I recently experienced severe water damage at my property where 4 units were affected. Initially it was pretty stressful trying to figure out what to do next. Once I reached out to Blusky, Justin was to my office within a few hours. He came to the property and instantly added ease to the situation. His knowledge as to what to expect prepared me for the difficult conversation with my residents. Throughout the entire process Justin was always available, providing daily updates and offering stellar Customer Service. He even stepped in and talked to residents on my behalf to offer an extra level of comfort. Justin turned a hectic situation into a very smooth process. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Highly recommend very pleased with the quality of service

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

Communication is #1 on my list--excellent. My condo was flooded from above and everything needed to be replaced. Reliable, and superior craftmanship and...cleaned up every day when done, Special kudos to Maria Vasquez and Juan--the gold standard of house cleaners, respectful, responsible and great smiles and attitude.

These People absolutely ripped me off. I never hired them, never got a quote from them, but they got into my home over a mold scam and took me for 15000.00. I've never been so sick to my stomach over anything as I was to find they had the gall to charge 40 an hour for their supervisor to watch, and 200 to move the fridge, etc. And they sealed off my entire home and charged thousands to vacuum walls and ceilings. You would have thought the house was under water. It was literally damp hardwood in the kitchen. I'm absolutely disgusted that there are people out there like this. I actually give them less than 1, and I hope to be able to sue one day.
