My water service line had a leak and it turned out I needed it to be replaced and re-routed. I called Robins Plumbing, and Juanita answered and got me a diagnostic appointment scheduled! She was awesome! She had Joey come out and look at my leak. Joey was on time, extremely professional and courteous, and he gave me the best possible options to solve the problem. Brian, Matt and Mike came out to re-route my water service line and they were phenomenal! I highly recommend Robins Plumbing if you have any plumbing problems! The quality of service and the customer service is amazing!!

Robins Plumbing was recommended by our home inspector and we are so appreciative to have worked with them on several recent items at the house, some of which needed urgent replacement. Damon was professional, clearly communicated options, proposed a work plan and estimate. Mike and he arrived when scheduled, performed the work as discussed, verified everything was working and provided information for follow up as needed. Will definitely hire again if needed.

Autumn was awesome…and explained everything. There were lots of questions I needed answered because we came upon more things than first expected, everything was explained to me until I fully understood all my options and what the possible outcomes might be if I took certain routes to address each problem. (Hope that made sense). She was on time and understanding, and patient. It was a pleasure to have her in my home addressing our needs and would recommend her for any plumbing problems you may be experiencing! She had my toilet replaced with a new, better seal than what was used before, in no time. Recommended! ?

I called Robins Plumbing last night after another plumber could not fix the problem. I called at 5:30pm and Nathan was at my door at 7:15. He was very professional and kind. We hadn't had any water for two days and I was a bit frazzled. In language I could understand, he explained the problem and by 9:00 pm I had water. I had never used Robins before but I have certainly told all my neighbors about them now!

Our plumbing was backed up and Matthew came at 9:00pm and fixed all the issues. Worth every penny to have him out. Very nice guy and knew what the problem was and got to it. Would definitely refer him to anyone that needs a plumber. He was awesome!!!!!

Damon came out to put in a new RO system in our house was on time and notified us on arrival time. He was very professional and friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. Everyone we have used from Robins plumbing has been great. I would highly recommend this company.

Damon was fantastic. The house Flooded and sewage backed up into my home. They sent him out and he got us lined up and got the area cleaned and even walk us through our options for a new toilet. I had a issues with my hot water heater having a reduced flow to the house. Nathan came out and was a learning to get it fixed super quick. He called before hand and was on time. He gave several solutions for the future. On time and professional.

Our stopper in sink was fused shut. Autum came and replaced with pop up stoppers. Had her do the other sink in bathroom to match. . Had her put in a new stopper in the main bath too. None was there when we bought house.Everything looks perfect now.Will definitely use Robins again in the future.Fast appointment, personable and knowledgeable technician.Was a pleasure to meet Autum. Autumn was amazing! She thoroughly assessed the problem and gave me a really good explanation of what she was doing and why. Even instructions for things I can fix myself in the future. I will never call anyone but Robins!

The plumber that came did a great job. Unfortunately I've been inundated with emails, mail, phone calls and texts wanting to do more work. I had already talked to them that I would have to discuss with them anymore work because I had just had open heart surgery. Since that discussion I have received at least 2 communications from them everyday. Very annoying. If you do use them be prepared to be hounded for more jobs.

Had a blockage in our drain line in a house we had just purchased. Autumn was early and got right to work. She found the clog and had us back to normal. Autumn kept us informed thru the entire process. Best plumbing experience we have ever had !! Autumn - you rock !!!!! And thank you !!!!!

Robin’s plumbing team was AMAZING! Ben originally came to evaluate home on a emergency call over the weekend, due to water leak. Ben was timely, honest, and very easy to talk with. I booked an appointment with Robins Plumbing and they were actually able to arrive a day early, which was nice. Nathan did an awesome job. I had a hose bib that needed to be replaced. He also asked if there was anything else that I needed to have looked at. That jogged my memory and I remembered that my drip irrigation system was leaking and not working properly at the valve area, and also, my tub drain was broken and needed to be replaced. He was able to quickly add all that to the list of items with a thorough explanation of everything and a quote. Nathan is very professional, completed the work in a timely manner, did awesome work, and explained all the work he was doing in detail. He also went around to each item that was fixed and had me check everything with him. I would highly recommend Robins Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Yesterday, Labor Day, we realized no hot water. I called Robins and they were at the house in about an hour! We first thought it was a simple fix with the pilot light. But we needed a new hot water heater. (They had installed the one we had over 7 years ago). Joey was amazing. He worked at least 3 hours and voila! Hot water. They were responsive and he was terrific in explaining everything and the why of a new one. Highly recommend.

The guy that showed up was professional but didn’t find or fix the major leak in my front yard after 2 hours of digging yielded no results, he offered an outrageous idea of rerouting a new main water line for $3,600 when he didn’t even find the pipe that was causing the leak. It was just disappointing.

Amazing guys! Our water heater burst open and our plumbing was old and rusted! My house has not had the best maintenance since it was build and not everything was up to code. But Robins came in and got everything up to code and working marvelously! Highly recommend to everyone. So grateful to Robins Plumbing. They squeezed me in when we had an unexpected problem the same day I called. Scheduler was so nice to talk to and I felt she was doing everything she could to find someone to come fix our problem. Brandon was great. He called beforehand and arrived right on time. Found out my toilet was running so I called Robins Plumbing. Damon and Autumn were able to arrive early and quickly explained what was wrong they quickly replaced the guts for my toilet and even replaced the supply line explaining that plastic ones can cause floods. LIFESAVERS!! We had our main line clog, of course at 3pm on Saturday. Called Robins Plumbing and they saved the day! They did ALL.THE.THINGS.RIGHT!! They answered the phone, they had someone (Ben, can’t say enough good things about Ben), here within the hour, although it was the weekend and getting close to the end of the day, they didn’t charge emergency service fee when they definitely could have, they send you an email with the technicians photo, let you know what their vehicle looks like and what the uniform looks like. They quote you the price over the phone, and it was actually that price.Ben was courteous, professional, explained what he was doing and checked to make sure everything was working correct THREE times before he left. Amazing service!???? and will use them again. HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience with whole house filter/softener installation. Eddy and Mike were on time, friendly and did a quality job. Answered all my questions and were very professional. Their office people are always kind and seem extremely happy to be working there. Their technicians have always been great, especially Alex. I just had a pretty big repair done by him and I must say I’m impressed with his work ethic and knowledge of the whole plumbing industry. Woke on a Sunday morning to a hissing sound in my first bathroom. Looked at my water meter and it was turning. Jumped on Yelp and found Robins Plumbing with high ratings and opened on Sundays. Gave them a call and Nathan was out within two hours. He figure out that a pipe (underground) that was coming from the hot water header to the first bathroom had a leak.Nathan was able to stop the leak and we schedule to have the repair completed a few days later at all of our convince. He ran a new copper line from the header to the pipe in the bathroom faucet.With all the work done on Sunday, plus a reasonable emergency call fee, and the rest of the work done it was extremely reasonable and affordable price.Definitely will use Robins Plumbing again!

They quoted me $600 for a new toilet when all that was wrong is that it was stopped up. I was able to get a handyman to get it working for $50

I must rave about not only this company but my service techs as well. We had several emergency issues arise and Janet in the office was able to get Damon and Jason out to us ASAP. It is very rare to receive such quick and efficient service in terms of getting a plumber out within 30 minutes.Damon was absolutely amazing in triple checking all the issues and giving us a fair and honest price on what must be done.Jason was super helpful and informative with all the questions I had as well.If you want to have the best plumbing experience-use this company!!! We hardly ever write reviews, but, we had such a great experience with Robins Plumbing and Eddie the repair person, that we had to write one. It was a hot (105) Saturday around noon, We had a leak in the back of the house. We were unsure who to call, after getting Robins Plumbing info we Called and was told someone would be out between 2-4. Eddie arrived around 1:45. He was very friendly, professional and kind. He wasappreciative of the wildlife in our yard, even tolerated the humming birds buzzing around his head. Eddie was able to find the leak quickly and repair it. Should we ever need plumbing services, we will most defintley use Robins Plumbing. Thank you Eddie!!!

I had a major leak under my kitchen sink and called Robin's because of the review. They are absolutely brilliant especially ALEX who came out on the emergency call. He was so professional and so Courteous which is rare nowadays. He explained everything to me clearly and was so patient when answering my questions. Josh is great! He was ten minutes early for our appointment, professional, and super responsive to questions and concerns we had regarding our kitchen renovation. He was able to remedy some gas line concerns we had on the spot and for a fair price. Really happy with the service and will absolutely call Josh again when plumbing services are needed.

While the team that showed up were very professional, their prices were absolutely outrageous and completely unreasonable. And after charging me an outrageous amount and promising to send a receipt, I never got the receipt. On top of the outrageous fees, the item they 'fixed' turned out to not be the item that was the problem. They did return to fix the correct item which very likely would have been far less expensive and of course, they did not offer to reimburse me for any difference. The other item they fixed, they charged me over $500 for a part that one could buy at home depot for less than $50. Won't be calling this company again.

They answered, scheduled quickly were understanding, professional and cool.The Service Techs Joey and Damon started off strong by smashing the waiting game dread. They called and were here early! We looked at the sink and filtration issue. Damon presented several options and I went with the best one for us. WITHOUT PRESSURE OR UPSELLING from them both. This was a beautiful experience.Damon was training Joey, and I have to say his approach to training is awesome, so if all the other techs have this level of training, how can you go wrong? They completed the work quickly, and professionally, the final product looked better than I expected.Heres the best part, you know that experience of buyers guilt after they leave? Or the doubt should I have done that? Not present one bit when I went back to the final product and looked at it. Instead I feel like I screwed them out of more money and got a steal of a deal. I even inspected it all after they left. Looking for that one thing that looks bad but ill have to turn a blind eye to it and ignore. But couldnt find it.If your reading this, It sounds over the top? But thats how I actually feel after dealing with a plumber who didnt leave me feeling dissapointed or screwed over. I highly suggest you request Damon and/or Joey so you can see what I mean. I have used this service twice before with excellent results. When my washer sprang a leak, I called late afternoon and was promised next day help. Working with Josh at Robins has been working out great, we always call on Josh when we need Plumbing work done. He always leaves the area cleaner than any tradesman I’ve ever used!We had a leak pouring down from the upstairs unit. The HOA has their own Plumbing company they use..... they came out and couldn’t find it. That’s when we called someone ourselves and paid out of our own pocket. That’s when Josh showed up and was completely professional. He really loves his job and is very thorough. He listened to what we already knew and found it after only 1 drywall cut. He put us at ease. Wow! Late in the evening on a Saturday night in the summer, I went into my kitchen and found water pouring onto the stone floor. I immediately call Robins Plumbing, Ryan came and did a great job.. I was so greatful!He was gone within the hour.Jeremy and Josh did a great job. Jeremy took the call which was for a recall on a job which was originally an emergency last summer. There was a small issue with the putt which was used . Josh called ahead and was here promptly at 10:00. The repair looks fabulous and my sink is pretty once more. While here he also, luckily had a new handle for one of our toilets and replaced it quickly. We are repeat customers so I am happy to highly recommend Robins Plumbing to friends and clients of mine. WOW! What an amazing team they have at Robins Pluming. Who do you call when your bath and toilets are flooding, them of course.From the first call with Janet who was sympathetic and understanding. To the crew who showed up Brandon and Damon both guys were informative and efficient; they let me know that the problem was deep and it might happen again. Unfortunately, the problem happened again in just a couple of days. I called back and spoke to Jeremy who was very polite, he quickly contacted Damon. We used Robins plumbing for a new tankless hot water heater and a water softener. The plumber they sent was Damon, and he is AWESOME!!! We had some issues after the install, but Damon was very receptive, and responsive and immediately corrected the issues. He is very professional, and very nice. It feels like I have known him for a long time, the way he communicated with me. Whenever I need a plumber, I will be calling Robins Plumbing and requesting Damon. He’s the best!!!!

Ben was very professional an took time to explain the repair. He also asked if he could check anything else for me so I had him look at the water heater. It was in pretty good shape but I Will probably need to replace in the next couple years. He went through the options with me. I plan on doing some remodeling in the future and will definitely call Robins Plumbing for help.

I love this company. When my water heater went out, Damon from Robins showed up right away and took care of everything. Great service. From the first phone call into their office, to Josh, our plumber, we were thrilled with how well we were taken care of. Josh was on time, personable, professional, and did a great job reconnecting our gas lines to our fire pit and gas grill. Tested everything and made us feel safe. Had an issue with the hot water in the shower not working after another company installed a water heater. Robins Plumbing sent out Damon who was very quick and efficient at finding the issue. Turns out it wasn't the water heater but my shower itself! He was able to fix it and even coached me on how to shut down my new water heater in the event of an emergency!Highly recommend them for their services and positive attitude. Would also highly recommend Damon for his amazing attitude and professionalism.

Great Company! I was tackling a stuck cartridge in my shower diverted with the removal tool when it completely split. I called them because they had great reviews and a good plumber with 4.7 stars is hard to find. They did not disappoint! Jeremy was understanding and didn’t waste any time identifying someone to repair my issue. They had Cody out there within 2 hours. He was polite, friendly, quickly assessed my issue, promptly took care of the situation and left the area cleaner than the way he found it, including wiping his feet before tracking over my floors. The price for an emergency repair was reasonable for anyone who would have fixed my problem, but the fact that they were polite and prompt made my day! Thanks again Cody! I would absolutely recommend Robin’s Plumbing and Cody in specific, but I’m sure their whole team is amazing.

We needed a water treatment solution and really liked the idea of the NuvoH2O System. Josh came to our home to see if it fit our needs and gave us a free no pressure estimate. The system is now installed and let me tell you this: Josh was on time, did the project exactly as he described it to us at the time of the estimate, was very courteous, neat and clean. These guys are great! First used them for work and decided to use them for my home too. Setting up an appointment is easy and fast and Janet is professional and easygoing. Janet also took the time to gather as much information on your issue as possible to make the appointment as easy as possible. I will says it seems my house is cursed for plumbers, every time they come out something happens. First visit, while repairing the sewer line one of the guys knocked his noggin on equipment. The second time, to repair the toilet that broke and the dang thing would not cooperate, poor Damon had to fight with it to get it off the floor (it stuck to the flooring) and out of the house. And today while replacing the water heater, the old heater attacked Damon and cut up his hand, but that didn’t stop him from replacing it, NO! He kept going and did a great job! And after that he said he would still come back if I called when I joked that they wouldn’t take my calls anymore.

Sweet Baby Jesus was extremely helpful today! We needed a gas line moved for our remodel and Ben did a quick and amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great solution to our problem. I will definitely be using Robins Plumbing again!

Having found a water leak seeping water under my floorboards, I called Robins plumbing and spoke with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and sent Damon out that day. Extremely quick response for which I am very grateful. Damon gave me several options to repair the leak. Long story short, they referred me to National First Response to tear out the drywall and pull up the damaged flooring and they came out the next day. The leak was found immediately and I was informed that the repair was much less serious than was originally thought to be. They were honest with me and I was saved the cost of a pipe reroute. Because of their honesty, I contracted Damon to do several plumbing jobs that I had been putting off. Damon was honest, informative and professional on every level and Robins Plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on.

I’m really glad I found Robins Plumbing, I went into my garage this afternoon and discovered a puddle of water that looked to be coming from a wall, I called Robins Plumbing after one other company didn’t even answer and another told me they couldn’t come out until Monday (today is Wednesday), not willing to wait 5 days I called Robins and Janet was super friendly on the phone and told me she could have a plumber at my house between 3 & 5 that evening, about 20 minutes later she called back and said she had an opening and they were on they way now. I got a call a few minutes later from Chris and he advised me he would be there in 20 minutes, Chris showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained why it happened and how he could fix it, he also explained some other things about the plumbing in my house that was very helpful, he quickly fixed the leak and even recommended a restoration company to repair the water damage to my drywall and other things. Everything about my experience with Robins Plumbing was great from beginning to end, couldn’t be more happy!

I called around 7am this morning to schedule an emergency plumber to come take a look at a leaknive been dealing with for about a year. My boyfriend had attempted ro repair it himself but the the issue actually seemed to get worse (ofc). Robins plumbing answered right away which left me pleased with their 24 hour service. They sent out Damon who took a look at everything and spent about an hour and a half redoing all the pipes and properly comoketing the repair. He was extremely polite and he addressed all of my concerns individualsly, he explained what we did wrong and how to avoid it in the future. My boyfriend and i will definitely be contacting them in the future to hopefully work with Damon again and have him assist us in completing other projects around our home. I was referred to them by another plumber that i had called into and im honestly grateful i went with them because its a hige relief to finally have this corrected.

Josh came out this weekend and helped my family out during a rough time. Our sewer line backed up and flooded downstairs. My mom didn’t know what to do. When Josh showed up he took control and took all the stress away. He went over pricing beforehand and delivered a 5star experience. Called Robin's plumbing due to a supply line burst. Robin's plumbing sent out an email with their employee pictures and name of my assigned plumber so I knew exactly who to expect. Josh came out and explained exactly what was wrong and showed us. He had everything repaired in less than 10 minutes. He was very professional and kind. Highly recommend. I called Robins plumbing for what I thought was a simple leak and turned out not to be. Obviously I was upset, but my plumber Josh was kind and helpful, making sure I understood everything that needed to be done and how to handle it. He even helped me understand how I can work with my insurance. I’ll be calling again, but hopefully not soon!

I used Robins Plumbing for the first time last week, and they did a great job. My kitchen sink was clogged, and they were able to send someone out the same day. They were able to call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which was greatly appreciated since I was working that day. Ryan was very polite and professional. We have had Robins Plumbing do a bit of work around the house. On the first visit Damon and Nate replaced both toilets, my shower valve, and my kitchen faucet, which I LOVE! The built in sprayer is fantastic! On the second visit Damon came out and installed new safety valves and brand new faucets in our bathroom! I was having problems with the kitchen area, where no water was coming out of the spout, and no water was going into the dishwasher. A very knowledgeable plumber named Josh, cleared the lines and it was necessary to pull out the dishwasher make sure water was coming in, and re-installed the dishwasher and got it working beautifully. BTW, Damon had come in earlier in October and fixed my sprayer at the sink. No charge, and that was amazing. Anyway, I mentioned to Josh, that I was wondering if the fact that my water meter leak to the front of the house had just been repaired (another company) and could the origin of the sink problem (note, no other problems with showers, toilets were having water pressure issues) be the possible problem. He acknowledged, that normally that would not be the problem, but for his peace of mind, he checked the meter. He came in and advised that the PSI water pressure was very high for our home, and warned that such high pressures coming into the house could potentially cause catastrophic issues with our pipes and damage to any water usage appliances such as water heater, washing machine and dishwasher. Within a short time, he was able to install a psi water regulator valve to the water line out front and fixed the problem. I consider that Josh was sent specifically to our residence to save us financially. High accolades to Robins Plumbing for having such accomplished plumbers on their staff! Ben was fantastic- just as good as Damon was last time! This business has consistently gone above and beyond to serve us and our plumbing needs. My partner and I run a dog sitting business so there is often times a lot of coordination to be done with regard to isolating dogs, and excusing noise when folks come to the house. Every provider has been kind, understanding, patient, and personable. They explain everything in a down to earth and easy to understand way and even offer support for how to avoid the same clogging challenges in the future. Can't speak more highly of them!

We called Robins the day after Thanksgiving to address a backed up kitchen sink. Robins responded immediately and scheduled an appointment the next day. The job turned out to be very complicated as the blockage appeared under the foundation in a 60-year-old cast iron drain line. Ultimately they had to excavate the kitchen floor to get to the blocked pipe which involved saw-cutting the slab and digging up the pipe. Josh (the primary plumbing technician) did a very professional job and we were quite pleased with the work. We would recommend Robins again to our friends and neighbors.Ed Reak

Having piping replaced under my concrete slab to resolve a stoppage was not making me feel too happy and was a bit stressful... Wyatt was attentive to details and took command of the project from the beginning to end, always consulting me regarding logistics and options. Luke (i think that was his name...unsure) came with him the second day to continue plumbing fix and finish up...especially attentive to the resurfacing after the dig was cleaned up. They stayed on point during the entire time and were very mindful of being tidy and containing the dig. These guys stayed focused and worked very hard and were always polite.

Eddy was my technician and he was very good at keeping me updated on arrival times. I am very happy with his work and his professionalism. I was also very happy with the customer service I received over the phone when I first contacted Robins Plumbing to schedule a visit. However, I am not happy with the company charging me $225 for a flange that would cost me $30 or less at Home Depot/Lowe's. We did go to Home Depot to buy one in order to save $50 off their price and returned with one that two employees had said was the correct one but apparently it wasn’t exactly like the one that came out (keep in mind the toilet is at least 15 years old) so I expect there should be differences that would have been workable with the new toilet. However, to alleviate any doubt we went with Robins Plumbing’s flange. Obviously I wasn’t unaware of the charge but I just have to say that it is ridiculous how much they charged for it. I will definitely ask another plumbing company how much they charge for a flange when we replace our other two toilets.

When we were asked to help out a client of ours that represents a home owner needing some guidance and a second opinion on a plumbing situation. Steve was great - he solved my plumbing problem immediately and helped identify other potential issues at the house; he was on time, he called to let me know he was on his way, and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Robins Plumbing because of my experience with Steve.Follow-up: a couple of weeks after I posted the review above, we discovered a lot of water in our front yard; I called Robins and they came out to investigate the problem. It appears that our water line from the meter to the house was leaking (it was old blue piping that is now illegal to use). Anyway, Robins came out right before Christmas and replaced the piping. I was extremely pleased with the service because they managed to replace the piping under my stone tile walkway, without tearing it up. Brian and Damon did a great job of replacing the piping and cleaning up afterwards. Again, I highly recommend Robins Plumbing for plumbing issues.

Josh thoroughly explained and fixed the issue with our slow draining bathroom sink. He also fixed the sink drain in our kitchen that has been smelling like sewer gas since we moved in and making our dishwasher stink. Update on today’s experience: Josh arrived earlier than scheduled to complete a repair on a classroom hand washing sink - very important so the kids can wash their hands! The work was done quickly and correctly the first time!The Backflow device on our business’s water meter was leaking. Wyatt determined the cause, rebuilt the inside, and saved us from having to install a pricey new one. He was very prompt and professional!

I'll preface this by saying I'm fairly obsessive and detail oriented, so I rarely give five stars for anything - but these guys did everything they said they would. Office scheduled easily, Damon arrived promptly (with a call ahead as requested) and did the work efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.

We recently used Robins Plumbing and were very happy with the work and follow-up. The company was responsive, on-time, clean and with fair pricing. Some services seem even lower priced based on a random google. They were friendly, explained everything as they went along and followed up to ensure everything continued to work great. Will definitely use again.

We have used Robin's Plumbing a few times and they are always professional with quick turn around times and fair pricing. This time Thomas came out and did a great job. He was very reassuring that he would get the job done, and not only followed through to get our back up unclogged but also went above and beyond to ensure it was going to continue working. He advised us on other services they offer but did not pressure us to purchase. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

Damon installed our water heater and two toilets. The service was phenomenal and when we had a minor problem, Damon came back and solved the problem immediately. This is the way to do business! On a scale of 1-10, this company should get a 15. I would never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Had a weekend leak in the master bath shower after trying to replace the cartridge. Young man that came out could not get the cartridge out of the faucet. Told me the only option was to cut and cap the line. Did that and charged me $457.06, and told me it would cost over $1000 to get it working again. Then my home warranty guy showed up (I forgot to cancel him) but he picked up the cut piece with the cartridge in it that had fallen down the inside of the wall, and with one quick turn he removed the cartridge. If he had come prior to Robin's, not only would I still have a master bath shower, but I would have only paid the service fee of $75 to the home warranty. The company has refused to give me any money back. The other unscrupulous thing Robin's does is hover over you while you fill out a 5 star review so you can become a preferred customer. That's why they have all 5 stars. But it's not reality. I owned a restaurant for 17 years and never asked people to write a review while in the cafe or offered any other incentive. The whole point of reviews is that they are objective. I will never use this company again, and don't believe all the hype you read here with the 5 star rating.

New to the area and called Robin's Plumbing for an emergency leak. They told me the could be to the house in four hours and literally showed up within twenty minutes. We had a water heater blow out on us yesterday. The guys from Robbins came out promptly and got our water situation taken care of. We wanted a tankless replacement that was not available that same day but they worked diligently to get it and had us up and running the next day. Highly recommend them.

Cody was fantastic! He was very professional right from the start and started the job on-time. I needed a new shower valve installed and the drain pipe relocated in a master shower remodel and his work is very precise. He was very pleasant to talk to and offered positive suggestions on how to do the job. Also quite knowledgeable in plumbing parts and equipment and uses solid plumbing practices, even cleaned up the workspace when he finished. I would definitely call them again to do plumbing work in the future.

Josh was a life saver. The water supply in my kitchen island suddenly stopped and was out of water for almost a week. I could not wash dishes for almost a week! I had Tim from Option One come out and could not fully diagnose the issue. After being given the run around from Option One, Josh came in and like a push of a button got water restored. Josh also performed amazingly installing our new water faucet. Works like a beauty.

What great customer service to receive quickly on a Saturday. Ryan called and said that he was on his way and would arrive in 20min; which he did. He was very professional and friendly. Ryan was able to remove the broken valve and replaced it with another valve in a timely manner. Robins Plumbing has been nothing but amazing. We had some major plumbing issues in our home that we only discovered shortly before we were getting ready to sell. They were honest, quick, and affordable when it came to getting things done. The technician ended up coming to our home four separate times and I was very impressed by his professional demeanor and honesty when it came to getting the work done. I would call Robins any time if I had a future plumbing need!

I hope to have more time to provide additional details at a later time, but we are extremely disappointed in our interactions with Robin’s Plumbing, particularly in dealing with Steve. He was deceptive & dishonest. A simple resolution would have been to refund the $85 charge after he discovered the error, but instead we were put on hold, told we would receive a callback, etc. Instead, we repeatedly called back & followed up only to continue to get the “run-around”. Steve told my husband he was not the person in charge of refunds, but later told me he was indeed the person responsible for making that decision. Unfortunately, the company’s reputation for being full of integrity fell short on multiple points. Long story short, the fee was never reversed, even though the invoice “work description” was not complete & the employee sent out to evaluate the damage did not do anything when he came out & no follow-up was done. In fact, we were told that the employee was in an accident & later told that was not true. We invested hours of time attempting to get our money back with no success.

Ron from Robins is awesome. I can tell he has a lot of experience because he left no stone unturned trying to find our leak--literally! He was 4 feet underground covered with mud before he was satisfied he fixed it. Robins's fee was very fair for all the work they did, and Ron is very professional and honest, and a nice guy. I've used them for two separate issues, and will call them next time I need something.

I needed a solution for water filtration as I have issues with minerals in the water that actually cause me to have difficulty breathing. I have been using a countertop pitcher with a 5 Stage Filter. When I explained this to Josh from Robin's Plumbing he suggested a 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Unit that fits right under the Kitchen Sink. The installation went great and Josh was neat, clean and professional. I highly recommend Robin's Plumbing.

Had a bunch of drains backflowing disgusting water Saturday night. Called a DIFFERENT plumber and their machine broke while clearing the drain, left us high and dry (and without usable bathrooms through the night and morning.Next morning I called Robin's Plumbing instead and they responded fast, got us a plumber on a Sunday morning to sort it out. Nate came out to install a dishwasher, garbage disposal and reconnect the sink plumbing. He could not see the vent pipe in the wall, but said he could install a studervent. We said fine. He did not have the part, then he told us we owed him $85 dollars and to call us and he would come back. We called a plumber who actually had parts. I feel taken advantage of that we were forced to pay $85 for no work. I would never use this company and am surprised by the high ratings. How about have common parts or go get the part and do the work? We called another plumber who had the parts and he completed the work just fine.

Robins Plumbing came out to replace my water heater about a week ago. They had all the tools they needed in their truck and changed it out with ease. They said it would take 2 hours and they'd call when done. They did exactly that and I'm very happy with their service! 100% will use them again!

I had Robins Plumbing come out to look at an issue with the guest bathroom toilet at our rental property. I knew I was looking at least needing the wax ring replaced and possibly the flange. Ron, the consummate professional, was upfront about the costs of each to set my expectations right away. Once that was out of the way he got to it and began his work, thankfully just the wax ring needed to be addressed and not the flange as well. After he was finished, while bringing his gear back to his truck, he noticed the water meter box appeared to be flooded and offered to take a look. Of course, it was full up to the top with water so he manually pumped it and we determined it to be leaking right near the meter. He was able to tighten the pipe to stop the leak but suggested I still reach out to the City of Phoenix to have them take a deeper look. He did that gratis and also gave me a few things to check out in regards to our foul smelling dishwasher in our own home. Overall, Ron was very professional and entertaining to boot! I would certainly recommend Ron w/ Robins Plumbing for your needs and will use them in my own home if the need arises.

I was dreading calling a plumber for some drainage problems my triplex was having so I went and bought industrial drain liquid and a 25' auger/plumbing snake to try to clear it myself. When I finally gave up and realized I needed a professional, I called a company close to me but they couldn't come until the next day and the drains were overflowing NOW. I went back online and decided to go by ratings so i called Robins. They certainly lived up to the ratings they've acquired. They advised me there was an after hours emergency fee but if I really needed someone tonight - which I did - they'd send a technician out ASAP. True to their word he was there in 45 minutes and worked hard for the next 2 hours, not including cleanup and quality checks, which were extensive. Even with the emergency fee I think the rates for the work done were reasonable enough to really regret screwing around with it myself. I will always always always call on them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who could use their expertise, even if it's just to avoid the hassle and frustration of TRYING to do it yourself.Excellent response time, excellent service, excellent communication so I always knew what was happening, just all-over excellence.Thank you guys

Had a plumbing problem with Water Heater on Saturday (9/29/18). Called it in to Robins and they dispatched a plumber and fixed it. It was not cheap, but the work was done quickly and reliably. I have used them before for a drain clearing and that was done very well. I will continue to use them in the future.

Our home is 27 years old, and our bathroom fixtures have never been changed. We wanted to replace the commodes with high efficiency Toto commodes, replace our bathroom faucets, and replace our shower faucet cartridge. We also wanted to put in a NUVO H2O soft water system. After checking on google for a local plumber that was licensed and bonded, we checked the state registrar of contractors, and the Better Business Bureau. We took bids, and felt that Robins Plumbing offered the best price, along with an A+ rating with the BBB, and also no unresolved issues with the state registrar of contractors. Chris did the installation work, and did a very professional job. It took a little over 7 hours to complete the work, and then Chris checked it twice for proper completion and function. Chris then reviewed the work with us to make sure it met our satisfaction, and it definitely did. He made sure we understood how all of the new fixtures and water softener functioned, and demonstrated all of the new work. Finally he did his clean up, and left everything in good shape. I will use Robins Plumbing for my next plumbing job, and will be referring them to my friends.

Steve was the field service individual who came to provide service. He called and let me know when he would arrive and when he had difficulty finding the items he needed called to let me know of his revised ETA, very helpful since the 2 hour window leaves one waiting. He was extremely helpful, kept me informed and worked on the billing in a very positive way when problems arose, due to no issues that could have been foreseen. I recently had my bathrooms renovated. After they were completed, our sinks started backing up. I had both a handyman and the renovation company both try to fix it to no avail! After w week of clogged sinks, Robins sent us a great plumber who knew immediately how to fix it. Called about roots in the sewer, an issue that have fixed for me in the past. Their sewer cleaning cable got stuck in the pipe, wanted to charge me $239 for them to stick a camera into the pipe (something they've already done for me and have on record already, but wanted to charge it again). When I told them I wasn't going to pay them again for the camera, they left the broken/stuck repair cable in the pipe. I asked to get a quote for repairing the sewer line, and again they wanted to charge to $239 to put a camera to give me a quote. Three other companies have agreed to give a free quote WITH Camera to get the repair job.Robins Plumbing is a total racket.(follow up, they responded to this review with the realization they already charged me once for a camera and sent a quote.)

Josh was our technician. He scheduled in advance and showed up as promised. The workmanship was as good as it gets. The cost was as stated with no extra fees. I could not be happier.

Steve and his crew replaced the polybutylene piping in my house with minimal disruption of water service and within a very reasonable time. They only cut into the walls where absolutely necessary and were careful to preserve the cut-outs to make it easy for the subsequent drywall repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our contractor suggested Robins Plumbing when we started having water trouble – needing to have our entire Polybutylene Plumbing System replaced. We had three companies give us estimates. Robins’ quote was the lowest and they were able to start work the soonest. Steve and Brian came early and worked hard all day. A third plumber came in the evening so they could finish the essential work to get our water on before they left – repiping the whole house in a day! Steve came back the next day to completely finish the job and clean up. He was thorough, testing and checking to make sure there would be no issues. He wanted to know everything was done to our satisfaction before he left. When we asked if he could do a few other minor jobs, not included in the work order, he gave us a much lower quote than usual since he was already on site and got it done immediately. We will definitely use Robins for any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to our friends. Great plumbers, great communicators, great people!

So Josh came out to fix a clogging issue in my master bathroom because it was clogged when I came back from a trip. He soon found out that there was a major clogging problem in all of the lines in the house, guest bathroom & kitchen sink. He got here early and fixed the entire system within an hour & a half & also cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend this service.

I had them come out to diagnose why my garbage disposal stopped working. After about 30 seconds under the sink, he said the disposal worked perfectly, that it was the disposal's switch that had stopped working. I paid the $85 diagnostic charge - I knew about this up front, so that was okay. He asked if I needed estimates on anything else, so I showed him my toilet, which periodically leaks. He told me the bowl itself was cracked underneath the lip, and that it would be $650 to replace it. I thought that price point seemed high, so I called another company for a second opinion. Boy, am I glad I did! This other company showed me visually that there was no crack, that the washer seal underneath the screws inside the tank had become worn over time. He said they would buy the kit and replace the seals and screws for $140. So I went from a cracked toilet replacement for $650 to a worn out seal for $140 - big savings!

I used them the Day before Christmas Eve when my toilet was leaking. They were prompt in getting to my residence after hours. The plumber was friendly but unnecessary work was done. Once they stated they identified the problem and corrected it, the toilet still started to overflow and clog up. I had to call another company to come in and fix the problem and all that had to be done was snaking through the outside drain. The inside work never needed to be done in the 1st place and they charged me over 1k to not even fix the problem. They refuse to give any of the money back when their plumber did not identify the problem correctly nor fixed the problem. I will be reporting them to ROC for the services that were provided.

I needed a recirculation pump, washer and dryer moved and a garbage disposal back up issue to be resolved. Brian from Robin's Plumbing came out, on time and gave me a fair and honest quote. It is almost like you have a relative in the plumbing business. Anytime I used plumbers in the past, they were always late, rude and dirty and never honest. You always felt like you got ripped off. I made an appointment based off the reviews I read on google to have a leaking bathtub faucet looked at and I was so disappointed in the price and service. The service technician was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and wanted $329.00 to replace a moen single handle cartridge. I went to Home Depot and bought one for under $20.00. I would think the company receives even better pricing on moen cartridges buying in bulk. It didn't take that long to replace so I'm not sure where they are getting their labor rates. As far as the service the technician he was not the greatest. I think he was surprised when I said no to having it repaired and wanted to know how much I thought it should cost. When I said around $100 bucks he seemed to find that humorous. As I said before he was there for no more than 5 minutes didn't repair anything or remove anything and still charged me their $65.00 service fee. I would not recommend them unless you have money to burn.

I had used Robins Plumbing several years ago for a toilet situation I had. I recall they were pricey, but they were professional. Over the years, I had used another gentleman that has since retired. He fixed the same issue in my guest bathroom (last year) that I called Robins for, my master bath this year. The part was $22.00, which I ordered personally from Moen, and with labor and time, my total charge was $150.00. Unfortunately, he has since retired, hence my reason for calling Robins again. My quote today from Robins was $265.00 for the same issue. WOW!! The tech said he would have to rebuild the Moen faucet. Actually, it's just a cartridge that has to be replaced, not rebuilt! And I still had to pay their $65.00 trip charge! Rip Off!

Just had my water heater replaced and I thought it was going to be an ordeal. The water heater is located in an interior utility closet in the middle of the house in a tight space. Great group of people came out to work on my newly bought house. They explained very clearly what they were going to do and got to it, putting up with me the whole time asking them questions. They very graciously and happily answered all my questions and helped me fixed a stupid mistake I made in my own plumbing inside when both of them didn't need to be working outside. It did take them a bit more time than probably should have (a few mistakes that had to be cleaned up and took more time) but they were incredibly diligent and took great pride in their work. We were installing a new washer and dryer and we noticed one of our valves was leaking. We called Robin’s and they were there within an hour and we were able to get our valves replaced. They were professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I called the 24hr after hours service tonight and the lady on the phone said it would be $150 to come out and an additional $85 for diagnostic fee which I was okay with paying… then they call back 5 minutes later and tells my husband it would cost over $900.00 dollars! This is crazy!! Start the conversation with $900 dollars and I would have hung up instead of wasting my time of getting all my info!

We have some unexplained moisture, and Josh was very helpful in evaluating and explaining what our next steps are, and honest in explaining that if it’s the sprinkler system (as we suspect) then a sprinkler company would give us a better deal on the repair.

Good service, the plumber that came out was very professional and nice, but the service was way too expensive. We had a faucet replaced (we provided the faucet) and the shut off values for two sinks replaced and it cost over $600. Ouch!

We found this company via google, chose them blindly, and have never used anyone else since. We’ve called them for a gas line repair/replacement and also for a sink repair/plumbing replacement. Each time Chris has come out to our house. He is knowledgeable, proficient, and always shoots straight with us giving the pros and cons of what work we’re having done, how it’s going to effect us if it’s done or if not completed what risks were looking at. He always does a thorough inspection before giving us a quote and then normally has a if everything goes as planned price and if worst case scenario happens price, which is great. We’re never blindsided in the end. We’ve never had to use their warranty on their work which is more than I can say for any company Home Depot has sent out.

Well the tech although nice, didn't do what I wanted. He was to replace 2 old metal outside faucets. He was so careful about talking pictures and the problems that could happen if he broke the CPVC that he ended up just brushing and filling the threads and said only 1 can be used with a hose. I used plastic bags with CLR to demineralize the threads and it seems a temp fix.Follow up with vendor , accomplished the job.

This is my 2nd review on Robins. 4 days later after they replaced my back yard garden water bib, I went to front yard to water my plants and I heard a hissing sound from the valve, I unscrewed the bib and the O-ring was missing and found it on the ground, I did not notice the leak because the garden hose was attached to the valve all the time and I lost all that water for 4 straight days! This incidence makes me to believe that the plumbing guy had done something during his walk around evaluation for my irrigation system while I was completing the 1st online review, I simply have a manual irrigation system, did not need a long time to evaluate. If Steve reads this review, he would know what I am talking about! I as a female don't know a whole lot about plumbing but own some basic maintenance knowledge to keep my house maintained.

Estimation Josh was kind, knowledgable,.We needed a water line re-ran to the refridgerator icemaker.. We live in a mobile home and had a stove top w/separate ovens, the original set up. We replaced the stovetop and ovens with standard range and the waterline was in the way of sliding in the range. We got a new refridgerator and wanted the icemaker/water to be utilized. We already have a filtration system for drinking water.Never used this service before and we thought the estimation of just under $800 was a bit high to run a waterline. We chose to get another estimation.

Brian at Robins Plumbing saved the day - I should have called him before wasting hours and money trying to solve the issue myself. I had a shower valve that would slow to a trickle on the hot side, and the cartridge needed to be replaced. I was able to loosen and pull the old cartridge but the plastic sleeve of the cartridge remained stuck inside the valve. I tried everything (or so I thought), and after watching numerous YouTube videos (which revealed that this was a common Moen issue on that generation of faucets) and going to several hardware, automotive, plumbing stores to find something that would help me remove the remnants of the old cartridge, I gave in and called. Brian came out and had it working within about 30 minutes (he'd seen the problem before, and made quick work of it). I wasn't charged for parts, as he was able to use the replacement cartridge I had purchased, and the price was super reasonable (especially considering the time I had wasted, to no avail). Brian had a great attitude, and I cannot think of a single thing more I would have hoped for in the experience (he even got along with my renter's dogs). If you're pretty handy, like I am, and you get stuck - don't waste your time... call these guys!

Two weeks ago, on a Saturday, we had scheduled a large dinner party. At 10:00 the morning of the event the kitchen sink spigot lever broke off in my hand. I called Robbins and they advised us to go out and purchase a sink assembly to replace the one that was destroyed. I did so, called them back, and a professional plumber named Ron, came out right away. It was a difficult job in an extremely limited space under the sink, but he did a beautiful job, and was finished two hours before the guests arrived. We have been in Arizona for only nine months, but we have now found our plumber. They are tops.

Steve was great. I work for little caesars in phoenix and we use Robins ever time we need something replaced. Everything is quality work and continues to work well for months to years, and that's a big deal in a fast food chain

Going out without work $85, than they gave very high price for the job when they know we needed the work. 5 minutes later price went up $90 for $15 tub spout. It's less than 1 foot copper pipe to replace for $320 without fixing the wall. When I called the office to see if they have any room on the price, the play the game of oh yea that is after discount ! I told him your workers just said they got it of the chart.I told them to leave when the price went to $450 after 5 minutes.The don't care for military families in stud they will take advantage of you if you are in need for work.

Technician was on time, actually early, called to inform us he was coming, fixed all things promptly. It did cost $196 to fix a simple kitchen faucet leak taking about 30 minutes of time. It also cost $202 to fix two toilet fill valves in our Toto toilets though actual Toto parts were not used. Instead $8 valves were used, totaling for both jobs $399 for 1 hour of work. In the invoice, there was also no separation between parts and labor or any delineation of a labor cost per time unit or job which would have been nice.

I will never do business with this company again. They charged over $400 to change a Moen cartridge. Don't trust this company when it comes to ethics.

Excellent just seen my neghbor next door Alex worked for robbing plumbing asked if he could come by to look at my toilet it wasn't flushing right not only did he come over but directed me on the best path for a solution he was very friendly and proffecional will always use robins plumbing from now on
