We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I had to have some plumbing repaired and called these guys. They were able to come same day, were on time and very professional. The plumber Mario explained everything as he went and did a great job. He was also training Jesus who was also very professional. They had to return next day and did so to finish the job. I also had Bobby come to my home to explain the hardest of my water. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Septic technologies inc is Old school hard working know your business kind of people! I've dealt with many septic companies over the years. I won't call anyone else after using them on this last project. I can't give enough positive accolades about this company. It started with the 1st phone call Is with Kailee To schedule a septic tank evacuation for a client. Kailees Knowledge base was impressive by itself. Cordial polite and very professional. When can you actually call A company and the 1st person that answers the phone not only knows the business but knows it very very well! I could go On just about Kailee herself. Now let's get into Gilbert and Jacob who came out to perform the work. Two very respectful, thoughtful, hard working and Is driven young men. They followed another company that was just out a month before that Did a horrible job. Gilbert and Jacob went the extra mile to Make sure the tank was cleared as it should be. If that was it I would have still appreciated their hard work. As Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story. We had a very unique problem That called for the true extra mile. They attempted to snake the The leech line coming out of the septic tank. When they weren't able to get The snake to go into the line they literally dug all the way to the line. This was in the most difficult of circumstances. They were actually working on a septic tank that was covered by a concrete patio. At no point did they get discouraged. They worked as hard as one could for 5 hours. Not for a second did they think they could just pawn off the problem Because it wasn't in there exact scope. They had a great attitude the entire time no matter how difficit was.. I've been in the Is construction business for almost Is 40 years now. From Front office 2 to field work, Septic technologies is an old school company. Customer service, professionalism, respectfulness and Expertise is what this company is all about.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Lauren was awesome in scheduling us for a pumping and pre sale inspection on our septic system. She even went out of their normal service area to make it happen. I called 9 other local septic companies before I called her. She now moves to #1 on my list. Dustin came out and did the inspection and pumping and left the property in the same way he found it. Amazing effort and superior service from a company we took a chance on. Thank you to the entire team! We will get our house closing done on time!!!

We’re so happy we found Eddie. When our 1940’s historical home kitchen sink clogged up, an hour of me plunging did not work. We called a popular plumbing business in Phoenix that we have used in the past. They could not get their rooter snake past 5 feet from the sink. They said it was the pipe under our floor that has collapsed and would cost $2700 to jack hammer up a 3x3 foot square in our kitchen to access the drain and repair it and that would take a few days of work. They told me that the plumbing is bad in the Willo Neighborhood and that it will just happen going forward. So I paid them $220 and my sink was still clogged. That’s when I decided to ask for a second opinion.

My wife found Eddie on NextDoor who had great recommendations so we called him. Eddie promptly returned our call, talked with us for about 15 mins, told us about his experience with historical homes. He sounded really confident that he could fix anything; very experienced sales pitch. I am a general skeptic, but he sold me over the phone with a no-surprises price to come out. He was available the next day and said he would text me when he was in the neighborhood, which he did and gave me an hour notification in advance. He showed up, took command of the situation, grabbed his equipment, easily got past the 5 foot block (that the other company said was a collapsed pipe), but the 50-foot snake did not solve the issue. So he grabbed the heavy artillery out of his truck, went up on the roof (which the other company did not do), worked for about 15 mins, and the drain came unplugged. He even let me make a short video of him explaining what happened and how to prevent it in the future, which I requested so that I could show my kids what not to do in the future.

In the end Eddie said my pipes were just fine. He fixed the issue for a total cost that that was less than what the other plumbing company charged me for doing nothing. I just wonder what the other company would have done if I had not found Eddie - dig up my floor, see that there was nothing wrong, pretend that there was something wrong, pretend to fix it, charge me a couple grand, move on to the next stooge. How would I have known otherwise?

Recently called Sunset Septic to perform an inspection on a property located in Queen Creek and they got right on it within 48 hours of my making the call. They were timely, exact in it's location and did a great job digging pumping it out, digging it up and inspecting. My clients and I are very happy about the way they put things back, you can hardly tell they were ever there.

The Mr.Rooter plumber arrived early, was professional and very personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a fast trip to obtain the correct parts, and had the toilet fixed in no time. He then performed a complimentary review of all the household plumbing. With the coupon the business made available, the cost was more reasonable than other plumbers have charged.

They responded quickly, and came the next day. He explained what he was doing, and how the septic sytem works, even to neighbors stopping by with questions. He had to locate and dig down quite a bit to get access to the septic tank He did recommend installing a riser to make it easier & cheaper next time. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again.
