SCOTT rescued us our tanks were full. We were going to dump on our travels. Master cylinder had gone out on our coach. We had our tanks serviced last spring by another company. We could not dump our Grey tank handle came off first time after we had it serviced. Now we we were sitting with full tanks. We made many calls for someone to suck out tanks. Scott was very through he was able to dump tanks. He also told us what the problem with the Grey tank was with the handle. He gave suggestions how to temporary fix.
Supposedly the company we had serviced coach in the spring warranty their work. They will need to put in new valve gate, again.
We very much appreciated Scott helping us. It was a late night for him.
We recommend this company. I would call Scott again if we need to.
We are still waiting for someone to come to us to replace etc the master cylinder. We have no brakes.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Not only were they prompt, courteous and professional but Casey was awesome. He tried to replicate the issues I was having with my plumbing and would not leave until he did his due diligence. He reignited my pilot light told me pricing straight up for potential repairs and because there was no repairs he didn't charge me a trip charge. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Our tank is 4 feet down and he did the job with a smile on his face. He was very informative, pleasant and cordial. I will continue to use them going forward. THANK YOU Gilbert!

We had Lupe come out to fix a shower and I thought he did a great job and was very friendly. Definitely would use this company again in the future. Update: Used them again and they were awesome again. Had them install a new water shutoff valve and Jeff was very educational with everything he did and got everything done neatly and quickly. Great plumbing company for anyone looking for work done.

The service was good once they got here - no complaints about that. But they were scheduled between 1 & 3 p.m., and did not arrive, nor did they call. Around 3:30, we called the office, which called the crew, & called us back. The crew would be here in half an hour. Then they called & said it would be tomorrow. Then they called back & said they would be here by 5, which they were & completed the job.
But it would have been nice if we had been kept informed of the delays & could rely on the information.

Delayed review due to the holidays but they wouldn't have been near as enjoyable without the drain cleaning service Ed provided a couple of weeks ago! I called his # in the eve based on reviews and he was quick to answer, listened to the issues, and scheduled me. He showed up on time and actually did an additional drain. Great service and tons of expertise. Super nice guy who provides tips and tricks to keeping the drains clear in the future. Before you call another place that tells you they have to send a tech to even give you a price...call Ed! Happy New Year.

Had a little problem with my septic system. Gave Sunset Septic a quick call and my problem was solved! Quick response, very reasonable pricing and the guys that came out were great! They came out and diagnosed the problem, showed me what had happened, gave me a fair upfront price and showed me some tips on how to help keep my system maintained. The work was completed quickly and they made sure the area they were working in was left as good as they found it!

I had a new outside hose faucet installed. After 1 day, the faucet started to leak so I stated this in my review. The next date, John called me to inquired what the problem was. after i explained, he and Joe were here in one hour to replace the defective faucet. The new one works fine, the service was great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber. I am a happy customer.

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!
