Rhonda was extremely knowledgeable, professional and eased my anxiety through the process of my house being flooded and repaired. We had a major slab leak that my regular plumber said needed to be analyzed by a specialist leak detection company, and he said he knew someone very good who would do a great job. I am VERY glad they called Phoenix Leak Detection; Dave came out on time, did a very thorough job, analyzing all the possible leak areas, and efficiently narrowed them down to pinpoint the source of the problem. He explained every step of the process, and isolated and capped the leaky portion of our pipes so that we could continue to live in our home until the leaky portion was bypassed with a re-pipe--it was a life saver! I can't recommend Dave at Phoenix Leak Detection highly enough!

Fast and great! I called Phoenix Leak Detection and Dave was out right away and found our leak. He checked every plumbing line from the meter to every faucet and hose. He found a big leak at the landscape Backflow device. Well worth it and saved us from another $600 water bill.

I just had Rhonda out for an under slab leak. She squeezed me in between jobs as an emergency client. What more can I say, she showed up an hour after I called and found the leak in under 10 minutes. She has the right equipment for the job and reasonably priced. Find the leak, then call the guy to fix it once you know exactly where it is.

This service is just what it advertises. Dave found our leak!
We did not have an emergency situation so Dave worked us into his schedule and unlike many other services, he updated us on his arrival date and time and was spot on. We appreciated his Covid precautions, continual updates on what he was finding and his recommendation of a fair and honest plumber. We could not be more satisfied with his work and the more than reasonable charge for his time and expertise.

Got an immediate response from Rhonda at Phoenix leak detection and she guided me through isolating the general area of the leak in just a few minutes. We turned off the back house where the leak was and stopped a major leak. She stopped by later that day and pinpointed the leak and my plumber George came by first thing in the morning and fixed the underground leak in less than an hour. I’ll save the entire fee in less water cost this month! I couldn’t be happier.

I emailed Sunday night after discovering a hot spot on my living room floor, I knew right away One of My hot water lines was leaking under the slab. Got a call Monday morning and Rhonda was at my house by noon, soon after she had the water leak pinpointed, the proper line singled out and all of my water mains marked where they came out of the slab. The next day I Cut the drywall back and everything was exactly where she said it would be making for an easy DIY reroute through the attic. I just had a buddy pay a plumber $2,000 for a simple reroute and the plumber contracted out a leak detection company on top of that. I’ll tell you the small cost of having Phoenix Leak Detection out will save you time and money whether you plan on doing the job yourself or not.

Called Phoenix leak detection on a Sunday and they were there in an hour to fix my leak. Dave. Was very thorough and checked everything and the leak ended up being my washing machine hose was clogged , but that was something I didn’t want to wait till Monday to find out. I spoke with Rhonda about a curious water heater backflow issue that I thought was mixing cold and hot; however, my shower mixing valves were the issue. I changed the cartridges and got a good result and satisfaction. Rhonda from Phoenix Leak Detection was professional and directly answered my question. I definitely recommend their services and they come highly recommended by my plumber too!
