Jason installed new bathroom faucets for me. He is very professional, done an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs.

I’ve used Jason multiple times! Jason is the best and very honest and thorough. Over thanksgiving weekend Jason was out of town, so I had no choice, but to call another company “Chris the Plumber”. I was very disappointed with their work. My drain clogged two days after they came, immediately after running my dish washer. I called Jason to clean up their mess and he fixed it quickly! Jason will be the only plumber I use moving forward!

Jason is the freaking man! Always comes at the drop of a hat and does phenomenal, fast work. He has replaced entire shower kits, fixed washer plumbing and replace the pipes bringing water into our house. All with a smile and an awesome price! Could not recommend him more!

Troubleshooted what I needed to do over the phone, and I don’t have issues now after doing his recommendations. He didn’t charge me. I will be doing business with him if anything comes up because it’s hard to find that kind of honesty. Thanks Jason.

I feel truly blessed to have called Jason with my plumbing problem instead of another company! He gained a loyal customer and advocate of his business today! I had gotten myself into a bit of a mess attempting to change out all the trim in my shower and tub after hearing a inner component crack I decided it was time to call a professional and that’s exactly what I got!
Jason answered right away when I called and explained he was booked for the day but could find time to swing by and give me an estimate within a the hour! True to his word he was at my door in a hour! He was kind, friendly professional and had vast knowledge of information. Jason took one look at my mess and he didn’t take advantage of my situation or wallet! Luckily for me he had enough time in between appointments to tackle what I had started and also kind enough to give me some pointers to educate me on it. Jason is amazing! He is the most reasonably priced plumber I've ever worked with, and he is honest about what needs to be done. He is really responsive to text messages, and was able to come out quickly. I've never had this level of customer service before, and I would highly recommend utilizing his services!

Jason The Plumber has the upmost professionalism and dedication to his job. We have hired him for two jobs so far and we are so satisfied with his work that he is now our go-to plumber.

Also, Jason is not greedy like the big companies who endlessly try to up charge you and sell you things you don’t need. He is a master craftsman who knows exactly how to fix your problem and will never rip you off like the big companies (P&S). One of the largest plumbing companies in Phoenix wanted to charge us $1,200 for a high-pressure regulator and Jason charged us a third of that. I highly recommend him, he’s very fair with his pricing but also provides high-quality services.

Jason worked fast and efficient and is a very nice person. My main house shutoff leaked and not only did he fix it quickly, so we could have our water back on, he improved they layout to where our sprinklers were connected. He went above and beyond. I’m impressed with his skill and knowledge.

Jason and his staff where extremely helpful. When i called i spoke with Maria and Anthony and they answered my questions. I spoke with Jason 2 times over the phone. I explained to him my pluming situation (water heater not working)I told him i would provide the water heater and that he quoted me a price that included replacing the unit and the parts. It was vet reasonable and affordable. They asked me if my situation was an emergency, i told them i would like it done as soon as possible but was flexible. Jason told me to call him once i pick up my 50 gallon water heater. Once i picked it up i gave him a call and he said he would call me the next day with an ETA. The next day he called me at 130pm ish and arrived at my house Around 2pm. He explained to me what he was going to do and why. He answered all of my questions and before he started he went over my options again. Within 2 hours maybe less i had hot water again! I was planning on disposing my old water heater myself but Jason had it loaded on his work truck all ready and would haul it himself!!! Other plumbers charge for the haul of the old unit. I really hope i don’t have any other plumbing issues - however i now have someone i can count on and trust. I highly recommend Jason the Plumber. He is a master of his craft!! Thank you.

Jason is truly the man to call for all plumbing needs. My sprinkler systems flooded my backyard late in the evening. I found Jason online and called immediately. I'm so glad I did. Jason came and was able to fix my sprinkler system from pouring out water. He then took the time to explain to me what happened and what he did to fix the issue. My daughter, Lydia, recently became a new home owner in Laveen. On Sunday evening, she called me panicked about sudden sewage waste coming through her shower. I researched and decided to explore Jason the Plumber primarily because he was located on that side of town. I called Jason anticipating no answer (it was Sunday, after all...).
Surprisingly, he did!

And even though he was on the road back to Phoenix from an out-of-town trip, he took the time and patience with me to explain and offer advisement on the particular problem. He then promised to contact me the following morning to arrange a visit to the home to assess the issue.
Still not the best part of this saga...

Later, the same evening, Jason called right after returning into town. He not only offered to make a trip to my daughter’s home, but within a short period of time of arrival there, he completely resolved the problem! Lydia was so VERY impressed with Jason’s professionalism, quality of work, pricing and pleasant personality. She is also ecstatic that she’s found her “forever plumber”... Jason the Plumber!!

Was referred by a friend had a few other plumbers come out and they could not fix the issue. Jason came out on a Sunday and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes came prepared with parts explained a few things and was very fair priced I will definitely recommend his company. I was super impressed.

Jason was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. He did not try to charge for things that weren't wrong, gave an estimate up front and even gave us advise if we wanted to fix the problem ourselves ! Jason the Plumber was wonderful. I had an emergent need for a plumber on a Sunday after I woke up to my back flow valve and copper piping missing/ stolen. My water was completely shut off and I was scrambling to get it fixed. I called Jason the Plumber and was helped almost immediately by an answering service. The technician was busy at another clients house and responded shortly after. He provided a fair price for labor and parts. He fixed it within a few hours. Jason has completed numerous plumbing jobs for me over the years, including clogged drains, busted garbage disposal, busted hot water heater, and most recently the outdoor water faucets. My wife and I needed a plumber ASAP. The water closet on our toilet had cracked and was leaking water all over the floor. I was unable to shut off the water valve for the water closet and had to shut off the main house water supply. I received Jason's name from a close friend. It was already after 5 pm and was hoping he would answer and be able to respond. Jason answered and advised he would be there ASAP. When he arrived it looked at the situation and went to Home Depot to get what he needed. A couple hours later the problem was solved. I was expecting a large bill for what I considered to be an after hours service call but to my surprise the bill for labor and parts was extremely reasonable. Jason was very friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend Jason for all your plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Jason the Plumber, LLC not only for the quality of work that they perform but the quality of customer service they provide. Jason is actually a real person and out of desperation I texted him issues I was having with my bathroom faucet. He not only replied, giving me suggestions of what the possible problems might be but at 8:30 in the evening. Not to mention the quality of technician he has working for him. The tech I would like to make a shout out to is David. Not only is David just a quality human being but also very knowledgeable and professional. We called Jason the day after Christmas because our old water heater had started leaking. By the end of the day we had a new water heater installed at a reasonable price. We've had no problems since then.

My Water heater went bad yesterday. Called Jason the plumber this morning and he was there within two hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. This is my new plumber from here on out. He really cares his customers. Thank you

I needed a water heater replaced but I really kinda wanted something better then what I had, which was a stock 50Gal Electric bradford white. Good unit, but nothing extraordinary. I started a spreadsheet to evaluate about a dozen plumbing outfits. After some online research I dropped this to just five. Jason won and I am very pleased with the results.
It took a while to get a hold of some one, however after about a month of back and forth they were able to help me find exactly what I wanted. Once that was take care of and the supplier issues were resolved (I wanted something special) they were able to move things around and schedule me for just a few days out and installed a very nice hybrid heat pump unit for under half of what any one else was quoting.

Good:
1) They will work with you to get you exactly what you want.
2) They do quality work and have some kind of warranty, though I suspect I will not be using it.
3) They are seriously worth the price! On the base unit I was looking at they were 15% - 30% cheeper then competitors. On the higher end unit I had installedJason was %55 cheeper. Mind you the competitor assured my their $3500 unit had a lifetime warranty while the one I got with Jason only has only a 12 -17 year warranty depending on what fails, but I am probably going to move in 5-10 years so that was OK with me.
4) Honest ! So I am not a total noob, and some companies I was looking at where telling me so much BS about how they need to do this and that for code and that was total BS. I know because I know the code, but also I know codes changed so I went and looked it up and code had not changed. But not Jason, Jason's office manager Twila told me everything she new and when she did not know she checked with one of the plumbers or suppliers or looked it up her self. And another was like - oh we will need to rip out all of this and re-drywall and re-paint and rebuild this platform etc. While, in all truth, this is not bad advice, a quick cavity probe showed it was completely unnecessary. And the price for this extra work absolutely outrageous.
5) Quality. One thing I notices is that it was just really well done. And while flex pipe is allowed, and one of the competitors I had out to give me a quote mocked the coper flex line I had because they only use high quality aluminum flex line, Jason hard piped it. He took the time to hard pipe / solder coper on every thing but the condensate lines, which was awesome! Not only does it look good it will last!
6) He did not complain about the cramped work space and cleaned up everything when he was done.
7) They never hard sell you. One competitor gave me the whole You need to accept this quote now or DOOM speech and most of them insisted on phone conversations where they would hard sell you. I mostly delt with Twila the office manager and she just worked with me to find an option I liked.

Bad:
1) It was hard to get ahold of them. I sent a generic quote request and had to send a second one before I got a response
2) They don't communicate by email - I know this is common for all of them but I really prefer email to actually talking to people.

I felt like I was over charged because only needed a new kit that cost $25. Was charged $139 and told it would be $365 and additional $400 if the spring was bad. I was taken advantage of and will not use them again.

I like to shop local, and so found Jason the Plummer via internet for a slow drain. I called in the am, and was advised someone would call me to give me an ETA. I received a text at 9:45am stating someone would be arriving later in the afternoon. I called at 5pm after leaving two messages to see if someone was still coming. I was told yes. No one came. I waited until 10am the next day expecting someone to call first thing in the am to explain. No one called. I only received a call back after stating I would be leaving this review. I do understand that emergencies come up, but proper communication and customer service go a long way. There was no offer to make this right, and no explanation as to why no one even bothered to call. It's possible they do a good job when they arrive, but I will never know as I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Memorial weekend and my Hot water heater started to Leak. David Showed up on time stayed till 6:30 to finish the job and it was cheaper than other quotes I had gotten. I would defiantly recommend this company and use them again.

Had 2 bathroom sinks to connects taps parts everything just ready and they came and said it would be 250 for a 1 hour job, no thanks! I wasn’t born yesterday if you are expecting to be taken advantage of and not know what plumbing actually costs this would be your company!
