I find it hysterical that they have a bunch of 5 star reviews in a matter of 24 hours... It looks like someone is trying to improve their ratings to recover after all of the truthful 1 star ratings hit their pages. I wonder when they will close down...
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. AND... I already know the company is going to write a bogus rebuttal, just as they did to the BBB complaint I filed... This business is just out to cover their own a** since their office staff and technicians are worthless. Please see review below.
Being a small company, they should put more emphasis into customer service and providing a memorable experience.
Veterans Plumbing & Drain, LLC (Veterans) is a vendor of our home warranty company, Fidelity National Home Warranty (Fidelity). Fidelity contracted with Veterans to provide services with a water heater repair or replacement.
On the evening of March 27, 2018, a technician by the name of Jose from Veterans arrived at our home to look into our water heater issue. He was very rude, was not friendly or professional and did not explain any issue or discovery. After diagnosing the issue and replacing a water line, he stated another issue couldn't be resolved. We probed and asked questions in order to find out that they wouldn't rectify the situation. We were simply advised that we would hear from Veterans on the next business day.
On the morning of March 28, a representative from Veterans contacted us to ask questions about the water tank size and said we would hear back soon. She said a technician would be at our home between 1300 - 1500 hours to replace the water tank.
At 1455 hours, we called Veterans to get an estimated time of arrival and were advised that our appointment had been moved to the following business day. Veterans had been advised by Fidelity that the claim wasn't initially approved so they removed our appointment. After discussing the issue with Fidelity, the claim was approved but we still wouldn't have warm water until the next day.
We called Veterans back and after speaking to both Jose the technician and Maritza the customer service representative, we told them that we needed a 1600 appointment. Both Jose and Maritza confirmed and reassured us that a technician would be at our home by 1600 hours on March 29th.
Today, March 29th at 1605 hours, we called Veterans to determine an estimated time of arrival. The technician that answered said that there was another appointment before us and that he had us in a window from 1600 - 1800 hours. He stated he wouldn't be arriving until closer to 1800 hours. Due to prior obligations, we advised Veterans that we needed someone at our home ASAP. The technician said he wouldn't be able to appear.
We then called Fidelity to probe and look for a resolution. The only option was to find a new vendor as Veterans was now telling Fidelity that they wouldn't be able to work on our home was we were a liability at this point, considering we had called them multiple times.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are rude, don't stand by their word, don't abide by a schedule and have ZERO customer service skills.
