We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

Shannon from Blue Plumbers was very professional. He kept us appraised of his arrival time and kept appointment. He was very respectful of our home and time. Shannon was very knowledgeable and did a great job addressing our needs, fixed a leaky shower faucet and installed a new shut off valve for our sprinkler system. From start to finish the experience was amazing! This is the second time I have used John the salesman and Adam the project manager/owner. They always have landed in my budget and provided amazing service throughout project. Ruben and his crew were awesome, they were friendly, kept me informed, and even looked out for me when they thought something didn’t look good and offered solutions. They are experts and artist. They even had no issue coming back and touching up things. In their mind the job isn’t over until the customer does.

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Flooring Professionals deserve their name. Expertise mixed with incredible customer service and the experience to problem solve gave us great results. Would HIGHLY recommend them over any /all other dustfree companies. Details matter. Prep work is key. Rob's leveling service was superior to the competitors. We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

Az Carpet and Tile installed our commercial carpet at our office here in Phoenix. It turned out great and the customer service was top notch. They came out quick to install it and were done in a timely manner.. Would highly recommend them!

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to! Supposedly was going in for an interview that was set up by a recruiter. I get there and they acted like they new nothing about the interview. Gave me a number to set up another one, and it was a number to emergency service. I don't know how they expect to keep up with their customers if they can't even keep up with their scheduled interviews!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. When we used Thumbtack to locate professionals in our area to install the tile we had selected in our kitchen for our backsplash, Rojas Flooring was among those who placed a bid. I (in detail) explained our situation, the material of the tile (glass-not at all uncommon) the type of grout we wanted and how soon we were looking to have it done. My main point of contact was with Joel who provided us a bid (way higher than the other 5 we had received) but we thought, you get what you pay for and decided to hire them for the work after a brief negotiation. When they came to do the job, Joel stayed for 10 minutes with 2 of his guys and then left and literally never returned. He didn’t return to check the quality of the work and nor (even after multiple repeated attempts) did he come in the 4 weeks after now, to take a look and fix what a horrific attempt at a tile job his workers did. First of all, they clearly didn’t have the tools needed for the project i.e.; tile cutter, saw, or proper methods to dispose of their waste along the way. They instead placed clippings and mixed grout and mud in our ceiling fan box and recycling bin outside (which results in a fine). There are cracked holes in the tiles, (mosaic wasn’t the desired effect) the grout is uneven ALL OVER. There are areas with no tile at all and over an inch of grout in its place. Above the sink there is no grout whatsoever, like we wouldn’t notice it. I oversee countless projects a year and have never seen such poor craftsmanship or a company who won’t even return calls or come out to make it right. My boyfriend then called the other owner in the company hoping to get some sort of result and HE never followed up either. This isn’t a matter of fixing a few tiles, the entire backsplash will need to come off and be replaced. We are out substantial money and time and want to be sure no one else falls into their trap and uses them for any project whatsoever. They will be reported to every major bureau as well. Beware of this company, they are among the worst I have ever dealt with.
