Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I would recommend this company and all of the employees to anyone in need of plumbing work in the greater Phoenix area.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

Reddi Heroes responded to our emergency sewer backup call. They arrived within two hours of our call. Bryant and Brent quickly went to work to discover the problem. Their problem solving skills were excellent and they kept us informed the entire time. They had to pull up our patio to get to the lift pump but put everything back in place perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. We will use again and highly recommend. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Had some water backing up in the house Sunday afternoon, determined it was a full septic system and started calling pumping companies. Received a quick call back from Josh and he was able to fit me in the schedule first thing Monday.(I didn't receive any calls back from the other companies) Josh and his crew showed up early and got right to work. Problemo solved!

A realtor's bad review of Duck's almost swayed me from calling, but we needed our 1500 gallon septic tank pumped immediately. I called around 10AM this morning, was given a fair and reasonable price and told they could most likely come today, but would call back to confirm. No more than an hour later I was told they'd be out today. Jesus A. Showed up this afternoon and was fantastic! He was more thorough then other companies that we used in the past and we will definitely use Duck's again in a couple years! Highly recommend for septic pumping!

Chad was the one who came out and helped clean out our spetic tank. We just bought the house and had no idea of when the last time it was cleaned or even where it was located. Chad never once had any issue with it, he said he would find it and let me know how the tank looked. He spent a while out there, ensuring it was cleaned out and working good for our family. Chad was EXTREMELY nice and very professional. He gave me advise on the tank and how often to get it cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Chad each time. Thank you for all your hard work!! I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
