ASAP PLUMBING SERVICES

We had found some unknown liquid which bubbled up through the grout lines in our one story home. ASAP was able to identify the potential problem (belly in the sewer line possibly causing a leak) after discounting that we had a leak in our supply line and flushing our sewer line and performing a camera inspection.Derek, Logan and Jeremy were assigned to repipe the section of the line that had the belly in it, up to the joint where the kitchen/laundry room line connected to the main sewer discharge line. This activity involved digging a trench in the middle of our main hallway, and included them creating a tunnel under a wall in order to expose the 45 degree joint leading to the main sewer line. Those three gentleman diligently worked to remove the tiles, cement slab, and dirt while limiting the mess in our home. Once they exposed the sewer line, they were able to find that the belly in the line had stressed the 45 degree joint causing a leak, which then created very moist dirt under our slab. That moistness eventually found it's way to the surface through a crack in the slab, resulting in the bubble in our grout line. When the job was done, Derek, Logan and Jeremy did a great job of cleaning of the work site.I discussed this issue with several other plumbing companies but ASAP was the only company who appeared (and truly did) give me straight answers, and didn't try to gouge me for additional unnecessary costs.From the first visit with the ASAP representative, to the conclusion of the repair, I have met with and worked with a number of ASAP staff and management. ASAP, and their employees are to be commended for being honest, trustworthy, and friendly and we are extremely happy that we hired them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right, and at a reasonable cost.

Andrew and Jarrod arrived as expected. They were very honest, professional and friendly. The install was done quickly and professionally. They made sure all was working properly and that the area where they worked was clean upon their finishing. I would recommend them and strongly suggest the company be sure to hold on to these gentlemen, as their work ethic, friendliness and professionalism are hard to find. My water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced, and ASAP Plumbing was out the next day to give me a quote. My technician was Dawson and he was awesome! He ran me through all my options, gave me a fair quote, and installed my new water heater the same day! The whole process took maybe 2 hours. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing for any water heater installation needs. Attached photo is new 50 gallon electric tank.

Very satisfied with the work done by ASAP as well as communication and support from the office during the entire process. We got estimates from three different local companies and picked ASAP because they were the middle estimate and we appreciated their warrantee policy. Initially the repair was for replacing a sewer main clean-out and belly (back-pitch) of about 10 feet and the associated pipe offset (became detached due to settled bedding over time). Upon excavation it was evident that several other aspects should be revised while exposed; this resulted in two clean outs being added. Despite the unexpected extra cost, ASAP was fair in how they advised and handled the process. True to the name, they were also quick for this relatively big job requiring a substantial amount of excavation including removal of concrete slab. Mark provided an accurate and honest initial quote and evaluation after preliminary scoping. Nate worked very carefully working around irrigation lines and personal property and did beautiful work both below ground and finishing the surface. From the office we had excellent communication from Chris and professional and expedient help from Denise and Sherry. Overall, We were very pleased with ASAP and confidently recommend them to homeowners looking for skilled professionals who do honest work with excellent communication from start to finish.

Had a slab leak in my home and ASAP plumbing was quick on site. Resolved issue quickly and cleanly. Solomon was very professional and worked quickly. No less left behind. Very happy with the work done. Drew was very friendly and professional and kept us up to date with the work being done as it progressed. Our water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday. We called ASAP plumbing on Sunday and Drew was at our house the next morning to install a new water heater. Great work, friendly and professional!

We called ASAP plumbing when we discovered our water heater was broken. The receptionist was polite and easy to talk to. They were able to come out the same day and install a new one quickly! Mike was great! He did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. We will call them again next time we need work done. I am very impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of work for the price.

Service was great, fast, and well done. Dawson, the technician was friendly, hard working, and in general just a good person. Asap plumbing was the only company that could get the job done same day as well. I had an appointment with a different company that I wasted the whole day waiting for them to show up, and my repair job was listed as an emergency as well. After waiting the whole day for other companies to even show up (I ended up calling at least 5 different companies around 4 pm, they all said they would not be able to replace the heater same day). I called asap, and they were at my house within an hour or less, and had the whole job completed in about 3 hours or so. Between making the call and having hot water in my house again was very quick. I HIGHLY recommend ASAP for all your plumbing needs! They are great!!!

We were having a persistent problem with an unpleasant odor, and we did not know the source. ASAP Plumbing came to check and found that there was 1) a sewer gas leak in our system and 2) the contractor who built our home did not install a sewer clean out outside so that the issue could be addressed. This meant our house was not up to code, so we hired ASAP to fix it. There were some issues with this job, in that the sewer line could not be accessed from the first hole that was dug. ASAP then identified the correct location to do this work and dug a second hole and installed the.valve and clean out.Every ASAP employee we dealt with throughout was professional, courteous, and on time. We received thorough explanations, and at the end of the day, the repair necessary is reasonable, and could be fixed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company. They have installed tankless water heaters for us, a soft water system, and we have signed up for their annual maintenance visit. We did that because we trust them. That’s an important word for us, trust. We highly recommend ASAP Plumbing.

I called these guys after having another large company jerk me around for 2 day with no shows and late arrivals, and then quoted me $500 to snake a drain for my business. ASAP plumbing came to the rescue. I was not disappointed in the least. they responded quickly and where very friendly on the phone. they showed up when they said they where going to and did the job quickly and efficiently. Big shout out to our tech Derek, he was very friendly and knowledgable. The prices where very fair and reasonable, and the job was done fast. I had toilet and bathtub back up. I saw $88 drain cleaning online. I called to make appointment and technician came on time, his name is Vasa McKay. He cleared my drain, I ran water and everything is good. I told me someone from his company will be in my house to camera the sewer line to let me know more detail on the sewer line (he showed me the big root in my sewer line). , It is free of charge. did very good job. Needed our tub drain unclogged today. ASAP plumbing was booked solid for the whole day but had someone come out at 7pm and got it done for us in a quick and professional manner. Tech Mike White did a great job and we will definitely request him for any plumbing needs we have in the future !

We’ve used ASAP for general plumbing needs for the past few years, and I am thoroughly satisfied with their services, their care, friendliness and business knowledge and expertise. We’ve had them fix multiple issues including our kitchen plumbing needs such as recently fixing our disposal replacing it with a 1/3 HP heavy duty, quiet drive, galvanized steel disposal. They removed existing apparatus, installed the appropriate lock mounts, disconnected and reconnected the waste line and tested for leaks professionally. They are my go-to for general plumbing issues – they’re our go-to plumbing service company. Keep it up ASAP!

Cannot express the gratitude we have towards ASAP Plumbing! I manage a family entertainment center in chandler and of course our plumbing was backed up on a Saturday, the busiest of days. Drew, was very presentable. I called at 7:15 pm, he was at my house by 8:30 pm. Saw the issue explained to me what was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. Gave me the estimate, and I said yes. Right away he went to work. Fixed the issue within 20 minutes of showing up, very fast service. I know who I will always call for any of my plumbing needs. I asked about a filtration system. He sent me a quote. Very great worker.

Responsive. Fast. Took time to find right solution and solve all aspects of the issue and not just a quick fix band aid. Really appreciated the time — even walked the my home property with me to make sure there were no other underlying issues. Best plumber and tech we have had out to deal with an issue.

from my experience quoting with them, I had a ~3 inch section of pvc pipe that burst coming from my side of the main line before the home shut off valve. Rather then taking the two minutes to dig the few inches to look, (I knew where the leak was) the salesmen spent his time trying to talk me into replacing the entire main line for $4500 and then quoted $2500 to repair the section -without looking at it or taking a single measurement. if your water main line is leaking it’s an emergency that requires you to shut off the water to your house and you need to take care of it immediately. ASAP plumbings tried to take full advantage of that. Fortunately we were able to have it fixed much cheaper by a registered contractor.

I have not used any of this plumbing services, although I considered it when I spoke to owner Nick P. he seemed nice and spoke like an honest guy, he even hired me to do some extensive HVAC work on his new home. Everything went with out issue, that is until it came time to pay balance due. It took about 3 months of him putting it off and making excuses that I fell for until he finally ignored me completely. As a business owner with a decently established company, one would think that paying your bills would be you're priority.thank you nick for giving me an expensive lesson that I will not soon forget

AMAZING SERVICE!! We had clogged pipes, leaking out in the front yard. We immediately called several companies, no call backs and some maybe we can get to you. ASAP said they'd be out in 30 minutes. David showed up and was very professional and able to help. We had a bigger problem than we knew. Days later he and Nathan came out and dug out the front yard and replaced the broken pipes. They didn't try and upsell us, they didn't try and BS us...straight to the point this is the problem and price. Everything was fixed quickly and we couldn't be happier! We were skeptical because so many trades are sketchy and unprofessional. These guys and the company were on point! Highly recommend!!

We had a great technician called Logan. There was a minor leak in the garage that came from the sewage pipe and smelled awful. He arrived fast after calling and fixed the leak right away. I highly recommend this company! He was very fast, efficient, and very professional!

Ryan came out ON CHRISTMAS EVE and fixed our plumbing issues. The bathtub was filling up with sewage and I had family visiting from out of town. Until he arrived we couldn't use the toilets, shower or use the sink. Nothing he did was easy but he busted his butt to get the job done tonight and do it at the best cost to us. Our water softener blew, so I called ASAP. They came out that day (Wed) and determined we needed a new water softener. Tech said someone would call me the next day to set up installation date. No one called, so I called them. They said Monday would be 1st available date. So much for ASAP! They did call Monday to reschedule to Tuesday since water softener didn't come in. That's the last I heard from them. No show, no calls. They just disappeared. So, today (Wed) I had Parker and Sons come out, give an estimate and replace it the same day. Easy peasy. I also decided to replace the water heater instead of waiting.ASAP???? Definitely NOT!!

We had a plumbing horror-show happen when a Zoeller pump toilet exploded in our home! Sewage everywhere! Jessie with ASAP plumbing has been wonderful. He installed an updated pump toilet, and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him!

I needed emergency service today due to a sever leak under my kitchen sink. ASAP Plumbing was able to get a plumber out to me within an hour. The plumber that helped me was named Jerry and he was awesome! Jerry was friendly, knowledgeable and probably the most helpful plumber I've met. Jordan & Nina just completed a repipe of our entire house. They were punctual, hard working, professional, and friendly. Everything was completed as promised. Had Ryan come out and WAS AMAZING! Super professional got right to work knew what needed to be done. This was a tough job. We appreciate Apex and Ryan very very much. We are a small business and they accommodated our needs.

They came out to clear a drain and did exactly that. To follow up they did a water jet on the lines to clean them out. The next crew came out and did a camera inspection of the lines. It was found that when the lines were cleared the scale holding the 1969 pipes together was also washed off an the piping was corroded to the point of non existence. I have had two quotes from 100K to dig up and replace the pipes, then fix the interior damage. After everything we paid 16K all done with a 50 year warranty to have epoxy lining put in. No more worrying about when the hammer will fall on us. Such a relief and all techs were professional, nice, and cleaned up their mess with no issues. Best of all… they showed up and they were on time. Would recommend to anyone with the need. Good job! Even gave me a veterans discount.

Solomon came by and re- routed a mainline leak and did an amazing job. Only took 2 hrs and even re- hooked up my hot water tank. ASAP had the best price of 3 estimates. Thanks guys.

WAY OVERPRICED COMPANY-I called for this company to come out because I was having issues with my kitchen garbage disposal. Initially when making appt, caller made it seem I would get a FREE estimate or if service is needed, $69 would go towards that. The tech came out and after 10sec check he said it needs to be replaced. He said I have replacement Insinkerator in vehicle and it would take me about 5 MINS to change out. He said cost would be $595. I said WHAT!!! For something that takes 5 mins and the equipment could not be anymore than $100, you mean to tell me that labor cost $495? Tech said yes that is the fee. I called the company and spoke to manager and tried to get clarification on the outrageous price and manager said due to top quality equipment and we have to place our own MARKUP due to inflation, that is the price. I said how come no one gave me a heads up on approximate price of repair while booking and he was quiet. He said for miss communication, I can give $50 discount. I'm like wow, I feel honored for that big discount. Since I really need to get service done, I just had tech complete job. Tech Ryan was actually a nice guy and fixed it quickly so that is why I gave 2 STARS. At the end though, tech had me sign forms that apparently I was suppose to be shown from the beginning before service. After tech left, I called OTHER PLUMBING companies and asked for estimate on replacement of garbage disposal and prices averaged $150-300 total. I DEFINITELY GOT ROBBED AND CHEATED OUT because I didn't do my research ahead of time. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. Get quotes from different plumbing companies around area because this one has OUTRAGEOUS UNFAIR prices for even simple work. I'm almost tempted to call BBB to report because this was not handled the right way

Had old washer and dryer faucets replaced, plumber was on time and did great work . Was able to get the job done in less than 24 hours, new faucets look and work great.

Was able to set up appointment through email over the weekend. They contacted me on the day of service, and was on time. Gave me the pricing upfront before getting started with the work. Finished up pretty quickly. Cleaned up after they were done. Drain now flows very smoothly. Overall very satisfied.

I was told they would show up between 8-10am, but then the text said 9-11. By 11:30 no one had shown up so I scheduled with another plumbing service. They never called to say they were delayed. 11:35 they said they texted they were on their way. Nope. You don't get my money if you don't respect my time.

We had a bad sewer clog about 7PM. By 1030PM, an ASAP plumber had come out. He fixed it, which required searching for a clean-out (none found), removing a toilet just to get at the sewer (old house), snaking the line, and reinstalling the toilet.The plumber was professional, and the pricing was great for an emergency, after-hours job.

Today I had the fortune to run into Drew at Ferguson and after trying to find a part that literally no one had in stock, Drew came to the rescue. He had the part and was more than willing to part with it. It is this kind of customer service that creates new customers because he went over and beyond what he needed to do. Really disappointed in the quality of the report and lack of professionalism. When we called to try to speak with the plumber, they would not connect me to him, only the customer service middle men who could not answer any specific questions. Very frustrated.

Company helped me out as the ice maker valve started to leak late in the day. Logan was able to be here within 2 hours and fixed the water leak.

After getting a new washer and dryer delivered at our new house, we found out they could not be installed due to the valves and pipes needing to be replaced. After calling ASAP Plumbing, Jordan and Nina arrived within an hour to do the replacement. They fixed everything very quickly and answered any questions that we had. They even replaced the dry wall after so that we did not have to worry about fixing it before we installed the new washer and dryer. This is a fast reacting operation. They were able to guide me to turning off water to the unit. They had Drew at my door inside of 90 minutes and were able to resolve the issue. The following day they replaced our hot water heater. During the install his supervisor stopped by and helped out absolute professionals. Great team work. Great experience all around. Will be using ASAP Plumbing from now on.

We had a back up late on a Sunday night and called them in a pinch. Of 5 calls I made to 24/7 plumbers, they were the only ones willing to come help late that evening. The tech (Ignacio) worked until 2:45am and even came back the next day and followed through. Derek and Jeremy also had to come out to hydro jet the sewer pipe so we could be back to normal. I liked interfacing with the three techs and would welcome them back for future help. I appreciate the service we received.

We noticed that our shower/tub combo was crumbling so we called ASAP Plumbing. We couldn't have been happier with our interactions with ASAP, and with their technicians! Within a couple of hours of the call Dawson was at our house to diagnose the problem, and to walk us through what our options were. He was patient and friendly, and explained the costs thoroughly so there were no surprises. When he showed up to do the work, he had his colleague Mike with him, and Mike and Dawson both were terrific--they worked efficiently and thoroughly, answered all our questions and their work was first-rate! Very happy with this company. I found them randomly through google after I found a random puddle of water on the floor around my toilet. They answered (which I feel like is rare these days!) and sent someone out immediately. Alan called before he got to my house and was very nice, respectful, and understanding of my situation. He figured out the problem, fixed it quickly, and explained everything to me in simple terms. He was also very sweet to my dog who can be a bit scary to some (she’s a large German Shepherd). JJ, the service tech, arrived on time and located the problem quickly. He advised us of a few options and got to work. Chet arrived with a special tool to help remove an old (and very stubborn) regulator cartridge and when the work was done, they cleaned up nicely. Kudos to this company for their professionalism and quick response.

It was Saturday morning and I had water running down the street. I had to shut the water off to my house. I dug at least a foot and a half myself but could not find the pipe. After calling three or four other plumbers I’ve used in the past. No one was available to help me. I started a Google search for plumbers nearby. I found ASAP plumbing within 30 minutes he had someone at my front yard to assess the repair. As I surmised there was a route growing through the PVC pipe at the copper connection. The plumber worked all day into the dark of the evening fixing the repair. He cut roots out of the ground the size of my forearm. But he was able to get to the problem cut the pipe put a connector in there and turn the water back on only to find that there was no water pressure. the pressure valve needed to be replaced. It was a long hard job but they were professional and finished it. he stayed he worked hard and he got it done. It was not an inexpensive repair by no means. I highly recommend ASAP plumbing and more specifically the plumber Andrew that was just new with the company.

I was very impressed by our recent experience with ASAP plumbing services a few weeks ago. We had an emergency leak, which we had stopped only by turning off the water main. We were without water to the house until a plumber could come out to fix it. I booked an appointment with another plumbing company for the following day, but decided to shop around and see if I could find someone who could come out sooner.I came across ASAP and they were able to come out in about an hour, which surprised me, and there was no emergency response charge (though this was during normal business hours). The technician, Terrance, was very polite, professional, and seemed quite knowledgeable. He even assisted me as I was having a virtual insurance adjuster visit while he was there, by calmly and professionally helping to explain particulars of the plumbing situation to the adjuster.In calling back to ASAP at some point to ask a question, Nick was very helpful and polite, and the whole experience, I feel, went quite well, so I wished to leave a nice review.

Had to have our main drain under the house replaced. Not only did ASAP come in with an estimate $7k less than the other two we got, but they were also able to schedule us within 72 hours. The entire crew was also beyond professional. Jarrod called each day with updates and was even able to save time and a third hole in the slab. ASAP replaced all of our hot and cold water pipes that had started leaking under the slab of our house and replaced them through the attic and down they were very polite and knowledgeable technicians. Jordan and Nina worked together as a very well oiled machine. Work took two days and at the end provided a very detailed walk through and written info for our records. The next day another representative Chet from ASAP came and inspected all the work and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

After calling other places, ASAP was out same day on the weekend to troubleshoot a clog. They scoped out pipes and saw a massive bunch of roots that needed taken care of immediately. We said do it and they were back next day. They dug the hole found the issue (builder 17yr ago used wrong parts) and fixed, cleaned it up and made the whole thing a great experience.

First time using ASAP Plumbing. Had a mainline back up and nothing was draining. Jessie came out within an hour of my call. This was the first time in a long time I've experienced this level of customer service. Jessie was awesome, he explained everything step by step, gave tons of insight into our problem and was very professional. I wanted to give them more stars because Mike White, the plumber they sent over, was great. He was polite, did the job, and cleaned up after he did the repairs. In fact, everyone I had spoken with was very nice.My main complaint, the drywall person(s). They left a mess. I had overspray on the bathroom floor, on the shower curtain, the toilet, the toilet handle, and a shelf. There was a thumb tack in a wall, instead of simply removing it, it was sprayed over, along with a picture hanger. I had some drips of white on kitchen floor and rug as well.I believe that I would use them again for plumbing if need be, hopefully I won't have to since they did give a lifetime warranty for the pipes they put in, but I am hesitant regarding the drywall people they sent.

I never write reviews, but sometimes a company is so bad you just have to let other people know what to expect. I took my realtor's advice to call these guys and have them scope the sewer connection line on a house I'm considering purchasing. When I called to make the appointment the secretary who booked told me I'd pay for a $39 service call and around $150 for the scoping. Fine. When Andrew arrived he told me I'd pay $270 since he'd have to scope from the rooftop vents. Fine. When he finished the bill came to $425 because he had also located my sewer line. Fine.All told the tech spent less than an hour on site and probably 15 minutes working. I'm fine paying someone for his or her skill and investment in tools, but does everything have to have an upsell? How hard is it to estimate the cost of a 15 minute job within reason? I just wanted to know the state of the line, not pay an extra $150 unexpectedly because the tech decided to do work that I thought was included. And I don't even have a video of the line showing it's condition, which is what I wanted.Companies like this are the reason I prefer to do most home improvement work myself. For those in a similar situation I recommend just renting the scope yourself from Home Depot. I can't even imagine hiring these guys to do actual work - it scares me just thinking what they'd charge at the end of the day.

I recently moved to Arizona about a year ago and I was interested in getting a Water Softener System, but I just wasn't sure what to do. After some research, I found that Water Softener Systems are used in areas of the world where the water is hard (you can see this when you wash dishes and the minerals (white spots and blotches) are left behind after the water dries). From here, I reached out to a few companies to find our prices and how the process is completed. From the companies I looked at, ASAP Plumbing was the best. They had the best price and the technician doing the install (Chet) was super knowledgeable about the process as well as what is needed to complete the process. Also, with ASAP being a local plumbing company, they also utilize a local company to purchase the water softeners from which is very nice for myself as I try to support local businesses as much as possible. After the install was completed, I noticed the change and softness of the water within a few hours. I've had the system for about a month and it is working well. For anyone who wants to get one, I would recommend that you do your research, find out what is best for your home, and then reach out to companies that can install a Water Softener System. For me, that company was ASAP Plumbing and I can say without a doubt that the work that was done was exceptional and of good quality.

ASAP plumbing did an excellent job on my re-pipe of a townhouse in Phoenix. Very responsive about setting up an appointment as we had an active active water leak. Also, had to have them come back for a minor repair and they showed up the next morning at 7 AM to take care of the problem. Have issue with low water pressure. Plumber thought it was due to faulty control valve. This did not fix my issue. Plumber was on time and very good to work with. I will be calling ASAP plumbing back today to discuss next steps with resolving my low water issue.

I had multiple quotes from reputable plumbing companies for a whole house re-pipe job but ASAP had the very best first impression. Jon came out about an hour after my call and provided me with a quote that was about 2 times lower of what the other guys charge. I did some research and had some questions - of course . Every time you call them to get answers, you either have someone on the phone immediately or they call you back within minutes. I hired them and Jordan and Nina came out and got the job done as promised at the price quoted. I am very impressed with how I was treated and valued as a customer. There was never a moment when I felt that they only wanted to make a quick buck. There were some minor (expected) problems after the job was done but it only took a phone call and about 2 hours later it was fixed. I am very impressed, satisfied and I don't think my experience with ASAP could be any more perfect.

Don't Even Bother Calling Anyone Else! There really are plumbers and companies that do care about both your plumbing needs and pocketbook. We were lucky enough to have Dawson answer our call on a Sat afternoon with serious water damage. He arrived promptly and had us at ease and had remedied our situation within the hour. We moved forward with a tankless purchase and install and again Dawson carried out the install a few days later along with Drew and we were enjoying endless hot water later that evening! Recently we had a pipe burst in our house that flooded a couple rooms. This is the first time we've ever had to deal with something like this, and it's a stressful situation to say the least. We have a friend that is a commercial plumber who recommended ASAP plumbing and we're really glad they did. Our tech, Chet has been a life saver. He called me back immediately, was at our house right after I placed the call to the office and was actually early getting here. He's explained the entire process to us so we knew what to expect with the next steps to handle the issue the right way. He also arranged all of the other corresponding companies we needed to remove the moisture damaged surfaces, and fixed the issue with the piping. He's personable, reliable and did an amazing job. Hopefully this is the only time we'll ever have this issue but we would absolutely recommendand use Chet and ASAP again.

In the process of installing a hot water heater myself, I tore the bicep tendons in both arms (no kidding, hot water heaters are heavy). I called them at 9:30am and left a message and got a call back from Sherry. I explained my situation to her and she got a crew to my house by 11 to perform the rest of the install while I went to urgent care. The crew worked with me on the price and did a great job. When I returned, the install was complete and the house had hot water again. I will never replace another hot water heater myself again, lesson learned. I will call these folks again because of there sympathy and professionalism.

We recently had our house re-piped from the old poly pipes to the PexA pipes and chose ASAP plumbing for the job. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. This is something that I had dreaded to do for several years and knew that it needed to get done. We decided to take the leap and do it and, couldn’t be happier. The buyer’s inspector found an old slow leak that we had to fix in order to close on our house. He, as well as two other repair guys, were unable to locate the leak even though they knew it was there. ASAP plumber Cody found it right away and was able to repair it. Cody was efficient and friendly; he explained everything very clearly and was not at all condescending. I had a delivery scheduled today for a new washer/dryer. When the delivery showed up I was told they couldn’t install until I had a plumber come out. They left at 2:00. I asked my friends if they knew a good plumber and was referred to ASAP plumbing. Marcell was here by 4:30! He was so friendly, and explained everything to me. He did what they recommended in probably less than 5 minutes. I was so impressed with how quickly they got here, how professional and kind Marcell was, AND how affordable! I was expecting to pay a lot more than they charged me. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you.

Being that it's a 24 hour service already was insanely helpful as the house I'm in is getting shown today and they were able to come in hours before which was insanely helpful and appreciated!! Cody came to help with the let me say absolutely horrendous toilet (I feel awful for), but he was seriously amazing! He was super nice, helpful, & was in and out in under 30 minutes. After trying everything myself, I gave up and I don't regret doing so as finally the toilet is back to working 100%. I also really appreciated the notice from Cody letting me know he was on his way so I could plan accordingly. Overall great service & if needed again, I will absolutely be calling ASAP Plumbing!

It is a rather involved story but we had a breakdown in our tankless water heater and were desperate for hot water. ASAP supervisor Chet, technicians Travis, Drew and Nathan all worked very hard to get us set up even after we hit multiple problems. They went above and beyond and really stood by their work. I recently used ASAP Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. We have an older home that is seeing some deterioration of existing pipes. After a camera inspection and jetting of the lines it was determined a trenchless sewer repair with new pipes would be the best answer to our problem. Jarrod, Chet and crew were polite, professional and on time. Highly recommend. We will call them with all our needs going forward.

I called ASAP plumbing to inspect for a leak as I was seeing paint bubbling on my bathroom wall/ceiling. Jordan arrived on time and did a quick inspection of the attic and found no pipe leak anywhere around the water damage. He did notice water stains that appeared to be from roof leakage. However, while he was here he did ask and I agreed to a full leak detection test. None found so my problem was not piping but with my roof. ASAPs prices (service call and full leak diagnostic) were reasonably priced and they were quick and professional. My case was not an emergency yet that did a same day service call which was a bonus. I’d use them again for future plumbing issues.

I recently noticed water pooling in my dishwasher. Since the machine worked in the previous 24 hours I assume that the water was blocked drain side and called Asap Plumbing to come take a look.Chet was the tech that came out and he was both punctual and professional. He showed me how the drain was indeed blocked but also that there was no air gap created for the dishwasher in it's drain line. Chet quickly cleared some blockage and repositioned the drain line which did not solve the issue with the dishwashing machine.Together Chet and I listened for the dishwasher cycle to engage the drain pump but we were unable to confirm if it was turning on. Chet then recommended I contact a service tech for the machine itself as he did not think the problem was plumbing related.In the end, Asap was not able to fix my issue. However, the technician; Chet was correct that the issue was not plumbing related. Finally, I would like to thank Asap Plumbing and especially Chet for the diligent service provided.

ASAP is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Most companies will not give you a quote over the phone and when they do the price jumps substantially when they get to your house. ASAP quoted me a price, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job installing a new water heater. Logan was knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up after himself and showed me how to maintain the product for longer life. I will use ASAP for every plumbing need going forward.

ASAP plumbing is the way to go! I was removing a vanity out of my bathroom and the cold water valve broke off from the pipe inside of the wall. ? I immediately called ASAP plumbing at 10:15 this morning and spoke with John. He set up an appointment right away and Logan was at my house at 11:15! We had our house completely repiped recently to replace polybutylene with PEX. Went with ASAP because of their outstanding responsiveness and the best quote. This was obviously a very large project. We had a great experience from start to finish. The work was scheduled quickly, done quickly and well, and the team was a pleasure to have in our house. This was our second pinhole leak within a few months. The second one was a foundation leak on the hot water side that ended up causing a range of issues and repairs. We shopped and had multiple contractors in about a week to look for a much needed re-route/repipe ASAP.. ASAP plumbing came out and was really respectful, professional and kind. On top of that they could get the job done and on the schedule almost the very next day. After reviewing our plumbing issues, they threw in a free water softener. This company is very easy to do business with. Discovered a leak at 8pm, texted the company (which says it is 24/7) and had an appointment for the next evening after work. The Tech - Nathan - called as promised, showed up when he was supposed to, and was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to resolve my issue even running to Home Depot to get another part when the new faucet fittings didn't match the old ones exactly. Some the first call they were FAST. they don’t say ASAP for nothing. Within 40 mins they were there with a leak detection specialist and found a slab leak. They gave us all the options and costs up front. They allowed us to make a fully informed decision. We had them re-pipe our entire house! It was done in 2 days. Our water heater was leaking. Warranty company we go through wanted us to wait 5 days before someone could come out. Obviously that wouldnt work…this company responded within 2 hours and replaced our water heater and fixed the connectors and everything. We called ASAP Plumbing after noticing a large water leak on our property. The owner of the company was to our house within 30 minutes to diagnose source. Within a day we had the owner and his team putting in a new Main Water Line due to tree roots breaking the waterline joint which they pointed out to us. We were given the choice of fixing just the joint or replacing the line. We opted for a new line to prevent any further breakage in the future due to tree roots. The team worked day and night for a successful repair and for my wife and I to have access to water again. ASAP Plumbing used tarps for dirt removal to not damage the landscape and hosed the sidewalk by street down before leaving. John takes all the calls and is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend due to excellent service and workmanship.

I contacted Nick at ASAP Plumbing on May 31 (Memorial Day) after experiencing our 4th plumbing leak in 2 years. Nick had one of team show up the next morning to provide an estimate for a whole house repipe. The estimator even took the time to temporarily fix the leak area while he was there and would not accept any payment. Wow!. I ultimately choose ASAP plumbing to do my repipe (and replace two water heaters) after comparing their approach and prices with two other companies - I'm glad I did. The repipe job took about 5 days in total and the team arrived on time each day, kept us informed of their progress, and cleaned up each location as they went along. I highly recommend Nick and ASAP plumbing and would clearly use them again in the future.

We had developed a major water leak and feared it was under our concrete floor. Our water bill jumped over $60 in one month. I called ASAP and spoke to David Layne. David came out to our house and quickly determined the leak was outside between the water meter and our home. David gave me a quote that, frankly, I nearly choked on.I called another prominent plumber known throughout the valley and asked them to come to the house to diagnose the problem. The quote I received from this company was DOUBLE what David quoted.I contacted David again and he offered me 12 month financing at 0%. I asked David how quickly he could start and he said he could be at my house at 6:30 AM the next morning with a full work crew. He showed up right on time and they drilled a new water main from the water meter, under the driveway and concrete block fence and came up right next to where the old riser was.David hooked the new water main up and proved to me that the leak had been fixed (by shutting the water off at the house and watching the water meter). The problem was fixed and it only took David and his crew about three hours total. When David left you couldn't tell he'd ever been there. Everything was right back where it belonged, he installed all new copper fittings, and turned the service back on to my home.This man knows his stuff!! You can rely on David for an honest estimate, and for doing a fantastic job. I would recommend David and ASAP for any of your plumbing needs. He treats his customers with respect and makes you feel that you're part of his family.If you have a serious water leak I would recommend David very highly. David knows what he's doing, he's honest, he shows up when he promises to, and he does the job you'd do it yourself (if you knew how).

David and Nathan worked very hard all day and stayed until they got the job done. The main problem was roots in a pipe which was under my kitchen cabinets. The answered all my questions, explained things to me, showed me the problems, showed me that the issues were fixed and cleaned up when they were done. They agreed to let the ground settle The owner of the company should know that he or she is lucky to have these two gentlemen representing their company. I highly recommend David and Nathan.

A valve broke off underneath our bathroom vanity and we had rushing water flowing into our bathroom for 45 minutes. Since we are from out of town, we had absolutely no idea who to call. ASAP Replaced polybutylene pipes throughout my house. They emailed me a clear written contract after a walk through counting all of my fixtures. Please note the $4700 package online is for 11 total. Rudy who did the work was friendly and professional. I was amazed how well he replaced the drywall cutouts and resurfaced the walls. Also note they don’t repaint, so you’ll need to add that to you budget. All in all, I am very pleased with their professionalism, the result and their warranty. Price was as quoted - No surprises!!

Very amazing company when I was freaking out because I had a leak more like flood happen in my master bathroom/bedroom. I looked up emergency plumbing asap popped up called them and they put my mind at ease and had someone at my house within a hour. We had someone out to clear a drain in our house. It would then back-up and it would take hours to get a hold of someone to have them come back. They would do it again, and then it would back up and then a few days they ultimately said they didn't know and said they thought the pipe was broken.Finally, we had someone come out who ran a camera and they did have to be hydro jetted, but ultimately we paid you guys, it wasn't ever fixed and it took DAYS trying to get you to come back and fix it. I wouldn't use them again.

Jason for ASAP plumbing came to fix my garbage disposal yesterday. He was very professional and super polite. He did the task quickly and competently without being arrogant, and showed great courtesy even though it was the last call of the day. It is probably the best experience I have ever had with a repair person.

What a great experience with these guys. It opened up with a great conversation with Nick. He had great communication skills and was very direct on what his plan was to fix our leak. After asking for some pictures to assess the problem, he was able to give us a direct quote over the phone and give us a plan of action. We had a leak in a pipe coming out of a brick wall. He felt very confident he could do the repairs with minimal damage to the bricks saving us even further repair costs. Not only did he schedule us immediately the following morning to save on emergency repair costs, he showed up promptly on time and delivered on his promise to minimal damage to the surrounding brick. What a relief! Nick was prompt, communicative, and very efficient. And the work is warranted for a couple years! Don’t know what more I could ask for! Well done!

Hard water is a serious problem in Phoenix. We researched both salt and salt-free water softeners and decided for the level of hard water here we need a salt based water softener. We called around and researched the cost of installing it on our own. After talking to a couple of soft water installation plumbers we decided on ASAP. Our main reasons were cost and availability. Not only were they upfront about cost and it was affordable, they also sent out a technician right away. Stephan did a great job and was nice to work with. Our home is brand new and it meant a lot to me that he cleaned up after himself and kept the installation looking neat and new! I will call ASAP anytime I have a plumbing need! I definitely recommend.

ASAP plumbing was very helpful to me I thought I had a leak in my house cuz my floors are buckling they sent an expert out to check for water leaks they found absolutely none so I hired a crawl space company and they came out underneath and said you have no leak under there anywhere but they did find a pipe that needed fixed which was my main line pipe so I decided just to go with ASAP and a whole new piping of my house because fixing the main line cost almost as much I ended up figuring out the buckling in my floor was due to the brand new carpet I got from Healthy Home flooring with a plastic backing on it which if you have a crawl space blocks moisture and it attacks the wood in your floor don't trust floor salesman make sure you check what type of carpet your house should have yourself. but without ASAP I would have been totally screwed they came out they figured out my problem that wasn't even their problem the very next day they were out and repiped my house in less than 48 hours all the guys were super nice and helpful they ran into lots of problems that they did not charge me extra for I would refer ASAP to anyone anytime because they seriously care and they have a great warranty and they will finance you really fast provided you have decent credit. I refer ASAP plumbing. PS I can drink my water from my faucet now no more bottled water. ?

Great service. Called ASAP after Home Depot failed to show up Saturday and then was going to charge me an extra fee for Sunday delivery and installation. Called ASAP around 9am, they gave me the price over the phone and said someone would be out by 11am. Nick was at my house at 10:23 am. I also had him fix another issue with the front hose bib and was given a great price on that was well. Nick was all finished in about an hour and a half. Very happy, and would recommend and use again.

I had a large flood in the majority of my house. I asked a friend what to do. He recommended ASAP. I called them and they came right out!!! They were very kind, professional and compassionate. It was determined the plumbing was done by someone who was not professional, and much was done incorrectly. Therefore the flood. They came back within a day to connect the hot water, so showers wouldn’t be cold. They went way beyond what they needed to do. The insurance paid very little due to lack of communication between the HOA and Allstate. Because of that the men with ASAP I felt protected and safe. The work they did was thorough so I feel I can stay here and not worry about more floods. They cleaned up beautifully.Their price was fair. Finding a week before move in that we had Polybutylene plumbing was devastating. We had to replace all the polybutylene plumbing in our house. Our water heater went out on a Wednesday night, I called our home warranty company and they sent a work order into a company to come fix it. I check the reviews of the first company and they were horrible. I called the warranty company and had them send someone else out, that company came on Friday, but could not install the new water heater until Monday, waiting until Monday was not an option. I called the warranty company again, and they were able to have ASAP plumbing at my house in under 24 hours, which happened to be a Saturday, and Ryan from ASAP was able to install the heater promptly and professionally. I needed a water heater. ASAP was able to give me a great price over the phone and install the unit the same day I called.I called them out a second time to find a leak that caused damage on a ceiling. They didn't see anything below the upper floor, I paid for the service call. Later that day I noticed the shower valve leaking, that should have been spotted while the plumber was there. They would not apply the service fee I had already paid to the repair I now know it needs.

It was already late at night and my friend flushed the upstairs toilet and my downstairs toilet started to over flow . I call ASAP Plumbing and they dispatched Chet Schmidt. David and Nathan from ASAP are skilled plumbers and solid, trustworthy guys. Had a water main burst under my driveway/garage slab last night. David came over to troubleshoot this morning and proposed a way to re-pipe and saved me potentially thousands in concrete work. He and Nathan came over after lunch and re-piped the whole water main and added an extra hose bib for my garden in the back all in one afternoon/evening. I was even able to attend my son’s birthday party across town while they finished the last part, and by the time I got back tonight the system was finished. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company, and Jon, who answered my desperate call. My hose bib had started leaking on the weekend. I decided on Sunday that I would remove the old one and replace it. Once I removed it, and tried to attach the new one, it would not screw back on and neither would the one I had just removed. My water was off and I realized I was going to have to call a plumber on a weekend, and wait until they were able to come out. I call ASAP Plumbing and Jon answered, and it was apparent they were busy and it would be difficult to get someone out to help me. Instead of turning me away to try and find another plumber, he had me send pictures and talked me through the repair. It worked, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Well, saw a recommendation for ASAP Plumbing on the Nextdoor app. Filled out the contact form two nights ago and got an immediate response and pricing for changing out a toilet—a fair and reasonable price. So, I asked about doing two at the same time and received a good deal. When I called to schedule, they would have sent someone out THAT DAY. We scheduled for today. Jason contacted us when he was on the way and he was on-time, courteous, and very diligent in his job. He alerted me to an issue with the waste pipe distance from the wall which necessitated my trip to the store to swap out one of the toilets for the correct configuration four our house. He finished the job in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned the work area. I commended him on his customer service—something that is lacking in many businesses today. I know when I need plumbing services in the future this is my go-to company. The rapid response to email, the reasonable pricing, and the ease of scheduling took a lot of stress off this homeowner. My plumbing all backed up at about 9:30 PM on a Monday night while the washer was running. I called several plumbers who were listed as 24 hours and ASAP was the only one I could actually get hold of right away. The plumber arrived in about 40 minutes. Stefan was curteous and professional. I described the issue and showed him the backed up fixtures/devices. He went to work right away and even cut some shrubs back near my knock outs. He was done in 30 minutes. The bill was what I would expect to pay during normal business hours. It was definitely what I consider cheap for after hours. I added ASAP to my phone list. I will use them for future plumbing and AC needs.

We wanted a gas pipeline to our kitchen. Our house already gets a SW connection but it was only till dryer and heater. I talked to 10 different companies and at last found asap. Quotes they gave was competitive and fair. David also suggested to have a soft water loop running and immediately gave me discounted quotes on that. Richard did an extra ordinary job to install the gas pipeline with no dry walls and with the best material. He exceeded my expectations. ASAP plumbing are doing their job well. One of plumbing companies at Chandler was at my house and they worked but they said there are too much grease in the kitchen pipe so they asked us to pay for over 1K to get rid of the grease. I researched and found ASAP plumbing review at google is great and I called them 10pm. The company owner, Nick was on the phone and he said they only charge us $375 with year warranty. They came dowm my house next day with decent camera and equipment and found out the problem. Their staff did work but it did not work out first time so the owner showed up and followed up the work. They came down three times and solve the problem perfectly although it was weekend. They are really responsible on their job. I really appreciate their work.

“ASAP” plumbing...I guess that depends on your definition of “ASAP”. I waited over 24 hours for service, only to have to cancel due to moved appointments and the technician being late without a courtesy call to give me a heads up. Perhaps their services are great once they show up, but the lack of urgency, timeliness, and communication, meant that my day was wasted waiting around for a technician who never showed. All while I could’ve called a different company and maybe had the problem resolved by now.

We had water dripping down from our ceiling and called ASAP Plumbing and David came out right away. He was able to stop the issue that night and came out the next day and was able to identify the problem which was a leaking hot water line due to corrosion. He fixed that leak with pex lines, installed a new water heater and installed a water softener as well.David was on time, explained everything, and got it all done in a timely fashion.We will use ASAP for any future plumbing needs!

I hired ASAP plumbing to do a sewer inspection on a home I am purchasing. They were able to get out for the inspection within a day and were extremely professional and punctual. The report was thorough and thank GD they did not find anything and most of all they were honest about that and gave us advice about maintainable into the future, rather than trying to make unnecessary repairs as we had with other companies etc. I would Highly recommend them to anyone!

This guy cares about his customers and his equipments.I called them because of their $58 special which includes both the drain out and Camera service. Other plumbers charge about $120 just for the camera service.Nathan had to do the drain out three times to clear the drain. This guy did not get frustrated after two times instead he was very nice and said he would have to clear out the drain third time to make sure I was taken care of.I am a local Realtor and have met many plumbers but have never met a plumber with this high level of customer service.Nathan came the next day with Nick who is the owner of the company. His camera did not work on the day of the drain out so he came the next day with his boss to send the camera down the drain. Nick brought his brand new camera ($2,400) and Happy to report my pipes are ok.I will refer Nathan and Nick to all my clients for being Honest and treating their customers with respect.Nathan did not know I was a Realtor in the beginning, I told him after he cleaned out my drain.Call them with all your plumbing needs and ask for Nathan. Had a water softener leak in the slab. ASAP fixed issue promptly and did a fairly tricky reroute in a timely manner. Crew (Cody plus helper) knew their stuff and seemed very organized. Only advice is that if they recommend Preferred Choice for drywall restoration, my advice is to get a second bid.

We have worked with ASAP plumbing in the past, and have always had good experiences. Mike came out and helped us tonight fix a leaking toilet. He was very courteous, professional and a quick, efficient worker.

David was on-time and very professional. Gave me a quote and was able to do the plumbing repairs/replacement same-day. ASAP has also done work on my A/C unit and have had a great experience with that work as well.

With a 35 plus year-old house and 4 slab and/or main line leaks in front yard in last 10 years, David and Nathan from ASAP plumbing came up with a winning plan to replace cracking PVC with PEX between water meters at curb and shutoff valve to both sides of house (a duplex). We had a slab leak. Called ASAP and Stefan came to assess. We were presented with a couple of options. We had a lot of questions and Nick was very helpful throughout. We decided on the whole re-pipe of the house. Mario and Stefan did a wonderful job. They were very professional. Laid floor protectors, covered furniture. They had to make holes all over the house as they dropped the lines. They numbered each hole matching it with the pieces they took out which they neatly stacked so it will be easier to put it back. After they were done they cleaned up as well. They even finished the job earlier than original timeline without sacrificing quality. Stefan also installed water softener afterwards. He was very helpful answering my questions. We definitely recommend using ASAP Plumbing. Thanks ASAP!

They even do some additional work without even charging me that his customer service at its best.

These guys were amazing! I had a very unique situation where my new cat got stuck in a 6 inch space behind my water heater in the very early morning hours. He was stuck and frightened . I called and they answered right away. Nick came out within 25 minutes. Nick was able to remove my water heater and My cat was free from behind the water heater within 10 minutes- probably less. It was a very sticky situation as he was likely head down for sometime. Nick was a real pro , total stud. Here and gone before 6 AM at an extremely reasonable price. Had a main line leak in my front yard on the afternoon Friday July 1st, right before the 4th and when most people were leaving town. I called a couple of places and ASAP was willing to come out that day and after working with that plumber he determined they could come the next morning which was crucial because we had no water. They were there early and it ended up to be a larger job than they thought. They thought it would be trench-less but instead they had to spend many hours digging a trench and they did a great job not ruining any of my plants. That was huge. I also wasn't charged more due to them having to trench, they were friendly and huge thank you to Stefan/Stephan (Unsure of the spelling). He was really great, friendly, explained what they did and was very knowledgeable. He also did a great job of letting me know when they would be complete. The other workers, including Luis were great too. They were very careful with the yard and worked incredibly hard in very hot heat on a Saturday. I appreciated it and would use ASAP again.

We had ASAP come out and repipe our home, they worked fast and efficient. Stefan and Nick were the technicians they sent out, these guys worked hard and were able to repipe our home in 3 days including the drywall repairs. If you need to repipe your home or other similar jobs I would definitely call these guys they did a great job.

We had ASAP plumbing do a Repipe for us we live in the chandler area we had the defective gray pipes. We also had some previous leaks and we're tired of doing temporarily repairs. They gave us the most competitive quote they do live up to there name, their fast efficient they did an excellent job, they completed the repipe from start to finish in under five buisness days. Hands down Jason is the best. We had a horrible and difficult to remove clog in our sewage line due to neglegance and inappropriate disposal of products when our pool was resurfaced (before we purchased our house). Jason worked hard, was communicative through the project, did not rush, and was very thurough. Nick, the owner, was also responsive, informative, and helpful throughout the process. They were upfront about the pricing and worked with our insurance with ease. We would definitely call them back if we needed future work (just fingers crossed the severity of this will never be something we have to deal with again)! However... if you have to choose a remediation company do your own research. I won’t deduct and stars from ASAP because they did their part timely and with quality.

Very professional, competitive rate, and drywall work was very minimal for a re-plumb.We got our house upgraded from polybutylene to pex plumbing and installed a softwater loop. Also did I mention that we got a new water heater with the installation included. These guys know exactly what they're doing and had a clear plan on how they were going to do the job within minutes of seeing my home.Nick is very responsive and gets back to you with any questions right away.

This company was sent by my home warranty company. I was able to get an appointment quickly and with ease. ASAP Plumbing just finished our whole house re-pipe, replacing the original polybutylene with PEX. The work was started and completed on time for a reasonable cost. The necessary cuts in the walls were kept to a minimum. They made sure everything was working properly. They were pleasant during the work, and respectful and careful with our belongings and pets. My AC technician Nathan Ball did a phenomenal job in turning my Sauna back into a home! This AZ heat can take a huge tole on anyone, but imagine not being able to escape it?!? So often people review the techs work when writing reviews for a company, but rarely do you see a review written about the behind the scenes staff. Recently I was closing on a house and during the inspection a water leak was discovered in the hall bathroom. Something was going on with the plumber that was sent and he didn't return to the job. When I called the office Natasha immediately went to work to solve the problem. We were on the phone all day long and well into the evening, past her work hours, in order to get the problem resolved. She promised she would send a different plumber by 7:30 am the morning of closing so the closing could take place. She kept her promise and the job was done by 8:20 am, in time for the signing. I had also had a medical procedure done that day, and she was very concerned that I take care of myself and she would handle everything. On top of working well into the evening to solve this situation, she was trying to pack to move the next day, but she put my needs first. Every business could learn something from Natasha about customer service. Thank you, Natasha. You are the BEST! These five stars are for you. Blessings.

We live in the Awatukee area, and we had a pipe burst. We found out after a plumbing co. came to our house that we have defective pipes. We are in the process of trying to sell our house, We are not going to be able to sell our house with the defective pipes. We came across asap plumbing on line and decided to call them after reading all there awesome reviews. We got 4 quotes from different plumbing companies and a 5th from asap plumbing. We felt the most comfortable with them, they gave us the best warranty, lowest price, including dry wall and paint, out of all the companies. They gave us an estimate of 7 days to finish everything and actually finished everything in 4 business days. They were very neat and tidy, the house was kept very clean. We had a clogged drain and our shower was backing up with sewer water and leaking through the ceiling to our basement! I called ASAP plumbing and they were so professional. They sent someone out on Easter Sunday to unclog our drain. Very fast and professional. We recommend ASAP plumbing to anyone needing emergency plumbing.

AC broke down in the evening, I called 4 businesses and ASAP was the only one willing to come over that night. Technician was at my home a couple hours later around 10:30pm. He had to replace the capacitor and had the part in his truck. I paid $220 for the replacement + $90 for emergency service. Not cheap, but I feel it was worth it. Great customer service.

We purchased a new home and found out we had a defective babe called polybutylene . Call around town got several quotes, one of them was ASAP Plumbing and AC. They where in the mid range as a few other companies what were able to start the following day then finish our home in seven business days from start to finish . Long story short they finish their home completely re-pipes with Pex in 3 business including the third day where they just waited for the city to inspect. They definitely live up to their name , absolutely recommend them and they're coming out to do our AC tuneup very soon as well.

I have been having sewer problems for over 2 weeks. I was using a plumbing company recommended by my home-warranty company, they came out 3x, on the third visit they presented two options. One option would cost hundreds and the other would cost thousands of dollars; home-warranty would not cover either. I wanted a second opinion, but didn't know who to call that would not cost $$$.Monday while traveling on I10 E I saw a billboard for ASAP Plumbing with a special offer for $68 for drain cleaning including a camera scope. Called late Monday night , got an answer right away, they wanted to come out the next day. Work schedule wouldn't accommodate that, so scheduled for Saturday. Work scheduled changed Wednesday evening contacted ASAP got an appointment for Friday afternoon. On Friday afternoon, Nathan from ASAP called that he was on his way with an ETA. I shared with Nathan what the other plumber had found, roots in the drain. Nathan used his camera to find the location of the roots in the drain. He discovered the roots were in the city portion of the pipes. WOW! Game changer for the wallet. THANK YOU NATHAN with ASAP PLUMBING! Nathan sent the camera further down the line to learn where the roots were coming from, the other plumber did not. I took pictures, called the Chandler City Services, was told to email pictures at 3:08 pm, at 3:41 pm get a call from the City saying someone would be out to clear the drain and do an assessment, and at 7:20 pm RotoRooter cleared the drain!I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing. They have honest well trained staff. Another great thing, I was only charged $29 for the visit not $68! If I need a plumber again I will be calling ASAP PLUMBING.

Our AC went out at night time during the summer. The house was slowly starting to turn into a sauna and we had small children we needed to put to bed. It was late and our landlord couldn't figure out the problem and his AC guy wasn't going to be able to show up for at least another hour or so. We called ASAP and got Nathan out in no time! On the Saturday evening before a sunday move, a significant water leak problem revealed itself in the home I was to move into. I had to postpone the move. John and Cody came by after the initial tech arrived and spent considerable time diagnosing the problem. They then made a point to come back on Sunday and Monday to complete diagnostics of the water flow problems at the new home. The job required both skill and patience. At no point did John ever attempt to oversell or exploit the situation. I can strongly encourage any and all to utilize this company and John in particular. I have nothing but positive things to say.

Had the pleasure of having Larry work on my shower/water pressure issue. Larry was dispatched out within an hour of calling in, and had the issue fixed in 30 mins. Prices are very reasonable and they are very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Prompt in camering the line and giving us an estimate to repair. A little confusion about scheduling. Did a good job of tenting the place to keep dust to a minimum (There will be some escaping dust anyway and even the walls will need to be dusted post tearing out the old pipe). The party doing the digging had to make a trip out for supplies to tent the area, and the plumber had the wrong size pipe on his truck and had to make a trip out---need a bit better organization there. Tile guy has been here to have a look and should be here in the next week to replace tile. All in all a pretty good experience and I would recommend ASAP Plumbing Services (just remember that the job is not yet complete as I post this).

Friends and family call me the Research Queen because I invest a lot of time in reading reviews/ratings through multiple sites before deciding who to go with.PRICING:I researched online for plumbing companies to install our home water filter, softener, and RO system. I read some reviews online that you need to find someone who knows how to install these systems otherwise you will have to pay double for the job to be done correctly. I messaged Nick (the owner) who is very nice and professional. He messaged back immediately and then we discussed pricing. Trust me when I tell you that ASAP Plumbing offers the BEST deal in town. I called three other 4-5 star yelp rated companies and they were all $80 - $150 more!! Like most people, I want the best value but will not compromise quality. We received excellent, quality service for a VERY reasonable price!!!! Don't be deceived by companies that try to tell you that you need to pay more for quality service.INSTALLATION SERVICE:Marat was our technician. He is one of the most humble, nice, respectful, and professional techs you will ever meet!! He was very respectful of our home in making sure he took off his shoes or wore booties. He knocks on the door each time he had to go out to his truck which is quite commendable. But after the first time, we told him to just come and go as needed without ringing the doorbell. Just picked ASAP Plumbing off of YELP. I called late on Saturday 02/01/2020 and Robert was here later that evening. I received texts verification he was coming and a phone call from Robert when he was on his way. Robert did a fantastic job with a difficult and broken shower valve. As the water has to be shut off to the whole house until he arrived I was VERY impressed he came that evening. Robert removed an absolutely destroyed shower valve and had the replacement in hand. I will always call them in the future.

Very disappointing when a company does not stand behind their work. ASAP Plumbing is one of those companies and we will find another company that believes in quality of work and standing behind that work for any further plumbing needs we have.

I had a water heater fail and within an hour I had ASAP out to give me a quote and start the work. I highly recommend these guys and will most certainly be using them again for any plumbing nightmares that come up.

Second time i'm using ASAP Plumbing, so we decided to put a water softening system in our home. Came out last week and did a great job, found out they started doing AC as well they had a special on the tuneup worked out perfect. Definitely my go to plumber.

Charged $1300 to repair a small nicked water line leak created by a contractor drilling for termite treatment. The job took less than an hour to repair. Once the pipe was repaired , they patched the concrete. It is not level, nor is it remotely close to the texture as the original. I have asked for it to be repaired numerous times, as well has the past control company that paid for the job. I was told it is not their problem, that they are a plumbing company and not a concrete company. This work was done Jan 19, 2018 and has still not been fixed. I would never recommend this company. The typical, We have your money, so nothing we will do poor customer service!! Beware of Nick!!

David and Terrence came out on a Saturday to help us diagnose and fix a plumbing issue in our backyard. They were friendly and helpful even in the 108 degree heat. They spent a great deal of time trying to figure out where the leak was. Once they did, they were able to fix it that day.

These guys are great! They removed and installed a new Hot water heater that I bought at Home Depot for $247! Home Depot quoted me a ridiculous price of $1000! Yes, $1000. Home Depot uses Delta plumbing for their installs. Stick with ASAP Plumbing. They are honest and do a great job.

I own retail stores here in AZ and we contantly talk about being professional and bending over backwards for the customer. With that said, it is not easy to for me to be impressed with other companies customer service. With that said, I was in fact blown away by how spectacular these guys were. Jerry was my plumber and I was truly amazed at what a nice guy he was, not to mention he was very good at his job. I don't do a lot of these type of reviews but here you go, these guys were good. I have no idea what their other techs are like but I will be more than happy to find out. Scheduled a Repair through my home warranty a few days ago, missed work today for the plumbers arrival. And when I called 20 minutes after the scheduled 2 hr (8-10am) window, I was apparentley never even entered into the system even after making it an expedited case. On top of the person I spoke to (Dante) sounding as if it was none of their concern. So needless to say my business will be going elsewhere.

Prompt courteous service. Jeff installed water heater, softener and RO system and did a great job. All work could not be done on first trip and they did not charge for second visit, also offered to come back a third time to install RO faucet (I was able to install). I let Nick know Jeff did not need to come back to install faucet and him and Jeff both personally thanked me for completing. It's all about customer service and ASAP gets it.

Moving into a new house comes with a lot of to-dos. We purchased a house that had polybutylene and called ASAP to get it repiped. They came out and gave us a free estimate. Our main sewer line backed up and caused all of our sinks bathtubs and toilets to back up. We then called a supplement they came out the same day, quickly got started and use that camera to locate and pinpoint where roots had broken into the main sewer line. They started the following day and everything was back to normal later that evening they replaced about 20 feet of our main sewer line . Great job highly recommend this Company

Had a leak in my front yard that I thought was an irrigation line, after some digging turned out it was the main line. I turned off water to house and scheduled a time with a different plumber (to remain un-named) to come take a look. Of course they call me around noon to tell me they are running late, then I get another call mid afternoon that I'm not actually in their service area (apparently Ahwatukee is not considered Phoenix and it took them all day to come to that conclusion).I contacted Nick and he had a guy out within the hour. Nick and Andrew came back out with the materials they needed and worked in the dark until 11:30pm at night to get us water. Can't say they could do something like that all the time but these guys have high integrity and are definitely hard working (nice to see that from a younger generation). The digging they did was noninvasive and they kept our plants in tact despite have to work around them in the dark. They came back the next day to fill the trenches and clean up... it looked like nothing ever happened. Great job.

Hired ASAP plumbing for a Repipe polybutylene . They came out and gave us a super fair price and a life time warranty. They installed it quick and easy. I would highly recommend ASAP plumbing for any future services especially Repipes.

On my job Stefan was an extremely expensive and incompetent disaster. Original problem: Clogged tub & shower drain. Stefan snaked and camera'd the 30' line from a toilet to the septic tank. (I did not authorize the camera work.) He then charged me $310 over the amount the warranty company paid him and LEFT WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM. The tub & shower still would not drain! Called his boss Marat next morning. Marat said they needed to GO UP ON THE HOUSE ROOF and run a snake down an air vent to really fix the problem - at an extra cost over what I already paid. I FIRED ASAP Plumbing! ASAP! Called a DIFFERENT company who came out, simply put a tub snake through the shower & tub drains and flushed the system to entirely fix the problem for a reasonable $120 service call. I will never be A SAP for ASAP Plumbing again.

I have mixed feelings writing this review because this review has no reflection on the technician. I called to schedule an appt. because my kitchen sink was not draining and the disposal was not turning on. The technician showed up within 30 minutes and he was here a total of 10 minutes he showed me the reset button on the disposal and then used an Allen wrench to turn the blades underneath. He called the office to see if he could get the $49 fee waived since he didn't really do a lot and I was ready to tip him and thanked him for that offer. He came back in the house a few minutes later and said he was told to charge the $49 charge. I respect that and paid him and tipped him. I'm more upset because sometimes in business discretion has to be used and this was a perfect opportunity to do the right thing for the customer. It would have paid 10 fold in the future, but now I feel it doesn't matter how small the job is this company is going to charge the $49. I thanked the technician and he told me well at least I learned something, I said yeah It was a $49 lesson that took 10 minutes.

Last night my bathroom flooded it was a disaster. Both David and Vince arrived in a timely matter and did not leave until the problem was taken care of which did take some time. They even made sure to test everything over and over to make sure it was all taken care of. They saved the day! Thank you so much for the service, I would recommend them anyway!

All the other plumbers wanted $100 or more to unclog a kitchen sink I gave asap plumbing a call and they had a plumber at my door in less than 1 hour and unclogged my drain and ran a camera down the pipes all for a flat fee of $58 the technition was very professional and cleaned up after him self . House and water line was built in 1972and after 47 years metal pipes were deteriorating.ASAP ran a plastic PEX line underground from water main tohouse shut off. Removed entire 47 year old house pipe andreplaced it with copper tubing soldered so no leaks will appearAs years go by. They also replaced both shut off and gardenhose attachments.I was very impressed to see the company manager here andworking along side his mem. He got down in the holes withhis men, shoveled dirt out and truck pulled the PEX line.Watching the manager getting his hands dirty doing the workShowed me how determined they are to do the job right.

Nick, you were very nice on the phone and you staff was nice as well, but unfortunately the service wasn't up to par. Called on a Saturday night, water was backing up into my tubs, you sent Andrew out, he looked for a sewer line outside, couldn't locate it. So he used a snake into our toilet. He said it was maybe roots wasn't sure, it drained for the night, but didnt clear it. Paid 300. Next night it happened again with the back up, i called and Nick answered and i was told there's a 30 day warranty, but he would get back to me after talking to Andrew. I got a call back and he couldn't get a hold of Andrew and asked me what services were perform. I told him, Andrew thought maybe there were roots and used a snake in the toilet. I was then told I would be charged a service call fee and more fees based on what the technician would have to do. My husband did not like that, so we cancelled. We got Kendall plumbing right after and they found the sewer line outside within 10 mins and unclogged it all within another 10 mins. I was happy yet so disappointed I wasted 300 for someone to drain and not clear the sewer line.

We love ASAP. From replacing our water heater to small plumbing jobs and installing our new shower fixtures, neatly, no damage to tiles, and great clean up! The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous.

We initially called ASAP to snake a sewer line, which they did. But after a second trip out to clear a backup, they sent a camera down and discovered a pipe full of nasty water. It turns out we had a belly in our line. But what happened after that was more than we could have imagined.Nick, the owner, suggested we only needed to dig up a section of the line and replace the bellied section. They went on their hunch, but it turned out the camera locator had written up a report that detailed a much bigger problem. The belly actually stretched from one side of the house with a kitchen, hall bath and laundry to the other side of the house where it meets up with a main line going out of the house. They didn't suspect this until they dug up the first section and then had to dig up two other spots. We had no idea that this would involve so much work and produce a disaster for the house in terms of dust, dirt and most of all-- stress on the homeowners. They had another contractor they work with to put up plastic to contain, but it was not nearly enough. Our family could not take it and had to spend 5 days in a hotel while our house was torn apart. Then we had to have professional cleaners come in to clean up the nightmare, which even then, was not 100%.The whole belly was replaced and all the dirt and 5-inch thick concrete foundation was put back. But, they could have saved time by doing the entire work up front instead of discovering along the way. Nick was an understanding guy and even took our dog while the work was done. But, in the end, the cost of this work was enormous. He did manage to bring the price down some and even threw in a PRV to help us out, but this is something we are still grapelling with weeks after it was completed.They did the work and the guys who did it did a good job. I would recommend them, but just understand that a problem such as ours will set you back A LOT of money. And make sure you understand what your homeowners policy will and will not cover before you take on this type of project.

ASAP Plumbing is my plumbing company for life!I have an Airbnb on my property. One morning I woke up to a frantic message from my guest alerting me to an issue with a slow draining shower pan and a gurgling toilet. Not good. I called a big name national company which promised 24/7 emergency service. The technician ran a video scope of my sewer line. And while the technician was very polite and knowledgeable, company policy prevented him from sending me a copy of my line. And, I was charged $300 just for him to tell me I had a break in my line. The only service he offered was to dig a trench in my yard and do a spot repair.Not satisfied, I called a few more plumbers. The first company to respond was ASAP--David was the technician on call. He arrived promptly and immediately ran a video scope. While the camera was in my line, he carefully and thoroughly explained to me the images we were seeing and the impact it would have on my plumbing. We had a cracked sewer line that was feeding the big, beautiful, rapidly grown tree in front of our house. Previous owners had planted the tree too close to the house and it had wreaked havoc! It had squeezed and cracked the sewer line, which in turn was providing it with a steady supply of nutrients. On top of that, David emailed me the video footage AND the service call was free! He told me we were a good candidate for trenchless sewer repair, which would save me time damage to my property.We did our due diligence and called a few more plumbers, and no one else offered affordable trenchless repair with virtually zero down time. In addition, they each proposed a repair that involved digging up over 20 yards of concrete which would prevent me from parking in my garage and impede access to my backyard. Of course, concrete repair was not included in their estimate! I work from home and run an Airbnb--several days of construction was not an option.I wish we would have jumped on having ASAP repair the line immediately, but, since we waited, our big, beautiful, fast growing tree kept on growing. By the time we called David back to do the repair, the tree root had virtually crushed a portion of the sewer line. And, even though we were able to take advantage of trenchless repair for the entire line, we did have to do a spot repair which involved excavating a portion of my front yard and cutting through my cement walkway.While this may sound terrible, the fact that I did not have to dig up my driveway or have the water shut off for more than four hours was a Godsend!I also appreciated the fact that ASAP’s owner, Nick, had a reliable concrete person to repair the damage to my walkway.Since my sewer repair, I have replaced my kitchen counter, sink, and faucet. I appreciate that Nick is just a text or phone call away to help me with making a good choice and to let me know which products were easier to work with. He has also been incredibly patient and flexible with ever changing scheduling needs.ASAP Plumbing has earned my business for life!

We had our a/c unit fixed and the service guy Nathan was very fast and explained the problem to us then fixed the unit and cleaned and serviced the unit. Very efficient and thorough and detailed.We are very pleased and would recommend asap to anyone.

I hired ASAP to fix my sewer pipe, it had tree roots in it.....they suggested I reline my pipe, I was a little Leary, I asked is there a chance it could collapse they assured me it wouldn't.....they came to clean out the roots and they were cleaning and cleaning and cleaning, they were so aggressive at cleaning the pipe they broke through the pipe and the pipe is full if dirt ....they now say it almost double the price to fix it after I have the tree removed......I had the tree removed and have reached out to them with no response.....its been almost a month.......how can a company ruin my pipe and no feel responsible or refuse to contact me.....
