took 48 hours to get them to the house.Most other places were the same or worse though. So maybe we need more plumbers ?Thanks

Tech was knowledgeable and right on time. Pricing was ridiculously high so paid the trip charge and that was that. When I called for service should have been able to quote a price range for a very standard service. Given that I would have said no thank you and saved everyone a lot of time. Unjustifiable price is my complaint.

Came late and tried to gouge us on the price. They wanted $1,100 to replace a shower valve which is 45 minutes of work. Had a different company come out who quoted $150-200. The plumber who showed up was a nice guy, but I have no tolerance for price gouging.

I love the service provided. I was given text notices as to when I should expect Nick to arrive, to my surprise it was at the beginning of my 4 hour window. Nick was masked and wore booties while working in the house. The repair was accomplished in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend!

My drain was clogged so I called Plumbing Masters after seeing their commercial, which I thought was funny. The technician never came into my house. He was able to clear the drain from an outside clean out. The charge was ok and I felt like the person I dealt with was being honest with me.

It was a bit pricey but I guess I’ve never heard of a Plummer ding reasonable. Living in Sun City with a wall mounted toilet didn’t help the cost,

Ben was pretty much on schedule. We worked on the diagnosis together as the previous installation was a DYI that was very messed up. The main pipe to the house was capped off. He was able to restore the water to the house and was able to bury the pipes a bit deeper to help offset the Arizona sun. Thumbs up to Ben and Pumpling Masters.

Explained what was going on in shower,advised on dishwasher,freezer water line,and washing machine drain hose,no work was done just explanation of what was going on. He knew what was going on just by looking and advised me what had to be done to fix it. He was professional and likeable.

Todays visit was an excellent example of how a customer is supposed to be treated. With Dignity and Respect. Roger A. took one look at my Invoice and made a decision, He Owned what he felt in his heart was right. Where as the last Tech that showed up had no intention of Honoring Anything. it wasn't until Igot into a shouting match with him that he called the company and then came in and did the work telling me that he was going to do the work for free this time only because the owner told him to. This company needs more people like Roger A. and Charlie. Very Courteous and Respectable and above all Honorable. I am attaching a copy of my invoice. It's only fare that you see the entire picture to understand.

I had a leak on the outside of my home. Levi came, assessed the situation, showed me the remedy and then fixed it. While he was here they delivered my new washing machine and the shut off was stuck and he replaced that at the same time.

Lester was on time, took the time to explain what was needed to fix my soft water from going to my irrigation system. We needed the assistance of Mike the field supervisor to look at the job. He told me that they should have split the water line so my soft water stays in the house and regular water went to outside, the first time. They fixed my problem now I won't be wasting soft water and my plants won't be dieing.

Plumbing Masters has always done a great job and they were clean about it. They never leave a mess behind for you to clean up. They did a super job and replaced my old pop up drains in two bathrooms with all new parts and materials.

DO NOT USE THEM! They charged us $2400 for a new water heater and valve in 2013... Today they came out because we had no hot water, they explained that there is only a 5 year warranty (ended 3 days ago) and that the water heater needs to be replaced. When the guy left we found our paperwork and we actually have a 12 year warranty. THEY LIED TO US TO SELL ANOTHER WATER HEATER. They finally came back and replaced the water heater. Will never use them again!

Levi was great and fixed my shower handles and running toilet quickly and efficiently! Stephanie, the dispatcher, was also very sweet and worked with my schedule. Very pleased overall and will use them again.

Plumbing Masters were business-like and scheduled a technician to come out the next day for a free estimate. Once there, and after discussing the issue, the technician was able to start on the repair immediately. No need to schedule for another day, which was a plus. (Another company couldn't even come out for an estimate for three days.) Prior to his arrival, the company texted a photo of the technician who would be coming. The technician, Brad Smith, called 45 minutes before arrival, and was knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to diagnose and make the repair immediately, and even called another contractor to come and give his (free) evaluation of the part of the job that was non-plumbing. This second contractor arrived while Brad was still there.We were happy with the timeliness and professionalism of Plumbing Masters, plus they gave a two-year warranty on the work.

I have now used the services of Plumbing Masters three times in one week at 3 different properties. The consistency and caliber of technicians sent has been A+ every single time. They were on time, fast, quick to diagnose, and recommend a repair that was performed extremely well at a fair price. After my first experience with a difficult exterior faucet, I didn't think twice to call them the next day for an issue at a rental unit with the shower. When a few days later leaks developed behind my own kitchen sink, I had their number in my phone, called and within 3 hours had a remedy. David my tech come out same day I called. The office staff was great Alyssa took care of me and sent David over. David followed Covid 19 protocol and also wore cover on his shoes. The problem was quickly diagnosed and David got the nasty clogged drain working took him about 30-45 min during that time, I picked his brain about drains and lines and how they work. I was in need of a plumber to replace a kitchen faucet and I called Plumbing Masters and they were able to dispatch someone quickly. They called about 30 minutes before the plumber was scheduled to arrive and sent me an email of the person who would be coming to the house with his picture. Robin was very professional, personal and efficient. He had to go get a faucet for me because the existing one could not be repaired. He chose one that fit in nicely with my kitchen. Mike, the Plumbing Masters technician was thorough and quick. He isolated the problem right away and had a quote in minutes. He then replaced the anti siphon valve nearly and functionally checked the system all in less than 1.5 hours working in the Phoenix sun.I appreciated Mike's attention to details as he explained what he was doing.The valve was pricey but it was necessary.Jim

We had a major slab leak and had to redirect the hot water to our kitchen. This has been a difficult job - Josh was on the job all day bypassing the old pipe, Not easy based on our small attic. Josh was clean, neat, careful in where he made cuts to get the pipe run through. A really pleasant man who we think did an awesome job. Thank you Josh!!

My plumbers name was Dante. Office called me and said he would be at my house in 1 hour. I was scheduled 1-6pm and it was 12pm! Great! Plumber showed up in 20 minutes! Not Great! I needed a snake ran from backyard cleanup to ally. He first recommended a hydro jet. $950.00! Nope. I asked how much for snake $289.00! Not Happy! He left. I was referred by my neighbor who had snake and Camera test for $90.00! Looking elsewhere!

Michael arrived when expected, and took his time evaluating our plumbing issue. He then provided a clear explanation of the problem, which repairs were required, and suggested preventative maintenance to avoid future emergencies. Senior master plumbers are excellent. They care about doing a good job, with professional looking results. Junior plumbers, without supervision, care about finishing the job, without thought to the results of their action. This is my 2nd issue with a junior plumber. The 2nd issued required a call back to repair (Joshua was great on the call back). The 1st issue I have yet to confront Plumbing Masters. Not lending a level of confidence with the quality of your employees.The initial work would receive “1” star. The follow up would receive “5” stars.

Well everything was good there was no problem. Levi was a great professional. Atleast made sure water heater was good even though there turned out to be no issues. Smell was coming from refrigerator lol. I wish I didn't have to get charged for the emergency visit but atleast piece of mind was made

I wish all service companies had employees who were as thorough and professional as Patrick MacFarland. That young man deserves praise and a raise. We live in sunny AZ, it was 110 degrees today and It was just as hot in our garage. He spent nearly 4 hrs repairing 2 hot water heaters in this heat. He took pictures of the damage and then gave me a fair estimate before making the repairs. He cleaned up the area after making the repairs. Patrick was polite and professional through it all. I hope when I’m in need of plumbing services again I can get Patrick MacFarland to do the job.

I consider myself to be a competent DIY'er so I thought nothing of undertaking what should have been a 45 min plumbing job at most. Ever had one of those days where nothing went right-Murphy's law working overtime. Well, with this seemingly simple job Murphy's law was definitely working overtime. Three days later the project was no longer just a project, it had turned into an ongoing nightmare. My wife was at the end of her proverbial rope and my frustration level was topping the charts. She finally quipped stop trying and call somebody. I did not want to but knew I had better heed her suggestion or we both might have ended up on the evening news. if you get my drift. It was a Saturday afternoon and I wasn't even sure I could get a plumber on such short notice. Enter Plumbing Masters. At my wife's continuing insistence I called Plumbing Masters. The nice lady on the phone assured me they would get someone over that afternoon and they certainly did.Our knight in shining armor. who rode in to save the day, was none other than Mike P. Great guy. When he saw my mess he did not even feel the need to rib me about it. We did have a chuckle when I told he was literally a life saver (my own). He was professional, courteous, efficient, and very polite. He quickly assessed my situation and, in no time, put an end to my 3 day nightmare. I've used Plumbing Masters 3 times now. The first time was a positive experience and the tech was helpful. The second time was the absolute worst experience I've had with a multitude of companies. It was a disaster and nothing was done to fix my issue by the tech but the Manager apologized, gave me a full refund and gave me a 100$ credit for future work. I was very unhappy that the scheduler couldn't give me a quote for the work I needed (even though every technician has a job menu and price sheet) so I would have to give up half of the credit just to get a tech out to tell me what it would cost (off his job type menu) and while they applied most of the service call fee towards the job, it still was higher than I had hoped and got other quotes for. The tech did a good job but the company hadn't provided him with a fire extinguisher and soldering/asbestos type of material that is an absolute must anytime a plumber uses an open flame. He had to rely on a wet rag on the pipe which is not a great idea. They also don't have the very inexpensive laser temperature gun to be absolutely sure that no flames started a fire that the wet rag missed. Luckily, as a Firefighter, I have multiple fire extinguishers where the work was being done, multiple smoke detectors and my own laser temperature gun. The work was completed and I am satisfied with the quality. I just wish the owners could be more forthcoming about the cost (even if only a ballpark figure) for a job that they already have in every tech's binder.

Courteous and thorough. Worked the problem area several times to get it right. Another company last week was “one and done”. None of these companies want to honor their coupon offers when they show up, but these guys definitely did a great job.

Not good. The plumber arrived at site and couldn't find the cleanouts. However he did offer a $2,400 solution which was odd because all I needed was the system to be snaked. At which point I informed him his services were no longer needed. I contacted another plumber and he was able to snake the lines and everything started to drain again in the house. Also he only charged me $150.

Eric Hirsch showed up very professional and I explained what was going on throughout my house. We walked the house together, he gave me some pointers on what was going on and how it happened and how to fix it. I had low water pressure at some points throughout my house. This company has excellent customer service and astounding response times.HOWEVER.... They are quite possibly the most overpriced providers in the entire valley!!I was sold an extraordinarily expensive whole-home water system and 2 premium toilets ($900 ea) just 2 years ago. I was also pressured to purchase a membership into their club. Now, I call because my toilet is constantly running (troubleshooting revealed a bad float valve). The on-call tech agreed with my diagnosis and quoted me (with a straight face) a $254 price tag !!But, because I was a member of the Optimum Club my price went down to only $216 !!(At these prices, I could hire an excellent defense attorney to fix my toilet !)A quick trip to Ace Hardware cost $12 and I have a direct replacement which is actually adjustable (original was not). The entire process took less than 3 minutes. I absolutely CANNOT recommend this business.

this was the third visit from the company for the same problem. No leak was ever visualized and it was recommended that a couple things be changed out (the faucet & cold water line). We bought a new faucet and had them install it, under the sink was flooded again the next day. Then they suggested we change the dishwasher hose even though we haven’t used the dishwasher in 2 years. This time I found the actual leak when Todd came out he fixed the problem. Hopefully this is the last time! All the guys that came out were polite and professional but I was frustrated with the amount of money we spent to fix things that weren’t broke .

I had 2 shower valves replaced and the jobs proved more difficult that originally thought. Josh was incredibly patient and worked diligently to find a solution. He was very professional and made sure both bathrooms were clean upon finishing. I am very pleased with his work.

I want to let someone know about the experience I have had with Plumbing Masters since I purchased my mobile home. Jim Needham came out and put in a new hot water heater for me and the work was done very well and I was very pleased with the outcome. Jim Needham also put in a new kitchen faucet for me. The next time I called Plumbing Masters another service person came and his name is James Needham (son of first service person) he is very polite. This time I needed the toilet in the master bedroom fixed as it was leaking all over the floor. James was very knowlegabler and fixed it quickly and it is working very goood now. I feel these gentelmen were very nice and would have them back any time I need something fixed.

As unpleasant as plumbing issues are, The Plumbing Masters Team created a successful, positive experience. The Team is professional and dedicated to resolving the issues. I was impressed with the overall process. Mark and Randy completed a thorough evaluation and were concise in explaining the plan of attack. Brad and his team were diligent digging a giant hole through the rock ground in the 110+ heat, while maintaining a positive, jovial attitude! I had used Plumbing Masters in the past and had very bad experiences with them. This time I needed someone the next day (a weekend) so they were available. I called 2 others first but one you leave a message and they didn't call back the other closed at 7:30pm. Randy and Mark came out and did exactly what was needed and nothing else. On a Saturday evening, I was in desperate need of a plumber to replace the main shut off valve to the house as it broke in the Off position during a sink faucet replacement. The dispatcher Alyssa advised me up front of both the after hours charge and the approximate time that the tech could call me as he had just arrived at another job. Within an hour, technician Mike called me with an ETA. He arrived when he said he would, was very professional as he described what needed to be done and the charge for parts. Mike completed the job in 30 minutes. Water restored to my home! I would certainly recommend, and would call again on Plumbing Masters.

So, I picked up a job with Plumbing Masters in Glendale. I worked my but off, doing 21 hours in two days. The 3rd day, I go in and report two major OSHA safety violations to the Operations manager Richard. I wanted to inform him of things happening in the field that he may not be aware of, so he can decide how to fix them and reduce company liability. Sadly, it turns out he is the one who wants things to be as unsafe as they are. I know this because he fired me an hour later stating I didn't hire you to point out our mistakes, my job is hectic enough. Their core values start with safety and they should be ripped from their walls.Don't use Plumbing Masters if you care about the safety of a human being over profit margins.They train their plumbers to remove the safety guard from their angle grinders to cut cast iron pipes instead of supplying them with the proper cutting tool (right tool for the right job). Also, they wanted me to learn how to operate an excavator (heavy equipment) without any training or certification, on a customers property, even though I pay for anything I damage. I refused and they made another untrained guy do it. Great way to learn said Bill, the supervisor, as he walked away from the site, leaving 3 untrained men with heavy equipment.

Ben found a solution to replace faucet for reverse osmosis system after countertops replaced. Additional thickness of quartz caused problems if simply reattaching. Also he was very helpful in answering related plumbing questions.

Charyah came out to do my annual maintenance and inspection. Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Stepped up above by answering the many questions I threw at him. Brad was outstanding. It turned out the job could not be done because of the condition of the old water heater. He provided advice and a quote to install a new water heater if that is what I ultimately decided.

I had this company come out to do a simple pipe clean, but all I got was non-stop talk about their membership and when I told them I didn't want it I felt less important of a customer. The gentleman wasn't mean or rude it just felt like I was getting the bare minimum job. Don't truly feel like the pipe was properly cleaned as my tube now seems to drain slower. Fingers crossed that no clogs come back.

My house is over 30 years old and all the valves neede updated and replaced in the house. I called Plumbing Masters today expecting a date next week sometime. They sent a tech out today. Dan was friendly, knowledgable, and clean. He had the job done in a few hours and we were done! No runs, no drips, no errors. I strongly recommed this company for your plumbing work!

DON'T WATSE MONEY-Paid the $59.00 for the unclog special l, had Nick come out and use the snake. He went about 30 ft and it seemed work, I ran my dish washer twice and it clogged back up and water came from under my cabinets. I explained my problem to them before coming out the it came from under the cabinets before. Now they tried chargine $200 to use the camera to see what wrong with pipes. They basically ripped me off out of the $59.00 know they would have to use the camera before hand.

The staff of this company has been VERY well trained to be customer service specialists. They take initiative to be in contact to confirm appointments (multiple times and with various media), give 30 minute windows prior to tech arriving, and technician calls from the site (if you are not there with him) to explain what the issue(s) are. An email arrives with a report before you're even off the phone with the technician. Super professional!

We had an emergency plumbing leak that quickly turned into the need to replumb our entire home. Plumbing Masters not only gave us the best deal possible, they went above and beyond to make sure our home was taken care of (and our home provided several challenges.) Every single worker that came through was professional and on time. They worked through the awful heat and triple checked to make sure everything was done correctly. Manager Mike P. was available to answer any questions we had, Feild Supervisor Mike stopped in several times to check on the progress. Ray, our tech and main worker was phenomenal. He worked long and hard every single day so we could have normal plumbing again. We highly, highly recommend this team to anyone in need of a plumbing job, big or small.

They had to replace the hot water line in the kitchen and put in a new drain for the kitchen. Which meant cutting a huge hole in the floor and in the cabinet under the sink to get to everything. Then pick up all of the wood pieces nails etc

Very upset with this company, Mercedes stated I was going to get a Free Quote because it was my first time calling them. Once the technician Chad from Plumbing Master arrived to our home he stated, if I we got a diagnostic of the plumbing issue we were going to be charged $166.00 and if decided to move forward with the repair he was going to waive the diagnostic fee of $166.00 and the repair was going to be $319.00. What a rip off!!! so where is the FREE QUOTE? there's NO free quote! they just change the name to diagnostic and charge for that. So my quote came to $166.00 total and nothing was performed it was only to tell us what the issue was, plus my husband already knew what the issue was but our Insurance requested we get 3 different quotes. Don't bother calling Plumbing Masters!!!!

Last night at 11:30 p.m the speak it behind the refrigerator for the ice maker broke Water started coming under the refrigerator so I'd already had Drake Aiden sometime ago repair my shut off valve outside so I ran and shut the water off cleaned up everything the next morning I called Plumbing Masters and they scheduled me for someone Saturday between 12 and 4 they got an opening earlier at 10 and said Drake Aiden out he had to go get a part was back in a timely manner and within 10 minutes he had everything up and running. I will always use Plumbing Masters every time I've called them I've had nothing but success I will recommend them to all my friends and family

We had a really difficult plumbing issue. Plumbing Master's took over after the initial company made a mess and the situation worse. Plumbing Master's came in, they were very prompt, professional and extremely helpful during a very difficult renovation project. We have since continued to hire them for other projects and will use them in the future if the need arises. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any company that has done repair work for me. I loved that they sent me photos and a bio of who was coming to my home. pluming masters will always be my first call for my pluming needs.

05/08/2016 - I needed to have an Icemaker feed line valve, and my main Waterline turn off valve replaced due to wear and mineral buildup. I had arranged for another company to come and do the work, and they didn't show up this morning. I called Plumbing Masters, and they were able to give me a 4 hour window same day from 1PM to 5PM. I received a call shortly before 1PM to let me know that Greg Churchill was on the way. He arrived shortly thereafter. He not only replaced the valves, but rebuilt the outside shutoff assembly a different way, so I can shut off the house main if away, but still allow for my sprinkler system to run. This is the way service should be. Most others would have just done the minimum. Greg was extremely professional. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters based on this experience.

Eager to charge over $1000 without any true diagnosis of what the issue. Turns out my issue wasn't a plumbing one. It was a roof leak issue, leaking onto my drywall and causing mold. I was excited to have this company over but their eagerness to upsell right upfront their camera services to see what the issue is and stating this could be very serious - no. It will be very hard for me to ever trust a big company name again.

Called regarding a sewer line that was crushed by tree roots. Tech came on schedule and did a thorough inspection with a camera before giving me a competitive quote and lots of information. I didn't end up using Plumbing Masters (decided to do the work myself instead) but was impressed with them and would recommend them.

I had a really bad experience today with plumbing masters. Very disappointed because we have the club membership which we pay a yearly fee for that claims to help save on the cost of repairs. The price I had to pay for the work today I think was really unfair. I had two shut off valve fittings for my washer, that i had already bought myself for $20, installed in place of old ones and was charged almost $200 for that job alone. On top of that I had two tub spouts I needed replaced and that was $350. The spouts they provided cost $20 to $30 a piece at home depot. I know this because I shopped around for them in advance of calling for service. The plumber was at my house less than an hour. So what that boils down to is $450 for less than one hour of labor. That's not right in my opinion and I certainly don't see any savings here for being a club member. I'd hate to imagine what the bill would have been without that membership. That price is just outrageous for the time it took to do the work. On top of that the plumber made a rude comment to my wife about how poor a job my attempt was at fixing one of my spouts myself. The workmanship was done fine which is the only thing positive I can say about this whole experience. I could have refused the work but needed it done because of potential leaks happening so I grit my teeth and took it. Needless to say I will not be renewing my club membership with Plumbing Masters. It provides no real savings and the rate at which they inflate the prices for work is beyond outrageous. It shouldn't cost me half a mortgage payment for the level of help i got today. Period.

Started out bad with a call early morning saying tech will be on the way. Called back to say never mind I have to wait for another tech has the right equipment to test the unit. Tech arrives and is here for 5 minutes just to make several excuses as to why it doesn’t work including hard water and not servicing it when it’s less than two years old. Says there’s a small amount of water on the bottom panel and not sure could be circuit board. Closes it up and collects $30 service fee. All a waste of time and my money. Didn’t even try to research or test. Go with another company that’s not lazy…

Called at 6pm for a clogged main line. Dispatcher said $125 extra for emergency call on top of rooter costs...I agreed, seems fair. 7pm got a text with the technicians bio and message he was on his way. It’s now 10:30 and he never showed or even bothered to call. I could’ve called another company if they just told me they couldn’t make it. So much for their commercial...you can’t “get the job done” if you don’t show up! Disappointing.

My water softner was leaking. Jacob did an excellent job of inspecting it and giving me options.

Lester (and Matthew) were wonderful. Lester took the time to listen to our issue and gave us several options to explore what was causing our problem. While our issue was more complex than we anticipated, Lester went above and beyond to line up the necessary resources and to stay with us through the end to make the necessary repairs.

Devante came out to diagnose my water heater for $29.99. My pilot light had gone out and I new I couldn’t be anything major because my heater was only four years old. Came out and basically did nothing and said That there’s three different parts that could be bad and he said he would list them on the receipt, which he did not. He also told me the best thing to do is To just get a new water heater because the one that I had was basically a cheap one and there’s so many better ones on the market now, which I thought was very rude. He left did not charge me the 2995 but did not write anything on the slip as far as what the parts were that he thought I would need to fix it so I had to call the company and he called me back and said that oh I guess I forgot to write it down I’ll text you with the parts are which he did but was very unprofessional.After he left I checked with my warranty on my water heater and it was still under warranty through Sears and it’s a Kenmore heater so I had Kenmore come out the following day and their diagnosis on the water heater was it didn’t need any new parts it just needed to be flushed out! So this tech, Devante was trying to scam me. He could care less about diagnosing what was wrong with my w. heater, he just named 3 parts that could go wrong with a w. h. Probably the only 3 parts of a wh that could go bad. You would think flushing it out would be the number one issue that he would of said, but again he didn’t care I was his last call of the day and he just wanted to be done for the day.I’m amazed that Plumbing Masters hires techs like this or maybe they encourage there techs to write orders that are LIES. Don’t use them, they will tell you something is wrong when it IS NOT

The BEST. I've used lots of plumbers the last 40 yrs. I've even done a lot of my own, but these guys got here the same day another plumber cancelled, looked over my list, gave me a VERY reasonable bid, then showed up the next morning with everything needed and finished that day. I just bought this home and it needed everything from valves on toilets to the kitchen sink. I paid exactly what was quoted. No surprises. Excellent work. Will only use these guys in the future.

Woah - Firstly, Plumbing Masters was able to get me someone pretty quickly, within about 1.5 hours of calling. The first gentleman (Mike) was nice and realized the problem required one of their other technicians. Jessie was dispatched and I cannot stress how amazing this man is and what kind of job he does. He is 100% the same from the first moment he enters to the moment he leaves. Jessie was at my house from about 1000 to almost 2100 and never once did he change his kindness or attention to detail. The only concern was they also dispatched another gentleman to help Jessie who did not appear to have the same dedication or interest (Wilmin?) and left prior to finishing. One other note, one of their Managers also came to check on the activity (Mike) who was somewhat abrasive and claimed they would help put things back. While Mike helped move some items out, it isn't Jessie's responsibility to move items back to their original location that is unrelated to the repairs so making promises you aren't going to keep is not very helpful. In addition, leaving Jessie to try and complete the repair alone while he already worked so many hours is unacceptable. Jessie should be promoted as one of their regional managers and respected for his integrity and ability.

The guy knew what he was doing and did the job, that is why I am giving them two stars, but he ended up charging me over a $150 more even if that was right, the price changed when I told him I was only doing one job not two, because we were planning on doing a couple of more things but because of their overpriced quote, we changed our minds. He wanted to charge me over 400 to change my kitchen faucet( faucet included he said) 467 to be exact, and when I said what if we buy the faucet ourselves, he told me it was going to be the same thing pretty much. Then he remembered to tell us that we might encounter a problem that could cost us more money, for a $120 job we paid over 300. I called three different companies for my kitchen faucet replacement and they were all 200 or less to change it. So definitely overpriced. Also he was pushy even after I said no thank you, he kept telling us we need it to fix it and he could do it right there and then, maybe they worked on commission. Overall I would not use this company again or recommend it.

Tried this company for the first time for one of our small hair salons. Had a clogged drain. Special on the website says $93 drain cleaning special. Lady who takes the call says that's for residential only...ok...a drain's a drain, but I have them come out and take a look. Thank god I had them call me before proceeding. The plumber calls from the salon with a $1000 estimate to snake two drains. I laugh tell them to bill me the service call fee of $49 and don't let the door hit you on the backside. I run down a referral on a plumber from someone I know and have them come out and $150 later I'm up and running. These folks are scam artists. BEWARE.

Checked our current water softener. We were contacted by the City of Buckeye of continuous water usage 24/7. Unit is nearly 9 years old. Hardest of water Buckeye water has worn our old system out.

I'm satisfied with the experience. Calls were promptly returned, the Tech arrived as scheduled, I'm happy with the work. I was floored when I learned the service rate is $289 per hour, ouch. I'm sure the rate is well deserved but had I learned that earlier, I would have reconsidered PM and chosen a handyman for a simple kitchen faucet replacement job.

The bid I got after paying for a service call was exponentially higher than the competition. The irony is that the competitors came out for free to give the bid for the same job. This company is just a rip off!

Todd McGriff came out and was very pleasant to work with. He not only fixed our leak issue, but he also fixed some previous problems created by another plumber. Would highly recommend him.

Recently had plumbing masters solve a hot water problem with our kitchen faucet. The technician solved the problem right away. Seems this faucet has a thermostat built in it and caused the valve not to open on hot side. The very next day another technician arrived and replaced the item. Only took a few minutes and after the repair the work area was spotless. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. Would recommend Plumbing Masters for all your plumbing needs.

Nasty plumbing job -- break in the main line between the street and the house. Broken 1-1/4 PVC fitting 4 feet underground. Fitting had to be cut out at the bottom of a muddy hole filling with water, Mat arrived promptly, had the tools and equipment needed, finished the job in good time and charged a reasonable price. Very pleased with the work.

Mark Booher is a highly qualified and professional plumber. Mark has a great sense of humor and is extremely knowledgeable. Mark installed new shut-off valves in our kitchen and two bathrooms and disconnected all plumbing so our new granite countertops could be installed,. After the installation, Mark re-connected all of the plumbing, thoroughly tested all connections and left our place spotless. Mark and Plumbing Masters are highly recommended with 5 stars. In trying to be a DIY plumber, the valve on our powder room sink snapped. I almost snapped too. I checked Angie's list and threw a dart at a name -- Plumbing Masters was it. I knew nothing about them but called on Memorial Day knowing it was going to cost but I had shut down the water and we needed it. I called two times into their dispatcher; first time the call back call did not happen. On the second time, I got a call from the only plumber who was swamped. But, to his credit, he called and got his supervisor Michael McBride to come out in 30 minutes. 75 minutes later, sink was fixed, our recirc pump bypass was replaced and all our sink valves evaluated. Most of the hot water supply valves were frozen due to sediment in the water. We did not replace those, but it is on a list to be done -- by Plumbing Masters. Given it was a holiday, the price was acceptable. Michael was very knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks!

Plumber called for authority to diagnose, at first said it could be water pressure or toilet fill valve, then committed to fill valve, asked for $242. I indicated fill valves take under 10 minutes to change and cost less than $20 at retail and the estimate appears to be more than the cost of a new toilet. He offered to do it for $175, I offered $150, he said he would have to contact his supervisor however he thought we could get it done. He called back to advise it was a no. I paid the $49.95 service call fee. They were on time. This review pertains to request to authorize repairs prior to diagnosis and the estimate to repair only, not the quality of work performed (none).

My Service Professional Mike McBride was an absolute professional from beginning to end on a very extensive job at my home. I contacted him because of a major water leak that occurred while I was out of the country and he completely saved the day for me. After seeing an ad for a $49.95 water heater flush at Plumbing Masters, that seemed like a great promo deal. First appt on 6 March was cancelled that morning due to an emergency call and rescheduled to the 18th some time between 1 and 6pm. After no word by 4pm, I tried to call and it rang for almost 2 minutes before I hung up. Called again later and Keira said Ron was enroute. Ron said he couldn't do the flush because it took special chemicals and would cost $119.95, not $49.95 as advertised, despite the receptionist asking if this was a tankless heater when I made the appt. When she called to reschedule I said we would be using someone else. She said if I couldn't find anyone to do it for $49.95 they could reschedule the appt for $119.95. I tried to explain the issue wasn't so much the cost but the apparent bait and switch or receptionist error, but she hung up on me as I tried to explain. Word of caution about Plumbing Masters. They may advertise themselves as the Smell Good Plumbers, but they smell fishy to me.UPDATE: 3 April 2019RATING CHANGED TO 4 STARSTodd arrived on time, was very professional and did a thorough cleaning of our tankless water heater. The owner did contact me after I posted a 2 star review due to a miscommunication with their staff not making it clear the $49.95 special did not include tankless water heaters. I called Plumbing Masters for a repair in my laundry room sink. They had good options for day and time availability. P M called to give me a time when my technician would arrive and he was prompt. He put on shoe booties to protect my floors. My tech was Drake he introduced himself and was very professional. Michael Nole was very professional in handling our issues with a backed-up drain. I'm here back in Ohio while my home in Sun City had problems. He communicated very well of what was necessary to repair the issues. He sent pictures of the problem to convince me of what needed to be done to clear up the problem. Worst service call ever! Shawn the technician was great and tried to be helpful however his hands were tied--I manage 4 large apartment complexes (over 700 units) and this experience was the worst. I have used this company and the previous times have been good however I cannot believe how they treated me on this last service call. I placed a call at approximately 2pm on Friday July 27th explaining how a main line was clogged--backing up an entire building (approximately 20 units) and was told a technician would be there sometime between, now and 6pm. Being in the apartment business and familiar with how long service calls can take, I was understanding to the broad window of time companies typically give. At 5:35 I was phoned by Plumbing masters and told that the technician would be arriving within 30-minutes to an hour. Keep in mind that I also always disclose the fact (during the initial service call) that I have onsite of each location a 75' snake that I first attempt to clear lines myself. When Shawn showed up at 6:30pm he was professional and willing to help however he told us that he had broke a snake earlier that day and only had a 75' snake leaving his only option a jetter for $950. Again, I don't blame Shawn for this unprofessional, Bait and switch tactic that I felt was being used based on how desperate my situation was. Shawn had helped me in the past and been excellent...After letting Shawn know I was unhappy and unwilling to pay $950, he left...leaving me with no other option but to call another company and potentially incurr emergency rates. I then called DW Plumbing and was directed to a service tech (Andrew) who would be handling this after hour emergency call. He quoted me a very reasonable (given the circumstances) $350 jetter fee and came out within an hour and solved all my problems--he was great! I don't typically make this much noise when things like this happen, but in an attempt to be honest about the experience I feel I must...I don't believe Plumbing Masters set out to operate like this, however this is exactly how it happened during this service call. I will be calling this DW on Monday and personally thank them!

We had an emergency leak in my office. Levi went through the whole house to detect where the leak was from. Turns out not the plumbing but our hv in the attic. I called on Saturday night. Last week I had extensive work done by this company. I had just completed a 10 hour work day and headed to the shower. Unfortunately it would not turn off. I knew that as part of the work recently done the shower was involved. As I tried numerous times to shut it off, finally I was sucessful. I called Plumbing Masters. Shortly thereafter Mike came. He checked it and it now seems fine. I am a little nervous about taking my shower tonight but I know someone will come out if I need them.

I called these guys set up an appointment. Instead of keeping the appointment they called me at the end of the day and gave me an estimate, $1,700.00 to replace a 50 gallon water heater including installation.I called around and got the same equipment and installation for $898.00. It pays to shop around.That's a big difference.

I think charging $500 to tell me my sump pump is broke is outrageous. That money did not go towards a new system either. I knew it was broke that’s why I called you. But to say that you can’t help me after charging $500 is ridiculous.

We had an emergency with one of our hot water heaters and Plumbing Masters has someone here within the hour. Kayla (customer service) was very professional and kind, and Josh (technician) was terrific. Triple A-Plus all around.

Two technicians arrived on time. Since the problem had rectified itself and there were no error codes on the tankless water heater, the technicians couldn't determine a cause for the problem. They checked that the unit was functioning properly and advised that I should look for an error code if the problem happened again. They did NOT try to sell me additional services.

From beginning to end every one was courteous & professional. Mike & Ryan came & found the leak gave me my options, they then ran a temporary water line for the house. Once I determine which option Lester came & he & Ryan started preparing the area. Next day Lester & Mario ran the new water line with everything required to meet current code. They then replaced landscape so you could barely tell there was a large hole just hours before. I would recommend Plumbing Masters highly.

I met with Mark and Randy when they came out to run a snake in my bathroom drain line. As expected it came up with roots. I knew that my drain system was on its last legs but the amount of roots was a wake up call.Part of my system was even Orangeburg so I was not surprised at its failure. Mark and Randy explained everything and left it up to me what to do. I decided to have the system replaced and together we decided which way to approach this problem. Lester came out to actually do the project. He had several assistants and Lester and I planned the locations. Lester kept me apprised of any difficulties and gave me options on procedures. He communicated with me on the whole project with frequent updates. The project took longer than projected but Lester and his staff persevered and worked all week end to get the job done. I was exceptionally pleased with the whole project and all the staff. Michael also came and checked on the work and made sure my expectations were met and I had no concerns. Thanks to everybody involved in the project.

Mike did a very thorough job in trying to determine a water leak in our office. It appears to be coming from compromised sections in our sewer. We will reevaluate it later in December after Mike confers with the company's master plumber.

They were able to schedule a specialst who works with natural gas appliances to come out first thing next day. The next morning I recieved a call that the tech was on his way along with a text with his full name and picture; NICE touch, Plumbing Masters. Jesus was punctual, his uniform was clean and tidy, he was well groomed and very polite. Yes, it was time to replace the water heater, and Jesus took care of it, in and out, in about 4 hours time at a very fair price. Jessi Green and Levi Nunez were fantastic!! This job was difficult as it was a Mobile Home that was plugged up and all access to the plumbing was covered by skirting. They looked until they found the cut out and cleared 2 clogs by snaking the entire main drain system. All is well now with My Moms place. Thanks guys, great job!!!!!!!

Brad Smith took care of my plumbing problem professionally and timely great working with him.

$49.95 for a service call and then they determine what can be done to fix the slow drain. $179.95 to snake the system with no guarantee it will fix the problem. Then the offer is to jet the system for $489.00. They did not say that would fix the problem either. This is a typical upsell or bait and switch operation. I went to a local plumbing supply and they recommended a non-acid drain cleaner because I have and older home with some galvanized pipe. Used it once and the drain works great.

You should not mislead a potential customer that there is no service charge when, in fact, there is but it is called by another name. Also on my initial call I explained the problem which would have indicated the need for the gaskets between the toilet bowl and the tank and the service man did not have gaskets and would have gone out to buy one - by now it is 5:30 p.m. I declined the service because of the exorbitant quote I got and they were going to charge for the call but they ended up waiving it.

Ricky was prompt, knowledgeable, answered all our questions in layman terms that helped us understand the service and product. He was professional, courteous and friendly.

Lester Carrasco from plumbing masters provided our plumbing services. He was polite and respectful of our home and did an outstanding job troubleshooting explaining what was causing the clog. Plumbing Masters came out within an hour, on a Saturday and fixed our broken shower pipe. New fittings and soldering work was top notch and works like new. Our plumber Joshua was very polite and professional.We will definitely be using their services in the future!

I had a new owner at our mobile home park have men they didn't know what they were doing, blew our lines in our water heater and plumbing masters came and fixed it. The next day the park once again tried to reinstall water lines right didn't and our shower quit working. It was a big mess! I called plumbing masters again and they sent out Igor Flipovic to fix the mess. He is a real pro, got the mess fixed up and got the shower right once more. He is really experienced and did such a wonderful job, answered any questions I had, as well as took on this difficult job no problem. I will use plumbing masters and make sure Igor will be the man for the job.Great worker!
