I won’t go anywhere else for plumbing work. The owner has 100% integrity and his high standards show across the business. I have used them for everything from common plumbing like faucet repair, to the replacement of the entire sewer line. I chose to also have them replace all the drains connected to the sewer line in my 1960s house.

After having a rough expensive experience with Rotor Rooter, I decided to get a second quote and I am glad I did. Going with 100% plumbing was such a difference, I felt like they were more experienced and they have lower prices with all the same warranties. We had a leak somewhere upstairs that made a hole on our ceiling downstairs. I called 100% plumbing and they came out the same day. Mike Malmgren came out and took his time and found the leak. It was a free estimate and he was here over an hour. He gave us a few different options on how to fix it so I chose to buy the part I needed and had him come back to install it and replace the bad pipe. Mike did such a great job! Absolutely professional! We were 100% happy with the job, the service and the company. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Great company to work with. I called for an estimate on a new water heater, someone came out the same day. Mike was very friendly and helpful. He was also able to install the same day. Thought I had an issue the next day they again came out same day and took a look at everything. It ended up being operator error but really appreciated that Mike didn’t make me feel dumb for calling them out. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!
Called them right away when I noticed water leaking from my water heater. Talked to Rebecca and the owner Mont. Mike was here in like 15 to 20 minutes. Talk about fast service! Switched out the damaged unit with a new one. Got the work done so quickly. Went over everything with me. Mike also did a free inspection of all the plumbing in my house and offered some suggestions. Call them in the morning and they are able to come less than couple hours. The technicians ( Chase and Jason) were super great about explaining everything that they were going to do and showing us how to drain the water to maintain the tank. They were professional and efficient. We'll definitely use them again!
100% Plumbing is the best. I am a proud recipient of their services on several occasions. They have excellent customer service from Rebecca, their receptionist, to Mont, the owner and every tech/ plumber in between. I really appreciate their honesty; they do not try to sell you what you do not need. Had issues with my garbage disposal. They were able to fit me into their schedule the following day. I was ready to have to replace the garbage disposal. Instead, the tech/ plumber assessed the problem, not only did he fix it, he also showed me how to address the problem in the future, which I’ve had to do a couple of times. I recently had issues with my water softener leaking. Once again, 100% Plumbing was able to fit me in the following day. This time I was visited by Mont, himself, he determined that it was an overflow issue; he had the unit serviced the following day and reminded to to maintain a healthy salt pallet level.

This was the first time I used 100% Plumbing. They showed up very quickly and could not recreate the issue. They added some chemicals and did not charge me a dime. I have never had that happen. I own a couple of rentals and always had to pay just for the visit. I will use them again and again! Great customer service.

Mike - once again came to the rescue! He arrived and was prepared to install the new Hero water softener that we had anxiously been waiting for it to be installed as our new water home filtration. He was very professional and knowledgeable with what needed to be done! He took his time and assessed the work area prior to him starting his job at hand. Initially we thought the price was too high but after using the product for about 2wks now, it works very well, so much better than what we had before, family really likes the product, we have noticed a big difference in water quality, and we compared numerous other water softeners around the area and are pleased with the Hero Water Softener. I called in the afternoon and thought I would have two wait a long time. They sent out a repair person in two hours! I was thrilled! Chase was one of the most polite and awesome young yman! He fixed the problem in no time! I'm 100% pleased!! Thank you!
It wasn't even an emergency but I was given a same-day appointment. Within a few hours of calling, Kevin was on-site and diagnosed the issue with my 80-gal hot water heater. The cost to pull the heater (and associated piping from this monstrosity, which was originally installed in 2008 as a solar hot water heater system) and replace with a regular 50-gal electric was better than another quote I got. In addition, Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and I've been looking for a good plumbing company for a LONG TIME now. Tried two others over the years and was not satisfied. But 100% Plumbing wins!

Super happy with my experience with 100% plumbing. I had a drainage pipe leak in the wall - the crew came out within 24 hours and even scheduled the restoration company for remediation that day. Costs were reasonable for the scope of work. I would definitely recommend them.

Because due to old faucets it took longer to take it out and put it in new ones. Mike has patience to take them out and did excellent job to put on the faucets to the porcelain sink.

The ceiling at my mother in laws feel in because of a water leak in a 4X8 area on a Friday. The company recognized this was an emergency and had a tech there in just a couple hours. Turns out it was an issue with the ac unit. So not something he was able to do. In spite of that he took out the soaked drywall and cleaned up the mess in the front room. He was excellent with my very elderly mother in law. We were able to get an account company out later that day and fixed the problem. We have used 100% Plumbing on numerous occasions at our place and they are good people who do good work.

Our plumber was Tim. We had him reroute the water supply lines and the drain lines to new locations for both the shower and the bathtub. He also installed the shower pan. This was an all day job that also involved cutting into the floor and wall to make the new connections.
We were completely satisfied with everything Tim did. He took the time to answer our questions, and completed all the work professionally. He ran into some unexpected complications, but took the time to solve them and do the work properly.

I plan on having this company maintain my hot water heater. The plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable. TIP: PLEASE have your water heaters flushed/drained and the sacrificial anode (SA) checked annually if you have a water softener and every 2 to 3 years of you don’t. This can extend the life of your water heater.

100% Plumbing is great! I have now used them a few times for various things and have always had great experiences. Today, they came out and didn’t charge me anything despite fixing my shower handle. It didn’t need any parts but a simple adjustment I couldn't figure out on my own. I expected a charge and would have gladly paid even though it was a 10-15 minute job. I’ll always call them for anything that has to do with plumbing for my house.

They came out last minute on a Saturday afternoon to give me a quote for replacing my water heater which was still under warranty. If it wouldn't of been a warranty issue, they would've replaced it on Saturday for me. They weren't able to get back until the following Tuesday. They got it done very professionally.

Owner quote a 2-day turnaround, which seemed optimistic to me, and indeed the actual worker said it would be at least 3 if all went well. Job ended up taking more like 6 - I can't fault them for the # of days in as I saw the amount of work involved and unless they had a crew of 10 there's no way it could've been done in only 2 days. Lead man was good with communication and made sure that we had a working toilet by the end of day so we avoided a hotel stay. Workers were nice and professional and conscientious - one noticed that my cat was out in the front yard (which was fine) and asked me just in case. Professional and communicative; good trustworthy guys in your home.

McKinley (hope its correct spelling) was on time and ready to hear what the issue was that I had. He listened fully and then proceeded to explain the options there was to resolve the issue. I trusted him right from the beginning as he was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. As the repair was being done he explained everything that was going on which kept my trust up. At one point I asked if there was a discount for being referred by my father in law and he asked me a couple questions to make sure he didnt give me false information or mislead me. That is another reason why I would tell everyone I know, to use 100% Plumbing for all there water related repairs.
My suggestions to 100% Plumbing upper management is give this guy a raise before another company pry’s him away.

Over my life time I have experienced many service companies and 100% plumbing was like known other! They was professional, efficient and gracious! No one wants to spend money on repairs and Mont and Angel made the process not only easy for me but they were so kind! Mont gave loving to my pups and who doesn't love someone that does that! They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. I had an estimate of over $7000 from another company and they did the work for $2300! I highly recommend them.
My call about shower mixing valve not shutting off completely was responded to with a service call was responded to promptly the same day. When I opted to have the valve replaced versus just the cartridge the technician was able to accomplish in the same call coming through a closet wall to neatly replace the valve without disrupting the shower tile installation. I am confident in the work done by 100% Plumbing and enjoy the quality and thoroughness of the work they do.
Best experience with McKinley and the company! We had a very difficult time finding someone who could and would drill through tile to install a fixture and it was perfectly done. Friendly, thorough and skilled. Could not be happier. Reasonably priced and weren’t price gouging like so many other companies we called for estimates. You need these guys!

I feel so relieved that I don't have to worry about any more leakage or water damage. I had my shower faucet replaced was leaking badly, mayb my water bill will go down now. Also my toilet was leaking from the base. I even asked to see the old parts they were so corroded and bad looking after 23 years. Great service! This is my second time using them they are a small company and don't advertise. By word of mouth. So I'm doing a shout out for them!!! Quality company that came out the same day we called with a major problem under the kitchen sink. A pipe had to be replaced, rerouted & installed the next day along with cleanout & rodding. The job was completed in a very timely manner for a very fair price including 10% off. We recently bought a home and needed several plumbing items worked on as we moved in. 100% Plumbing was easy to contact and work with. They were patient as we asked questions, throughly explained repairs, and discussed the costs and next steps throughout the entire process. We even had a couple items that came up unexpectedly as they were repairing other items and they were flexible in accommodating those while also handling the initial repairs. Being new to the area, finding reliable companies to do home repairs of any type is stressful, especially one as necessary as plumbing and 100% Plumbing did a fantastic job at not only the repairs but customer service. Excellent! They responded to my plumbing emergency within an hour! Pricing was fair and reasonable. They took the time to explain what the problem was and how they fixed it. I have been in the property management industry for 25 years and although it was for a personal need, this was by far the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. PLEASE consider 100% plumbing for your plumbing needs.
Mont and his team are exceptional! We have used them several times and they have always gone above and beyond. I really can’t say enough about them. Mont’s personality and customer service skills are only surpassed by his knowledge and honesty. He’s the first person I call whenever I have a plumbing issue or am considering a bath or kitchen remodel. I will recommend Mont and his team every chance I get.
Tim did a good job for the items we needed addressing, so no complaint there. What was really disappointing was an additional request I made while he was here already working under the kitchen sink. I have a new set of sink hardware that needs to be installed and I asked him if he could install while he was already under the sink. He said he could, but it would cost an additional $185. I would have been happy to comp 100% for a nominal amount for his time, but a full additional service charge when he was already performing work under the sink?? That's a gouge, and it's truly disappointing. Will definitely think twice before using 100% ever again.

They showed up right at 1pm very professional and friendly. They went straight back to the problem and had a quote in 30 mins. They didn’t charge me to come out and look which was nice. I ended up having them repair the leak right then because the quote was fair and they come highly recommended. They cleaned everything up as if they were never there. I would recommend them.

This is a true gem of a company. We (read my husband) attempted a minor plumbing fix this past Saturday morning. Since you're reading this review, suffice it to say things didn't go so great. We called 100% Plumbing and had McKinley at our door about an hour later. He diagnosed our problem, presented us with our options, and patiently answered our questions. We will not hesitate to call upon 100% again for both our planned and unplanned plumbing needs.
We called on a Saturday and 100% plumbing was at our house within the hour. Our tech, Chase, was great. Had a great attitude and completed the work timely.

Nice, professional, helped with my water heater. Electronic controller stopped working and they hunted one down and replaced it for a good price! Only complaint might be that the back pressure line wasn't closed off and let air in the system causing sputtering from the faucets.

Called 100% Plumbing to unclog a toilet in a master bedroom. They provided estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Technician arrived and was here about 15 minutes or less, was able to get toilet to flush but a very low pressure flush but not back to original status. They claimed the usage of wipes as reason for clog. Just because wipes are present doesn't mean they are flushed down the toilet especially a toilet with a bidet installed. Contacted a 2nd time the very next day via text and video of current toilet which was clogged a second time but no responses until we physically contacted them and they were reluctant about coming out a second time, even though the name of the company is 100% and they so call guarantee their work because they were stuck on the fact that wipes was the cause of the clog even after we stressed that it wasn't. A Technician was sent out the next day, did the same very service which did the trick even through they wrote on service order that clog was due to wipes again and they recommended replacing the toilet due to low water pressure... Thankful my toilet is back to working condition with full water pressure but what a hassle with this company.. Should have done it right on the 1st try or recommended a new toilet then instead of leaving job unfinished ...Definitely would not recommend...

This is my second time using 100% Plumbing based on a referral from a friend who is in the Property Management Business. I had a catastrophic leak from an upstairs bathroom into a Laundry Room. They responded same day because of the situation. The people I spoke with in the office were very nice and understanding and dispatch Tim C the same day. Tim was pleasant professional, wore booties on the shoes. He diagnosed the problem and gave the quote. Again seemed fair so they repaired the leaking toilet. They used some high tech stuff to keep you informed when they are on the way plus the payment system is fast with an ereciept. If you need some plumbing work, I would recommend this team of plumbing professionals.
They are always on time and friendly with great professionalism.. we will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs and we would highly recommend.

UPDATE - my mom had had problems after they had fixed it and had kept calling but was not getting a response. I guess the plumber himself had seen my review stating they weren't returning calls and called her himself. They had a new receptionist who wasn't returning calls. He immediately went out and fixed the issue. Even called the next day to make sure it was working. The owner himself even called her to make sure everything was fixed. We will continue to use 100 Plumbing

We have had Eddie on three separate jobs. He is super courteous, clean, friendly and professional. He always has what he needs in his truck and fixes the problem with ease, even though I know a few times were a challenge. He takes the time to show me what he is doing and how to fix it myself next time if it is fairly simple. I appreciate that he arrived in a mask in the midst of our COVID pandemic.

I can’t thank guys at 100% plumbing enough, my water heater broke right on thanksgiving day and these guys were able to fit me for an appointment and replacement of heater in the early part of very next day.. I would highly recommend 100% plumbing

I’m very pleased with my service today. I had one toilet that was running and needed a new flapper inside the tank—replaced parts inside tank and a new handle. The other toilet would rock when sitting on it—reinstalled toilet and used shims for the tank to keep the base from rocking.
