I had what appeared to be a little mold in 5 of my window sills. I called over the weekend and Zach answered my call and was super friendly and offered a free quote and scheduled me for Monday morning. Robert and Marcos showed up and checked all my windows. I was out of town when I discovered a wall of mold in my home that was being renovated. I contacted Valleywide and explained the situation and that I would not be available to meet them personally but that the work needed to start immediately as other work was on hold until it was done. Bryan explained the process from start to finish, gave me an estimated date of completion, reviewed the mold testing process and necessity, AND came in cheaper than another company I received an estimate from.

The work was done to a higher than satisfactory level and by the time I came back into town, everything was complete. To top it off, a package was delivered to the wrong house (our house) while I was out of town and the guys working on my property walked it across the street and delivered it to the right house. They sent me pictures of the package, and where it was left on the neighbors house to confirm it had been done.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
