They were sent out by my home warranty company and this was my first issue since owning my home, which made me a little leery at first. They came out on a Saturday night to help diagnose the problem and then came back out Sunday to start the fix. They had to replace my cracked main line and install a main level clean out, which my house did not already have. Since my house is older it was not cooperating and the tubs would still not drain completely, but Jose did not give up! He came back out Sunday night but still did not have any luck. Jose and his supervisor Frank came back out Monday morning and were able to clear the last of clog and explained everything to me in detail. I will be using Veteran's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs I may have!

Awful smell coming from the guest bathroom since I purchased the home. FNHW sent out this company. I stated that it might be an issue with the p-trap or wax ring on the toilet. The technician stated immediately upon setting foot in the bathroom that it was neither of those things and probably because the guest tub was not being used frequently enough. He then started to head outside back to his van stating he'll let the warranty company know and he left. I have placed several calls to complain to FNHW for the visit that was conducted on 09/22 but the warranty company said they must wait to review the report submitted by Veteran's Plumbing and that it should have only taken 24 hours for them to submit it... it's been longer than that and they've yet to submit the report so I can dispute the diagnosis to hopefully get a real company to come evaluate it.

Extremely upset with the quality of work we received from this company. We used them due to our home warranty directing the work to them- we did not chose them. We have already had to call and have a different company out to assess the damage that Veterans Plumbing caused to our home and to fix the water heater as we didn't have any hot water once they installed the new unit.

Ive uploaded pictures that detail the dry wall damage, screws left on the garage floor (2 found near my car), the installer SPIT SUNFLOWER seeds all over the garage, got solder on car parts that now have to be replaced- also dripped solder on the garage floor, down the wall and on my husband’s tool box, the pan that the installer left my house to go and purchase from Home depot is not the right size and was clearly forced around the unit. Because the pan was forced it’s now straining against the wall and causing more damage. The drain hole as pictured would not work properly.

This install would not pass a home inspection!!!!

Bottom line, they caused so much damage we have filed a claim against them through the homeowners insurance. Beware of allowing anyone from this company in your home.

Level of service and quality is laughable.

Fnhw dispatched them to service our toilet. They booked an appt for Wednesday 12-5. On Wednesday they called and said they were calling reschedule since we were not home Tuesday when they came for the appt. We have cameras all over the house and I was home all day. They never actually came. She was lying. When I told her the appt wasn’t on Tuesday and that they did not actually show up she stated yes it was. Regardless they lied. We called fnhw back and requested a new company. If you are assigned to this company you should just call and get a new one as this one will just lie to you and waste your time.

RUN...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
FNHW called Veteran's Plumbing & Drain LLC to come out and expediated the request on 9/2/2022 due to water damage. The expediated order got me a call on 9/7 and they came out same day. Order was scheduled to replace water heater and another rush was put on the order. On 9/9/2022 I received a text with a time frame to come out to replace the water heater between 2-5., I responded within 38 minutes and was told the Friday spot had been filled. I asked why had they not called instead of sending a text, she said she did call and I didn't answer. UNTRUE!
I was then offered a Tuesday spot and that was confirmed, they were a no show, did not call, still have not called. They lied to FNHW about communications, they are the most unethical business I have dealt with. At this point I do NOT want this company in my home. I have opted to take the money and purchase my own water heater and use a reputable company for installation. One that knows how to use the phone, book appointments, show up, communicate and get the job done.

We had a warranty claim and they were assigned to our issue today at 08:24. Without any prior notice they texted me at 09:09 and told me I was on schedule between 11:00-15:00. Then they called me at 09:30 and wanted to come between 13:00-15:00, and then the guy I spoke to about our plumbing issue, seemed more focused on trying to sell me solar panels. I was at work and made arrangements to leave to be there for the appointment. Then I was called by a technician at 11:36 and he told me he'd be there in about 20 minutes and told me I was on schedule for a 11:00-13:00 window. I told him I was already scheduled for a 13:00-15:00 window and was about to leave work. After leaving work on short notice nobody ever showed up. When I called their offices at 15:00, they had no idea of what I was talking about and Maritza just kept talking over me and not letting me explain. Unbelievably unprofessional and ridiculous. Now I'm calling my warranty company and getting another plumber assigned to us, because there's no way I am going to continue trying to deal with these clowns.

We recently moved into our house. The water tank was covered for repairs. The worker quickly installed the unit. When it came to the aluminum pipes the worker used my patio as a cutting table. Damaging my property, I have reached out to this company since October 2021, and I sent pictures. This business never made any contact with me.

Horrible company and bad employees. They don't bother answering or returning the phone calls or letting you know what is going on with your order. The plumber that came to check on the issue was rude and not so cooperative too. They didn't call us for days to let us know about the repair even though we left numerous messages on the phone . And during all that time the waster was leaking in our garage and going into the walls. I would strongly advise you not to work with this company unless you really really have to. Just look at the other comments on line. Looks like lots of us have complaints about the similar issues.

I called my Home Warranty Company and was referred to Veterans Plumbing. Frank came over and took care of everything with the warranty company. He returned and changed out the toilet in absolutely no time. There was no mess, he was very efficient and courteous. I do recommend him to anyone.

My home warranty company had them out for a water heater repair. Unit is still under warranty. For 650$ they would replace my 40 gallon water tank??!! They called my warranty company to have me agree to these charges. I declined and they left in seconds. Seemed fishy!!

I would consider this company is a strong recommendation to someone you hate. My home warranty company sends these guys out to my house now and then and we have had nothing but problems. In the past, we have had no shows and whoever works at the office seems to be angered that we have the nerve to try to use their business. The techs have also been rude in the past but never really cared. I'm looking to get a drain cleared, not start a new friendship.

This go around they have no showed twice now for set appointments, its impossible to get anyone on the phone, and now the tech has decided the cause of the issue (warranty company wont cover it) without setting foot on my property. While all this is annoying, the real issue is my family has not been able to wash our clothes, use the kitchen sink, or dishwasher for over a week now while this company messes around.

Called my home warranty because there was a leak in my water heater. They sent my request out and Vetern called me in less than an hour to schedule a same day appointment which I was very pleased about. There was some confusion about the quoted time window for their arrival but that was cleared up by my warranty company. The gentlemen that arrived were friendly and went straight to fixing the issue and replacing my tank. Had to pay for code upgrades because warranty didn't cover but previous plumbing company had warned that would happen due to age of unit (+15 years). New unit looks great, and I am very satisfied with job done.

I scheduled an appointment with Veterans on a Thursday afternoon and received an appointment time between 11-3 the next day. Frank called me the next day at 10:15 to say he was headed my way. I had an irrigation pipe burst on the side of my house and had to turn off all water to the house. He was able to fix it timely and efficiently in the same visit. I would not hesitate to call Veterans again. I was a little hesitant after reading all the bad reviews but they were referred by my Sears Home Warranty. I would use them again. Frank was friendly, timely and professional. He had the problem fixed and I had water again. Thank you Frank and thank you Veterans Plumbing!

I had scheduled and appointment for them to come to my home on 9/21. Between the hours of 9-12 they said they would call 30 minutes before their arrival. Around 11:30 my husband “who took a day off of work to make this appointment “ called them but no answer. I called them at 11:47. To find out where the technician was. Left a message. They Never showed up! It never bothered to call! On Monday morning I called them to find out what happened,? They said their office was close but their technicians were out working. “ obviously that was not the case”. And they had a note to speak to the technician, but no one ever reached out to the customer. I went through Fidelity home warranty to get this company. Obviously Fidelity doesn’t read the reviews!

The technician, Frank was very reliable, honest and such a diligent and fast worker. It only took him a maximum of 15 minutes to finish the job. Add to that I found out that the last technician from another company who worked on my disposer cheated on me by replacing it with a small disposer that is not meant to be used for a home. So he upgraded my unit that quick and replaced it. If I can give more than 5 starts to this technician I would. Kudos to Veterans Plumbing for having Frank as one of their technician. More power to this company!

TLDR: Poor and unprofessional service. For a utility servicing company, they are slow to respond and have no sense of urgency. Only provide statement of charges verbally and not written. Would not recommend, they don't seem to want your business.

If you have no water or an emergency, don't even bother calling them.

Here is the story of what happened:

My water heater broke and I was assigned this vendor by Fidelity Home Warranty. They were assigned at 10:30am. They did not call me to schedule until 2pm or later and said it would be between 3pm to 6pm when they could get someone out. They were slow to respond, had I had a leaking heater my house would have been flooded.

Moving on, I was assigned a technician named Jose. He gave me a call at 4:30pm, only to let me know that he would be at my property in 3 minutes. Obviously I could not get there in 3 minutes since I did not live at the property. I texted him and told him my property gate code and lockbox code and that I was on my way, when I got there 20 minutes later he left me a voice mail at 4:37pm saying that he left because noone answered the door and had to reschedule for the next morning. I called him and texted him to come back but he did not respond and blocked me instead. The next day he came back at 3 pm and I told them give me a 30 minutes heads up which they did. He came 1.5 hours later. Walked in the condo, took 1 minute to look at everything and left.

THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE THE DAY BEFORE. (No sense of urgency and zero respect for the customer)

At 450 pm I received a call from Fidelity regarding my bill. They told me the breakdown of charges and that the company only provided it verbally and not written. There was no way I was going to approve something only verbally. I called these guys back and asked to please provide a breakdown of charges in writing. They did not call me back and I had to call them the next morning to follow up, they told me they would not be able to come out the same day because I did not approve the charges and that they only provide it verbally over the phone. At that point, I called it off and called someone else.

Good luck using them to repair your home.

We had a plumbing leak in our wall and we were connected with Veteran's through our home warranty. We will absolutely use Veteran's again in the future if we need anything done. They were professional, fast, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! They also offer military and LEO discounts!

This company is horrible. If you are looking for a company that will lie to you, never return phone calls, miss appointments without letting you know, and ignore your calls when there’s a problem then this is the company. No wonder there main source of business comes through home warranty a because nobody in their right mind would choose to use this company. Been waiting 5 days for a water heater replacement. Next complaint is to the better business.

Holy smokes this company is wildly inept. I am dealing with a broken shower in my rental. This is the company that my landlord has stuck me with for the repairs. I have called 4 times now over the last 4 days (all during the office hours left in the oitgoing voicmail message) and left a voicemail each time requsting a follow up on my work order. Not once have I gotten an actual person on the phone and there has been NO RESPONSE. Wildly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Even if you cant schedule the work now because youre waiting on a part or dont have the techs, do me the courtesy of calling me back and giving me an update. Ridiculous that I have to go to these lenghts.

DON NOT choose this company! They lie!

My home warranty company signed this company to me, they came and stayed about 2 minutes and told me they don’t do this kind of pipe leaking but they have already contacted my warranty company to confirm that this is covered and they will send another guy later.

Then I called the warranty company, however they said this is not covered and I can’t get my $75 service fee back. I don’t know who finally get this money but I know I was totally F**ked by them.

By the way the warranty company is called “Fidelity National Home Warranty”, never choose them.

Worst Plumbing Company Ever! 100% Terrible service. They don't even deserve 1 Star!!!

Referred to by my Home Warranty company so I had to use them. At 7AM I noticed that I had a hot water leak at my house coming through the concrete slab which I explained to my home warranty. They send a request to bunch of different plumbers and who ever can get there first get's the contract apparently. So Veteran's Plumbing called me stating they could be at my place between 3 and 6PM. I asked them if they could come earlier and they said that's the window they have.. ok so far no problem. I explained to them everything and where the water was coming from. Plumber shows up around 3:30PM and is literally at my place for 5 minutes (inside the house actually looking at my issues). He stated he'd be back tomorrow because they don't perform leak detection!!! WOW what a useless plumber. I explained to them before they came out that the water was coming through the concrete slab soo guess what?! You need to do a leak detection!! How mind blowing. The next day they told me they could have a leak detection company out there on Friday!!! Really?? I have to wait 5 business day's because you're too incompetent to find a leak! Which by the way I found myself by using an infrared camera.

Long story short I ended up finding the leak and demo'ing out the floor myself and dug out the dirt. My home warranty sent out Economic Plumbing who then fixed the leak for me last night (Thursday).

If I would have waited for Veteran's Plumbing they still wouldn't know where the water is coming from!! What a bunch of experts they are! Thanks for nothing.

Mind blowing how they are still in business with all the frustrated customer's they got because of their incompetency. Also, the secretary blatantly lied to me when she told me that my Home Warranty hasn't given her approval to send out a leak detection company. I called them up and complained and they told me that she has had approval already!!!

This company is shady and un professional. This is a universal part that fits in every household and he does not carry a wax ring for a toilet. What kind of Plumbing company is this. So shady

Absolutely appalled at the level of unprofessionalism with this company. First off, the technician was rude and condescending in his approach and secondly, the owner of the company was unprofessional, defensive, and totally out of line when he had an opportunity to turn the situation around for a customer. I do not recommend Veteran's Plumbing to anyone!

Let me explain:

Our technician didn't initially fix our plumbing problem...He told us we just needed to order some drain cleaner product to clean our drains. After he left, I noticed the same problems continued to persist along with an additional problem that had been created... Now our washing machine was leaking water everywhere. He returned back out to our place 30 minutes later irritated as can be (like it was my fault).
He spent about 2 more hours fixing the issue... and then left without giving us instructions on how to drain out all of the mucky water that had collected in our washer. He just said the problem was fixed... didn't even have the courtesy to turn back on our water in laundry room or provide us with information on next steps.

Fast forward to the next morning, and now our washing machine isn't working at all... the water isn't properly draining out of it so I called Home Warranty back to let them know we now have another problem. The owner of Veteran's Plumbing calls me a few minutes later:

He starts with I heard you are accusing our plumber of breaking your washer... First off, what type of business owner leads with that?

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional the rest of the conversation... completely unhelpful. I expressed my frustrations in a professional manner and told him I'm not accusing anyone- I'm simply stating that now we have another problem.

I said I would be turning to review sites to share my experience. He said Go ahead, we will be sure to write you one back. LOL what kind of business owner responds with that? Just goes to show...

I hope you find this review helpful in your decision making process of finding a plumbing company to work with.

Back in January of 2015 they replaced a hot water heater thru my home protection plan i had with Old Republic. They installed a gas hot water heater, but wrote it down as a electric hot water heater in the notes, on top of the warranty going back to August 2014 and not the date of installation, therefor i am now out my warranty because they didn't do their notes right nor add the SN number anywhere. So A O Smith wont push the warranty date out. They ghosted me initially for over a week when i first contacted them. They told me my hot water heater was under warranty then came out to tell me it wasn't and would charge me full price if they install it. They don't keep paperwork or anything for old installations at all. POOR POOR BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

RESPONSE: Don't tell me you didn't ghost me when i first contacted you. YOU DID. I left multiple calls the first week i contacted you to setup even the first meeting with you guys. I've read multiple reviews where you guys don't answer nor call back. You are a company with 3.2 stars and 100 reviews, clearly you aren't doing something right and it shows thru your reviews. Maybe go find a new profession. BTW I have spoken with A O Smith and they say this has happened quite often that installers don't update the warranty like they should when they install. Good thing A O Smith takes care of their Veterans. Maybe you can learn to do better, but doubtful.

Also you handed me a full invoice? You have proof of that? Because i have proof that i was overseas with the military during this happening. I did all of this remotely.. Nice try... LIARS

Beware of this company. My expansion tank (on top of my water heater) had a hole in it. Through a quick diagnostic, Veteran's identified that I needed a new expansion tank for my water heater. They quoted me $400 for the expansion tank and the installation. Although I was in a bind, I didn't bite on the quote. Let's just say something didn't feel right about it.

Fast forward. I'm taken back by the high cost and start doing my own research. I found that expansion tanks are very inexpensive and take very little time to replace. I go to Home Depot. The expansion tank was $40. The time it took to install it (through another company) was 30 minutes. Total cost for the tank and the install.....$106.00, not $400.00. Sorry, Veteran's Plumbing.

Home owners, be warned. Veteran's Plumbing tries to take full advantage of the unsuspecting. Do your research, get a second opinion, watch YoutTube to understand the intensity (or the lack thereof) of the work. Don't hire this company.

Side note: The tank was leaking. The service techs collected their $45 service fee and didn't even offer to help me stop the leak until I was able to get it replaced. When I asked them for help, they told me its not covered. I asked the woman to at least tell me how to ensure the tank doesn't continue getting water. She reluctantly told me where the lever was that needed to be turned. Super unfriendly, no helpful at all. The company never called me back to follow-up on the quote either.

Seems to me they are just looking for easy money.

Veterans plumbing came out to check leak in both bathrooms. Told me it didnt leak. Then it started to leak everywhere so I pointed it out to him. He said he had to call his boss and would be right back in. I walked outside about 5 minutes later and he had left without saying or fixing anything. They never returned my calls, Then he told the home warranty company it was fixed. It leaks twice as bad now. And fidelity is just as unaccountable as they are. Never use this place.

No Integrity...they shouldn't be serving Home Warranty (HW) clients if they aren't happy with reimbursement.
In my case , as a Home Warranty service call they came out and determined that a leaky kitchen faucet needed replacement. Unfortunately the faucet that HW allowed was basic and didn't fit decoratively. I asked the tech if we could buy our own and have them install. He called the HW and his field supervisor. Bottom line...HW pays me 185 and Vets charges me 100. That seemed ok, i approved, and the tech put in a request to have the HW reimburse me 185. He told me to call them when i had purchased a faucet i liked. I did just that but the 100 price became 250. Vets wouldnt budge on price .The receptionist even told my wife it was more complicated because that the RO was involved (it is not) and some soldering was needed( if it had been necessary the tech would have said something as i thought he was both competent and honest) Based on principle I will use another company .....LESSON LEARNED
BTW....the little girl receptionist of Vets does LIE as described by another reviewer. She claimed that she talked to the tech and she wasnt authorized to price out the job which of course is the case. But the tech called a MALE ( i heard the conversation) who was probably a field supervisor.
I believe in integrity and this just bugs me to no end...Check my reviews
@ Signature Dentistry and youll see how I treat my patients. I hope VETS either drops out of HW service or decides to treat everyone with integrity

I find it hysterical that they have a bunch of 5 star reviews in a matter of 24 hours... It looks like someone is trying to improve their ratings to recover after all of the truthful 1 star ratings hit their pages. I wonder when they will close down...

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. AND... I already know the company is going to write a bogus rebuttal, just as they did to the BBB complaint I filed... This business is just out to cover their own a** since their office staff and technicians are worthless. Please see review below.

Being a small company, they should put more emphasis into customer service and providing a memorable experience.
Veterans Plumbing & Drain, LLC (Veterans) is a vendor of our home warranty company, Fidelity National Home Warranty (Fidelity). Fidelity contracted with Veterans to provide services with a water heater repair or replacement.

On the evening of March 27, 2018, a technician by the name of Jose from Veterans arrived at our home to look into our water heater issue. He was very rude, was not friendly or professional and did not explain any issue or discovery. After diagnosing the issue and replacing a water line, he stated another issue couldn't be resolved. We probed and asked questions in order to find out that they wouldn't rectify the situation. We were simply advised that we would hear from Veterans on the next business day.

On the morning of March 28, a representative from Veterans contacted us to ask questions about the water tank size and said we would hear back soon. She said a technician would be at our home between 1300 - 1500 hours to replace the water tank.

At 1455 hours, we called Veterans to get an estimated time of arrival and were advised that our appointment had been moved to the following business day. Veterans had been advised by Fidelity that the claim wasn't initially approved so they removed our appointment. After discussing the issue with Fidelity, the claim was approved but we still wouldn't have warm water until the next day.

We called Veterans back and after speaking to both Jose the technician and Maritza the customer service representative, we told them that we needed a 1600 appointment. Both Jose and Maritza confirmed and reassured us that a technician would be at our home by 1600 hours on March 29th.

Today, March 29th at 1605 hours, we called Veterans to determine an estimated time of arrival. The technician that answered said that there was another appointment before us and that he had us in a window from 1600 - 1800 hours. He stated he wouldn't be arriving until closer to 1800 hours. Due to prior obligations, we advised Veterans that we needed someone at our home ASAP. The technician said he wouldn't be able to appear.

We then called Fidelity to probe and look for a resolution. The only option was to find a new vendor as Veterans was now telling Fidelity that they wouldn't be able to work on our home was we were a liability at this point, considering we had called them multiple times.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are rude, don't stand by their word, don't abide by a schedule and have ZERO customer service skills.

***Long story short***

- NEGATIVE 5 stars for Veterans Plumbing and Drain LLC. BEWARE & DO NOT USE THEM
- Aug 17 2017. Gas water heater fails, noticed around 5:30 am.
- Called Home warranty customer service and Veterans Plumber's arrive around 2 PM
- Veterans Plumber’s leave saying will call back in 2 hours, 2 hours passed no update .
- Aug 18 2017. Took break from work. Not convinced, multiple calls to home warranty and Veterans Plumbing, Veterans plumber says thermocouple and burner assembly has to be changed.
- Still not convinced, 3 more calls to plumbers in area and Bluefrog plumber arrives around 12 pm.
- SHOCKED TO FIND SERIAL NUMBER LABEL STOLEN from heater which was there on Aug 17 before Veterans Plumber's left. Gave serial number from picture taken before.
- Bluefrog plumber finds the issue with gas valve not thermocouple burner assembly in ~20 mins. Around 2:30 pm Gas water heater up and running after gas valve was replaced.
- Shocker from water heater manufacturer, water heater will loose next 3 years manufacturer warranty as serial number sticker is not present in the heater now.

***Full details***

--Aug 17 2017 Called my home warranty customer service for a problem with Gas water heater at home and they sent QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS of Veterans Plumbing. Jose and another person came in and removed the burner assembly looked at it in all directions for a while and told me that they do not have the right spare to replace and will have to look for it. Point to be noted is they did not tell me what the problem was or which part needs to be changed. Told me they will call back in 2 hours to update and then left. 2 hours passed with no update.

--Aug 18 2017 No call yet from Veterans Plumbing. Seeing family suffer in the morning, called them to understand where they are with the issue and asked which part is faulty to see if I can buy it somewhere else and speed up things due to family need. Front office transfers call to Frank and the answer is Thermocouple and burner assembly has to be changed. I am not convinced as I already spoke to AO SMITH customer service, manufacturer of my Gas Water heater. When I tried to explain him what I was trying to do, he said he knows what he is doing and hanged the phone on me.

Called BlueFrog Scottsdale and they were available to come between 12 and 2 PM. They were right on time and THERE WAS A SHOCKER waiting for me.

Alex was the technician from Bluefrog, he told me what he was going to do and was searching for the serial number of the heater. Serial number label was missing which was there on Aug 17. Luckily I had taken a picture of it on Aug 17 7:43 am and I was able to give Alex the serial number from it. While Alex started his diagnosis, called up Veterans Plumbing and asked for the serial number label and they said no one took it. Since Aug 17 7:43 am when I took the picture of the serial number label till Aug 18 ~12:20 PM there were only 3 outsiders in my garage. Frank and another plumber from Veterans Plumbing and then Alex, I was with Alex from the moment he entered the garage and till we found the label was missing.

Within 20 mins Alex found the issue and he told me the problem was with the Honeywell valve, not the Thermocouple burner assembly. He made couple of calls and came back with the new valve by 2:20 pm, next 15-20 mins heater was up and running.

Since I did not register my heater and anyone/technicians can call AO SMITH and order parts with the serial number stolen from my house called AO SMITH and asked them to flag my serial number so no one else other than me can order parts or replace the heater. Another shocker was waiting there, I came to know that I have 3 more years of manufacturer warranty and now since the serial number label is stolen my heater will not be covered.

I will be calling Veterans Plumbing on Aug 21 (Monday) and explain this to someone in a Manager level to see if I can retrieve the serial number label back. Will update what happens next.

Sorry this review is a little late. Thank you Jose for all your help. I had just bought a new house/condo this spring when one month in, my upstairs shower started raining into my pantry. I called my home warranty and not one company could come out same day, but they gave me the number of Veteran's plumbing and I called and spoke with a very understanding person and she took pity on my and got me an appointment that day. The technician was awesome. Not only was Jose on time, he was professional and explained everything and even helped me understand plumbing a little better. We had a hard time getting the plumbing to repeat the problem, even with trouble shooting. It started happening again 10 minutes after he left (of course) and I was able to call him and he came right back and caught it and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. After all the reconstruction, asbestos abatement, etc Jose was able to come back out immediately to fix the shower so I could move back in. Will be using this company again because they actually care about their clients.

This is a poor customer service company. They dont have competent employees. I didn't call them, my home warranty did.
They were not able to fix my issue. An employee named Jose came and he wanted to drain clean thru the main pipe and unfortunately my pipe is in my back living room. I asked him if thats the only way he can unclog the pipe and he said yes.. well to make my story short my warranty cancelled my claim. so i called Diamondback Plumbing.. and they were able to clean it out thru the main bath tub. So i paid my home warranty for nothing and paid the other company. I do not recommend this company at all. And if they erase this.. i will keep posting this.

Frank was very unprofessional today. He charged us $75 to do nothing but take pictures for the home warranty company. He did not show a willingness to help us fix the problem. We would have been fine if he fixed the problem and charged us accordingly. Instead, he documented reasons why he couldn't do the work. We believe he caused the problem when he came out last week to fix our drain and cracked the pipe because he was so quick and in a hurry when he worked. It would have been so easy to determine where the leak was coming from and give us a quote to fix it. Now we have to go longer without our kitchen working, which makes life more difficult to wash dishes and cook. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUMBER! NOT WORTH THE RISK!

This company is really bad . They made a huge mess when they removed the water heater. Brown mud or water all over my white exterior walls . The guys did not even bother to wash it off . This happened when i was at work i left the gate unlocked. That was about 1 year and some months ago. Now The new water heater they put in starts leaking and the copper lines that got moved and they welded are now dripping water. No point on calling them .

We had a scheduled appointment window of 11am-3pm and NO SHOW!!! This is by far the worst service I have ever received! Our hot water heater is leaking water every where and now there is wall damage due to this companies NO CALL NO SHOW ethics. Please check out this companies reviews and do not use. Our home warranty CHOICE WARRANTY referred them and I will be cancelling our home warranty as well. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

My home warranty company sent these guys out. They showed up on time, a little early actually. They fixed the problem with the toilet however they left a mess in the bathroom. They emptied something in the tub and left all the dirt and debris in the tub, used a clean towel off the counter to soak up water and then placed the towel back like it had never been touched. They didn’t even mention the debris in the tub or use of the towel when they finished. The work they do is good but their cleanliness needs some improvement.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company and the service that they rendered.
Frank the plumbing tech was very informative and professional. The quality of work was excellent.
Owner went above and beyond to make this customer satisfied. Being both a senior and a veteran this company will save both money.
I have found the right company for my plumbing needs. Have a new project for them to do and have no doubt they will give me a good price with excellent service.
Can't believe anyone would rate this company less than 4 stars !
Thanks so much !

Used this company three years ago to replace our hot water heater. Three years later the hot water heater went out again and needs to be replaced. This should not be especially because we have a water softening system and most hot water heaters last at least 10 years.

Do not use this company! They installed a brand new water heater a few months ago that stopped working. I called and left messages for over a week and no one bothered to call me back. And when they installed the water heater back in May, they left a huge mess in my driveway and gutter - parts and stuff like that. Need to be reported to BBB and ROC. Just horrible!

We had an emergency leak from our water heater having it flood our garage and spare room. We then proceeded to call home warranty and thats when they sent Veterans Plumbing to us. We were told that they would be here between 10 and 12. Get called around 12 and then said they would be 15 minutes out. Come another 15 minutes and they still are not here. They finally show up and sit in there truck staring at us until they decide to get out. They take there measurements and tell us there water tanks are to big.
They then tell us the only way they can do it is if they cut out more drywall and put it in there. We of course said no we want it done right. They asked us if we wanted them to call and find one that would fit like we had an option. They then proceeded to sit in there truck, I hope making phone calls. The woman proceeded to yell out her window at my wife, while smoking a cigarette, of what was going on instead of walking up to talk to her. They sat in there truck for over an hour without any updates. Our home warranty company had to call us while they were outside in there truck to update us! Very unprofessional business practices. The guy with her didn't seem like he had a care in the world. He didn't even try to acknowledge us.

As a fellow veteran myself it is very disappointing to see a veteran ran company with these business practices.

Some of these people are salty ! Verterans plumbing was recommended by my home warranty! For my clogged toilet. I called Verterans Plumbing Maritza got some one to my house that same day ! She asked what hours worked for me I do work full time and the workers showed up on TIME ! Very nice professional and clean ! Fixed my toilet! I will continue to request this company and recommend them to any one needing plumbing! These guys know how to do their jobs! Thank you Jose ! You are awesome !

Horrible!!! They never answered their phones and when they do answer the little girl lies about it receiving a work order to come do the job. They lie about the work you need done and get mad when you state you want a second opinion! Turns out the other company could fix issue without all the extra work veterans swore I needed done. My major issue with them is the fact they touched a valve in my backyard and now my backyard is flooding let them tell it he never touched him however we have video and witnesses who saw him do it. Law suit waiting to happen

This business is so poorly ran I don't know how they are still a functioning company. I scheduled with them for today and when no one showed during the time slot, I had to call them 4 times to get someone on the phone who then told me that they needed to reschedule. I explained that I had taken off work for this and could not reschedule for tomorrow. I was then told to take it up with my home warranty to get the services I needed done.

Excellent service from Dan who went through some options for a nine year old water tank needing a gas valve and a cleaning. Decided to have a new Hot water tank installed and he came back and worked on it until 830pm, this is the kind of service you'll get from this excellent plumber who gave me a great price. This guy here helped me out more then expected today. He's definitely a person who will go above and beyond!

If I could give negative stars I would!!!

My landlord called this company around 8:30am today for a broken water heater. The company told us someone would be here between 11am and 3pm. (Mind you my fiance had to come home, therefore taking the day off due to the timeframe) Jose showed up at about 2:50pm. He looked at the water heater for about 20 seconds and said it needs to be replaced, I will contact the landlord and see what he wants to do, I'll be back in a couple hours. And then left making his initial visit about 3 minutes! Then about 3:40pm another gentleman from an unknown company shows up to check for mold. (Apparently the plumbing company called him out to check the small water damage on carpet (1ft x 1ft) but failed to let us know) therefore no one was home because our child needed to be picked up from daycare. Around 5pm we were informed that the plumber would be back at 7:30pm to replace the water heater. (What happened to the couple of hours Jose said? 9:00 pm rolls around so I contact the landlord to get the plumbers number. I call and Leave a voicemail. Jose calls back and says hes 2 minutes away. I asked if he could please provide his supervisors phone number when he arrives. He says ok. Jose shows up at 9:16 (not 2 minues away) I asked him for his supervisors phone number and he tells me in a condescending tone I am the field supervisor I being to ask my questions as to why this was an all day process and he proceeds to tell me he informed the landlord it would be late. I said ok and left it at that. Jose begins to change out the water heater, the entire time he is slamming things, hitting walls with the tools and supplies, dragging the hose through the house and throwing! It outside, inches from my car! The replacement of the water heater took approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes. Regardless of how the conversations took place between him and the landlord that does not give him cause to be Condescending, rude, and negligent in our home. Remember..... the landlord is paying you for YOUR service. Without customers this company would not exist! What a shame on this company but I'm not surprised after reading all the reviews.....

Very rude and unprofessional. They only work with one brand and refused to work with existing pipes in the home and claimed everything needs to be modified for their parts, driving the cost extremely high. Took my business else where when they didn’t want to work with me. I asked if they could use another brand/valve to fit the standard home shower piping (built in 2005), and they basically told me to go do it myself and find the parts myself if I didn’t want to pay their “modification” fees.

Terrible. Went through my home warranty and had them come in for a leaking pipe in the upstairs bathroom. The guy showed up took a picture of the tub and said he would come back with new parts. He never came back to fix the issue and reported to my home warranty that the issue had been fixed. Terrible business.

This company earned a poor 1 star rating. The first Appointment was made between the hours of 11 and 3 That was a no show from the technician with no professional courtesy to call me to let me know they would not make it after I took one day off work waiting on them. I continually called the office after 12 o'clock with no answer. When I called the office the only answer I got was an answering machine that said that they were call me the following day. I finally got ahold of them the following day and they said that they would be there between 2 and 4 once again and no show and no professional courtesy to call me to let me know they would not show up. Would not have used this company for wasn't for my insurance referring me them to me very poor service
