Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.

The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.

What started out as a simple restoration turned into a downstairs remodel project, all handled by ASAP. I had a small leak from my upstairs master bathroom that penetrated through the ceiling down below into my dining room. I've never had anything like this happen in my house in the 12 years that I've owned it, so I pretty much just called the closest restoration company to my house that I could find without doing any research. Let me just say that I got lucky with my choice. The owner of the company, Joshua Rudin, answered the phone and said he'd come right out and take a look, which he did.

Josh is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's an east coast guy (like me), so he gets right to the point and doesn't mince words, which I like. He explained the process and what needed to be done and made it all easy to understand for an amateur like me. I gave him the authorization to get started on the work to try to mitigate any damage. He had a couple of guys come out that morning and they set up containment barriers and fans and humidifiers. After getting my insurance company involved (because the mitigation and repair cost far exceeded my deductible), there were a few hiccups (mostly disagreements over the amount of water saturation in the wood and therefore, the amount of time to leave the fans and dehumidifiers running), but in the end, everything turned out fine.

While the walls and ceiling were ripped out, and knowing the house was already going to be a mess for the rebuild, I decided to do what I've been wanting to do for a while and replace all my downstairs tile (foyer, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and fireplace), redo the kitchen (paint the cabinets and replace the sink and faucet), and redo the powder room (new toilet, vanity, light, and mirror and paint the walls). Josh said that his company would be able to handle this job as well. This is where things got a little bit out of sorts - part of it was my doing, part of it was ASAP's doing, and part of it was due to circumstances outside of both of our control.

To make a long story short, I generally judge a job by the final product and for the most part, the final product for this job turned out very good. There were quite a few headaches along the way and it was a stressful process for me (mostly because I've never gone through this), but one thing I will say is that through the entire job, Josh was always available and very responsive. It did appear as if he may have been stretched a little bit thin as he had other very large jobs going on at the same time that kept him running around all over the valley.

The positives: Josh for the reasons explained above. In addition to that, Josh did quite a few extra little things on the job and didn't budge from his originally quoted price. Josh only wanted to make sure I was happy and tried his best to do everything to make that happen. The tile looks great, the powder room looks great, and the rebuild of the damaged areas looks great. The kitchen looks much better than before.

The negatives: The job took about 4 days longer than originally planned. The tile guy got caught up on another job and started my job a day late - this caused delays across the board. There were a lot of moving parts and at times, it didn't seem as if they were all going in unison. I'm a little anal retentive, and some of the details in the kitchen are not perfect - we installed handles on all of the doors and drawers and quite a few of them aren't level; some of the doors were re-hung improperly; the paint on some areas of the cabinets is dull, while on other areas it's shiny; and you can see brushstrokes in quite a few areas. There was paint splatter all over the counters and the kitchen was left pretty dusty and dirty.

UPDATE: Josh heard my concerns about the paint job on the cabinets and went above and beyond to remedy the problem. Now the cabinets, along with the rest of the work that was done, look fantastic. Well done Josh! 5 stars for you and ASAP.

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA.
